Technological progress is something that cannot be avoided in today's life, because technological progress will run in accordance with scientific advances. Every innovation is created to provide positive benefits, provide many conveniences, and as a new way of doing activities for human life. Especially in the field of technology, society has enjoyed many benefits brought about by the innovations that have been produced in the last decade. The benefits of the internet are increasingly felt for its users who cannot be separated from this internet world. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) stated that currently internet users in Indonesia have reached 82 million people. With this achievement, Indonesia is ranked 8th in the world (Kominfo, 2013). The development of technology today has shown tremendous progress. Many things from the life sector have used the existence of technology itself. Its presence has had a considerable impact on human life in various aspects and dimensions. Likewise, communication technology is a hardware device in an organizational structure that contains social values that enable individuals to collect, process and exchange information.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan mengenai proses rekruitmen dan seleksi  karyawan pada PT. Mayora. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara pada salah satu karyawan (sebagai narasumber) yang bekerja di PT.Mayora. kemudian teknik analisis menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses rekruitmen pada PT.Mayora meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu : mengalisis kebutuhan posisi yang dibutuhkan perusahaan, memasang berita lowongan pekerjaan diberbagai media, dan memproses lamaran pekerjaan yang telah diajukan si calon karyawan. Sedangkan untuk proses seleksinya pada PT.Mayora meliputi : psikotest, interview HRD, training MIDAS, interview user, tes kesehatan, pembuatan rekening dan probation/tes lapangan. Proses recruitmen dan seleksi tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT.Mayora guna menjaga kualitas produk dan standard produk bermutu tinggi agar menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat akan produk makanan dan minuman pada PT.Mayora.  

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence on consumptive behavior in users of the TikTok Shop application. One psychological factor, namely emotional, also influences financial decisions and financial markets. Someone who has not been able to maximize and control himself is less able to be wise in spending money. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a non-experimental design. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires, namely the emotional intelligence scale consisting of 14 items and the consumer behavior scale consisting of 27 items. The scale is presented using a Likert scale in intervals of 1-5. In this research data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The subjects in this study were users of the TikTok Shop application with an age range of 17-40 years. The data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to the subjects is that there is no significant influence between the influence of emotional intelligence on consumptive behavior in users of the TikTok Shop application with a sig value. 0.147<0.05. So the results of this study show that there is no influence between emotional intelligence on the consumptive behavior of users of the TikTok Shop application.

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and brand image on purchasing decisions among Tokopedia e-commerce users. This study uses a quantitative research design with data collection techniques in the form of purposive sampling. The subjects in the study totaled 174 respondents who were users of the e-commerce application Tokopedia who had made at least one purchase aged 17-60. The results showed that the electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia e-commerce. This is evidenced by the results of the tests that have been carried out obtained t count of 3.126 > 1.973 t table. Brand image variable also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the tests that have been carried out obtained t count of 18.362 > 1.973 t table

Shopee is an e-commerce which is known for frequently changing brand ambassadors with the aim of attracting consumers from all classes and ages. Furthermore, another effort which is made by Shopee is that improve the quality of its products in order to attract more consumers. The aim of this study is that to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors and perceptions of product quality on purchase intention with the subject of student of the Shopee application users. This study used quantitative methods. Moreover, the samples in this study were 107 students who used Shopee application who were selected by using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis were analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the analysis show that there is no influence of brand ambassadors on purchase intention with a sig value. 0.301 (p>0.05). However, there is an effect of perceived product quality on purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a Sig. 0.00 (p<0.05). Both of them can simultaneously influence the purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a large influence seen from the R square coefficient of 36.6% so that the other 63.4% is influenced by other variables.

