E-government which can be broadly defined as the utilization of information and communication technology and the internet which has the ability to transform relations with citizens, business people and other government institutions. The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently very rapid and of course it must be addressed positively to increase community participation in realizing the principles of good governance (Good Governance). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study are observation, literature, articles, journals, scientific research and sites on the internet. The Ministry of Home Affairs has a public service unit, one of which is the Directorate General of Population & Civil Registration, of course it is required to provide optimal service to the community. The implementation of e-government, related to service and dissemination of public information at the Ministry, especially at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration is already good and in the medium category, and still needs to be repaired and improved. The Ministry of Home Affairs in implementing e-government fulfills the first stage, namely information publishing and the two "official" two-way transactions based on the Deloitte & Touche framework and from the Government to Citizen (G2C) sector are included in the category, namely e-governance, e-service, and e-knowledge

This study aims to determine the application of simple accounting carried out by the Pematangs erai tourism village community who have a business. This research approach with qualitative descriptive method. The sample of this research is a business actor in the village of Pematang Serai which is as many as 8 business actors. The data analysis technique used is direct observation using interviews and documentation. The results of this study are Pematang serai is a village in langkat district that has potential in the development of village tourism, the development of this tourist village is supported by the langkat government, people who have a business in the village have not applied simple accounting records.

The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) was enacted at the end of 2015, this is an opportunity for a country's skilled workforce to become professional workers in ASEAN member countries. Because the inherent nature of the enactment of the AEC is the repeal of regulations that allow the flow of goods, services, people (skilled workers), and money to be unhindered. In this condition, the role of cross-cultural communication in organizations is very strategic in creating reinforcement for the sustainability of skilled workers in pursuing their professional careers. It has become a trend that in the era of the global economy there are company activities that involve individuals/employees/managers from more than one country, both those assigned to other countries and those assigned to their own country. This condition causes cross-cultural communication to become unavoidable. In cross-cultural communication, one of the obstacles is language. Language is an extension of a culture. Differences in understanding or interpreting a word or symbol become a potential barrier to communication and this can hinder the process of business or organizational activities. For individuals who are involved in cross-cultural communication within an organization, it is recommended: 1) Increase knowledge and understanding of the culture of business partners or colleagues, 2) It is better to assume that other people who come from other cultures are different from us so as not to cause misperceptions and miscommunication with that person, 3) Apart from mastering the universal language, it is highly recommended to learn the local/regional language where we are assigned/work.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. In addition, what is no less important for the implementation of Regional Autonomy to run effectively is how regions can explore and empower existing regional potentials, so that in terms of finance which is the main element in running regional government, independence can be achieved. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 5 people. The sampling technique used a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. The obstacles faced are the lack of existing human resources, both in quality and quantity; Frequent changes in higher legal regulations that disrupt the process of collecting regional revenue; Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate in carrying out the task of collecting regional revenue; Lack of understanding of laws and regulations on taxes and levies from the community; Weak law enforcement efforts against taxpayers and levy payers Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the program to increase Regional Original Income in supporting the implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency, are In increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) the Cilacap Regency Government has carried out the following: Improving the quality of human resources/collectors through functional training. An organization is established because it has a goal that it wants and must achieve. A government organization is established with the aim of providing civil and economic rights services to every citizen optimally. A company organization is established by a group of people because they want to gain business profits, while a non-profit organization is established with the aim of community service. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of job placement on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of compensation on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of job placement, compensation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained. Job placement tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Compensation tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, compensation affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The work environment tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, the work environment affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Delegation of the Regent's authority to the Sub-district Head has not been running optimally. The improvement of public services is still not optimal. Limited facilities/infrastructure in the sub-district. The number of employees in the sub-district is still limited. Not all SKPDs that delegate authority have technical instructions for the implementation of the delegation of authority by the sub-district. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained are as follows: The Effectiveness of the Delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in Improving Public Services (Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 Concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head) has been implemented well, especially in the implementation of aspects of licensing, recommendations, coordination, coaching, supervision, facilitation, and implementation. The implementation of Public Services according to Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head has been implemented well, such as in terms of service procedures, service time, service costs, service products, service facilities and infrastructure, and the competence of service officers. The obstacles faced by the Sub-district Head in the effectiveness of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the Sub-district in Ciamis Regency are Limited budget; Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support public services; Lack of human resources; Many human resources do not yet have competence; Lack of public awareness to make permits; not all technical instructions have been made regarding the delegated authority; There are still requirements that must be completed at the Regency level, whether permits must be made immediately at the sub-district, so that it hinders the completion process and the completion time becomes long. Meanwhile, the results of observations show that the number of service providers is still very limited, where each officer has their own main duties and functions. Efforts made by the Sub-district Head to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the sub-districts in Ciamis Regency, are to increase the budget; complete and improve facilities and infrastructure to support services to the community; propose additional human resources; improve human resource competency through coaching and training; increase public awareness to make permits through socialization; request clear technical instructions regarding the delegated authority; in the completion process and completion time are made easier by assigning district employees to carry out services in the sub-district.

