This research aims to determine the satisfaction of MICE participants at the UNP Hotel & Convention Center. This research focuses on MICE activities in the form meeting and conference. This research is entitled The Influence of Services and Facilities on the Satisfaction of Participants in MICE at the UNP Hotel & Convention Center. The data collection technique for this research is indirect communication by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to meeting and conference participants then the data processed using the SPSS program. This research is a quantitative descriptive with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were people who had participated in meeting and conference activities at the UNP Hotel & ConventionCenter in the period July-December 2022 with a sample of 98 people, and the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with a minimum age of 18 years. There are 2 types of data used in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that service is in the very good category (80,61%), facilities are in the very good category (74,50%), and participant satisfaction is in the very satisfied category (87,75%). It was found that the R square value was 0.464 with an F count of 41,072 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05 and the t value was 11,529 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05 meaning that variable X influenced variable Y significantly by 46.4%. It was found that the regression coefficient value of the service variable was 0.346 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means that every increase of 1 unit of service will increase participant satisfaction by 0.346 units of satisfaction, and the coefficient value of the facility variable was 0.530 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means every increase of 1 facility units will increase participant satisfaction by 0.530 satisfaction units.

The purpose of this study is to describe the characters and characterizations, as well as to describe the representation of the existence of 21st century women in the main character in the novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang by Pipiet Senja. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the documentation method. Data analysis techniques used reading techniques and note-taking techniques, then the results of data analysis were presented in descriptive form. The theory used in this study is Simone de Beauvoir's existentialist feminist theory. The source of the data in this study was a novel entitled The Long Way to Go Home by Pipiet Senja. The total data findings in this study found 95 data, namely 40 data from characters and characterizations and 55 data from the representation of 21st century women in the novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang by Pipiet Senja. The results of the analysis of the novel Jalan Panjang Toward Home by Pipiet Senja can be concluded that the main female character, Fatin, can realize her existence from the oppression she has experienced. The results showed that the forms of oppression experienced by Fatin's character were verbal violence (5 data), non-verbal violence (18 data), and sexual harassment (7 data). Fatin's character experienced verbal and non-verbal violence due to the actions of Rimbong who was her husband and also her new boyfriend Frankie whom she met in the Netherlands, while Fatin experienced sexual harassment due to the actions of Hans, a white  man who stayed at the Tiara Hotel where Fatin worked, and was also carried out by Frankie . The representation which implies meaning and ideology as a symbol of the 21st century women's struggle against oppression as a form of existence, is carried out by the character Fatin. As for the form of the Fatin character's struggle against oppression as a form of her existence, namely by daring to fight (12 data), trying to rise from oppression (9 data), and working (4 data).

The purpose of this study was to obtain the symbolic meaning of Natas Banyang at the Maanyan Dayak Traditional wedding ceremony in east Barito and its implications for literatur learning in SMA. The purpose of this study was to describe: (1) the symbolic meaning of events in natas banyang (2) symbolic meaning of objects in natas banyang (3) the symbolic meaning of language in natas banyang (4) implications for learning literature in high school class X. This study uses a qualitative opproach method. The data source for this research is the natas banyang process and interviewing traditional mantir. The objects of this study are all the symbolic meanings of natas banyang at the Maanyan Dayak traditional wedding ceremony in east Barito. The results of this study areas follows. (1) The symbolic meaning of events in natas banyang (2) The symbolic meaning of objects used in natas banyang (3) the symbolc meaning of language in natas banyang (4) Used in teaching literature for class X SMA, In accordance with KD 4.1 Interpreting the meaning of pantun texts both oral or written. This research examines how to improve the quality of premarital coaching in the RW 5 hall, Morokrembangan subdistrict, Surabaya city. Coaching is efforts, actions and activities carried out effectively and successfully to achieve better results. In general, coaching is considered a planned lifestyle improvement. Everyone has certain goals in life and wants to achieve these goals. If this life goal is not achieved, then people will try to rearrange their lifestyle. Premarital coaching is a knowledge and skills-based training program that providesand information related to marriage. Like how to maintain and maintain the integrity of the family. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to understand and explain the meaning behind reality. The aim of this research was to measure the effectiveness of improving the quality of premarital coaching in the RW 5 hall, Morokrembangan subdistrict, Surabaya city.

