Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School is an educational unit located in Lewoloba Village, Ile Mandiri District, East Flores Regency. As an Educational Institution, every activity carried out at the Lamaholot Private Vocational School is directed to achieve the school's vision and mission. To achieve the vision and mission, Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School must pay attention to the elements of education management, namely curriculum management, student management, facilities and infrastructure management, public relations management, personnel management, and financial management. From the results of the initial research on the management elements above, it was found that phenomena/problems related to financial management had not been managed effectively. This was reinforced in the 2020 and 2021 School Activity and Budget Plans (RKAS), where it was found that several activity plans could not work because there was no reconciliation between targets and budget realization. The research objective to be achieved is that the researcher wants to know and explain the financial management of the Lamaholot Private Vocational School Larantuka based on the principle of the effectiveness of school financial management. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. While the data analysis technique used to find out and explain the problems at the research location is descriptive qualitative with a school financial management approach which includes (a) school financial management planning at SMKs; (b) implementation of school financial management at SMK; (c) evaluation and accountability of school financial management; and (d) analysis of the effectiveness of school financial management in SMK. From the results of the study it was found that the effectiveness of school financial management at the Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School in 2020 was in the range of 99.52%. It means effective. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of school financial management at the Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School in 2021 is in the range of 99.29% and is said to be effective. Based on the results of this study, the researchers concluded that the effectiveness level of financial management at the Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years has reached the effective category because it is in the 90% - 100% category.

A connection or contact in which a kid is exploited as a sexual object for the gratification of an adult's sexual wants, such as a parent, sibling, or stranger, constitutes sexual violence against children. Children must be safeguarded from violence and prejudice while living, growing, developing, and participating in society to the fullest extent feasible, in accordance with human dignity and values. This study's focus is, thus, on ending child abuse in the Indonesian city of Bandar Lampung. The Bandar Lampung Police Women and Children Protection Unit's (PPA Unit) preventative efforts include community outreach and counseling on child protection, school-based preventative socialization and legal education on sexual violence crimes, and training and education on sexual and reproductive health rights as a required course, CCTV facilities and emergency management buttons, violence prevention teams specifically for sexual violence and standard operating procedures for prevention and competency tests and exploration activities against sexual violence and collaboration with agencies -Agency related to child protection.

Leaders are important because leaders are the key to the success of an organization. At this time, many leaders did not use their hearts in leading. They often use reason so that it sometimes causes problems. Of course this is very unfortunate if the leader cannot carry out his duties properly. The research method used by the author is a qualitative approach by applying library research methods. The purpose of this research is that someone who wants to become a leader can understand how to lead with heart and can have the character of being responsible, committed, and determined.

The example of Moses' leadership has become a reflection of contemporary Christian leadership, especially for organizational leadership. Today, some organizational leaderships are trapped in unhealthy leadership which results in unwanted events, one example being corruption, running away from calls, being less responsible, and being more concerned with personal needs. Avoiding events like this, today's organizational leadership wants to have complete self-integrity, missionary, obedient to God, responsible, loyal, and prioritizes the needs of others in leading the organization. The method used by the author in writing this article is a qualitative method, namely by literature research (approach). The conclusion from the author about the significance of Moses' example and implementation for today's organizational leadership is that Moses' example is indispensable for today's organizational leadership in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as leaders and servants of God's sheep.

Leadership is the ability and readiness of a person to be able to influence, encourage, invite, demand, move and direct people or groups to receive this influence to achieve a goal. The purpose of this study is to describe servant leaders according to Mark 10:42-45 besides that, this research also provides good basic knowledge about leadership and the relevance of servant leaders for today's Christian leaders. The research method used by the author in writing this scientific work uses a qualitative research method, namely by means of literature study techniques, and case studies, namely digging up information from the Bible, books and journals regarding servant leaders according to Mark 10:42-45 and their relevance to today's Christian leadership , then confronted with the current form of application of Christian leadership as a leader who wants to serve. Namely a leader who serves, not a leader who rules with an iron fist or violence and rules with power, but a leader as a servant who has sincere feelings, is humble, has a heart as a servant, is willing to sacrifice both in time and energy. Servant leaders are leaders who give, affirm, strengthen, encourage, and sustain.

In today's competitive business environment, customer experience has become an increasingly important factor in determining the success of a business. Service innovation refers to the development and implementation of new or improved services that better meet the needs and wants of customers. The objective of service innovation is to provide a unique and differentiated customer experience that sets a business apart from its competitors. Although the importance of service innovation in improving customer experience is widely recognized, there is a lack of clarity on how service innovation can be effectively implemented to enhance customer experience. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by synthesizing existing research on service innovation and its impact on customer experience.

