The findings of problems related to store atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction are the impetus for this research. This study aims to examine how customer satisfaction at KFC Purus Veteran Padang City is influenced by store atmosphere and service quality. Quantitative research is the methodology used. Primary data is the type of data used in this study. The participants in this study were consumers of KFC Purus Veteran Padang City. This study involved a sample size of 97 consumers, who were selected through the non-probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.00 software. The findings show that the store atmosphere received a high rating of 4.08% which indicates a positive perception among consumers. In addition, consumer satisfaction was rated at 3.68% and service quality at 3.49%, both of which fell into the satisfactory category. The results also show a significant effect of store atmosphere (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.187 indicates that these variables explain 18.7% of the variance in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 81.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in the study. This article explores the application of blockchain technology to enhance ethical operations in the food industry. Blockchain is viewed as a potential solution for improving transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the food supply chain. This technology enables the recording of transactions that are immutable and publicly verifiable, reducing the likelihood of fraud and product contamination. Additionally, blockchain can support compliance with ethical and sustainability standards, helping companies build trust with consumers. The study suggests that further research is needed to explore various aspects of blockchain application in the food industry, such as sustainable finance, digital forensics, and supply chain management. However, the article is limited by its focus on bibliometric analysis and lacks empirical data on blockchain implementation in the food industry. Future research should combine theoretical and practical approaches to provide a comprehensive view of blockchain's use in ethical and sustainable business operations.

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategy on sales volume in CV.Rempah Sari in Padang City by using segmenting, targeting, and positioning strategies both partially and simultaneously. marketing is one of the most important functions in the company, where with the right marketing it can determine the sales volume and the position of the company (product) in the market. The data collection technique used in this study is by using questionnaires or questionnaires, namely data collection techniques carried out by providing a set of questions or statements to the leadership of CV.Rempah Sari kota padang. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of marketing strategies on the increase in the sales volume of sweet skins in cv.spice sari kota padang. The results of this research show that CV.Rempah Sari has a quality marketing strategy that can meet the needs of consumers.

Peer to peer lending or online loans are online money lending services commonly known as financial technology, which currently generally take the form of applications. Online loans really help people who need fast and easy funds for both consumptive and productive purposes. This service is increasingly mushrooming in Indonesia due to interest from the community itself, resulting in the emergence of illegal online loan apllications which have a detrimental impact on consumers. The normative juridical method used in this research is conducting a literature study on secondary data. The research results show legal protection and the level of effectiveness of supervision for consumers who are harmed by illegal online loan applications.

Marketing plays a crucial role in the development of beef cattle farming businesses in Indonesia. An effective marketing strategy is the key to ensuring good product acceptance and satisfying consumers. The objectives of this research are: (1) understanding consumer needs and preferences; (2) identifying effective marketing strategies; and (3) using resources more efficiently. In this research, the literature study method is used as the main approach, by analyzing various relevant sources to collect the necessary information. The results of the literature review reveal important findings regarding beef cattle marketing strategies. Market segmentation is an important first step in meeting the needs and desires of the target market segment. After segmentation, determining the target market is the next step to ensure resources can be optimized and marketing strategies can achieve the set goals. Determining product positioning through positioning is the key to differentiating products from competitors by building uniqueness and added value. Overall, marketing plays a central role in maintaining the success and growth of beef cattle farming businesses. By implementing the right marketing strategy, companies can increase product acceptance, satisfy consumers, and strengthen their position in the market. In identifying beef cattle marketing, there are two opportunities that will be presented, including: (1) getting new ideas for marketing, and (2) understanding competitors' strategies to increase the market.

This research aims to conduct an analysis of consumer satisfaction at Ayam Geprek Sriwedari MSMEs. This research involved 100 respondents who were consumers of the restaurant. This study focuses on five indicators, namely product quality, service quality, emotional aspects, product price and costs. The research results show that overall the five indicators received a good positive response from consumers. These findings indicate that the factors studied have a significant contribution to consumer satisfaction with Ayam Geprek Sriwedari. The implications of this research suggest the need for MSMEs to continue to improve and maintain product quality, service, emotional aspects, product prices, and manage costs well in order to maintain consumer satisfaction and increase business competitiveness. This research provides valuable insight for MSME managers in understanding the factors that are important in creating positive experiences for consumers and strengthening market share.

