However, researchers limit the properties contained in the movie. The purpose of this study is society has knowledge about the characteristics of toxic masculinity and one factor of toxic masculinity. The results of this research contained 19 data which are characteristics of toxic masculinity and factors that cause toxic masculinity. Employing a quantitative approach, this research adopted a cross-sectional design and was executed at PLTU Nii Tanasa Kendari in Konawe Regency during November 2023. Sampling involved 149 individuals through proportional random sampling, followed by data analysis via the chi-square test. Findings revealed correlations between knowledge and PPE compliance (0.035 < 0.05), attitudes and PPE compliance (0.027 < 0.05), actions and PPE compliance (0.021 < 0.05), PPE availability and PPE compliance (0.035 < 0.05), as well as family support and PPE compliance (0.021 < 0.05).

Mother's milk is an important intake for the growth and development and health of babies. The causes of irregular breast milk production include reduced breast milk production on the first day after giving birth due to decreased stimulation of the hormones oxytocin and prolactin which play a role in smooth breast milk production. Therefore, non-pharmacological efforts are needed in the form of breast care. Breast care is useful for facilitating the expulsion reflex and increasing the smooth production of breast milk. The objectives of the research was to determine the effectiveness of Breast Care in smoothing breast milk production in post partum mothers at the Saras Ibnu Sina Sukowati General Hospital, Sragen. Quantitative research type with a quasi-experimental design with a post test-only non-equivalent control group approach. Samples were taken by accident. The samples were 15 people as controls and 15 post partum mothers as the treatment group. Data analysis techniques using Mann Whitney. Result this research that the smoothness of breast milk production for the treatment group was mean ± SD (8.33 ± 0.899) and the control group had a mean ± SD (4.73 ± 0.458). There was an influence of breast care on the smooth production of breast milk in post partum mothers on day 7 (p value 0.000 < 0.05). This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach using the Location Quotient (LQ) method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives and BPS West Java. The results of the Location Qoutient (LQ) method analysis show that two types of business are categorized as potential bases, namely the consumer cooperative and producer cooperative sectors, because they have an LQ value> 1. Meanwhile, the cooperative, service, marketing cooperative and savings and loan cooperative sectors are in a non-base position, because they have an LQ value <1.
