Handling cases of domestic violence (KDRT) requires an approach that not only focuses on sanctions for perpetrators, but also on the comprehensive recovery of victims. One of the appropriate methods is restorative justice, which is focused on restoring social relations, psychological recovery for the victim, and the participation of all parties involved in the process of resolving the case. In this context, lawyers play a strategic role, not only as defenders of the law, but also as facilitators of a just and supportive restorative process for victims. This study aims to analyze in depth the role of lawyers in the implementation of restorative justice in domestic violence cases, as well as identify the challenges and opportunities faced in practice. The applied approach includes normative juridical and sociological with qualitative data analysis. The findings indicate that lawyers play a crucial role in ensuring victims ' rights are protected, providing trauma-sensitive legal assistance, and encouraging restorative agreements that do not harm victims. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of lawyers, the development of more comprehensive regulations, and cooperation between sectors to support the implementation of restorative justice that is efficient and in favor of victims of domestic violence.

The increasing demand for electrical energy, particularly in offices and commercial buildings, has made energy efficiency a critical aspect of sustainable development. Among various building components, lighting systems are recognized as one of the major consumers of energy. This study investigates the potential for energy savings through the adoption of a smart lighting system incorporating IoT-based sensors, motion detectors, and dimming controls. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, the research was conducted at the workspace of Indie Light, comparing energy consumption before and after the implementation of the system. Data were collected using direct observation, light and power meters, and real-time monitoring devices to ensure accurate measurement. The results demonstrate that smart lighting systems can substantially reduce energy use without compromising lighting quality or comfort. By integrating intelligent sensors and adaptive control algorithms, the system not only optimizes energy efficiency but also aligns with national policies on energy conservation, supporting broader environmental sustainability efforts. These findings suggest that smart lighting solutions can play a significant role in promoting energy-efficient practices in commercial spaces while contributing to sustainable development goals.

This study aims to analyze the profitability and feasibility of sheep farming using intensive and semi-intensive rearing sistems in Suka Raya Village, Pancur Batu Sub-district. The research employed a survey method with purposive sampling, involving 16 farmers (8 intensive and 8 semi-intensive), each rearing more than 15 sheep and operating for at least 3 years. Data were collected through questionnaire interviews and field observations, then analyzed descriptively to calculate production costs, revenue, income, R/C ratio, and Break Even Point (BEP). Results showed that the average total production cost for the intensive sistem was Rp 52,429,313, higher than the semi-intensive sistem at Rp 39,664,375. The average revenue for the intensive sistem was Rp 69,150,000, while the semi-intensive sistem was Rp 63,712,500. The average income for intensive farmers was Rp 16,720,688, compared to Rp 24,048,125 for semi-intensive farmers. The average R/C ratio for the intensive sistem was 1 (near break-even), while the semi-intensive sistem was 2 (more efficient and profitable). BEP analysis indicated higher sales for the intensive sistem (Rp 844,022/sheep/period) compared to the semi-intensive sistem (Rp 691,052/sheep/period), with a larger production BEP for the intensive sistem (44 sheep) than the semi-intensive sistem (33 sheep). The semi-intensive sistem is recommended for farmers with limited capital and small to medium-scale operations due to lower costs and higher profit margins, while the intensive sistem is more suitable for large-scale operations with adequate capital, feed management, and health care.

The calculation of work volume and construction costs is a fundamental aspect of project management, as errors in the estimation process can directly affect the preparation of the project budget. Many projects still use conventional methods for estimation, which are based on 2D working drawings with the assistance of Microsoft Excel, as seen in the Sungai Raya Religious Court Building project. This method is considered prone to calculation errors and less efficient due to the considerable amount of time required. With the advancement of technology, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has emerged, enabling automatic and integrated calculation of work volumes and construction costs through a three-dimensional digital model. This study aims to examine the implementation of BIM in the Sungai Raya Religious Court Building project and to compare the results of work volume and construction cost calculations between the BIM method using Autodesk Revit and the conventional method based on the project’s Bill of Quantity (BoQ). The research method was conducted by modeling the structural elements of the building, including pile caps, tie beams, columns, beams, floor slabs, and reinforcements. The results of work volume and construction cost calculations obtained from Autodesk Revit were then compared with the project’s BoQ as the conventional method. Based on the analysis, an average difference of 6.3% in work volume and 5.6% in construction cost was found, with the Autodesk Revit calculations showing slightly lower values compared to the project’s BoQ.

