The Semarang Police in the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center) field has functions which include serving complaints from people affected by criminal acts, namely reports of fraud, robbery, embezzlement, theft, loss of valuables and so on. The high number of public complaints at this time so that people really need fast service in the SPKT section. SPKT is the spearhead of police services in providing services to the community to improve and facilitate services, an online complaint application is needed. This research is only used for reporting public complaints about traffic, crime and drugs that occur in Semarang district at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Semarang Police. The search method is only used to find the complaint number using the sequential search method. The results of the study show that the application of public complaints in the Semarang Police SPKT section makes it easier for the public to submit complaints to the Semarang Police regarding traffic, crime, drugs and searching for complaint numbers using the sequential search method

Kemajuan teknologi informasi  pada era globalisasi cenderung membentuk perubahan perilaku konsumen untuk memenuhi minat dan kebutuhannya. Kemajuan teknologi berdampak pada perubahan metode penjualan konvensional perlahan menjadi penjualan secara online dengan memanfaatkan jejaring internet dan media sosial. Penggunaan media sosial bagi masyarakat indonesia sangat beragam salah satunya ialah sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan produk. Instagram merupakan media sosial yang berfokus pada visual sehingga cocok digunakan sebagai platform promosi dan penjualan produk UMKM, sebagai platform promosi dan penjualan yang tergolong mudah dan efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan, konsumen dapat melihat secara visual bentuk dari produk yang dijual sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dalam membeli. Namun, pada UMKM Omah Dayang penggunaan Instagram sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan masih belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam menggunakan Instagram menjadi hambatan UMKM tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dengan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman Instagram sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan produk UMKM sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan produknya. Kemudian, dari kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan berupa pelaku UMKM mengenal dan mulai menggunakan sosial media sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan produk. Dari hasil kegiatan mulai menghasilkan beberapa peningkatan seperti akun sosial media yang mulai dikenal dan meningkatnya kemampuan pemilik dalam mempromosikan produknya.

UMKM Cendol Sueger is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) engaged in the business of cendol production drinks located in the Kauman sub-district, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. The problem faced by Cendol Sueger SMEs is that their marketing activities are still very minimal and traditional. For this reason, it is necessary to provide training on the importance of implementing digital marketing so that the marketing system can be better so that it can expand the scope of its business targets and can support even better sales activities. The purpose of this research is to apply digital marketing to improve the marketing strategy of Cendol Sueger SMEs. Some of the digital e-commerce and social media used are grab, website, and Instagram accounts. The results of the study show that Cendol Seger MSMEs now understand and are able to create accounts, manage and utilize social media to expand their marketing reach online so that they can improve marketing strategies and sales results for Cendol Sueger MSMEs.

Socialization is a very useful thing in raising and conveying positive values to individuals, the socialization process is education through individual understanding and acceptance of the connections that occur in an activity that can provide input and output feedback. Learning from the monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1997-1998 which was marked by the decline in the joints of the economy caused by the rupiah exchange rate falling or dropping drastically against the dollar exchange rate. In 1998 many big entrepreneurs fell in Indonesia, but MSMEs were still able to survive and even increased in number. In this way, UMKM contribute to supporting the economy of a country so that the existence of UMKM is highly expected in the development and progress of the country's economy and is able to absorb the number of unemployed. In this background, MSMEs can be used as a part in expanding employment opportunities, play a role in the formation of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and increase foreign exchange earnings for the country of Indonesia because its market can reach national to international. Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is an agricultural producing village in the form of rice, corn, sugar cane, soybeans, vegetables, chilies and others. The livelihoods of the majority of the population are farmers, self-employed, and partly in the government. UMKM problems often occur due to capital problems and licensing matters, the Business Identification Number (NIB) is the identity of a business license issued by the "Online Single Submission (OSS)" agency, helping to fulfill the legal and administrative aspects of UMKM and providing advantages in funding. Then the socialization and technical guidance was carried out by Group 1, then the output of the socialization was to help UMKM actors in the Village with the method of opening a post at the Village Hall/Village Office and the door to door method or direct permits to the homes of UMKM actors. At the same time creating a logo that is useful in brand equity as trustworthiness with the product name and symbol, providing additional value to a product. The direction of the arrow as a direction for the location has the aim of providing instructions for potential consumers and customers to find homes for UMKM actors to get products or order products.