The librarian profession is not only required to be proficient at work, but must be attractive in appearance, librarians face challenges and demands from net generation users. Being a professional librarian does not use the palms of the hands but it takes a lot of effort to achieve this, including the importance of social interaction in association to have a humanist face, which means that a librarian must be able to provide excellent service to users, so that librarians will gain the trust of their users. Librarians must also apply 3S etiquette (simple, harmonious, and polite) as well as to form a superior, inclusive, and humanist person who at least has POWER, namely, positive attitude, other people, words, expand, and realize. It is expected that librarians are able to maintain the stability of the quality of library services.

This study aims to describe the financial budget analysis at the Central Tapanuli Regency Transportation Service. A qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach is used in this study using a case study design. The data source for this study used purposive sampling, in which researchers took samples for data sources based on Sources of Funds and Users for the 2019-2021 FY and people who are considered to know best about what researchers expect. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the steps of data collection, data presentation, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study, it was found that the financial budget analysis at the Central Tapanuli Regency Transportation Service. The Department of Transportation of Central Tapanuli Regency has a Financial Budget Analysis, namely in the form of a Budget Activity Plan starting with drafting a budget for the needs of the activities of the Central Tapanuli Regency Transportation Service. An accountability report prepared by the Central Tapanuli Regency Transportation Service regarding recipients and financial expenditures

Assessment that is often understood so far in the world of learning is limited to evaluation only. This evaluation was tried formatively and summatively. When an evaluation has been attempted, it is considered that the assessment has been carried out. Such a description is not very fitting. The application of evaluation tends to only look at the achievement of educational goals. In this case, in the learning process it is not only the value that is seen, but there are many aspects that make the success or failure of a program. Evaluation is only a small part of the assessment. Assessment must also be understood as part of supervision. Assessment does not only deal with values that are measured based on solving questions, but assessment of learning programs will examine many aspects. Implementation of learning programs can be viewed from various perspectives. This point of view includes the government as a policy maker, from citizens as users, from educators, for example in terms of program effectiveness. To determine the success of the learning program implemented, an assessment is needed, which is called program evaluation. Because it specifically evaluates learning programs, it is often referred to as evaluating learning programs. Assessment is used more as a strategy to measure how far the success of education is. Given the importance of this and also remembering that assessment is one of the benefits of learning management that cannot be ignored, this paper will discuss program evaluation in learning.

This study aims to determine the level of financial literacy and the level of financial inclusion of Gojek drivers who use online loans in Malang City. As well as knowing financial literacy and inclusion as an effort to improve welfare. This study uses a phenomenological approach with the assumption of a constructivist philosophy. This study also uses a qualitative descriptive approach which is a method based on post-positivism philosophy. The instrument used uses a survey with 100 Gojek driver participants in Malang City. The results of the study show that the literacy of Gojek drivers in Malang City is measured at a level of 67.92% which indicates a moderate level with only 7% having a high literacy level. Meanwhile, the inclusion level of Gojek drivers in Malang City is measured at a level of 66.83%. There is a gap of 19.7% with the average inclusion rate in Malang City. It also shows that only 7% have a high level of financial inclusion. There are 2% of Gojek drivers in Malang City, each of whom has a high level of financial literacy and inclusion. Other results show that 88% are declared prosperous under the UMR category, and 84% are also declared prosperous by calculating the income exchange rate. Subjectively, 91% are categorized as prosperous with the highest indicator being family harmony at 73%. Followed by a good living environment by 60%. However, housing and asset indicators are considered low at only 37%.  

The development of information technology provides opportunities for educators to create more efficient and interactive learning evaluation media. This study aims to design and develop a computer-based test media using Wondershare Quiz Creator as a tool to support online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results show that the developed test media is capable of providing various types of questions, such as multiple choice, short answer, true-false, and matching, and is equipped with features such as automatic feedback, time settings, and exportable test results. User testing indicates that the media is easy to use, responsive, and effective in supporting the learning evaluation process in online learning. In addition, educators can quickly create, manage, and distribute tests through digital platforms without requiring advanced technical skills. Thus, the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator has proven to be an alternative solution for providing practical and interactive computer-based test media that supports improving the quality of online learning. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators in utilizing technology to enhance the effectiveness of learning evaluation