Female civil servants are absolutely prohibited from becoming second/third/fourth wives as regulated in Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990 concerning Marriage and Divorce Permits for Civil Servants, with the threat of sanctions for those who violate. Problems occur if the judge grants the request for polygamy with the prospective second wife's position as a civil servant with one of the judge's considerations which is not in accordance with the Legislative Regulations, namely ordering the prospective second wife to attach a Certificate of Giving Permission from Her Superior, as in the Decision of the Demak Religious Court Number 539/Pdt. G/2019/PA.Dmk. This research aims to determine the validity of the Certificate of Giving Permission from the Superior submitted by the prospective second wife in the decision in terms of the relevant Legislation. The approach method used in this research is normative juridical with research specifications, namely analytical descriptive, meaning that the events being researched are described using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. This research uses qualitative juridical analysis methods to produce descriptive data. The results obtained from this research are that the validity of the Certificate of Granting Superior Permission submitted by the prospective second wife should not have perfect legal force and can be canceled because it does not comply with the provisions in Article 4 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990 concerning Marriage Permits and Divorce for Civil Servants.

This study aims to:1) determine the effect of destination imageon consumer satisfaction in Pacitan Gong Cave Tourism, 2) determine the effect of facilities on consumer satisfaction in Pacitan Gong Cave Tourism, 3) determine the effect of desination image, tourist facilities on consumer satisfaction in Pacitan Gong Cave Tourism. This study resulted that Destinatin Image (X1) has an effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), where the T count value is 4,079 > T table value 1,989, meaning that there is a significant effectof destination image (X1) on consumer satisfaction (Y). Tourismfacilities (X2) have an effect on consumer satisfaction (Y), where the T value us 2,913 > 1,989 meaning that there is a significant influence of tourism facilities (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y). The F value is 94,504 which means it is positive with a significant value of 0,000 means less than 0,05. There fore, simultaneously the desination image variable and tourist facilities have a positive effect on the consumer satisfaction variable. And the last one is the test results for the value of R2 is 6,090 which means that the variables X1 and X2 are able to explain the variable Y by 69,0%.

Airports have a very important role in the smooth process of passengers who will make flights, the workforce at the airport in carrying out their duties needs to be done quickly and precisely as well as the duties and responsibilities of Aviation Security (AVSEC). This includes the duties of AVSEC in ensuring flight security and safety, As an International Airport that has a large number of passengers, Supadio Pontianak International Airport needs to maintain passenger comfort in terms of security and service. This study aims to determine the effect of workload on the discipline of Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport and to determine how much influence workload has on the discipline of Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport. This research was conducted on Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport, while the research time was for 30 days from October 1 - October 31, this study used a quantitative approach method, with Aviation Security officers as Research Subjects, the population in this study amounted to 81 and used a sample of 81 respondents, the data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires through google form, before the research was carried out, the instrument was first tested with a validity test and reliability test involving 81 avsec personnel at supadio pontianak international airport. The results of this study indicate a positive influence on workload (X) on discipline (Y) on Avsec personnel at the international airport supadio pontianak, Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the R square value is 0, 180 or equal to 18%, meaning that the workload variable (X) affects the discipline variable (Y) by 18%, while the remaining 100% - 18% = 82% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables that are not studied.   Keywords: The Effect of Workload on the Discipline of Aviation Security Officers.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the visual signs in Menjelang Magrib film regarding the tradition of pasung on people with mental disorders using Charles Sanders Pierce theory. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis method to analyze the visuals and identify the meanings that appear in the film. This research uses Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory through aspects of icons, symbols, and indexes that focus on the tradition of pasung on people with mental disorders experienced by Nina. The object of this research is the movie "Menjelang Magrib". The results of this study indicate that the tradition of pasung carried out on people with mental disorders has a negative impact, because it will hurt mentally and physically the person who is shackled. The tradition of pasung experienced by Nina is a social campaign message to reject the practice of pasung tradition as a form of human rights struggle where people with mental disorders should be treated better.