Mahasiswa UIN Syarifhidayatullah Jakarta memiliki motivasi pada komunikasi intrapersonal, dilihat dari 37 partisipan 90,6% mahasiswa setuju dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait pengetahuan dan pendapat mengenai peran komunikasi intrapersonal dalam meningatkan motivasi dirinya. Adapun tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan apakah komunikasi intrapersonal mampu untuk meningkatkan Motivasi diri Mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Artikel ini berbasis fenomena komunikasi intrapersonal dalam memotivasi diri berdasarkan subjek dilakukan secara online dari mahasiswa uin syarif hidayatullah jakarta, sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 partisipan, 90,6% mahasiswa setuju dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait pengetahuan dan pendapat mengenai peran komunikasi intrapersonal dalam meningatkan motivasi dirinya. aktivitas mahasiswa UIN SyarifHidayatulla Jakarta dari komunikasi intrapersonal yang dilakukan sehari-hari dalam upaya memahami diri pripadi diantaranya adalah; berdo’a, bersyukur, intropeksi diri dengan meninjau perbuatan kita dan reaksi hati nurani kita, mendayagunakan kehendak bebas, dan berimajinasi secara kreatif. Namun  ada  juga  mahasiswa  yang  tidak memiliki aktivitas komunikasi intrapersonal yang baik.

This Community Service activity aims to analyze the role of branding in the success of the Rengginang Bu Anik UMKM. The Community Service Activity method used is qualitative, by combining in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and content analysis. The results of Community Service Activities show that branding plays a significant role in building a positive image and reputation for MSMEs and differentiating themselves from competitors. The process of establishing a brand identity, selecting visual elements, logos and packaging that support the brand image, as well as the use of social media and online marketing have a positive impact on the success of MSMEs. Apart from that, an effective communication strategy and the influence of branding on increasing sales and business growth also proved important in the context of Rengginang Bu Anik. However, this Community Service Activity also identified several obstacles faced by MSMEs in implementing branding strategies, such as limited resources and a lack of understanding of the importance of branding. Therefore, solutions and recommendations are provided to overcome these challenges and take advantage of opportunities in developing MSME brands. This Community Service activity provides in-depth insight into the role of branding in the success of MSMEs and can provide practical guidance for other MSMEs in developing their brand.

Kewirausahaan digital merupakan metode kewirausahaan yang menggunakan teknologi dengan memanfaatkan platform berbasis internet. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, seluruh aspek kewirausahaan dapat berkembang menjadi lebih efisien terutama pada aspek pemasaran. Kemudahan akses informasi merupakan salah satu keunggulan dari pemanfaatan teknologi yang dapat menjadi salah satu faktor mengapa pemasaran digital lebih unggul dari pemasaran konvensional. Terutama pada era digital saat ini, pemasaran digital sangat diperlukan demi mempermudah menyebarkan edukasi terkait suatu usaha. Dengan memakai metode penelitian studi kepustakaan, dapat mempermudah penulis dalam memberikan hasil yang akurat berdasarkan literasi dari peneliti terdahulu. Jurnal ini dibuat dengan tujuan agar UMKM di kelurahan tanjungsari terutama UMKM terpilih mendapatkan manfaat dari keberadaan Mahasiswa KKN UPN Veteran Jawa Timur Kelompok 41 dengan memberikan edukasi serta memfasilitasi UMKM  untuk mengembangkan pemasaran yang kurang efektif menjadi pemasaran digital yang dapat menjangkau konsumen secara luas dengan sifatnya yang tidak mengenal tempat dan waktu. Digital marketing is a marketing activity or promotion of goods or brands using digital media or the internet to quickly attract consumers or potential customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research focuses on Taso Ndeso MSMEs located in RT 4 RW 12 Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. This is because the Taso Ndeso MSMEs themselves still have not utilized and have not used marketing through digital marketing to promote their products. Digital marketing utilization has becoming the important key of MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” in Sukorejo Village, Blitar City in attempt of increasing their market. By using digital platform like social media and website, MSMEs could reach better market outside their region. By showing their unique and nice products. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” could attract potential consumer attention and increase their visibility. One of their digital marketing benefit for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” are their capability for live interaction with customer. By using comment, direct message, and online survey, MSMEs could get precious feedback and understanding what their customer preference and also what their customer needed. By this knowledge MSMEs could fix and increase their products like what their customer needed, make them more competitive in market. Beside of that, digital marketing also have an important role to build great products for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso”. By using interesting visual content and story telling that can build emotions whos watching. MSMEs could convey their value and their unique products to audiens. By differentiate themself from competitor and build strong relationship with their customer. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” can make their strong identity and  their customer trust with their products in long term.

