Regarding the arrival of Islam in Indonesia, different perspectives emerge, influenced by the complexity of the phenomenon that Islam does not have a single origin in one place or a specific group.  This diversity of theories is shaped by differences in historians' evidence, interests, religious subjectivities, and  ideologies.  Although  the early arrival of Islam was concluded in 1963, research on the process of the arrival and development of Islam in Indonesia continues to develop, providing opportunities to refine or strengthen existing theories.  Ulama (Islamic scholars) play a central role in the early arrival and development of Islam in Indonesia. Arab merchants, who were also Islamic scholars, formed the first group to propagate and develop Islam, followed by professional Sufi dais (religious leaders).  The  Sufi ulama figures are closely related to two main figures: the 4,444 traders who spread Islam through trade, the economic center of society, and the sultans, who spread Islam through  authority. These features of the spread of Islam effectively contributed to the growth of Islam.The ulama developed Islam through three main channels: culture (preaching, educatin, art, culture, marriage), struture (politics and power), and economics (through trade routes). In other words, the Islaization process in Indonesia is influenced by political power and the spirit of da'wah.  In this context, keywords such as the entry of Islam in Indonesia, the development of Islam in Indonesia, the role of ulama and Sufis, and da'wah are central points for understanding these power relations.    

Marriage is a very important event in the life of our society. Marriage not only involves the bride and groom, but also the parents of both parties, their siblings, and even their respective families. In traditional traditions, marriage is not only important for living people, but is also a very meaningful event and receives full attention, and is attended by the spirits of the ancestors of both parties. A customary law community is a social community (paguyuban) consisting of people who are united because they have blood relations and/or a certain territory, have their own wealth, and are led by one or more people who are considered to have authority or power. Strength or they have values ​​as a guide to life and have no desire to separate each other.

of this research entitled "Analysis of Balance and Arm Muscle Power with Discus Throwing Ability in Class X Students of SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Bener Meriah Regency.". This study aims to determine the relationship between balance and arm muscle power and discus throwing ability in Class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Bandar, Bener Meriah Regency. . This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation. The population in this study were all Class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Bandar, Bener Meriah Regency. For this research sample, the author determined the total sampling sample, that is, the total sample was 23 people. Data collection techniques are: (1) balance test using the modified bass test (2) arm muscle power test and (3) discus throwing ability test. The data analysis technique used is correlation. From the results of data analysis, research results were obtained, namely: (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between balance and discus throwing (r = 0.61), arm muscle power contributed 32.46% to discus throwing ability. (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between balance and discus throwing ability (r = 0.75), arm muscle power contributes 55.862% to discus throwing ability, and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between balance and muscle power arm together with disc sheet ability (r = 0.78). Balance and arm muscle power contribute 63.84% to discus throwing ability together.

Undocumented migrant children lose access to formal education. Therefore, a learning forum is provided, namely the guidance studio (SB) or Learning Center. This research uses a qualitative method using a case study approach. The aim of this research is to determine the form of social relations of NGO PERMAI in building a guidance studio for undocumented migrant children, to find out the form of support/contribution from related parties in helping fulfill education for migrant children. The theory used is Michel Foucault's theory of power relations. The results of this research are: The PERMAI NGO guidance studio requires support and assistance from other parties, this form of relationship is a collaborative relationship from (KBRI, ​​KJRIl, PPI and students from universities in Indonesia). The forms of support provided vary, such as material support or learning needs (desks, chairs, notebooks, boards, etc.) or support in the form of personnel as provided by PPI.

Society in the historical strata has had a fairly close relationship with religion since prehistoric times. For society, religion is seen as the beliefs and behaviors that society uses to address important problems that cannot be solved by the technical systems and organizational techniques for which it is known. To overcome this limitation, humans use the manipulation of supernatural powers. The notion of "culture" is generally understood as a complex definition. Culture or culture can be thought of as a concept whose definition follows the content of its users, although it also refers to objective reality. That is, one person may have an opinion about "culture" or "culture", but another person may object to the words used; Because it requires the person concerned to appreciate his culture. Like the definition of "culture" above, "religion" also has different meanings, both from the point of view of its adherents and from the point of view of the sciences that study it (Sena Adiningrat, 2010). All three have a very strong bond and correlation as the core of society, so that even in the craziest and sane times, they are never broken. Because where there is an association or community or society, there is a habitus, then lived and continues to exist, then it becomes a culture. Meanwhile, religion is a belief in one's conscience, which essentially has an inner connection with feelings and the desire to embrace something and believe in it. So religion requires faith or belief. So believing in something important in religion is called faith.

Poetry is an art form that allows writers to express troubled feelings with beautiful and deep words. This journal, “Emotional Ink: An Inspiring Poetry Adventure When You're Upset,” explores the relationship between anxiety and creativity in poetry. In the introduction, this journal introduces the importance of poetry as a unique medium of expression and provides an overview of the research aims. The research method uses a literature review to gain in-depth insight into leadership and team productivity. The results and discussion explain the role of poetry as a means of emotional expression and psychological therapy, while the conclusions highlight the power of poetry as a healing tool during difficult times.