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has generated a massive and continuous volume of product reviews. This user-generated content is vital for business intelligence, yet its sheer scale makes manual analysis inefficient, subjective, and practically impossible. Automated sentiment analysis is therefore crucial for businesses to efficiently understand customer feedback and market perception. This research addresses this gap by implementing the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm to automatically classify the sentiment of Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. This study utilized a dataset of 2,000 reviews collected from a major e-commerce platform's "Electronics" category. The data underwent critical text preprocessing stages (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library) to handle the complexities of informal Indonesian text. The dataset was split using an 80/20 ratio, resulting in 1,600 training reviews and 400 testing reviews. Model performance was then evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, focusing on the key metrics of Accuracy, Precision, and Recall. The test results showed excellent performance, achieving an Accuracy of 90.00%, Precision of 91.93%, and Recall of 95.00%. These results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm, when supported by robust preprocessing, is a highly effective, reliable, and computationally efficient method for this task, providing a valuable tool for e-commerce stakeholders.

The purpose of this study was to review the market place of PT Tokopedia in maintaining the image and trust of consumers after the leakage of customer data. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data I use is in the form of writing I & I, not numbers. I have reviewed this data. Based on Ijournals, my mother, Iwebsite, and other official documents, PT Tokopedia informs about user data leaks. Tokopedia requires the necessary policies. Utilizing a new data security method, namely blockchain, as well as establishing special laws for the protection of personal data, is necessary to minimize the amount of business personal data. a significant impact on consumer confidence thereby influencing consumer purchasing power for sales made on the PT Tokopedia marketplace.    

Indonesia is one of the countries whose residents have started using the internet in conducting buying and selling business transactions, with the increasing number of internet users and online business transactions, a marketplace, Shopee, was born. Shopee is an online marketplace platform that is used to practice buying and selling goods actively and easily. The products offered by this application are very diverse, ranging from garments, cellphones, beauty products, electronics, sports instruments, medicines, home furnishings, office stationery to food and beverages. Shopee services are implemented in interactions between producers and consumers quickly, easily and precisely. The advantages of Shopee are not only online business transactions, but Shopee is also a source of employment which is quite large and easy to work on. The sales strategy carried out by Shopee is very good so that this makes sellers and buyers more comfortable in shopping. The Shopee application is very suitable to be used as a sales medium because the promotional features provided by Shopee are able to increase the seller's sales profit. From the explanation above, the Hyunbina Collection business has a marketing method to sell products to consumers, it is necessary to use the Shopee Marketplace Sales to increase sales of women's bags. Based on the background of these problems, the authors are interested in compiling a Final Project report with the title "The Effect of Utilizing the Shopee Application in Increasing Sales of Hyunbina Collection".

Kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan adalah satu lembaga resmi pemerintah yang melakukan banyak survey. Untuk melakukan survey dibutuhkan perlengkapan lapangan seperti tas, rompi, aalat tulis kantor, papan untuk menulis, name tag dan masih banyak barang-barang yang dibutuhkan untuk lenacaran proses survey. Kebutuhan barang masuk dan keluar masih dicatat pada sebuah buku. Terkadang barang yang ada di catatan tidak sesuai dengan stok barang yang ada. Informasi ketersediaan barang juga msih terbatas.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun sistem persedian barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem adalah metode prototype. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan, pada tahap ini peneliti mendefinisikan kebutuhan sistem dengan rinci. Dalam prosesnya, klien dan tim developer akan bertemu untuk mendiskusikan detail sistem seperti apa yang diinginkan oleh user. Tahap kedua adalah desain cepat, pada tahap ini peneliti membuat desain sederhana yang akan memberi gambaran singkat tentang sistem yang ingin dibuat. Tahap ketiga adlaah membangun prototipe, pada tahap ini peneliti membangun prototipe sebenarnya yang akan dijadikan rujukan tim programmer untuk pembuatan program atau aplikasi. tahap keempat adalah evaluasi penggunaan awal, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan presentasi pada klient untuk dieavaluasi. Tahap kelima adalah memperbaiki prototipr, pada tahap ini peneliti memperbaiki sistem jika ditemukan ketidak sesuaian dengan keinginan klien pada tahap ke empat, jika tidak ada lanjut ketahap keenam. Pada tahap keenam adalah implementasi dan pemeliharaan, pada tahap ini peneliti segera membuat sistem susai dengan prototipe akhir yang telah disepakati, kemudain peneliti pelakukan pengujian dan setelah selesai sistem diserahkan ke klien. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem inventory barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan.

