This community service initiative was designed to empower housewives in Dusun III, Desa Pematang Sijonam, by introducing ecoprint as a sustainable craft and a potential driver of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The activity was motivated by the limited access to alternative livelihoods in rural communities and the increasing relevance of environmentally conscious products in contemporary markets. The program adopted a descriptive qualitative design, emphasizing participatory involvement through workshops and direct practice. Participants were guided to identify tannin-rich leaves from their local environment, arrange them on pre-mordanted cotton tote bags, and apply steaming processes to transfer pigments. The outcomes revealed that participants not only acquired technical competence but also demonstrated heightened creativity and confidence, producing distinctive motifs that carried cultural and ecological values. More importantly, the training raised awareness of the economic potential of natural resources that had previously been overlooked. This activity suggests that ecoprint is not merely an artistic expression but also a practical strategy for fostering women’s economic independence, stimulating rural entrepreneurship, and strengthening sustainable development at the community level

This community service activity was carried out in Bonde Village, Pamboang District, Majene Regency, to empower the local community through training in the production of flavored banana chips as a strategy for product diversification based on local potential. Bonde Village has several leading agricultural commodities, one of which is bananas. However, the utilization of bananas is still limited to fresh consumption or direct sale at relatively low economic value. The activity consisted of three stages: preparation, training, and evaluation. During the training phase, participants received material on the objectives of product diversification, followed by hands-on practice in making banana chips with chocolate and balado flavor variants. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test methods to assess the improvement in participants’ understanding. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the diversification process and banana chip production (85% and 95%, respectively), as well as an increased interest in developing the product as a business opportunity (75%). This activity is expected to serve as an initial step in developing local potential and enhancing the economic self-reliance of the village community.

Community service activities carried out by the Faculty of Animal Husbandry lecturer team integrated with the Thematic KKN program from the Halu Oleo University Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) Year 2024 were carried out in Soropia Village, Soropia District, Konawe Regency. Introducing the technique of making hatching machines and how to operate them to the community in Soropia Village. This is intended so that farmers can understand new technology in the poultry farming industry which functions to replace the role of mothers in incubating eggs and is expected to increase livestock productivity more optimally. Service activities in Soropia Village were carried out in two stages. The first stage was observation by conducting documentation data collection methods and discussions with community leaders as stakeholders. The results of the discussion showed that most of the community's understanding of egg incubators was still limited. The second stage involved developing a solution by designing and manufacturing a hatching machine, including procedures for its operation. The output achieved in this activity is an increase in insight and knowledge about automatic egg hatching machine technology.

The community service program activities that have been carried out are related to ecoprint techniques, which involve printing using natural materials such as leaves, flowers, and plant stems to produce patterns or motifs on fabric media. This training activity aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of the young girls in Bintungan Nagari, so they can be creative and innovative through ecoprint techniques. It provides knowledge and broadens their understanding of how to utilize the natural potential available in the environment around Bintungan Nagari. This training also aims to create environmentally friendly products to foster a healthy and clean environment. The hope for this activity is to have a positive impact on improving the knowledge and skills of young girls as the generation that brings about change. The training uses an approach of counseling, demonstration, training, and mentoring, along with evaluation. The results of the training program indicate a high level of enthusiasm from the participants, with knowledge and skills acquired, they have been able to produce sheets of fabric with unique motifs from the ecoprint technique. This has opened up space for participants to generate new ideas and create interesting motif patterns from natural materials. The products produced not only serve as a medium of expression but also have the potential to be developed as environmentally friendly, local creative products.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy but still face challenges in utilizing digital technology for marketing. Shofi Cookies, as the partner of this program, has been using TikTok and a website, yet their utilization remains suboptimal. This community service activity aimed to enhance the partner’s digital capacity through social media analysis, website audits, and digital branding training. The methods included evaluating the TikTok account, auditing the website’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and providing training on the use of WordPress Content Management System (CMS) along with branding strategies. The results showed that the TikTok account was still personal, limiting analytic data, while the website audit produced a C- SEO score with issues in mobile access speed. The training, attended by the owner and operator, received positive responses with high satisfaction, although participants’ understanding still needs improvement. The implication of this activity highlights the importance of follow-up actions such as switching to a TikTok business account, increasing content upload consistency, and optimizing website SEO. With these efforts, Shofi Cookies is expected to strengthen competitiveness, expand market reach, and increase sales in the digital era.

Employee training and development is an activity that aims to improve employee competence, knowledge and attitudes in achieving achievement. This training is provided to both new employees and existing employees who still need training and retraining. In practice, training is a short-term development process that uses a structured and organized operating system, with the main aim of improving employee performance and opening up career opportunities. Employees need to have sufficient skills and knowledge, and one way to meet these needs is through training programs designed to improve the quality of human resources. In this way, employees can achieve their desires and ultimately get the expected results.  