The community's low understanding of financial management means that financial management education is carried out which aims to provide understanding and knowledge about the importance of financial planning and how to allocate good expenditure items within the family environment. The method used in this education is the method of discussion and question and answer as an effort to find out the extent of knowledge of residents about their finances. The results of this education show an increase in public knowledge about managing their finances, before this education was carried out only some residents knew the ideal percentage of expenditure items in their family. then after educating the implementing party to evaluate it, it can be seen that there is an increase in residents' understanding of the ideal percentage for spending based on needs, wants and savings and the maximum debt they have.

This research seeks deeper information about religious moderation in terms of acceptance of tradition. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and several of these methods were intended to obtain information and a clear picture of the focus of the problem discussing religious moderation within the framework of acceptance of tradition. By conducting field observations, interviews, and inputting literacy sources that are relevant to the research theme, the researcher categorizes the data, presents the data, and concludes the data according to the focus of the problem. This study confirms that, religious moderation must be carried out by every human being, because basically in an order in society the realization of harmony is desired, especially in the realization of religious moderation through the implementation of traditions. In carrying out this tradition, the community wants to create unity, brotherhood and harmony by upholding the value of religious moderation as an effort to accept the tradition. They mingle with everyone because this is a form of love and self-awareness as creatures that are able to be tolerant of inter-religious beliefs, so as to create a balanced life in the aim of religious moderation. In establishing social relations, Christians must also not close themselves off. In line with the teachings in the Church's document, Gaudium Et Spes 24. In the perspective of harmony and spirituality of the people in Tegalsambi Village towards tradition, they are not fanatical and exaggerated in their religious practices. Habits and traditions that are still carried out today are factors that increase harmony, harmony and harmony in society. The community feels free, and is given space to channel inspiration, creation, and aspirations in social life. Mobile is an electronic device that is used by many people. Many people already have cell phones, even from an early age to the elderly, all of them already have cell phones and they already know how to use them. Besides that, cellphones have lots of benefits that can be used, we can play games, play Facebook, play Instagram, play tiktok and etc. We can also reach the whole world by using a cellphone and can search for all activities in the world with 1 cellphone. However, my current goal is to research more deeply about analyzing the negative impact of using mobile phones on elementary school children. This research uses a qualitative method, why did I take a qualitative method because in this research there are case studies. The results of this study are that many parents buy cellphones for their children who are still in elementary school and on average children use cellphones to play games, watch YouTube, even these children can access 18+ sites. What should have happened, the role of parents at that time was very important to control the development of their children so that they were kept away from negative things about cellphone use. However, from the cases that are currently rampant, the role of parents in educating their children who are still in elementary school does not pay much attention, even parents allow them to be free to play mobile phones whenever and wherever. With this the negative impact on the child will begin to be seen as an example: the child will be lazy to learn about school, the child will be difficult to manage, the child will be cranky when what he wants is not carried out, the child will plunge into the world of the internet where he will access the web in terms of negative and the worst thing is that when the child uses a cellphone excessively he will experience blur in his eyes and the child when he is an adult will use minus glasses

This research is motivated by the rise of Nadin Amizah's songs which are difficult for listeners to understand, especially teenagers. Meanwhile, a song is a line of words combined with music and has a meaning or message to be conveyed to listeners. The problem discussed is the meaning and message in the lyrics of the song "A Dance that Never Ends" by Nadin Amizah using a semiotic approach. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning and message in the lyrics of the song. The benefit of research is that listeners better understand the goals and intentions contained in the song. The research method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Meanwhile, to analyze the lyrics of the song using the semiotic approach of Ferdinand De Saussure. The result of the research which becomes the signifier is the lyrics of the song "A Dance that Never Ends" by Nadin Amizah, while the signified is the result of an analysis of the meaning of the lyrics. Based on the results of the analysis, the meaning of the lyrics of the song tells about disappointment, including; 1) don't force someone who really wants to leave our life, 2) someone won't be in our life long, and 3). let someone go without having to prevent. Meanwhile, the messages in this song include; 1) must be sincere if someone leaves, and 2) always be grateful for someone's presence in our lives

However, Ezekiel knows that nothing is impossible in God's hands. This paper uses qualitative research methods with a literary approach to present problems as well as analyze and collect data. With this in mind, the writer wants to discuss a number of things related to the text of Ezekiel 37 :1-14 itself. The main problem being considered is how to interpret the passage Ezekiel. 37:1-14. The conclusion is that through the text of Ezekiel 37:1-14, God actually wants to convey promises and messages of hope through Ezekiel. Text it mentions that Ezekiel saw a vision of dry bones in the valley, which was interpreted as a promise to save the Israelites.