Komputer dan teknologi informasi telah menjadi kebutuhan untuk setiap pekerjaan baik di organisasi swasta maupun pemerintah. kegiatan di Badan Pusat Statistik mengakibatkan banyaknya surat masuk dan surat keluar, sehingga sulit untuk mengarsipkan surat-surat tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu dikembangkan sistem pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis website.. Mengingat arsip adalah segala bentuk catatan aktivitas yang dilakukan organisasi maupun lembaga seperti dokumen, rekaman dan sebagainya, maka keberadaannya perlu dijaga dengan baik. Sistem arsip dibangun dengan menggunakan metode prototype, yaitu suatu pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang meliputi dari beberapa tahapan yaitu Communication, Quick plan, Modelling Quick Design, pembentukan Prototype dan Deployement Delivery & Feddback Selain itu menggunakan PHP serta MySQL sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya dengan framework laravel. Sebuah aplikasi untuk mengelola arsip surat masuk dan surat keluar yang tersimpan secara digital dikembangkan sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pencarian surat. Dengan mengakses aplikasi arsip ini dengan user login yang sesuai,  petugas administrasi dapat menambah, mengedit, menghapus, dan menyimpan surat masuk dan keluar, mencari berdasarkan nomor surat, subjek, pengirim, tujuan, dan tanggal, serta mengunduh surat digital berdasarkan hasil pencarian.  Sistem arsip surat yang telah dibangun dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pengolahan data surat masuk dan surat keluar secara cepat dan efisien.

Percetakan Daduh adalah sebuah usaha percetakan yang memproduksi stempel, undangan, kartu nama, buku yasin, dan lainnya. Penggunaan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan pada salah satu faktor penentu pendapatan usaha yaitu harga jual, mengharuskan perusahaan percetakan untuk beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi. Akan tetapi, saat ini mekanisme perhitungan harga pada Percetakan Daduh masih dilakukan secara manual dan tanpa memperhitungkan ketiga komponen biaya produksi. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan proses penentuan harga menghasilkan jumlah yang tidak tepat. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, pemilik usaha membutuhkan sebuah program yang mempermudah perhitungan harga pokok produksi. User Interface sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan React JS sebagai framework JavaScript dan Firebase sebagai platform penyimpanan database. Pada sistem berbasis web ini, harga pokok produksi dihitung menggunakan metode harga pokok pesanan. Dengan menggunakan metode harga pokok pesanan, biaya produksi dihitung atas dasar jumlah pesanan. Sistem ini terdiri dari data biaya sebagai masukan dan harga pokok produksi sebagai keluaran. Data biaya yang diinputkan meliputi informasi yang berkaitan dengan komponen harga pokok produksi,  yaitu biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan biaya overhead pabrik. Aplikasi ini mampu membantu percetakan Daduh dalam menetapkan harga pokok produksi dengan cepat dan efisien.