In communication, people should be cooperative to avoid misunderstanding. Meanwhile, from the non-cooperation of Grice's theory of cooperative principle. Violating maxim means the speaker does not observe the maxim not in purpose. The flouting maxim implies that the speaker does not observe the maxim purposefully. This research analyzes the non-cooperative principle used by Podcast Dedy Corbuzier Scene Widi Viera-Cinta Laura. The researcher chooses this podcast because it can involves a conversation between a host and a guest star that discuss about a certain topic, the speaker might break the maxim of cooperative principle in delivering the message and providing information to the listener. This research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative. The present study aims 1) To find out flouting and violation maxim are used in Dedy Corbuzier’s YouTube Channel, and 2) To describe the reason why flouted and violation maxims occur in Podcast Dedy Corbuzier scene Widi Viera – Cinta Laura. The results that the researcher found are that out of 36 data, 14 were flouting a maxims, 22 were violation a maxims. From the result above, violation maxim was the most similar. Violating maxim means the speaker does not observe the maxim not in purpose , maxim quantity that cause speakers not to give enough information to a listener. Whereas in Flouting maxim happened because the speakers failed to obey maxim on purpose. Based on the data of flouting maxim of realtion most dominantly used that causes speakers want to change the topic and reveal the hidden meaning behind the utterances.    

Many aspects of life are regulated in the Koran, which is the main source of Islamic teachings, including aspects related to wills. In the Qur'an, the word will is often found with different meanings and connotations other than just a message before death. This difference is caused by the use of different will words in the context of the problem. A will is a voluntary gift made by someone to another person, which is made after the death of the giver (testator). Because wills have the nature of worship (human relationship with God), they are also a legal act, a means of getting closer to Allah (taqorrub ilallah) which is often done by many people, especially those who have sufficient wealth. In practice, a will is usually made by someone orally or in writing. This is done so that other people know that this is his will. This research aims to examine the meaning of a will, the reasons for making a will, the wisdom of making a will, the law of wills, the types of wills, the pillars of wills, and the amount of assets that can be bequeathed. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of library research. Researchers obtain data from books, journals, articles and others related to the theme or title being discussed.    

The meaning of defending the country is a manifestation of our love for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Defending the State is not the responsibility of the TNI or Police alone, but defending the State is our collective responsibility as citizens of the Indonesian community to protect Indonesia from all kinds of threats both from within and outside in order to maintain the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Along with the development of technology, Indonesia is currently entering the era of digitalization. In the era of digitalization, attacks or threats to the country are not only in the form of physical attacks, but also cyber attacks that attack a country in the economic, political and military fields using attacks due to technological advances. This is the focus of this research. The question of this research is what are the factors that influence the challenges of the digital era in society and how to apply the value of defending the country in facing the challenges of the digital era. To obtain answers, this research uses yuridis normative methods or library research, meaning that this research is based on on library sources to discuss the problems that have been formulated. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that in realizing actions to defend the country, it is necessary to instill a sense of love for Indonesia's air, and by remembering that Indonesia is a country with a lot of diversity, it is necessary to instill a sense of tolerance in the minds of the souls of Indonesian citizens. One of the very important basic elements of the digital era is being critical in responding to content. Indonesian citizens today must be smarter in absorbing content and information and encourage Indonesian citizens and society to always be critical and suspicious, especially regarding content that is too bombarded, meaningless, and full of nuances of hatred To ensure that the unitary Republic of Indonesia remains intact and peaceful.

Control efforts with the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Short-course) strategy have been implemented. The side effects of this drug will continue as long as the sufferer takes it, furthermore anti-TB drugs (OAT) will change the metabolism in the sufferer's body. Chronic effects that arise from OAT treatment include increased levels of uric acid, glucose and hemoglobin in the blood. From the results of a preliminary study, data collection was carried out on the number of pulmonary TB sufferers in Kupang City in 2021, amounting to 385. Of this number, 72 cases were found at the Oesapa Community Health Center who were smear positive for pulmonary TB and had recovered and were still undergoing treatment. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out research to determine blood glucose, uric acid and hemoglobin levels in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients who take OAT (anti-TB drugs) before taking, after taking 2 months and 6 months of treatment. This research method is descriptive and statistical. Statistical analysis using One Way Anova and Linear Regression tests was used to determine the effect of length of treatment on blood profiles in pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers. TB sufferers with anti-tuberculosis drug therapy at the Oesapa Community Health Center based on the age of the patient, there were 11 sufferers aged <30 years (55%), 9 sufferers aged >30 years (45%). Based on gender, 13 sufferers were female (65%), 7 sufferers were male (35%). Hemoglobin levels checked before treatment showed a mean of 13.015 g/dL, during 2 months of treatment 13.185 g/dL, and after 6 months of treatment the mean was 11.94 g/dL. The current blood sugar levels from table 1.3 above which were checked before treatment showed an average of 137.7 g/dL, during 2 months of treatment 145.15 g/dL, and after 6 months of treatment the average was 144.15 g/dL. Uric acid levels were based on the respondent's length of treatment with an average uric acid level before treatment of 6.16 mg/dL, 2 months of treatment 5.92 mg/dL and 6 months of treatment 6.43 mg/dL. Hemoglobin levels, instant blood sugar and uric acid before, 2 months and 6 months of treatment showed a p value <0.05, meaning the data was not normally distributed. The results of the analysis using the Friedman anova test showed a p value (0.137) > 0.05. This means there is no difference in uric acid measurement values ??before, 2 months and 6 months of treatment. This means that there is no difference in blood sugar measurement values ??before, 2 months and 6 months of treatment. This research aims to analyze the influence of accountability and fairness on the financial performance of PT. L-Hijrah Tour & Travel Medan. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires as a research source and secondary data in the form of financial reports of PT. L-Hijrah Tour & Travel Medan from 2018-2022. The respondents in this research were employees of PT. L-Hijrah Tour & Travel Medan with 30 responses. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sampling, while the data analysis method is carried out using the multiple linear regression method supported by the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this research show that accountability has a smaller and significant effect, 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05), meaning that in this study Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Accountability influences the financial performance of PT. L-Hijrah Tour & Travel Medan.  