MSME traders in Mungkung Village consist of various businesses such as culinary, fashion, agribusiness and automotive. However, many of them do not understand technological advances, which hinder the economic development of local MSMEs. Some MSMEs do not have a logo or brand and only rely on local consumers. Life in Mungkung Village is still very traditional, Group 01 KKNT MBKM is aware of this backwardness and is trying to change it. Therefore, researchers intend to advance Mungkung village so that the village community is technologically literate. This research will focus on digitizing the marketing potential of Mungkung Village MSMEs through digital maps to increase their presence and accessibility. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the concepts of digitalization and marketing. This concept is relevant to what the author is researching. The result of this research is that the author succeeded in increasing the potential of MSMEs in Mungkung village by creating a digital map of MSMEs which can be accessed via an online platform.  This program also supports SDGs goal point 8, which relates to decent work and economic growth, by empowering MSMEs.

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of sales tax on luxury goods (PPnBM) on consumers purchasing power to buy motorized vehicles. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing literature related to the concept of tax, PPnBM, consumer purchasing power, and the characteristics of motorized vehicles. The research results show that PPnBM has a negative effect on consumer purchasing power because it increases the costs that must be borne when purchasing motorized vehicles. Factors such as income and price influence consumer purchasing power. PPnBM is imposed on certain vehicles according to their categorization and rates, and the calculation uses the tax base. This research concludes that the imposition of PPnBM has an impact on reducing consumers ability to purchase motorized vehicles because it reduces purchasing power. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the imposition of PPnBM on consumers.

This research aims to develop takoyaki by substituting wheat flour using white sweet potato flour (Ipomea Batatas Linneas) and adding powdered creamer.  White sweet potatoes were chosen for their high nutritional content and ability to improve texture and taste. Apart from that, processing white sweet potatoes into flour can extend the shelf life and increase the economic value of local agricultural products. The addition of powdered creamer can produce takoyaki with a softer texture and provides a creamy touch which increases the appeal of the final product. Organoleptic tests were carried out on 40 panelists to assess the criteria for shape, color (outside and inside), aroma, texture, taste and overall preference for whether it was well received by consumers. The research results showed that the proportion of 90% wheat flour and 10% white sweet potato flour produced the best quality takoyaki based on organoleptic test scores.  Apart from that, takoyaki products with a proportion of wheat flour and white sweet potato flour with the addition of powdered creamer contain 12.85% protein, 4.03% fat, 41.05% carbohydrates which have a high fiber content compared to conventional takoyaki. The cost of raw materials for takoyaki with the proportion of wheat flour and white sweet potato flour (Ipomea Batatas Linneas) is Rp. 40,365. The selling price of Takoyaki with a proportion of wheat flour and white sweet potato flour (Ipomea Batatas Linneas) is 19,000/portion.

This study examines the impact of Social Media Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on consumer purchase intention for Mustika Ratu beauty products in Semarang, Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach, with 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via structured questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination in SPSS. The results indicate that Social Media Marketing and E-WOM both have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase intention. In contrast, Celebrity Endorsement was found to have a negative and insignificant effect on purchase intention. When considered simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence consumer purchase intention. These findings highlight the increasing role of digital engagement, particularly through social media platforms and online peer reviews, in shaping consumer behavior in the beauty industry. The study also points out that, despite the popularity of celebrity endorsements, their influence on purchasing decisions may not always be as impactful as digital marketing strategies and E-WOM, which appear to resonate more strongly with consumers. Additionally, the research provides valuable insights into the digital marketing strategies in the Indonesian beauty sector, particularly how local beauty brands like Mustika Ratu can leverage social media and online word-of-mouth to strengthen their market positioning. This study offers practical recommendations for businesses aiming to improve their marketing strategies by focusing on online engagement and consumer feedback, which are critical in today’s highly competitive and digitally-driven consumer environment. The findings contribute to the broader literature on the effectiveness of digital marketing in the Indonesian market and suggest potential areas for further research into consumer behavior in the beauty industry.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product label perception and product quality on purchasing decisions of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) culinary products, with trust acting as an intervening variable in Pasuruan City. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method to gather data from culinary product consumers. The study investigates how consumers' perceptions of product labels and the quality of culinary products influence their purchasing decisions. Furthermore, it explores the role of trust in mediating these relationships. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for UMKM businesses in Pasuruan to improve their marketing strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement by focusing on enhancing product labels, product quality, and building trust with consumers.

