This research aims to analyze the implementation of the "Jalak Wadul Mas" (Jawa Timur Layanan Pengaduan Warga dan Dukungan Masyarakat/East Java Citizen Complaint Service and Community Support) innovation program in improving the welfare of people with social welfare problems (PMKS) in East Java Province. The Social Service of East Java Province developed this program as an integrated digital platform for complaint handling, social assistance distribution, and empowerment of vulnerable groups. Using the policy implementation theory from Edward III, this study examines four critical factors: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This qualitative research employs a descriptive approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation at the Social Service of East Java Province during June-August 2025. Informants include program managers, field social workers, PMKS beneficiaries, and community stakeholders. The results indicate that the Jalak Wadul Mas program has successfully served 45,678 PMKS across 38 districts/cities in East Java, with a 78% complaint resolution rate and average response time of 3 working days. The program integrates multiple services, including emergency assistance, rehabilitation referrals, skills training, and economic empowerment. Key success factors include strong leadership commitment, adequate technology infrastructure, and collaborative networks with community organizations. Challenges remain in human resource capacity, internet connectivity in remote areas, and cross-sectoral coordination. This study recommends strengthening digital literacy training for beneficiaries, expanding mobile service units, developing real-time monitoring dashboards, and establishing sustainable funding mechanisms.

The environmental crisis is a global issue that has become increasingly evident and directly affects human life, including rural communities. Deforestation, environmental pollution, and changes in human lifestyles reflect an imbalanced relationship between humanity and nature. From a Christian faith perspective, the environmental crisis is not merely an ecological or social problem. This article aims to examine ecotheology as a foundation of Christian faith in responding to environmental crises, while also describing its practical implementation through a Community Service program conducted by lecturers and students of the Master’s Program in Christian Religious Education at IAKN Tarutung in 2025 in Situmeang Pintu Bosi Village, Sipoholon District, North Tapanuli Regency. The method employed is a qualitative approach using a participatory service model, which includes ecotheological material presentations, Bible-based reflective discussions, and the accompaniment of simple environmental care actions with the local community. The service materials emphasize the understanding of God as the Creator and Owner of all creation, the cultural mandate and stewardship, the reality of sin and its impact on the degradation of creation, and the role of the church and believers in preserving environmental integrity. The results indicate an increased theological understanding among the community regarding Christian responsibility toward the environment, along with the growth of ethical awareness to care for nature through concrete actions in daily life. This activity affirms that ecotheology is not merely conceptual, but has practical relevance in fostering faith-based ecological awareness.

The Griya Kembang Putih (GKP) community faces a challenge in properly performing the shrouding procedure for corpses, as they lack the skills required to follow Islamic law. They have traditionally followed customs passed down by local community leaders without understanding their authenticity. To address this issue, a rukti (corpse care) service has been initiated, focusing on educating the GKP community about the correct shrouding process based on the Prophet's guidance. The service employs a combination of lectures and hands-on methods to deliver knowledge. The outcome of this service is that the community now understands the proper shrouding procedure, although ongoing learning is still needed. They are now equipped to differentiate between the traditional practices they once followed and the practices that align with Islamic teachings as conveyed by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The shrouding procedure is presented step by step, making it easier for the community to comprehend and apply the correct methods when handling a deceased individual. The procedure begins by setting up a table for the body, placing seven cloth ropes, and preparing three pieces of shroud for men and five pieces for women. The body is then placed on the shroud, which is folded from right to left and left to right, with ropes tied around each part of the covered body. As a result, the GKP community is now capable of independently performing shrouding procedures in line with Shari'a law, guided by the Prophet's teachings, rather than adhering to ancestral customs.

The digital era continues to evolve and bring innovation and change to various industries. Through digital transformation and strategies needed to overcome obstacles in the digital era, organizations can adapt and change. To achieve their goals, MSMEs must implement efficient marketing techniques in their operations. This community service method uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) technique. This is in line with the conditions of the partner, Dwikora Village, which has human resources that are well known to both village officials and residents. The results found that due to a lack of understanding of digital marketing communication management procedures, they were unfamiliar with digital marketing techniques, different social media platforms, or how to measure their effectiveness. The Community Service Team conveyed their understanding of the importance of digital marketing communication in improving the knowledge and skills of residents as an effort to improve their marketing communication skills. This was because many residents, especially mothers, did not understand how to use digital marketing to promote their MSMEs. The team formed a content creation team or digital marketing communication managers, socialized the value of digital marketing communication to the sub-district residents in improving their knowledge and skills, and implemented a digital marketing communication message management strategy on Instagram. After these activities, partners can create interesting and relevant content that suits the interests of the target audience in Dwikora Village, namely its residents.

Syiir is a series of beautiful and refined words composed through linguistic strength and rich imaginative expression. In the context of Islamic da’wah, syiir has long been used as one of the media or approaches by preachers (da’i) to convey religious messages to the community in a persuasive manner that touches emotional aspects. Explicitly, syiir has the ability to stimulate feelings, develop inner awareness, and instill moral and spiritual values, as reflected in various narratives and practices of earlier religious figures. This study, using an integrative–interconnective approach, aims to examine Madurese syiir composed by KH. Musfik Al-Karawi and broadcast through the amateur radio medium YG3AMP, with a focus on the level of community understanding and the resulting social impacts. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. The findings indicate that the Madurese syiir by KH. Musfik Al-Karawi provides a good level of understanding for the community and generates various positive social impacts.