The increasing public interest in using the paylater feature on the Shopee application is still increasing and quite a few people do not understand their rights and obligations in using this feature. In order to provide certainty and protection for users and business actors, regulations are needed for paylater service providers. This research was created to analyze the form of agreement that arises in the implementation of sales and purchases using the Shopee Paylater feature, including the legal relationship between the parties to the transaction. The panel research method used is normative juridical which examines only library data or secondary data, which includes primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. According to existing research results, the agreements that occur in Shopee Paylater transactions with users based on the analysis of Article 1313 of the Civil Code do not conflict and this agreement is valid as explained in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. This agreement can occur in transactions which are standard agreements, namely agreements where the existing terms and conditions have been regulated unilaterally by the agreement provider. The standard agreement contained in the agreement in this paylater feature is regulated in Article 1319 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship between the parties concerned is PT. Commerce Finance as a creditor with Shopee Paylater consumers as a debtor based on a loan agreement as stated in Article 1754 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship that exists between PT. Commerce Finance with PT. LDN which is the giver of power of attorney and recipient of power of attorney. This of course makes PT. LDN has the right to distribute funds to the relevant Shopee Paylater users.

Social stratification is the grouping of a society into certain classes. Where this grouping can show differences in status that exist in society. Every society has something that is valued, maybe in the form of money, maybe land, maybe objects of economic value, maybe also in the form of power, knowledge, piety in religion, or descent from certain families, occupations and others. It is well known that education and the learning process are very important needs in human life. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of social stratification in the economy of urban communities. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that those with low socio-economic status tend to have high social relationships while those with high socio-economic status tend to have relatively low relationships. In other words, what influences the pattern of social interaction or social relations in urban communities is socioeconomic status, type of work, income level and education level. In addition, there are other factors that determine the pattern of social interaction or social relations in the city.

Comparative law as a science in the Western world is a very young branch of science, only growing rapidly at the end of the 19th century or at the beginning of the 20th century. Previously, efforts had been made to compare several systems with each other, but at that time It cannot be said that research has been carried out using a comparative method carried out systematically and continuously with the aim of achieving a certain goal. The method used is library research, collecting data by searching for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals and existing research. In its development, this legal system recognized the division of public law and private law. Public law includes legal regulations that regulate the power and authority of the ruler/state as well as the relationships between society and the state (the same as public law in the Anglo-Saxon legal system). Private Law includes legal regulations that regulate relationships between individuals in meeting their daily needs. The values ​​of the western legal system are not in accordance with the noble values ​​of the Indonesian nation, resulting in a gap between the law and the Indonesian society it regulates. The customary law system has its values ​​in certain indigenous communities, can only be believed and practiced by indigenous communities, and cannot be ratified as national law, and the Islamic legal system's values ​​are believed and practiced by the majority of Indonesian people nationally.

This concept is important in understanding how power is used and distributed in a political system. In political theory, power is understood as the ability to influence the actions and decisions of others, with various approaches, including as a resource or as a social relationship.

A shift in the role of living by the head of the family or a husband is replaced by a wife who works as a Women's Working Power (TKW) abroad. It's already happening because of the demands of the family economy. That decision affects the relationship and distance communication of the couple. Although the progress of communication technology is so rapid as the media is the point of the problem is to manage communication and relationships to stay harmonious. The research study was conducted out at the Bulugunung village, district of Plaosan, Magetan. The research methodology used is field research applying qualitative research methods. Qualitative methods produce descriptive data with data collection techniques such as observations and interviews. The results that follow are the study’s conclusion. (1) The condition of couples with long-distance marriages in communicating, (2) the way the couples take advantage of the supporting and hindering factors of distance communication, and (3) the distance interpersonal communication patterns between spouses inining distance marital relationships. Collaboration and mutual trust are the key to the harmony of relationships and communication of distant married couples.

The research problem that the researchers took was that there was still a lack of skills in volleyball smash skills for male extracurricular participants at SMAN 1 Bululawang. The research done for describe the level of arm muscle power, hand and eye coordination and smash ability. This study aims to look at the level of arm muscle power, hand-eye coordination and smash ability. This study used a quantitative descriptive research with a test survey method. The research sample was 15 participants with purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a test, when carrying out test activities it is recorded and supplemented by documentation. The tests carried out included arm muscle power, hand and eye  coordination and smash ability. From the research results, the participants overall arm muscle power had a percentage of 51% included in less category, then hand and eye coordination had a percentage of 28% included in very less category, while smash ability had percentage  64% included in the sufficient category. This research can be concluded that arm muscle strength is not significant to smash ability, eye-hand coordination is not significant to smash ability and arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination have a significant relationship to smash ability.

The aim of this publication is to clarify the legal relationship between parties involved in peer-to-peer lending as well as legal protection in the event of default. This research uses a method known as normative legal research or library law research, where secondary data or library materials are used as source material. In addition, this page explains in general the P2P lending model, rules, P2P lending arrangements in Indonesia, and consumer legal protection. Based on this research, it is known that the parties involved in P2P lending have power relations, loan agreements, and cooperation agreements. Depending on the cause of default, the lender or P2P Lending provider may be liable for default risk. Although illegal P2P lending is not subject to OJK regulations, legal P2P lending businesses are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and must comply with OJK regulations. Subjective terms are violated by loan agreements signed through illegal P2P Lending, allowing requests for cancellation in court.  