In the midst of the current pandemic situation, the process of learning activities must still be carried out even though not directly face to face. This, of course, requires the right media in online learning to support the application of online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. This study aims 1) To find out the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic for Class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. 2) To find out the obstacles to implementing online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic for fifth grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a qualitative naturalistic approach. the object of this research is the Head of Madrasah teachers of class V and students of class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Community Association Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis . The data source of this research uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection procedures using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of online learning is very helpful in the process of conveying information from the material to be studied. In online learning media besides that the WhatsApp application is a means of learning activities, so that the learning process becomes more effective and makes it easy for teachers and students in the communication process while carrying out online learning. Obstacles in using the WhatsApp application in online learning, namely signal interference which results in WhatsApp being difficult to access, another obstacle, namely the lack of effectiveness in the learning process, teachers cannot directly see the earnestness of students, cellphone memory which quickly fills up with documents that are difficult to enter will be hampered

Hotel tax is one of the regional taxes that contributes to PAD which has a fairly large contribution to PAD sources. The basis for imposing Hotel Tax is the amount paid or should be paid to the hotel. The Hotel Tax Rate is set at 10% (ten percent). The principal amount of Hotel Tax payable is calculated by multiplying the rate by the tax base. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to work more in tackling the disease outbreak and its effects. The policies taken by the government will certainly have a certain impact on the community and will also have an impact on several PAD sectors which result in a decrease in revenue. Increasing local tax revenue certainly requires effectiveness and efficiency efforts. The level of efficiency is also a necessary part of increasing local tax revenues. This efficiency can be related to the expenses that will be incurred, which need to be carried out to a minimum to achieve the target of local tax revenue within a period. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a combined panel data regression analysis between cross section and time series, with the aim of analyzing the effect of the level of effectiveness, contibution, and the level of efficiency of hotel tax revenue on the Regional Original Income of the Province of Bali in 2016 - 2020. The results show that the variables of the level of effectiveness, contribution, and hotel tax efficiency together (simultaneously) have an effect on local revenue of  98.13% and 1.87% are contributions from other variables not discussed in this study.

This will system has been running since ancient times, not only the Islamic religion regulates it, but every community has an understanding of wills. A will is a gift of property from a person to another person or to several people whose implementation is after the person's death. The type of research used is library research, because the study is focused on library materials by tracing and examining academic standard literature. Methods of data collection in the form of books, journals, and Islamic law compilation regulations (KHI). The results of the study show that Syafiiyah's legal view of wills applies to anyone who is not an heir. However, there are limitations to giving the will. Where, a person is only entitled to bequeath a small portion of his property. This is intended so that the will does not harm the heirs left behind. Meanwhile, the pillars in the will in the view of fiwih Syafiiyah are the person who inherits, the person who is inherited, the will and the presence of sighar or consent qabul. Whereas the will according to positive law states that the existence of article 195 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) can be realized in the current Indonesian context because in general the existence of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) includes article 195.