Educational and research facilities are important for a university. Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi (UNPAB) wants to provide the best educational and research facilities for its academic community. Living lab and Industrial Park is one of the facilities that UNPAB wants to provide and will greatly support educational and research activities within the university. Based on this, a good Living Lab and Industrial Park area masterplan is needed to create an efficient area. The concept offered in the planning of the Living Lab and Industrial Park Area is Tropical Sustainable while still considering local cultural values. The facility plans provided are livestock areas, agricultural and plantation areas, product processing areas, sports facilities areas, management offices, and ecotourism areas. The living lab and industrial park area is expected to become a superior educational and research facility and can be a producer of products and innovations of UNPAB academics and researchers.

Beauty salons in Semarang offer quality service and care experiences, making it easier for consumers who need quality and fast service. The community service activity program concluded that business plan assistance training was conducted by providing an understanding of the importance of a business plan for beauty salons in Semarang. The business plan created is written evidence; the entrepreneur is able to create a business plan and apply the business opportunities that arise, and is ready to implement the business ideas that have been planned at the beginning, by determining the policy direction that he wants to achieve. A business plan is created with the aim of making it easier for the business to run according to targets and make it easier to achieve as a means of communicating with consumers and increasing capital.

Discharge planning needs to be implemented from the time the patient enters the hospital until the day of discharge. Providing effective information can increase the knowledge and skills of patients and families to carry out independent care at home which is assumed to be ready for discharge so that it is hoped that rehospitalization events will not occur. This study aims to see whether there is an influence of Discharge planning model five on readiness to go home and family. The research design used a quasi experiment with a two group pre and post test using a purposive sampling approach carried out on inpatient students. The research instrument used the Readiness For Hospital Discharge Scale (RHDS) questionnaire. Data analysis used the Paired T test. The results of research on 30 respondents using the Independent T test on the average readiness to go home after (posttest) patients in the Intervention and Control groups obtained P value = 0.000 < ? (0.05) there was a difference in the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention group with the control group. Based on this research, Discharge planning model five is able to increase patient readiness to go home and it is hoped that it can provide input to hospitals so that they can make Discharge planning model five as a method that can be given to patients when the patient is admitted until the patient wants to prepare to go home.

The purpose of human creation based on the context of Genesis 1:26-28 is that humans were created to relate to other creatures and also to fellow human beings where God wants humans to be fruitful and multiply to fill the earth. Allah created man to fulfill His plan and all His creations belong to Him. The image of God in man reflects the personality of God before man fell into sin. And humans who were created in God's image have the responsibility to subdue all of His creation as a responsibility for God's sovereignty as His representative on earth.

Speaking is one of the important skills that must be learned by anyone who wants to master English. In mastering speaking skills, it is necessary to use several strategies. Researchers compiled this thesis with the aim of knowing how the strategies used by tutors in teaching speaking , and students' responses to the strategies used by tutors helped them improve students' speaking skills at Fajar English Course, Pare, Kediri. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. Researchers obtained data by observing one speaking class program, namely Mentari class. The researcher also interviewed three tutors in Mentari class and two students in Mentari class. Finally, the researcher collected the documentation obtained from the observations in class. The data were analyzed by organizing the data obtained by the researcher. The findings of this study indicate that the strategies applied by tutors are conversation, story telling, presentation, debate, breaking news, and speech.The reason the tutor uses this strategy is because the strategy is considered a fun strategy, gives students confidence to dare to speak in public, motivates students not to be afraid of making mistakes when speaking, and from speaking practice students also gain new knowledge. For students who have difficulty in learning speaking, the tutor encourages and motivates them to practice more speaking both inside and outside the classroom. Because every difficulty in the process of learning speaking is considered to be easy to overcome with a lot of practice.

Every company definitely wants good and adequate quality human resources, with the existence of quality human resources makes the company able to compete with other companies. According to Firdaus (Putra et al., n.d.). Therefore the welfare of employees is also very important to note.Especially in giving workload to employees. Each work unit has a different workload. A workload that is too high can cause an employee to become stressed, not to mention the job demands given by the company so that its employees give the best results. Each individual has different resilience to the workload and responsibilities given, the higher the workload given, the higher the stress level that will be experienced by the individual, conversely the lower the workload given, the lower the stress level. A high workload can make employees decide to quit or leave the company and look for a better company. This situation is also known as intensive turnover. In the case of Indonesia, the phenomenon of turnover intention is well recognized by both academics and practitioners. Every year there are around 10-12% of employees who turn over.

Job placement tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Compensation tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, compensation affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency.