The government promotes the obligation to own business legality as controlling economic activity in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Business legality as the ownership identity of a legally operating business entity. Pakel Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency, has various types of MSMEs that excel in agro-industry. However, the issue of business legality is still an obstacle to the progress of the Pakel Village MSMEs, namely the uneven ownership of business legality such as Business Permit Numbers (NIB), Home Industry Product Permits (PIRT), halal certification and so on. Pakel Village UMKM actors lack knowledge and awareness of the importance of business legality, starting from the requirements to the submission mechanism, the administrative process is considered complicated and time-consuming, and the management costs are expensive. The purpose of this community service activity is for Pakel Village MSMEs to know and understand how to make NIB independently through the Online Single Submission (OSS) application and assistance in submitting halal certification for free through SiHalal with the Sehati 2023 program using the business actor's statement mechanism. The method of implementing the KKNT 09 Desa Pakel group in this community service activity is to conduct socialization and mentoring on the importance of NIB ownership and halal certification with MSME Facilitators from the Ministry of Religion, Jombang Regency. The result of this community service activity is the issuance of NIB and halal certification for Pakel Village MSMEs

Assistance in a community service program with an entrepreneurial and creative economy scheme by the East Java "Veteran" National Development University located in Bareng District, Bareng Village in the Merdeka Learning KKN-T program - Merdeka Campus which aims to assist the Joint Village MSMEs to make business legality main numbers endeavor (NIB) using the online single submission (OSS) application. Desab Bareng has at least 45 MSMEs based on the survey that has been conducted. Of the at least 45 MSMEs, only a few MSME actors have business legality, while the majority do not have business legality because they do not know the function of business legality and are also unable to use the internet. Currently, the central government and local governments offer a lot of assistance, in the form of cost reductions in trying to assist and train business behavior so that it is mandatory for business owners to have a Business Identification Number. NIB) uses an online single submission (OSS) application. The method used is to conduct a survey combined with interviews in addition to the Forum Group discussion (FGD). The benefits of research are knowing the importance of having a business identification number (NIB).

In the evolving era of digital marketing, the quality of product photos plays a vital role in attracting customers and boosting sales. This study aims to explore the influence of using a studio photo box as part of the digital marketing strategy for SMEs in Semolowaru Village. A studio photo box is a simple tool made from easily accessible materials and is affordable, enabling SMEs to produce high-quality product photos. The findings of this study demonstrate that the utilization of a studio photo box can enhance the product's appeal on digital marketing platforms, attract potential customers, and differentiate the product from competitors. By using a studio photo box, SMEs in Semolowaru Village can generate attractive and professional product photos, which can contribute to building a strong brand image and increasing conversion rates. The awareness among SMEs in Semolowaru Village regarding the importance of quality product photos in digital marketing has facilitated the adoption of studio photo boxes. With the right steps, such as selecting a suitable studio, ensuring proper lighting, careful product arrangement, accurate editing, and leveraging photos in online promotions, SMEs can fully harness the potential of studio photo boxes to achieve success in digital product marketing. Digital marketing is an absolute tool for today's business people, because consumers are more inclined to carry out purchasing activities online, especially after the pandemic. On the other hand, optimizing the use of digital marketing is also an interesting topic in the business world. Considering that currently almost all business units use information technology to support their business operations, even MSMEs are no exception. But unfortunately, not all MSMEs understand the role of digital marketing in reaching potential markets.The use of digital marketing in its development is carried out as an effort to survive amidst the onslaught of increasingly complex business competition. One of the MSMEs that has not adapted to digital marketing is Geprek SS, which is in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. The purpose of this service activity is to provide assistance to Geprek SS business owners to utilize social media, create content in the form of videography and photography that can support product marketing. The method of implementing this activity is divided into three stages, namely: (1) Identification of problems which analyze what are the obstacles to the MSMEs Ayam Geprek SS and Needs Analysis; (2) Socialization and training to the owner of Ayam Geprek SS regarding the features available on social media and how to use them as digital marketing utilization; (3) Assisting the owner in implementing various explanations at the socialization and training stages so that they can use social media independently. The results of this activity are expected to be the MSMEs Ayam Geprek SS which has implemented digital marketing and is increasingly developing the contents or content in it so that it does not fade the branding of its products, and continues digital marketing and explores more features in social media.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a significant role for the welfare of society. The purpose of this activity is to improve aspects of marketing management that have an impact on increasing sales. The long-term goal of this research is to build a management model that can be practically applied by MSMEs to support productivity and business development. In general, MSMEs business management (marketing, production, HR and finance) can be implemented by providing training to MSMEs actors. In its journey, MSMEs need to be monitored intensively, to always monitor the management they are doing. SWOT analysis is the right option to help MSMEs determine marketing strategies and project changes in the business environment. SWOT analysis can evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses which include internal factors in MSMEs, Opportunities and Threats which include external factors or competitors. Based on the SWOT analysis conducted, a strategy was obtained to provide training in all aspects, given the lack of knowledge possessed by SMEs. From this study, 4 marketing strategies were obtained for MSMEs to increase competitiveness, namely the S-O Strategy for MSMEs to innovate products to strengthen competitiveness, establish product characteristics, and aggressively carry out promotions and sales by utilizing technological developments with online sales. In the W-O strategy, MSMEs are required to always pay attention to market and consumer desires, determine market targets, and improve the quality of human resources. S-T strategy, MSMEs should make a prominent feature of the product and innovate in product promotion. In the W-T strategy, MSMEs players need to determine their target market, where and who is the target for their sales and pay attention to the wishes of the market and consumers to adapt their products.