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga Desa Gununglurah dalam mengolah limbah organik rumah tangga menjadi produk ecoenzim yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan, kebersihan, dan pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, demonstrasi, serta pendampingan pembuatan ecoenzim berbahan dasar sampah organik (kulit buah, molase atau gula merah, dan air). Dari sudut pandang farmasi, ecoenzim mengandung senyawa bioaktif hasil fermentasi yang dapat diaplikasikan sebagai pembersih alami, pengendali bau, serta berpotensi sebagai bahan tambahan dalam produk kesehatan tradisional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme warga yang tinggi, peningkatan pemahaman tentang pengolahan limbah, serta kemampuan menghasilkan ecoenzim secara mandiri. Pelatihan ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesadaran kesehatan lingkungan dan potensi pemanfaatan ecoenzim dalam mendukung konsep green pharmacy.

Anak difabel memiliki kebutuhan khusus akibat adanya gangguan dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, baik secara fisik, sensorik, intelektual, maupun emosional. Salah satu gangguan yang umum adalah gangguan motorik, yang berdampak pada keterbatasan dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik sehari-hari. Penanganan melalui latihan motorik yang sesuai sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot, koordinasi, fleksibilitas, serta efikasi diri anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di YPAC Surakarta dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan guru olahraga dan orang tua mengenai pentingnya latihan motorik yang disesuaikan dengan klasifikasi gangguan anak. Metode kegiatan meliputi observasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan langsung, dan evaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, serta monitoring keberlanjutan latihan di rumah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan latihan yang individual dan terstruktur dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pendamping (guru dan orang tua), sekaligus membantu anak difabel mengembangkan potensi fisik dan psikologisnya. Kolaborasi antara pendidik, orang tua, serta tenaga profesional menjadi kunci dalam membentuk anak difabel yang berdaya saing dan berjiwa juara

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang berorientasi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program KKN INSANI (Inovasi dan Solusi untuk Pembangunan Masyarakat) di Desa Papringan, Banyumas. Program difokuskan pada empat bidang utama, yaitu sosial, ekonomi, kesehatan, dan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi lapangan, diskusi bersama komunitas, pelaksanaan program, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dan penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, terutama dalam mengoptimalkan potensi desa melalui kegiatan edukasi, pelatihan, dan inovasi berbasis lokal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa program KKN INSANI tidak hanya memberikan manfaat langsung bagi masyarakat, tetapi juga menjadi media pembelajaran kolaboratif bagi mahasiswa dalam mengasah kemampuan komunikasi, problem solving, dan kepemimpinan sosial. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan desa yang berkelanjutan sekaligus memperkuat peran perguruan tinggi dalam pembangunan masyarakat.

Ketergantungan pada pestisida kimia dalam kegiatan pertanian berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan manusia, lingkungan, dan menimbulkan resistensi hama. Pemanfaatan limbah organik seperti kulit bawang putih, kulit bawang merah, dan daun pepaya berpotensi sebagai bahan baku pestisida alami karena mengandung senyawa bioaktif yang bersifat insektisida. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi pembuatan pestisida alami dari bahan lokal di Desa Cibangkong, meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah organik menjadi pestisida nabati, dan mendorong penerapan pertanian ramah lingkungan. Metode pada kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi bahaya pestisida kimia, pelatihan pembuatan pestisida alami berbahan kulit bawang putih, kulit bawang merah, dan daun papaya.

The urgency of improving product marketing effectiveness in Musuk Village, Boyolali, arises because the Ceria Women Farmers Group (KWT Ceria) has been relying on face-to-face sales with limited reach and minimal visual appeal to attract potential buyers. The goal of this training is to enhance the knowledge and skills of KWT Ceria members in product photography and the use of e-commerce platforms to expand market access. The methods applied in this training include interactive lectures on the basic principles of product photography and digital marketing strategies, demonstrations of e-commerce applications, as well as hands-on practice in product photography and uploading photos to online platforms. The post-training evaluation results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge, enhanced technical skills in product photography, and deliverables such as a digital product catalog and e-commerce accounts. The findings demonstrate that product photography and digital marketing training can strengthen the competitive edge of KWT Ceria in the digital era. This training not only provided technical skills but also improved the members' ability to utilize technology to market products more widely and efficiently.

Community Service Learning (CSL) is a tangible manifestation of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which aims to apply knowledge within the community, particularly in addressing economic challenges in rural areas. This study focuses on the effectiveness of the UIN SU student KKN programme in Sugihen Village, Juhar Subdistrict, Karo Regency, which carries the theme of economic empowerment of the community. The research method used a qualitative approach with participatory observation and practical demonstration techniques, directly involving the Sugihen Village community. The results showed that this programme significantly improved the participants’ knowledge and technical skills, transforming their roles from passive consumers to active producers. This training not only helped reduce household expenses but also opened up new business opportunities that had the potential to increase family income. Therefore, this KKN programme can serve as an effective strategic model for creating stable and independent community-based economic growth.