This study aimed to explore the “Kiss up, kick down” culture in Vietnamese educational institutions and understand its implications on teachers at different stages of their career: novice, mid-career, and near-end. Using a qualitative approach, 15 participants were interviewed. The thematic analysis of interview data resulted in the identification of fifteen themes. They highlighted a pervasive culture driven by power dynamics and hierarchy, impacting interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, professional growth, and mental well-being. Additionally, the culture was found to align with societal norms and was seen as a reflection of the collective culture and historical influences in Vietnam. The study underscores the need for systemic change and offers insights that could inform policy and practice aimed at creating healthier and more inclusive academic environments.

God and human  have a complex relation that often creates paradox. The paradox appears because  human being doesn't completely understand God's mean behind His rules. So, in this research, the author will explain paradox of the characters in Semua Ikan di Langit, a novel written by Ziggy Zesyazeoviennazabrizky in reflecting the relation of human and God. The data collection method used in this research is read and note method. Then the data was Analyzed  with qualitative method. The result of the research shows that Beliau, a character that resemble God, has a God's power  who is omnipotent, but on the other hand, is also not perfect. However, this imperfection occured because Bus Damri and Nad as servants did not fully knowing about Beliau. This imperfection is only a misunderstanding since the servants didn't know Beliau completely. The human relationship with God is also illustrated in the figures of Bus Damri and Nad who represent obedience and betrayal. In addition, the relationship between God and human can occur because  human being is reliant on God , which was reflected in the character of the Farmer. Hopefully,  this research can be useful  for further studies      

This journal reviews the problems that occurred in Pulau Rakyat District regarding the marital law contained in surah An-Nisa' verses 7.8 and 11.12. 'Ulumul Qur'an as one of the sciences in the study of the Qur'an has been well established since the 7th-9th century Hijriyah. Munasabah science (knowledge of the relationship between one sura/verse and another sura/verse) is part of the 'ulumul qur-an. This knowledge is quite urgent in order to make all the verses of the Qur'an as a unified whole. Starting from Az-Zarqashi's opinion that the Koran is not a word that was revealed by accident, by accident, and without a specific goal and purpose. Thus, every use and arrangement of words, construction of verses and surahs (munasabah) and the transition of themes contained therein have the power of the concept as a complete sentence. By using a qualitative research method that focuses on search libraries, the problem that is being discussed in this research becomes a complex matter. Where also presenting resource persons who know in this field. The population in this study are residents who lack knowledge of inheritance law. The results of the research data are presented in a descriptive form. The result is that 10 out of 12 samples have many problems related to inheritance law.

Religious diversity is seen as a factor that can strengthen tolerance between people, as long as there is mutual respect. It is important to respect different religious beliefs and build positive relationships with individuals who have different religious beliefs through the holy Qur'an. The resource person also emphasized the importance of an attitude that is in harmony with faith. understand and respect the beliefs and religious views of others, while maintaining personal beliefs and maintaining good relations in society.

The grand factor driving the transfer of IKN is such as population agglomeration on the island of Java, which has an impact on economic stagnation which is increasingly apprehensive. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. The duality approach between the possessors of power and their powers will influence each other on an ongoing basis. More than that, the connection between political phenomena in creating opportunities will be very radical when an actor expects to optimize the capacity of his actions to influence other elements. Various speculations from minority groups to the voice of environmental elements over the transfer of the national capital are purely based on an oligarchic profit-sharing project. This skeptical assumption overshadows the fact that the development transformation synergy is fraught with risks for the possibilities that will occur. Especially regarding investment-motivated funding for the state capital project, it will confront the role of bureaucrats in a metaphorical setting in the growth of national economic capacity. It is claimed that the megaproject will participate in mobilizing supporting resources that cannot be separated from the comparison of science and technology development.

This study aims to analyze the power dynamics that occur in the interaction between a clown and a driver at a red light using Michel Foucault's power theory approach. Clowns at red lights are often objects of interest to motorists and pedestrians, but their role in public space is rarely examined from a power perspective. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the clown's interaction at the red light. Data was collected through participant observation, interviews with clowns, and content analysis from social media that describes these interactions. The results showed that clowns at red lights use various strategies to attract the attention of motorists, such as funny gestures, flashy costumes, and silly actions. However, behind the fun and joy shown by the clown, there is a hidden power structure. Through the use of humorous actions, clowns are able to change the dynamics of public space, divert the attention of motorists from existing traffic rules, and form alternative narratives about that space. This study also shows that the presence of a clown at a red light involves a complex power and knowledge relationship between the clown, the driver, and the general public. Clowns use their symbolic power to control people's perceptions and evaluations of public space, as well as to go beyond the rules and norms that apply. Using Foucault's theory of power, this study provides a new understanding of the clown's interaction at the red light as a form of resistance to existing power. This research also describes how clowns, as actors who are underestimated by many people, can utilize their power to shape and reconstruct meaning and experience in public space.