Technological developments have created many opportunities for many sectors. One of them is the opportunity for SMEs. A business that utilizes technological media has a great opportunity to develop. The use of technology in a business can be done with digital-based marketing or what is commonly called digital marketing. Digital marketing or digital marketing is an online promotion and marketing activity by utilizing social media, e-commerce, and other digital platforms. This research focuses on digital marketing assistance and training for MSMEs in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of digital marketing in promotional and marketing activities carried out by MSME actors in Ambulu Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using observation and focused discussion techniques to collect the data. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of digital marketing in Ambulu Village has been going well, but there are still obstacles encountered, namely that there are still several MSME actors who lack understanding of technology.

This study aims to find about: (1) fintech service in the mobile banking-based non-cash payment system (Muamalat-DIN) at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan: (2) implementation of fintech in the mobile banking-based non-cash payment system (Muamalat-DIN) at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study are: (1) fintech services in the non-cash payment system in Muamalat-DIN are transfers, QRIS, credit top-ups, internet credit top-ups, electronic money top-ups, google play voucher codes, spotify premium, postpaid credit payments, PLN electricity, Telkom, cable TV, PDAM, IPB campus education payments, airplane tickets, ZISWAF, family takaful, BPJS employment, BPJS health, SAMSAT/SIGNAL, BPJPH, virtual accounts, multi payments, and hijrah pensions (DPLK); (2) the implementation of fintech at Bank Muamalat varies, there are Muamalat-DIN, phone banking, internet banking, MADINA, online share-e debit, and ATMs. The most popular Fintech at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan is Muamalat-DIN. In Muamalat-DIN, customers of Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan often use services in the form of transfer, QRIS, credit top-ups and internet credit top-ups, electronic money top-ups, payment services such as PLN electricity, Telkom, PDAM, ZISWAF, BPJS for employment, BPJS for health, virtual accounts, and hijrah pension (DPLK). This fintech implementation has benefits for banks and customers, the benefit for Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan is that it will have a wider reach, operational and marketing costs are more economical. And the benefits felt by customers are that transactions are easier, faster, accessible 24 hours because access is via a smartphone, and customers don't need to carry a lot of cash everywhere.

The digital market has become an important platform for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to promote and market their products. This study aims to explore the application of digital marketing strategies to Misscrip SMEs by Damartrends in expanding market reach and increasing sales of their products. The results of the study show that Damartrends has successfully implemented a digital marketing strategy effectively to market MSME Misscrip products. The implementation of digital marketing involves using social media and websites to expand their reach and increase their brand visibility. In addition, Damartrends also utilizes paid advertising to increase their online visibility.

