The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, and 47 civil servant respondents were selected as the sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research includes: data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial significant test (t statistical test) from the research analysis and discussion show that; transactional leadership style, with a t value of 1,555, this value is smaller than t table 1,669. This explains that the Transactional Leadership variable has no effect on the Employee Performance variable. Work Culture, with a t value of 3,033, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Work Culture variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Physical Work Environment, with a t value of 2,467, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Physical Work Environment variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous significant test (f test) show that Fcount 5,600 > Ftable 2,751 with a significance value of 0.002. So it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely Transactional Leadership (X1), Work Culture (X2) and Physical Work Environment (X3) greatly influence the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y) at PT. The public demand for better vehicle performance is increasing. Increasing the compression ratio and fuel octane is one solution to improve vehicle performance. This study aims to determine the effect of increasing the compression ratio and ethanol mixture in fuel on the power and torque of the 125 cc Otto engine. The method used is an experiment using a dynotest. The compression ratio was varied to 8.9, 9.2, and 9.6, with ethanol mixtures of 5%, 10%, and 15%. The test data were analyzed using the two-way ANOVA method. The results showed that increasing the compression ratio and ethanol mixture can increase engine power and torque. The highest peak power and torque occurred at a compression ratio of 9.6 with 15% ethanol, which was 6.11 kW and 10.23 N.m. A compression ratio of 9.2 produces 6.07 kW of power and 10.07 N.m of torque at 15% ethanol. A compression ratio of 8.9 produces 5.62 kW of power at 15% ethanol and 9.73 N.m of torque at 10% ethanol.

MSMEs that were once considered economically resilient during times of crisis were found to have a higher vulnerability to experiencing losses than large companies. This vulnerability is due to financial and non-financial constraints. Specifically, these obstacles are classified into operational risk, financial risk, and marketing risk. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME players regarding HR and financial management to minimize operational and financial risks. This activity uses the methods of Counseling and Education as well as Mentoring and Coaching. The result is that this activity can be carried out successfully. Successful implementation is marked by the division of employee duties so that each employee has their responsibility for a job which can lead to increased employee performance. Apart from that, partners already understand the importance of financial management and its relevance for business development and decision-making. However, partners still do not know how to prepare financial reports by MSME).