Energy efficiency in water heaters is a crucial factor in ship operational environments due to limited electricity resources that rely on generators. This study aims to design and build an IoT-based water heater monitoring system with an innovative heat storage medium in the form of a mixture of silica sand and paraffin wax to improve thermal efficiency. Although previous studies have developed temperature monitoring and control systems in IoT-based water heaters, this study specifically fills this gap by analyzing the performance of adding silica sand to overcome the low thermal conductivity of paraffin wax. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method, this system was built with an ESP32 microcontroller as the control center, a DS18B20 temperature sensor for accurate measurements, and the Blynk and Google Sheets platforms for real-time monitoring and data recording. Performance testing was conducted by comparing the water heating rate between pure paraffin wax media and the mixed media. The results showed that the monitoring system functioned reliably, and the main finding proved that the addition of silica sand to paraffin wax significantly increased heating efficiency. This was clearly seen from the reduction in time required to raise the water temperature to 40°C, from 2.5 hours to only 1 hour in the second heating cycle. The results of this study indicate that the integration of silica sand and paraffin wax media with IoT technology can increase the efficiency of water heaters and provide an innovative solution for energy-efficient and environmentally friendly temperature control.

Business is an economic activity carried out by individuals or organizations to produce and sell goods or services with the aim of making a profit. The NSH Group Store is a business that sells carpets, pillows, bolsters, and dolls located in the Sei Dadap I/II Plantation, Sei Dadap District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra 21225. The NSH Group Store was established in 2016 and is owned by Mrs. Siti Komariah Siregar. Among the challenges faced by the NSH Group Store owner are irregular stock procurement. Sales transaction processes still use conventional methods, reducing efficiency and time effectiveness, and potentially leading to data errors. Supply Chain Management is a series of approaches used to efficiently integrate suppliers so that goods can be distributed in the right quantities, locations, and at the right time, with the aim of minimizing overall system costs. A bolster pillow is a pillow that can function as both a pillow and a bolster. Bolster pillows are oval and long, so they can be hugged while sleeping. The benefits of a bolster pillow include maintaining a proper sleeping position, reducing pressure on joints, helping reduce aches, improving sleep quality, and improving overall health. Therefore, by implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM), data processing will be faster and more accurate.

Mining sequence design is one of the important stages in open pit mining activities that aims to organize the excavation stages so that production activities run effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with the established targets. This research was conducted at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi Site SKS with the aim of designing a mining sequence in January and February 2025. The methods used include analysis of topographic data, geology, pit design, and monthly production targets. The data was processed using mining software to determine the excavation sequence based on elevation, overburden volume, and coal reserves. The design results show that the total planned overburden and coal volume is able to meet the company's production targets by considering slope stability and the efficiency of digging and loading equipment. In addition, the resulting sequence design also takes into account aspects of work safety and field operational conditions, such as mine road access and drainage systems. With a structured design, it is expected that mining activities during this period can run according to schedule, minimize operational obstacles, and support the achievement of production targets and cost efficiency at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi Site SKS.

The advancement of information technology today has provided great benefits in the world of education. The construction of computer-based academic information system websites is part of the use of information technology. With information technology, it is possible for academic databases to be processed quickly and easily, so that in the presentation of the required academic information reports can be obtained precisely, quickly, and efficiently. SMP Negeri 2 Wewewa Utara already has sufficient information technology infrastructure, but it has not been used optimally in academic management. The school already has a computer lab and internet access, but academic data management is still carried out manually using a ledger and Microsoft Excel application. To address issues such as unintegrated student data, complex and time-consuming grade management processes, delivering academic information, and monitoring student learning progress, an academic information system is needed. The purpose of developing this system is to solve the problems contained in the previous system by creating an academic information system at SMP N 2 Wewewa Utara. With the implementation of the new system at SMP N 2 Wewewa Utara, the knowledge and skills of employees, teachers, and principals in the field of web-based academic information systems can be improved. In the development of the academic information system that will be included in the system, it includes information about students, subjects, student classes, classrooms, teachers, homeroom teachers, and student score reports. The software used is DBMS (Database Management System), while the data storage medium is MySQL and PHP as a Programming Language.