Research This investigate consumer sentiment analysis to halal products using social media data with utilise intelligence artificial intelligence (AI). With background behind increasing estimated market value of halal products reach USD 2.02 Trillion in 2024, understanding deep about opinion consumer become very important. Research This adopt approach quantitative, using secondary data from social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Through Natural Language Processing techniques and algorithms learning machine, sentiment analysis is performed For identify pattern positive, negative and neutral in perception consumers. Research results show that 60% of the total 10,000 reviews had positive sentiment, with halal food products receiving the highest positive sentiment. Factors influencing consumer sentiment include product quality, price, and transparency of information. In addition, the study found that the use of AI in sentiment analysis provides advantages in efficiency and accuracy, and is able to capture nuances in consumer opinions that are not Possible done by manual analysis. From the analysis this, can concluded that the marketing strategy of halal products must focus on improving quality and providing clear information about halal certification. This study not only provides insight for halal industry players, but also enriches the literature related to AI, sentiment analysis, and sharia economics.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at Honda AHASS   Semarang. Data was collected through a survey of 45 respondents who are customers of Honda AHASS   Semarang. The data analysis technique used is product moment analysis and multiple correlation. The results showed that service quality and brand image together had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a greater influence than brand image. The dimension of service quality that has the most influence on customer satisfaction is the reliability dimension, then the dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and finally the caring dimension. The implication of this research is that Honda AHASS in Semarang needs to continue to improve its service quality, especially in the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and care. In addition, Honda AHASS in Semarang also needs to maintain its brand image to remain positive in the eyes of consumers.

In the era of globalization, financial technology (fintech) has enabled society to access financial services quickly and efficiently. However, the emergence of illegal Fintech presents risks to consumers, such as financial losses and privacy breaches. Legal protection for victims of illegal fintech practices is important to ensure the safety and rights of consumers. This study aims to identify the legal consequences of illegal P2PL Fintech and evaluate legal protection for victims in the context of the case study Decision Number 3115 K/PDT/2021. The study uses a normative juridical method by analyzing relevant legal texts, such as laws, regulations, and court decisions. The results show that the legal consequences of illegal Fintech include law enforcement actions, compensation for victims, regulatory prevention efforts, and improved consumer protection. Victims of illegal Fintech practices receive legal protection from existing regulations and law enforcement. Court decisions, such as Decision Study Number 3115 K/PDT/2021, serve as important legal precedents in addressing these illegal practices. Thus, this research provides a better understanding of consumer protection in illegal fintech practices and emphasizes the importance of strict regulations and effective law enforcement in maintaining the integrity of the fintech industry and public trust.

