The church is a living community of believers gathered by Christ into a "flock". Shepherding people in the Church has an important meaning as part of the pastoral tradition from the time of Jesus to the present. The task of shepherding comes from the mandate of Jesus himself as the Good Shepherd. Shepherding is considered important in meeting the spiritual and material needs of the people as well as maintaining togetherness and brotherhood in the Church community. Writing this article uses a descriptive qualitative approach using the library study method which is carried out by collecting various writings, both in print media, theses, articles, journals, papers, etc. that are relevant to the material discussed in this article. Furthermore, the shepherding of the people is manifested in pastoral presence, where the presence of the shepherd in the midst of the people becomes a symbol of Christ's presence and provides attention, care and love to the people. The synodal church which was revived by Pope Francis was highlighted as a movement to create a community that walks together towards salvation, with the active participation of all people and the important role of pastoral officers as representatives of Christ who guide and accompany the people. To create a prosperous and clean Indonesia, the state must be responsible for providing simple access to public information. In supporting the provision of public information openness, East Kalimantan plays an active role, as the East Information Commission institution carries out outreach and educational activities related to public information openness. One of these activities is a public discussion about the openness of public information in East Kalimantan, in collaboration with UIN Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda (UINSI Samarinda). We hope that this activity will heighten public awareness and foster active participation in the disclosure of public information. This will certainly increase public trust in the government, and the community can contribute to policy and decision-making, especially in East Kalimantan.

The use of news media is believed by most researchers to be proven to be able to influence people's political beliefs which then facilitate people's participation in the political process. Political trust in the government and other political institutions is a key indicator of public participation in the democratic process. Specifically, this research aims to test the extent to which media exposure to information regarding the Covid-19 virus outbreak influences people's political trust in one of the regions that has the highest rate of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia and is holding regional head elections during a pandemic. Apart from that, this research also tests whether there is a relationship between political trust and the level of electoral participation during a pandemic. By surveying 211 respondents, this research found several findings. First, even during a health crisis due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak and concerns about being exposed to the virus, the level of public participation in the 2020 Local Election tends to be high. Second, the use of information media affects people's political trust during the pandemic. Third, political trust resulting from exposure to media reports has a positive correlation with the level of public participation in the Regional Head Election during the Covid-19 pandemic

Community welfare is a primary objective of national development, encompassing various aspects such as health, education, and decent employment, all of which play crucial roles in achieving national stability and progress. However, welfare is not solely dependent on economic factors but also on the overall quality of life. Unfortunately, disparities in welfare persist across different regions, influenced by local environmental factors, including access to education, which in turn affects job opportunities and income levels. Inequalities in employment opportunities can potentially slow down national development by reducing the number of individuals capable of contributing productively to key economic sectors. To enhance national development, further analysis of welfare indicators such as the open unemployment rate, human development index, labor force participation rate, and poverty levels is essential. Therefore, this study conducts cluster analysis on welfare indicators across districts/cities in Central Java for the year 2023. Both hierarchical and non-hierarchical (K-Means) clustering methods are employed to identify patterns of inequality by partitioning data into groups based on specific similarities. This approach facilitates a more effective review of policies to address welfare disparities across various regions. The findings indicate that the welfare indicators in Central Java are in a relatively poor condition, with low labor force participation rates, low human development indices, and high poverty rates. The hierarchical and non-hierarchical cluster analysis identified 5 optimal clusters, with all welfare variables having significant influence, requiring four iterations to reach the final centroids.

The selection of the best students in schools is essential to recognize both academic and non-academic achievements and to motivate other students to improve their skills. SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta requires an objective decision support system to select the best students based on predefined criteria. This study aims to design and implement a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to facilitate the selection of the best students at SMPN 16 Jakarta. The SAW method is chosen due to its capability to accommodate multiple criteria through weighting and ranking for each alternative. The research process involves observation, interviews, and documentation, which are then used to determine primary criteria such as academic achievement, social skills, and participation in school activities. The findings show that the application of the SAW method enables a more accurate and objective selection of the best students by ranking based on the final score of each criterion. This system is expected to assist SMPN 16 Jakarta in making more structured decisions and supporting educational quality improvement.

Recognizing outstanding students is an essential strategy to encourage learners to improve their academic performance and overall learning quality. However, the process of selecting the best students at SMK Negeri 1 Raman Utara still encounters significant challenges due to the complexity of the evaluation criteria, which include academic achievement, attendance, participation in extracurricular activities, and student behavior. The current manual selection method is considered less effective because it is time-consuming and susceptible to subjectivity in decision-making. This study aims to address these issues by developing a technology-based Decision Support System utilizing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW was chosen for its efficiency in solving multi-criteria problems through matrix normalization and preference weighting for each alternative. The development process includes requirement analysis, system design, and the implementation of an automated ranking mechanism for student candidates. Based on the testing results, the implemented system can process assessment data rapidly and produce accurate and objective rankings of high-achieving students. The system offers a practical solution for the school by enhancing transparency and validity in the selection process, minimizing human calculation errors, and supporting more equitable and data-driven decision-making.

Posyandu is a form of Community Resource Health Effort (UKBM) which is managed from, by, for and with the community, in order to empower the community and make it easier for the community to obtain basic health services. Improving the quality of health services can be seen from the ease of obtaining services, speed and accuracy of services and affordable costs. To fulfill the provision of good services is determined by the abilities, attitudes and behavior of service officers in their interactions with the community as service recipients. The implementation of the Posyandu program did not run smoothly due to a lack of participation from the community using the service. Adequate service facilities and facilities do not necessarily make residents active in going to Posyandu. Only a small portion of the healthy behavior of mothers and children in the community are willing to implement it and obtain it through Posyandu, so the role of cadres is very influential in increasing community participation through a pick-up system and going directly into the community
