The development of the times not only shifts morality, but also makes behavior drift and tends to shift cultural values, where human life is now almost separated from the cultural heritage of ancestors. The culture of mutual cooperation has changed into an individualistic culture of life so that social concern and sensitivity are no longer part of life's needs. Shifts in cultural values and lifestyle also influence food consumption behavior. Where humans in this modern era are more inclined to consume food that is in accordance with the times. The choice is that for the sake of prestige, the legal status of food is no longer a consideration. Halal and haram are not a criterion. Islam as a religion pays attention to food consumption. In principle, food must be useful for human survival, as an ingredient to improve the quality of worship as an obligation for His servants to Allah, SWT. Therefore, consuming food must be sterile from uncleanliness because the substance, method of obtaining and processing the food before consumption must ensure that it is halal. Because, Islam views that food is closely related to human behavior, haram food contributes to human behavior to bring harm to other humans.

The education of the Quran plays a key role in shaping the character, morality, and spirituality of individual Muslims. The vision of Quranic education extends beyond the mere understanding of the text, encompassing the introduction and application of Islamic values in everyday life. Contextualizing the vision of Quranic education involves an effort to comprehend and apply the teachings of the Quran in varying contexts of time and place. This article explores how the vision of Quranic education can be integrated and developed within educational institutions through a qualitative descriptive approach and literature review. The findings indicate that Quranic education involves not only understanding the text, but also the practice of Islamic ethics, the cultivation of noble virtues, the teaching of Arabic language, exegesis, hadith, and the study of the historical and cultural context in which the Quran was revealed. The integration of Quranic teachings into educational curricula, interactive teaching methods, character development, and the promotion of social awareness and inclusive education are crucial strategies in implementing the vision of Quranic education within educational institutions. Through these measures, Quranic education can shape a generation of Muslims with strong religious knowledge, virtuous character, and the ability to contribute positively to society as a whole.

An understanding of morality as distinguished through legality is found in Kant's moral philosophy. Based on his knowledge, morality is the similarity of nature or behavior to inner provisions or laws, namely what Kant sees as "obligations". Morality is always fulfilled if we obey the law outwardly but because we are afraid of an impact of that law outwardly, but because we know that obeying the law is an obligation. In another part, Kant said that there are two parts of the principle that make human action, such as maxims (maxime) and objective rules. Maxims are teachings that are still running subjectively, which are based on subjective vision and form the basis for action. Despite having a mind, the human being as a subject is an imperfect person, and also has passions, emotions, tastes and so on. Basically (basic values) means that the economy is useful for helping economic implementers (in this case traders) will destroy problems (moral) in their economic practices. The article entitled Islamic education and character learning in the context of globalization was written with the aim of forming individuals to have good character and morality. Character education is needed in a person because with good character a good and moral person is created. Character learning of course will create a person's character based on what is learned, so that the character will stick in him and even form identity in the future. In the current era of modernization, character education can be carried out through Islamic-oriented learning, so that even though one lives in the era of globalization, one can still maintain Islamic values embedded in oneself. This research was conducted using two methods, namely qualitative research through questionnaires and literature studies by looking at previous studies whose theme is of course related to the title of this article.

In this era of modernization, many changes have occurred in human life, so it is very important to teach religious education in schools with the aim of contributing to the morale of students who are increasingly far from God's truth. Therefore, education must rest on the four pillars, viz. know, learn to do, learn to live together and learn to be yourself. What is very important in competency development is the curriculum as a learning tool. In this case, the curriculum is considered to be able to solve various problems of the nation, especially in the field of education, by training students, planning, implementing and evaluating the education system in an effective, efficient and effective manner.

In times like today, it is certain that people in their lives will experience an event called risk. This incident is bound to happen to everyone in any way. Therefore, to minimize the negative impact due to these risks, it is necessary to have a solution on the risk side to deal with these risks. Risk is a synonym of the English-speaking Risk Society, which means that in reality in social life there must be a problem or uncertainty that is experienced. In 1986 risk could be described in a structural situation, for example, industrialization, the emergence of the modernization era, and so on. Because basically the era of modernization gave rise to many technologies that are easy to use so that they can affect existing life. According to Anthony Giddens, modernization is a culture of risk. The risk community is a meaning used because something has changed towards something new in people's lives at this time. In addition, the figure who discussed the risk community was Ulrick Beck. He stated that criticism of mathematical morality from expert thinking is that public discourse about risk making is something that can be avoided from the structural conditions of society. Then the figure who also discusses the risk community is Mary Douglas, an anthropologist who discusses cultural theory.