Suara manusia memiliki banyak sekali karakteristik. Ada yang memiliki suara berat, suara yang lembut, suara yang tinggi, suara yang rendah dan lain sebagainya. Manusia dapat mengenali karakteristik suara tersebut dan mengerti hal-hal yang diucapkan. Berbagai inovasi telah dikeluarkan untuk merancang suatu kecerdasan buatan untuk mengerti arti ucapan yang diberikan oleh manusia. Hal ini menjadi ketertarikan bagi penulis untuk merancang sistem pengenalan suara. Rancangan yang dibuat penulis adalah membuat sistem pengenalan suara yang berbasis Google Speech API pada Smartphone Android untuk dapat mengendalikan sepeda motor dengan menggunakan teknologi Bluetooth HC-05 pada Raspberry Pi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 tahap pengujian. Pengujian pertama merupakan pengujian untuk mengetahui jarak ideal antara bibir dengan microphone pada Smartphone Android saat memberikan perintah kepada sepeda motor. Pengujian kedua dilakukan untuk mengetahui jarak ideal untuk berkomunikasi antara Smartphone Android dengan Raspberry Pi, dan pengujian ketiga adalah untuk merancang sistem keamanan tambahan dengan menggunakan sidik jari pada Smartphone Android. Hasil yang didapatkan pada pengujian pertama adalah persentase keberhasilan tertinggi berada pada jarak 5cm dengan nilai sebesar 99.17% dan tingkat terendah pada jarak 30cm antara bibir dengan microphone dengan nilai sebesar 78.33%. Pengujian kedua didapatkan hasil bahwa jarak maksimal untuk melakukan komunikasi antara Smartphone Android dengan modul Bluetooth HC-05 pada Raspberry Pi adalah sebesar 20m, lebih dari itu perangkat tidak dapat berkomunikasi. Pengujian ketiga didapatkan hasil bahwa selain sidik jari yang terdaftar maka user tidak dapat menggunakan aplikasi yang telah dirancang karena aplikasi akan melakukan looping secara terprogram.

In everyday life, trucks are used to transport goods. Not infrequently seen a lot of use of trucks that exceed the carrying capacity. Accidents on the highway include the impact caused by trucks that are overloaded or overloaded. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk of accidents due to overloading or overloading. The truck load monitoring system aims to make it easier for truck users to see the truck load weight directly through a smartphone with an application. In addition, users can also see the excess weight of the load and there is an overweight indicator in the form of a buzzer. With this system, users can reduce the risk of accidents on their vehicles. This system consists of a load cell sensor and HX711 module as a weight detector, NodeMCU as a microcontroller and data transmission, firebase as a database, and android studio as a container for creating applications. Payload weight data can be monitored remotely or close according to the principles of the Internet of Things (IoT). The results of this study indicate that the system works well with the sensor accuracy level on the prototype truck 1 and truck prototype 2 above 95%. Writing data on firebase, reading firebase through the application and testing the buzzer has a 100% success rate percentage. There is no diference transmission delay between serial monitor and firebase.

Secara fungsional, website sekolah di SMP Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa telah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah, siswa, dan masyarakat. Namun, antarmuka tampilan yang digunakan masih belum mampu mendukung sisi fungsionalitas website secara baik. Untuk itu, dilakukanlah perancangan antarmuka website SMP Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa menggunakan pendekatan user centered design. Perancangan antarmuka website tersebut menempatkan orang tua siswa selaku target pengguna utama sebagai pusat dari proses perancangan antarmuka. Berdasarkan identifikasi kebutuhan dan perilaku pengguna utama, dibuatlah user persona, model wireframe, dan alur interaksi yang kemudian diterapkan dalam antarmuka website. Metode perancangan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu kepada metode perancangan User Centered Design dalam ISO 9241-210. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kemudahan penggunaan website melalui antarmuka yang baru dimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi pandangan pengguna menjadi lebih baik terhadap pihak sekolah.

Social media aims to provide convenience in terms of communicating so that it has an impact on its users, both positive and negative. One of the most widely used applications from other social media is the Tik Tok application where each user can make various videos and interact via private chat. The app, launched in September 2016, shows how important its influence on culture is. Where tick tock has become the most widely used social media, one of which is among students. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that cause changes in the culture of communication and how changes in the culture of communication in the use of social media tick tok by IAIN Bukittinggi students who live in Al Maizy's boarding house, Gurun Aua Nagari Kubang Putiah.