This study evaluates the efficiency of two artificial intelligence models, DeepSeek and OpenAI, in generating code for algorithmic systems. Efficiency is assessed through execution speed, code accuracy, and the number of code characters produced. Data were collected from 100 tests covering search, sorting, graph, dynamic programming, optimization, data processing, text, and machine learning algorithms. The objective is to compare the performance of both models to support the development of efficient information retrieval systems. The method involves algorithm testing with statistical analysis of execution time, accuracy, and code length. Results indicate that DeepSeek has an average execution time of 28.74 seconds, slightly slower than OpenAI’s 28.49 seconds. However, DeepSeek’s accuracy (85.88%) surpasses OpenAI’s (85.03%). The average number of code characters is identical at 96.35 characters. The study concludes that DeepSeek excels in accuracy, while OpenAI is faster in certain cases, providing valuable insights for developers in selecting AI models for information retrieval applications.

Credit scoring is an important element in decision-making for providing financing, especially for microfinance institutions. Several methods for predicting credit scoring include Decession Tree, Gradient Boosted, Neural Network, K-NN, and Rule Induction. This study aims to improve the accuracy of financing risk prediction by efficiently integrating historical data. The Neural Network (NN) algorithm is a machine learning algorithm consisting of neurons (nodes) connected to each other in several layers (input, hidden, and output). NN is used for pattern recognition, classification, regression, and complex non-linear modeling. The NN algorithm has the advantage of working well on large and diverse data and unstructured data. However, the NN algorithm has weaknesses such as overfitting and data dependence. In this study, the integration of the Sample Bootstrapping and Weighted Principal Component Analysis (PCA) methods is proposed to improve optimal accuracy in the NN algorithm. The Sample Bootstrapping method is used to reduce the amount of training data to be processed. The Weighted PCA method is used to reduce attributes. This study uses a financing customer dataset. The results of the study show that the integration of the NN algorithm with Sample Bootstrapping and Weighted PCA resulted in an accuracy increase of 1-3% (97%-99%) compared to other algorithms. Therefore, it can be concluded that the integration of the NN algorithm with Sample Bootstrapping and Weighted PCA produces better accuracy than other algorithms

Social media has become a strategic tool for the government to disseminate public information quickly, interactively, and efficiently in the digital era. The Lampung Provincial Government utilizes various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to support public communication activities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of public communication by measuring the level of activity of Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) social media accounts using the logistic regression method. Data were collected through web scraping techniques on the official OPD social media accounts and then processed using a quantitative approach. The results show that the level of social media activity influences the effectiveness of public communication and the transparency of government information. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for local governments in designing public communication strategies that are more optimal and adaptive to developments in digital technology.

This study analyzes the conditions of extreme overcapacity in an installed exhaust ventilation system (Qinstalled = 18.00 /minute) that serves four acid cabinet units, specifically for the storage of volatile Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) such as toluene and methanol in tightly sealed containers. Although high capacity ensures safety, this practice causes significant energy inefficiency and unnecessary negative pressure problems in the room. Based on engineering analysis using a conservative Air Change Rate (ACR) standard of   for liquid storage of 1.38 /minute. By applying the industry standard safety factor (FoS) of 1.5, the ideal flow rate (Qideal) that must be allocated is 2.07 . The optimization analysis concludes that the currently installed system is theoretically capable of safely and efficiently serving 8 units of volatile storage acid cabinets, with the addition of 4 new cabinets to maximize efficiency and reduce energy waste. This utilizes 92% of the total capacity while maintaining a safety factor above 1.5.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed financial transactions in Indonesia, particularly through the growing use of e-wallets as practical and efficient payment tools. In a country with a Muslim-majority population, ensuring that e-wallet services comply with Islamic principles—free from riba, gharar, and maysir—is essential. This study aims to analyze Indonesia’s legal politics in regulating the use of e-wallets within the Islamic financial system and to assess their alignment with sharia principles. This research employs a normative juridical method with a qualitative descriptive approach by examining laws, regulations, and fatwas related to sharia-based fintech. The findings indicate that the Indonesian regulatory framework—through the OJK, Bank Indonesia, and DSN-MUI—has attempted to harmonize policies to support sharia-compliant digital financial services. However, several challenges remain, including limited e-wallet platforms with sharia certification, low digital sharia literacy among users, and the absence of detailed technical regulations specific to sharia e-wallet operations. This study recommends strengthening regulatory guidelines, increasing public literacy, and enhancing collaboration between regulators and the fintech industry to promote the development of sharia-compliant e-wallets that are secure, innovative, and aligned with Islamic financial principles.

