One of the most common economic activities in the community is micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). These businesses are known for being relatively easy to develop and have the potential to strengthen a country's economy. As a source of income for most people, MSMEs are often their economic footing. Furthermore, MSMEs have the potential to compete with other businesses on an international level if they are continuously strengthened. If this is successfully achieved, it will provide a significant boost to national economic growth and support the stability of the country as a whole. The purpose of this research is to collect information about the role of contributions and obstacles faced by UNTIRTA students in an effort to encourage the economic development of MSMEs in Serang City. The research was conducted through a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. To collect data, the author employed both literature study techniques and in-depth interview techniques with UNTIRTA students. The results of this study indicate that UNTIRTA students play a significant role in driving the MSME economy in Serang City. UNTIRTA students can assist in raising public awareness about the role and potential of MSMEs in Serang City. Nevertheless, further endeavors are necessary to enhance students' capacity and accessibility to requisite resources, as well as to reinforce collaboration between educational institutions, the government, and MSME stakeholders. It is anticipated that a more conducive environment for the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in Serang City can be created through close collaboration between students, educational institutions, local government, and MSME players.

Profiling of corrupt perpetrators is done by looking for information such as office or profession, educational level, employment history and criminal background. Because increased tax receipts are not proportionate to the extraction of benefits to the public, it creates mistrust and reluctance to meet tax obligations. It endangers national security in many aspects, such as social, cultural, moral, political, and legal. Literature Review is an in-depth study of a particular topic with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this writing is to discuss and analyze further about the profiling of perpetrators and the massive impact caused by the case of Rafael Alun Trisambodo PNS class III in the General Directorate of Tax Kemenkeu who served as Head of the General Division of Kanwil DJP South Jakarta. His motive for corruption and money laundering was to enrich himself, his family, or anyone else by abusing office. The conclusion of this writing is that efforts to combat corruption are still not optimal as many sides tempt wealth and take advantage of opportunities.

Coffee is one of the leading commodities in the plantation subsector in Indonesia which can compete in quality globally, so coffee has a strategic role in the national economy. Until now, coffee demand shows a positive trend, not only domestic demand but also global demand, which is increasing at a rate of 14% increase in coffee consumption every year. Coffee is an agricultural product that relies on quality and taste aspects. The quality and taste of coffee is influenced by many factors, one of which is the level of ripeness of the fruit at harvest time. Improper harvesting will affect the quality and taste of the coffee, for this reason it is necessary to test the sensory characteristics of Robusta Coffee based on the level of fruit ripeness. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three (3) treatments based on the composition of fruit maturity levels, namely 95% red fruit + 5% green fruit (M1); 85% red fruit + 15% green fruit (M2); and 75% red fruit + 25% green fruit (M3). The testing method used is a cupping test which follows SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) rules with 20 semi-trained panelists. Based on the Robusta coffee cupping test, the highest total score of 78.86 was obtained from a composition of 95% red fruit + 5% green fruit (M1), followed by a composition of 85% red fruit + 15% green fruit (M2) with a total score of 77.57. , and the lowest in the composition of 75% red fruit + 25% green fruit (M3) with a total score of 71.38. The results of the panelists' assessment of Robusta coffee at various maturity level compositions are still not included in specialty coffee.

Speaking Indonesian is very important for foreign content creators who are used as a magnet to attract Indonesian audiences. Speaking Indonesian is considered to be an understanding of Indonesian nationalism. Seeing this paradigm, quite a few people assume that this country has received appreciation because foreigners are considered to show their love for Indonesia through their willingness to speak Indonesian. We aim to identify competencies that influence viewing satisfaction and channel loyalty. The research method used is a literature study with a phenomenological approach. Search for, collect and understand information that strengthens each researcher's argumentation through secondary data sources. To respond to every video broadcast by a foreign content creator in an intelligent way, the public needs to have a critical and selective attitude. The public must develop the ability to sort the information they receive, distinguishing between content that is educational and informative and that which is simply entertainment without substance. This can be done by increasing media and information literacy, and always cross-checking the information provided.

This study aims to examine how mediation is used in defamation cases that involve social media. With a normative legal perspective, this study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. In order to analyze the phenomena and draw conclusions, this study's analysis technique involves looking at phenomena through the lens of already-existing library sources. The study's findings demonstrate how efforts to resolve criminal cases through non-litigation methods such as penal mediation can stifle efforts to resolve cases legally, leading to the imposition of criminal penalties. Keeping in mind that the goal of updating Indonesia's national criminal code is not just to exact revenge or retaliation (retributivism), but rather to resolve or repair the effects of a conflict or crime. In addition, penal mediation as a means of settling cases outside the court (non-litigation) can be a solution to overcoming the problem of overcapacity that is commonly experienced by correctional institutions in Indonesia.

Climate change has emerged as a serious threat to both humanity and the global ecosystem, necessitating a coordinated global response. The Paris Agreement embodies these efforts by emphasizing the principle of Common but Differentiated Responsibilities and Respective Capabilities (CBDR-RC), which underscores the awareness of shared responsibility with varying capacities among nations. This principle is reflected in the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), serving as tangible manifestations of each country's commitment. This research addresses two main issues: Firstly, why is the CBDR-RC principle the foundation for implementing NDCs in Indonesia? Secondly, to what extent does the implementation of NDCs in Indonesia align with the CBDR-RC principle and Indonesia's commitments in the Paris Agreement to achieve sustainable development and address climate change? This study the study utilizes legislative, comparative, conceptual, and historical methodologies. Findings reveal that the CBDR-RC principle forms the basis of NDC implementation in Indonesia, grounded in Indonesia's membership status in the Paris Agreement. However, practical execution falls short, revealing a disparity between idealism and reality in realizing commitments and ambitions to address climate change.
