Indonesia is a unitary state that places law as the highest basis that regulates all state life. The consequence of Indonesia as a rule of law state is that all government institutions in the formation and exercise of authority must also be based on applicable legal regulations so that they are not based on mere power. The rule of law also regulates how state institutions carry out their duties as an attribute of state completeness. State institutions domiciled in Indonesia, or in this case the distribution of state power, have a structured hierarchy. To be able to carry out a national life in Indonesia, the constitutional system is regulated by a system of checks and balances between state institutions. Using a normative juridical approach, with analytical descriptions and literature studies, it was discovered how the relationships between state institutions in the Indonesian constitutional system are found. The position of state institutions in this constitutional system is not only divided but also limited by law

The low understanding of mathematical concepts experienced by students also has an impact on students' ability to solve problems related to mathematics because the concepts taught by teachers are never found in everyday life. Therefore, a learning approach is needed that encourages students to construct their own mathematical concepts based on experiences that occur in everyday life. The research method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The data collection process includes collecting and analyzing every published article and book that discusses mathematical concepts and the application of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). Several countries have implemented electronic notarial deeds in their national legal systems, mainly to ensure the authenticity of electronic information. The authentic deed rules in the UUJN and Civil Code show that the use of notarial deeds and the creation of authentic deeds are difficult to implement due to the absence of procedural changes. The definition of an authentic deed is included in both UUJN and UU ITE. The research findings show that the creation of electronic deeds using artificial intelligence (AI) has become a legal basis. For example, Article 15(3) of the UUJN and Article 17 of the UUPT cover electronic registration of trust deeds, electronic registration with notaries, amendments to the articles of association of legal entities, and so on. Obstacles in the implementation of electronic deeds are influenced by many factors, such as legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture.

Indonesia is considered to be one of the largest biological laboratories in the world, so there are many objects that can be used for research by foreign researchers. To provide research licensing services for foreign researchers who wish to conduct research in Indonesia, a legal basis was issued, namely Law No. 11 of 2019 concerning the National System of Science and Technology which regulates research licensing for foreign researchers in Indonesia. As a supporter of Law no. 11 of 2019, BRIN Regulation no. 22 of 2022 concerning Ethical Clearance has been issued. To provide foreign research licensing services according to Law No. 11 of 2019, it is carried out by the Directorate of Research and Innovation Licensing and Scientific Governance of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). To make it easier to apply for research permits for foreign researchers, several service improvements were made, namely the first was the formation of an ethics commission team to replace the TKPIPA team to evaluate incoming proposals. Second, the number of files that foreign researchers need to prepare is less than before, namely from 14 documents to 7 documents. Third, creating an ethical clearance website to upload the required files in digital form which was previously done offline and submitting hard copy files. Fourth, the addition of financial reporting features to make it easier to check payments and send research progress reports by foreign researchers.