Mining operations rely heavily on the performance and reliability of heavy equipment used in the production process. One of the most important hauling units in open-pit mining is the dump truck, which functions to transport overburden and coal from the mining front to disposal areas. Due to high operational intensity, dump trucks require effective maintenance management to ensure equipment reliability and reduce unexpected downtime. However, maintenance activities are often carried out based only on routine service schedules without analytical planning based on historical data. This study aims to analyze the implementation of forecasting methods in maintenance management to improve the effectiveness of dump truck maintenance planning in mining operations. The research was conducted during field work practice at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi Jobsite BIB, Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan. The data used were historical maintenance records of dump truck units obtained from the maintenance department. The research method used a quantitative approach with time series forecasting analysis to identify maintenance patterns and estimate future maintenance needs. The results show that forecasting-based maintenance planning can help companies predict maintenance requirements more accurately and prepare maintenance resources more efficiently. Furthermore, the implementation of forecasting methods can reduce unexpected equipment failures and support operational efficiency in mining activities.

Innovation in biology learning is increasingly necessary, as conventional instructional practices are often dominated by memorization-based methods that limit students’ active engagement and critical thinking development. Along with rapid advances in science and technology, digital applications offer new opportunities to enhance teaching and learning processes. One such application is Canva, a digital design platform that can be utilized as an effective learning media to support teachers and students in biology education. This study aims to describe the implementation of Canva-based learning media through a training program conducted at SMA Islam Terpadu Daarul Rahman and to examine its perceived usefulness for both teachers and students. The training involved teachers in developing biology learning materials using Canva by integrating visual elements, images, and videos to present complex biological concepts more clearly. The results of the training indicate that Canva is considered practical, user-friendly, and efficient by teachers in designing learning materials. Teachers reported that the application helped them present content in a more attractive and structured manner. Furthermore, students benefited from the use of Canva-based materials, as they demonstrated better understanding of the subject matter and increased interest in learning biology. The integration of visual and multimedia elements also supported the development of students’ critical thinking skills by encouraging analysis and interpretation of biological phenomena. Overall, the use of Canva as a learning medium shows potential to enhance the quality of biology learning and foster more meaningful learning experiences.

Welfare for the poor is the most important topic in improving citizens. Islam as Ad-diin has offered several teachings for humans that apply universally with two dimensional characteristics, namely happiness and well-being in life in this world and in the hereafter. In the concept of the modern world, welfare is a condition where a person can fulfill basic needs, be it the need for food, clothing, shelter, clean drinking water as well as the opportunity to continue education and have adequate work that can support the quality of life so as to have a social status that leads to the same social status as other citizens. ZIS as an extension of the government in helping the needs of the poor with the aim of improving the welfare of the community who initially as zakat recipients turned into zakat givers, so that later the funds used will be evenly distributed and felt by the wider community. as well as purifying assets that may be accidentally mixed with assets that are forbidden for consumption. The urgency of ZIS in Sidowungu is one of the main elements of effective and efficient zakat management in order to realize the welfare of the community. As for the discussion of this article about the welfare pattern for the poor as the process of distributing ZIS funds in Sidowungu Village. The method used in this article is a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 165 poor people in Sidowungu Village, while the sample size was 65 poor people using probability sampling. The results of the study, processed using the PASW SPSS 23 for Windows program, showed that partial test results for H0 were rejected and H1 was accepted if the calculated t value was greater than the table t value or the sig value was less than 0.05. This means that the distribution of funds partially affected the welfare of the poor in Sidowungu Village. The magnitude of the influence between variables can be seen from the coefficient of determination of 0.079, meaning that 79.0% of the welfare of the poor in Sidowungu Village was influenced by the distribution of ZIS funds, while the remaining 21.0% was influenced by other variables not included in this study.