The world of education today must be treated and managed professionally, because of the increasingly fierce competition. Madrasah with good assessment in the eyes of the community will have a good impact on the madrasa. This requires a strategy carried out by the Head of madrasah so that the madrasah he leads becomes a favorite. The purpose of this study is to explain the strategies used and the constraints faced in the strategy of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathlaul Anwar Tegal Waru Ciampea Bogor to increase the number of students. This research is a research using qualitative methods. This qualitative research method was chosen because the researcher intends to describe and analyze certain phenomena in depth and detail. Data collection methods used by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on the strategy carried out by MI Mathlaul Anwar Ciampea Bogor by applying two strategies. First, the intern strategy with two steps, 1) Improving the quality of students, 2) Improving infrastructure. Second, the external strategy is, 1) Brochure distribution, 2 Openings for Marawis and Tahfiz extracurricular activities. The obstacles faced by madrasah are; 1) the location of the madrasa is far from the city center 2) There is intense competition between educational institutions, 3) The Covid-19 pandemic situation forces online learning.

Based on initial observations made by researchers in Pematang Serai Village, some children had difficulty speaking because they were still used to the language used in the family environment, and it was difficult to listen to what other people were saying other than using their mother tongue. For example, some children still use their mother tongue or are carried away by the language used at home when they want to ask others for help, which is sometimes difficult to understand. Another problem faced by the people of Pematang Serai Village is moral degradation. Low levels of education and interest in reading are suspected to be the cause of the decline in the character values of the millennial generation. Data analysis was adjusted to the problem formulation questions to be investigated using a quantitative descriptive method that processes numerical data into words, then changes recorded data from interviews. There is an influence of mother tongue on the listening ability of children aged 4-5 years in Pematang Serai Village, the influence of mother tongue on the listening ability of children aged 4-5 years in Pematang Serai Village is 27.8%, and the rest is influenced by cultural factors, community environment and intensity social interaction of 72.2%.

This study aims to find out how hard skills and soft skills change in the embroidery MSME group in Gampong Sidorejo, Langsa City before and after the Workshop activities. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive research type, with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. MSMEs are an important part of the economy of a nation. The activities carried out in MSME activities are producing goods and trading in order to obtain large profits/income, but previously in order to produce quality goods, MSME groups must have adequate HR skills. The results showed that workshops can provide skill changes to the HR of the MSME group, which is seen from the level of knowledge and skills regarding the technique of designing embroidery motifs, the mothers of the MSME embroidery group have begun to understand the techniques of designing embroidery motifs and are able to make beautiful embroidery motif designs. At the level of increasing sales revenue, it can be seen that there was an increase in income of around 50% after the workshop activities were held. The economic growth of the people of Gampong Sidorejo, Langsa City, especially the embroidery MSME group, is at a good level, this is measured by an increase in embroidery production and income in the community's economic activities.

Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people.

Globalization has penetrated the territorial boundaries of countries in the world, and has affected the order of people's lives, namely in the political, economic, social, cultural and legal aspects. Indonesia as a part of the world community cannot be separated from these influences, including the influence of the development of narcotics abuse. This paper will discuss the problem of the influence of globalization on the development of narcotics abuse, as well as strategies to deal with the development of narcotics abuse in the era of globalization. The discussion shows that the problem of narcotics abuse seems endless in Indonesia. For this reason, a strategy is needed in overcoming narcotics abuse, namely with pre-emptive, preventive and recessive efforts. Besides that, it is necessary to cooperate with the police of other countries in the form of cooperation between countries, the ASEAN regional area and internationally through the United Nations (UN) through the Interpol forum.