The background of this rescarch has a strstegic rolr in improving community competence through training and development programs. However, the effectiveness of program implementation was often hampered by budget contraints,infrastructure,and minimal.Follow-up. This research aimed to determine the role of the village government,the obstacles faced, and the impact of training on increasing community capacity.         The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews,observation,and documentation.The data sources used wereprimary and seconday data.         The results showed that the village government has made efforts to provide training facilities,conduct socialization, and implement various programs in following local potential,such as agri culture,entrepreneurship,and content creation. Howevwr,program implementation has not been optimal  due to budget cnstraints ( the village fun allocation was only around 30% ), a lack of practical facilities, and the absence of continuous assistance and structured evaluation. These conditions have resulted in the impact of training tending to stop at increasing knowledge,which has not yet been fully implemented in the productive economic activities of the community.

The main problems faced by the community were the lack of knowledge about the diversification of local food products and limited skills in processing simple materials into marketable products. The implementation methods included counseling on the importance of food processing innovation, hands-on training in producing taro donuts and coffee husk tea, as well as mentoring in basic business management such as packaging and marketing strategies. The results of the program indicated an increase in the community’s understanding and skills in processing local resources into creative and competitive products. In addition, this activity provided motivation for the community to develop micro-enterprises based on village potential, which is expected to improve family income and support village self-reliance.

This training is motivated by the rapid development of information technology and social media, which makes the ability to manage self-image or personal branding a crucial aspect in developing the potential of individuals and organizations. Through this activity, Karang Taruna members are given an understanding of the basic concepts of personal branding, strategies for building a positive digital identity, as well as technical skills in designing and producing engaging, educational video content that suits the character of each participant. In addition to theory, participants are also trained practically in the video creation process from planning ideas, shooting, to editing using simple software. It is hoped that through this training, Karang Taruna youth will be able to utilize social media productively as a platform for promoting social activities, developing self-potential, and spreading positive values in the community. This activity also serves as a means to strengthen the existence of Karang Taruna as a youth organization that is adaptive to technological advances and plays an active role in building a positive image of the younger generation at the local and global levels. Thus, this training not only provides technical skills, but also forms a creative, innovative, and responsible mindset in the use of digital media.

Transformasi digital di pendidikan tinggi menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi dosen dalam mengelola pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi dan ketahanan dosen dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA dan pendekatan PICOS, melalui seleksi 14 artikel ilmiah terindeks internasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dosen dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri terhadap teknologi, otonomi pedagogis, dan dukungan institusional, sedangkan ketahanan terbentuk melalui kemampuan adaptif dan persepsi positif terhadap teknologi pembelajaran. Hubungan antara motivasi dan ketahanan bersifat timbal balik serta memperkuat kesiapan profesional dosen di era digital. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas dosen melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, kebijakan insentif, dan sistem mentoring agar mampu menjaga keberlanjutan pembelajaran digital yang inovatif dan tangguh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman paham kebangsaan dan nilai Batang Garing pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik (PAK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik Pearson’s product moment correlation yang digunakan IBM Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) Statistics Versi 25.0 for Windows dengan sampel Populasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 4 Palangka Raya, melibatkan 13 siswa kelas XII yang berAgama Katolik. Instrumen Penelitian menggunakan angket paham kebangsaan dan nilai Batang Garing dengan koefisien reliabilitas dihitung menggunakan Alpha Cronbach paham kebangsaan sebesar 0,78 dengan 36 item valid dan nilai Batang Garing dari sebesar 0,753 dengan 22 item valid. Hasil penelitiah ini menunjukan paham kebagsaan mendapatkan nilai z=-3.111 dengan p=0,002(p<0,05) dan pada nilai Batang Garing mendapatkan nilai z=-3.361 dengan p=0,002(p<0,05) tergolong memiliki peningkatan yang signifikan maka dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh pemahaman siswa terhadap Paham Kebangsaan dan Nilai Batang Garing. Pada akhir ini menunjuk  adanya   perbedaan   pada   pengetahuan  siswa  mengalami  peningkatan  pemahaman  pengetahuan  lebih  tinggi  dibandingkan  sebelum mengikuti pembelajaran PAK. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan Paham Kebangsaan dan nilai Batang Garing menunjukkan ada  perbedaan  peningkatan  yang  signifikan  antara  sebelum  dan  sesudah  pembelajaran  dibuktikan  dengan  hasil  akhir  evaluasi  tes  pengetahuan  Paham  kebangsaan  dan  nilai  Batang  garing  nilai  z=-3.127   dengan  t=0,002(t< 0,05).