The discharge of surfactant-laden wastewater from the rapidly expanding laundry industry poses significant environmental risks, especially in densely populated urban areas. While constructed wetlands (CWs) and Eco-Enzyme technology have shown promise for surfactant remediation, their standalone application requires long hydraulic retention times (HRTs), limiting practical implementation. This study evaluated the efficacy of a novel integrated system combining a subsurface constructed wetland (SSFCW) with fruit peel-derived Eco-Enzyme to treat synthetic laundry wastewater. Over a 6-day treatment period, the combined system achieved a remarkable surfactant removal efficiency of 99.63%, reducing the concentration from 225 mg/L to 0.835 mg/L—well below the regulatory threshold of 3 mg/L. The synergistic degradation mechanism involves enzymatic hydrolysis via Eco-Enzyme lipase and protease activity, complemented by microbial mineralization in the wetland rhizosphere. This system maintains optimal environmental conditions, with a stable pH of 6.85-7.32 and a temperature of 30.9-35.2°C, supporting robust biological activity. These findings demonstrate that the integrated Eco-Enzyme/SSFCW system overcomes the limitations of conventional HRT approaches, offering a highly efficient, sustainable, and practical decentralized wastewater treatment solution for the laundry industry.

Work volume calculations are essential for project cost estimation. Many projects, such as the Laboratory Building of the Faculty Engineering at Tanjungpura University, calculate work volumes conventionally. Conventional calculation considered less efficient and prone to errors. Building Information Modeling (BIM) provides a solution that produces more accurate and efficient calculations than conventional methods. This research aims to compare structural work volume results produced by BIM using Autodesk Revit against conventional methods and project’s BOQ. This research also describes the benefits and challenges of BIM implementation based on the researcher’s experience applying BIM with Autodesk Revit in work volume calculation. The comparison between BIM and conventional method shows a maximum difference of 2% across all work items. Meanwhile, the comparison between BIM and the BOQ shows significant differences: 81% in column formwork area, 24% in grade beam/beam concrete volume, 25% in column reinforcement weight, 25% in steel beam weight, and 10% in the steel plate weight. This research proves that BIM implementation produces more accurate and efficient calculations and serves as an effective BOQ cross-check tool. Based on the researcher’s experience in implementing BIM with Autodesk Revit, challenges found in procurement aspects, modeling aspects, and model dependency on reference drawings.

Islamic architecture in the archipelago cannot be understood as simply a transfer of physical forms from the Middle East to Southeast Asia. It is the result of a deep cultural dialogue between universal Islamic principles and local wisdom that has been formed since pre-Islamic times. When Islam spread in the archipelago, it did not exist as a force that negates Hindu, Buddhist, and vernacular traditions, but rather proceeded through visual and structural synthesis that gave birth to a distinctive and hybrid Islamic architectural identity. One of the most iconic manifestations of this process is the use of overlapping roofs in historic mosques such as the Great Mosque of Demak and the Great Mosque of Banten. Different from typical Persian or Mediterranean stone domes, this multi-storey wooden structure is inspired by the concept of Meru in Hindu-Javanese architecture. The choice is not only symbolic, but also a functional adaptation to the tropical climate, as it allows for efficient rainwater disposal as well as optimal natural ventilation. Spatially, the placement of mosques follows the concept of Catur Gatra Tunggal, which is the integration of mosques with squares, government centers, and markets. This pattern reflects the integration between the spiritual, political, and economic life of the community. In the interior, the use of Saka Guru shows the appointment of local construction techniques as the main element of worship buildings. Aspects of syncretism are also seen in ornamentation, where pre-Islamic figurative motifs are transformed into flora and calligraphy patterns that are in harmony with the principles of Islamic aniconism. This community service program aims to optimize construction project planning through assistance in preparing a business feasibility study at PT Sahabat Anugrah Sejati. The construction sector is a strategic industry that requires effective resource management, proper risk mitigation, and accurate planning to ensure project success. Therefore, the program supported the partner in analyzing financial, managerial, market, and economic aspects prior to making investment decisions for the proposed project. The results show that the project is feasible based on the Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) analyses. An efficient organizational structure, a competent management team, and strong supervision mechanisms further strengthen the project’s operational readiness. Increasing demand for construction services also enhances the company’s market prospects. However, several areas still require improvement, including heavy equipment utilization, material efficiency, and digital marketing strategies. This program provides strategic recommendations to help PT Sahabat Anugrah Sejati improve project feasibility, operational effectiveness, and long-term business sustainability.