. This research aims to determine the effect of an environmentally based guided inquiry model on students' science process skills. Quasi Experimental research was conducted with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design- nonequivalent control group. Saturated sampling technique was used to determine the treatment class, namely class VA as the control class and class VB as the experimental class. Data collection was carried out using a written test in the form of short answer questions. For the data results obtained by the experimental class, the average pre-test score was 56 and the post-test score was 70. Meanwhile, the data results obtained by the control class had an average pre-test score of 52 and post-test score 58. Based on statistical tests using the SPSS test. effect size (ES), probability value (significance) is 0.89, so the Ho hypothesis is rejected, meaning the guided inquiry model has a significant effect on students' Science Process Skills.

In this research, the author identified the visual forms found in the G20 Indonesia 2022 logo. These forms were identified in order to determine the representation of Indonesian culture contained in the G20 Indonesia 2022 logo. The author used descriptive research with a qualitative approach.  The visual form and meaning of the G20 Indonesia 2022 logo were analyzed through preiconographical, iconographic and iconological theories which were explained by Edward Panofsky.  Visual elements such as shape, color, typography, contained in the G20 Indonesia 2022 logo were identified through this process.  These three steps examine the hidden meaning of the G20 Indonesia 2022 logo which is linked to basic cultural mentality.  These steps became the basis for researchers to analyze the data.  Researchers analyzed the visual form and meaning of the G20 Indonesia 2022 logo to determine the relationship between the logo and Indonesian culture. Analysis of the visual appearance and meaning was carried out to conclude the representation of Indonesian culture in the G20 Indonesia 2022 logo. Based on the findings of this research, it was concluded that the G20 Indonesia 2022 logo has a form and meaning that represents Indonesian culture.

Financial information will have benefits if it is delivered on time to the user, which is closely related to agency theory, where in agency theory it is explained that the owner supervises the agency (employees) so that it can perform more efficiently. The value of timeliness of financial reporting is important for the level of usefulness of the report. This research aims to examine profitability and company size on delays in company financial reports. This research sample consists of 12 companies with 36 financial report data registered with JII for 2019-2021. To test the hypothesis, secondary data was used using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the profitability variable has a significance value of 0.036, which means that hypothesis X1 has a positive effect on delays in the company's financial reports because the significance value is less than 0.05. The company size variable has a significance value of 0.001, meaning that hypothesis X2 has a significant effect on variable Y because the significance value is less than 0.05

This study aims to determine the financial performance before and after the acquisition listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative comparative, this research is to compare financial performance before and after the acquisition. This study uses quantitative data types, meaning that in analyzing the data used is data in the form of numbers. The unit of observation in this study is the 2016-2020 financial statements of PT ABC, Tbk. Data analysis methods used in this research are profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios by comparing the financial performance before and after the acquisition. Based on the results of research showing that financial performance as measured by financial ratios ROA, ROE, NPM, CR, QR, TATO and FATO has decreased after the acquisition compared to before the acquisition. The DAR, DER, and ITO ratios have increased after the acquisition compared to before the acquisition. The acquisition strategy has not been fully achieved within 2 years due to the condition of the financial performance of PT ABC Tbk. before the acquisition is better than after the acquisition.
