The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant transformations across various sectors, including legal education. Law students, as future legal professionals, must understand both the opportunities and challenges posed by AI. Nowadays, there is no comprehensive regulation governing the use of AI in legal education, raising concerns abour legal gaps, academic intregrity, and graduate competency. This study aims to analyze the impact of AI on law students and highlight the urgency of establishing regulatory frameworks for its use. The research employs a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach. The findings indicate that while AI can enhance the productivity of law students, it also has the potential to erode critical thinking skills and endanger students’ personal data if misused. This article presents a theoretical review of the relationship between monetary policy and inflation rates in developing countries. High inflation remains a major challenge for developing economies due to global price fluctuations, import dependency, and weak domestic economic structures. Monetary policy instruments such as policy interest rates, open market operations, and reserve requirements play a vital role in controlling inflation, although their effectiveness is often hampered by shallow financial markets, low financial inclusion, and limited central bank credibility. Moreover, external factors such as imported inflation reduce the ability of monetary policy to maintain price stability. This study highlights the importance of digital innovation, including the use of big data, digital payment systems, and real-time analytics to enhance monetary policy effectiveness. It concludes that structural reforms, stronger central bank credibility, and strategic adoption of digital innovation are essential to achieve price stability and sustainable economic growth in the globalization era.

This study aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy on income inequality in Indonesia over a certain period of time. Monetary policy implemented by Bank Indonesia plays an important role in maintaining macroeconomic stability through instruments such as interest rates, inflation, and the amount of money in circulation. However, the implementation of this policy also has an impact on the distribution of community income. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of time series analyzed using econometric regression methods to measure the effect of monetary policy variables on the income inequality index (Gini Ratio). The results of the study show that variables such as the benchmark interest rate and inflation have a significant relationship to income inequality. When inflation increases, the purchasing power of the lower middle class decreases more sharply than the upper class, thus widening the gap in inequality. Conversely, controlling inflation through appropriate interest rates can help reduce economic disparities. This study provides important meaning for policy makers to pay more attention to the distribution aspect in determining monetary policy so that economic growth can be more inclusive and equitable.

Currently, the digital era has penetrated most sectors of humanity, where one of the people who are penetrated is the Indonesian people. Data shows that internet users in Indonesia have reached 221 million, equivalent to 79.5 percent of Indonesia's total population. Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest number of internet users in the world. Some of them are the use of Artificial Intelligence in driving, in digital marketplace services, and in responding to consumer complaints. However, these things are not entirely free from the potential adverse risks that can befall consumers. So far, the Indonesian Positive Law regulation has not yet reached the regulation of the impact of potential adverse risks to consumers who use products containing Artificial Intelligence. On the other hand, the European Union has already regulated the impact of adverse risks in the use of Artificial Intelligence. Therefore, this research will try to adopt the norm from the European Union and initiate it as an answer to the regulation of the impact of risks in the utilization of Artificial Intelligence in the perspective of Indonesian Law.

The bankruptcy of a major company like PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex) not only reflects a financial crisis but also opens a significant debate about legal fairness for stakeholders, particularly laborers and company owners. This research examines the impact of the bankruptcy on the fulfillment of laborers' normative rights and the legal protection afforded to company owners. Using a juridical-normative approach and a case study method, the findings reveal that the bankruptcy process still presents imbalances in legal protection, especially for laborers who, despite being legally recognized as preferential creditors, are often disregarded in practice. This article recommends regulatory reform and strengthening the state's role in ensuring justice throughout the bankruptcy proceedings.

Language development in early childhood is a fundamental aspect in shaping children's cognitive, social, and emotional abilities. However, in today's digital era, excessive use of gadgets has become a common habit in parenting patterns, which has the potential to inhibit children's speech development. This article aims to examine the impact of gadget use on speech delays in early childhood using a literature review approach to the literature from 2020–2025. The results of the study indicate that passive interaction through gadgets, without adequate verbal guidance and stimulation, can reduce the frequency of dialogue and children's social involvement. This condition increases the risk of speech delay, expressive communication disorders, and vocabulary limitations. In addition, factors such as permissive parenting, technoference, and lack of direct verbal activity are significant contributors to obstacles to language development. Therefore, an active role is needed for parents in limiting screen time, assisting with the use of digital media, and creating an environment rich in verbal interaction. Public education and early detection are also important solutions to prevent and treat speech delays from an early age.