The Marketing Mix is ​​known as 4P and has components, namely product, price, place and promotion. Mirabella Batik Shop, Jambi City is a business that operates in the field of selling genuine Jambi batik and batik from outside Jambi or from Java. Various types of batik materials such as handloom, silk, semi-silk, sanwos, cotton, semi-written. And types of motifs such as Angso duo, Kapal Sangat, Durian Pecah, Tampuk Manggis and Kopi. This Mirabella batik shop is very good with good quality products. The problem faced by the Mirabella Batik Shop in Jambi City is that sales have decreased in sales volume, the marketing strategy looks good but it is difficult to attract consumers. Mirabella Batik Shop, apart from using social media to promote its products, the batik shop also uses a Word of Mouth (WOM) system, which can be called word-of-mouth promotion. This research aims to determine the application of marketing mix analysis in attracting consumer buying interest in Mirabella Batik, Jambi City. The location of this research is located on Jalan Sultan Agung No. 21 Rt 16/02 Kel. Pure District. Telanalpura Simpang Pulai, Jambi City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the conditions and phenomena in the field at the Mirabella Batik Shop, Jambi City and uses data collection techniques in this research, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data source in the research is primary data from interviews with shop owners, shop employees and consumers. And secondary data from books and journals. The research results show that there are 4 marketing mixes carried out by the Mirabella Batik Shop in Jambi City, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion. The influence on the Marketing Mix at the Mirabella Batik Shop, Jambi City, the product quality is very good, but attracting consumers is very difficult due to competitiveness in other shops.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media marketing and characteristics of buyers on purchasing decisions for Sony Mirrorless Cameras in Bogor City through purchase interest as an intervening variable. This research method is quantitative research with a sample size of 319 people. The research results show that Social Media Marketing has a Charachter of Buyingitive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, mediated by Purchase Interest. Characteristics of Buyer has a Charachter of Buyingitive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions mediated by Purchase Interest. Improving Purchasing Decisions emphasizes building trust between producers and consumers. The existence of mutual trust between producers and consumers will create good conditions for the exchange of information and advice without fear. In other words, trust is a central issue in human civilization. The influence of trust is so central because this character also occupies important purchasing decisions.

This research aims to find out the preparations for working on Sukapura Handwritten Batik, knowing the marketing process of Sukapura batik products to consumers. The process of making Sukapura batik. The instruments used by researchers in research to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data is analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusions and verification. The findings from this research are that Sukapura written batik has its own uniqueness and characteristics that have been passed down from generation to generation, inherited from previous ancestors. Sukapura batik motifs can be modified and updated according to orders desired by the target market customers.

Digital transformation is a process that organizations implement to integrate digital technology in all areas of business. This process influences the way organizations provide services to consumers. Digital transformation has changed the banking sector, including Bank BNI. This research analyzes the role of digital technology in BNI Mobile Banking services. With quantitative methods, data is collected through questionnaire surveys to measure user satisfaction. The results show that the majority of customers are satisfied with the service and ease of use of BNI digital facilities such as mobile banking and internet banking, which meet their needs.

This study examines the influence of social media on business communication development in Shopee. Through online surveys and interviews, data were collected from 100 respondents and 30 randomly selected consumers. The analysis results indicate that Shopee's communication strategy through social media is effective in enhancing customer interaction and influencing purchasing decisions. Positive responses to content, content influence on purchases, and Shopee's responsiveness to consumer interactions serve as evidence of the success of these strategies. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of investing in innovative content development and training for social media response teams.

This research discusses the implementation of supply chain management at PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada, Mojokerto, East Java branch. This research uses a literature study analysis method or literature review with secondary data sources. This research explains the main role in supply chain management implemented by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada starts from suppliers, production processes, retail, distributors, to consumers. PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada collaborates with several local and foreign suppliers to obtain main raw materials such as skim milk powder from Australia and New Zealand, sucrose and dextrose from Cirebon, packaging materials, namely polystyrene plastic ore, from China. The production process is carried out using sophisticated high-tech machines and is carried out by competent human resources (HR) to create standardized products, distribution is carried out by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada, namely by using land and sea routes with two distribution systems, namely direct sale distribution which is carried out using backup cars to be distributed to traditional shops such as food stalls to modern shops such as supermarkets, and yakult lady, namely distribution carried out by women who has been equipped with knowledge about Yakult products to disseminate information to consumers using motorbikes or bicycles. With this distribution system, it has proven to be quite good, as proven by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada has regular consumers spread throughout almost all of Indonesia.
