The KKN activity carried out in Telaga Jernih Village, Langkat Regency, aims to improve financial literacy among early childhood. This program focuses on introducing basic economic concepts and money management through interactive activities involving children and the local community. One of the main activities in this program is making piggy banks from recycled materials, which not only aims to instill the habit of saving, but also increase environmental awareness. Children who were previously not used to saving, began to show changes in behavior by setting aside their pocket money regularly. In addition, this program also has a positive impact on parents and the local community, who are beginning to realize the importance of financial education from an early age. The integration of health insurance with Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR) and Deposit Pension Schemes (DPS) represents a significant innovation in the banking sector, offering new opportunities for financial institutions, insurers, and consumers. This paper explores the potential of merging health insurance with FDR/DPS schemes, focusing on how such integration can enhance financial inclusivity and healthcare accessibility, particularly in developing countries.  The study outlines the theoretical framework supporting this integration and analyzes the associated challenges, including regulatory and operational barriers.  It also highlights the potential benefits for banks, such as customer base expansion and increased savings attraction, while offering consumers the dual advantage of financial security and health coverage. Through a case study of the banking sector in Bangladesh, this paper provides insights into how such models can be implemented in emerging economies. Additionally, we address the barriers to successful integration, including regulatory hurdles and consumer awareness. The findings indicate that this integration could serve as a strategic tool for banks to broaden their customer base and contribute to the healthcare system's resilience.   Finally, the paper discusses policy implications and future trends, emphasizing the role of technology in facilitating these hybrid financial products.  This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the intersection of finance and healthcare, offering strategic directions for stakeholders in both sectors

This study examines the transformation of waqf in the digital era through the waqf crowdfunding model and cash waqf savings products from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. Waqf, which is traditionally manifested in the form of immovable assets, has now developed into movable assets such as cash waqf, supported by Law No. 41 of 2004. Digital innovations, such as waqf crowdfunding, allow wider community participation with small amounts for productive social projects, while cash waqf savings products in Islamic banking manage funds productively with the proceeds channeled to education, health, and public infrastructure. Despite having great potential in socio-economic development and in line with the Hifdzu Maal principle in Maqashid Syariah, the implementation of digital waqf still faces challenges such as unclear regulations, lack of public awareness, risk of mismanagement, and limited investment. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, case studies, and normative-sociological with in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature studies as data collection techniques. The research subjects were selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, as well as triangulation of sources and methods for data validity. The results of the study are expected to provide theoretical contributions and practical recommendations for the management of digital waqf that is professional, transparent, and beneficial to the community.

Purpose– The objective of this research is to develop an integrated operational management model for Smart & Green Villages (SGVs), combining the principles of smart villages and green villages to promote sustainable, inclusive, and adaptive rural development. This research emphasizes operational efficiency, environmental sustainability, digital technology utilization, and community participation as key pillars. Design/Methodology/Approach – A mixed-methods approach was adopted, involving surveys of villages in Indonesia that have begun adopting SGV principles, in-depth interviews with village officials and key stakeholders, and case studies of villages that have successfully implemented smart technologies and environmentally friendly practices. Data triangulation was applied to strengthen the validity of the findings. Findings – The study shows that integrating functional organizational structures, optimizing digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and village information systems, and building participatory community mechanisms significantly improve public service delivery, reduce operational costs, enhance environmental management, and strengthen socio-economic well-being. The study also identified new operational variables, including cost-effective innovation, digital local governance, inter-village shared resources, and socio-environmental audits as a multidimensional evaluation tool. Practical implications – These findings provide a practical framework for policymakers, local governments, and community leaders to implement and evaluate SGV. The multidimensional indicators proposed in this study enable continuous monitoring and adaptation of village operations to local conditions and resource constraints. Originality/Value – This study is one of the first to propose a concrete and replicable SGV operational management model by introducing new variables and multidimensional evaluation indicators. It enriches the theoretical discourse on smart and green village integration while offering actionable strategies for sustainable rural governance.

This study examines the adoption of cloud computing in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with a focus on analyzing trends, theories, and factors influencing adoption during the period from 2011 to 2020. Using a systematic literature review approach, this research analyzes 76 articles published during this period, aiming to provide a deeper understanding of data analysis techniques, cloud computing services commonly studied, and key factors driving or hindering adoption. The findings reveal that the most frequently used analysis techniques are Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and interpretative analysis. The most analyzed cloud computing service is Software as a Service (SaaS), while the primary factor driving adoption is cost savings. This study also identifies that the majority of studies are not based on clear theoretical frameworks, and research has been predominantly focused in the Asian region. The findings offer insights for future research on developing cloud computing implementation in SMEs, as well as factors to consider in accelerating the adoption of this technology among SMEs globally.