For more than a year, the Covid-19 pandemic has hit, causing many changes and giving birth to new norms and practices in the social, political, and economic order, both at the individual, community, institutional, state governance, and relations between nations. One of those affected is the office sector, but agencies are required to optimize performance without neglecting the health protocols set by the government. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and digital competence on employee performance at the Batang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The population in this study were all employees of the State Civil Apparatus totaling 133 people. The sampling method is using a census. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the workload has no significant positive effect on employee performance. The workload is an obligation that must be completed by employees following the specified time so that the level of workload does not affect employee performance. Digital competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding implies that employees within the Batang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office can operate digital devices.

A small cassava chip business is a household business that produces snacks made from special cassava snacks. The single most important factor influencing the performance of small businesses in Singapore is their marketing strategy, which takes into account their products, prices, promotions and distribution locations. This research was conducted in the small business community of Bandar Khalipah Village in Percut Sei Tuan district. The purpose of this study was to understand the mix marketing strategies used by the Singapore government. Descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques with notes, and documentation are the methods used for analysis.  Research results 1) the marketing mix strategy used by small businesses in Singapore is a product made with good quality materials, good quantity, has a handle, and is wrapped in plastic. The quoted price is equal to the price. The traditional promotional method still used in Cassava Chips is "lewd mouth to mouth" and "place/distribution channel" is "products marketed slim in the place of production then exist" i.e. "channeled to consumers" through "wholesalers". 2) Product and price are internal determining factors. Externally influenced factors include increased sales during peak hours, while internally influenced factors include sluggish production and promotion locations. External factors that become obstacles include business competitors and seasonal raw materials.

Current learning after the pandemic is more towards the Hybrid learning method where this method combines online learning with face-to-face learning. In this learning, interactive learning media is needed by teachers. Prezi application is a software for internet-based presentation (SaaS). In addition to presentations, it can also be used as a tool to explore and share ideas on a virtual canvas. It is superior because this program uses the en:Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which allows Prezi users to zoom in and out of presentation media. The partner problem is that teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mijen Demak still need training and assistance in making interactive multimedia. Therefore, the community service team at the Faculty of Language and Culture, University of 17 Agustustus 1945 Semarang conducted intensive communication with the manager of the MA Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda to find solutions to these problems. There are three methods applied in this service, namely Presentation, Demonstration, and Practice Method. Presentation method is applied in the introduction of the Prezi Application, its benefits, and its application in making interactive learning media, Demonstration Method regarding the operation or use of the application and Practical Method where teachers practice directly making interactive learning media according to their respective subjects. After this service, teachers can position and use learning media as a needed component of a learning process. Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Teachers are always required to be able to develop and use learning tools available in schools in accordance with current developments.

The purpose of this study is to examine specifically related to the governance and accountability of cooperatives that have been carried out in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative design, with a population of 125 journals and through purposive sampling, a sample of 35 journals was obtained. The results of the journal review can be concluded: (1). The trend of research on governance and accountability of cooperatives in Indonesia is mostly done with a qualitative design, obtained the concept: to improve governance can be done through socialization and training on SPI to managers; comply with ethical principles and rules; the accountability aspect must be audited by KAP; the role of government; principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Measurement of the dimensions of democracy, the quality of human resources, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Good financial planning, transparency and accountability in financial management, increasing management commitment, knowledge, understanding of the duties and authorities of management regarding business risks and communication. Factors of members, administrators and supervisors as well as honesty and understanding; Sharia good corporate governance requires supervision from the Supervisory Board. Understanding of the important role of cooperatives for improving the community's economy, consistency in preparing financial reports. (2). Based on the quantitative design, it is concluded: cooperative governance and accountability have a positive and significant effect and accountability as a mediating variable on cooperative performance, there is no difference between financial accountability performance before and during the pandemic, cooperative reform has a positive and significant effect on cooperative governance and cooperative governance has no effect on the effectiveness of lending.

To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.