Web-based information systems are in high demand in various circles of society, including in the world of non-computer education, where the written examination system commonly used in education often has many obstacles. Factors must also be considered when evaluating written tests, as many participants may avoid writing notes on cards and waste paper and ink to ask and repeat questions, including negative factors in written tests, so this study aims to do so. a database-based online exam system that educational institutions can use to convert existing written exams into an online exam system. Therefore, with the rapid development of information technology, it is necessary to design and build an online examination system based on Data Warehouse to replace the manual written examination system and facilitate the work of the teacher in SMP Negeri 5 Medan. Primary schools enter question data into the system and can minimize the operational costs of passing exams, and the system can also store data more securely in its data warehouse, i.e. teacher information, basic information, student information. subject information, value information and question information. The method is Data Warehouse, software procedures and Waterfall model. The survey respondents were 150 students from SMP Negeri 5 Medan, a total of 150 students. This online exam system was created using PHP programming language, MySQL database and XAMPP web server

The database or what is commonly referred to as a database is a collection of data that is stored neatly, structured on a computer and is very important in an information system. The database functions as a provider of information for its consumers. The database has many benefits, some of which are facilitating data management, data accuracy, increasing productivity, cost savings, as a material for making better decisions and helping to maintain data security. The purpose of thisresearch is to understand what are thebenefits of databases and how to implement databases for organizations or companies. By knowing the benefits of a database, an organization or company can make good decisions or policies in managing andutilizing their data. The method in this study uses a qualitative method by conducting a survey to find out the benefits of the database at the UIN North Sumatra Library and what facilities are obtained by implementing the database in managingits information system. The results obtained from this study are that the North Sumatra Uin Library utilizes databases in improving services by carrying out several developments such as an online library, an application called OPAC, an application that makes it easy to check library collections and a web called repository which is a collection application. the work of students. Libraries that previously only used the recording method but have switched to using online by utilizing databases.

The database or what is commonly referred to as a database is a collection of data that is stored neatly, structured on a computer and is very important in an information system. The database functions as a provider of information for its consumers. The database has many benefits, some of which are facilitating data management, data accuracy, increasing productivity, cost savings, as a material for making better decisions and helping to maintain data security. The purpose of thisresearch is to understand what are thebenefits of databases and how to implement databases for organizations or companies. By knowing the benefits of a database, an organization or company can make good decisions or policies in managing andutilizing their data. The method in this study uses a qualitative method by conducting a survey to find out the benefits of the database at the UIN North Sumatra Library and what facilities are obtained by implementing the database in managingits information system. The results obtained from this study are that the North Sumatra Uin Library utilizes databases in improving services by carrying out several developments such as an online library, an application called OPAC, an application that makes it easy to check library collections and a web called repository which is a collection application. the work of students. Libraries that previously only used the recording method but have switched to using online by utilizing databases.

Delsa Barelng adalah delsa yang telrleltak di Kelcamatan Barelng, Kablpateln Jombang. Delsa Barelng melmiliki belrbagai macam potelnsi yang dapat dikelmbangkan. Salah satlnya adalah lMKM. Belrdasarkan data yang didapatkan mellalli slrveli, telrdapat selkitar 45 lMKM yang belropelrasi. lsaha Mikro, Kelcil dan Melnelngah (lMKM) melrlpakan salah satl ellelmeln pelrelkonomian di Delsa Barelng yang melmiliki pelranan pelnting dalam pelrkelmbangannya. Pelningkatan jlmlah pellakl lMKM belrdampak pada pelrelkonomian Indonelsia. masih banyak pellakl lMKM yang melngalami problelmatika dalam proselsnya. Selbagian belsar pellakl lMKM yang melngalami kelndala telrselblt adalah melrelka yang belrada dalam rlang lingklp delsa. Dimana masih telrdapat belbelrapa keltelrbatasan pada ellelmeln-ellelmeln pelnlnjang yang melnjadikannya belrkelmbang. Salah satl dari selkian pelnlnjang kelgiatan lMKM adalah adanya lelgalitas lsaha, branding, dan laporan kellangan. Delngan adanya pelnlnjang lMKM telrselblt, lMKM dapat  melningkatkan dan melngelmbangkan lsahanya. Dari  total  selkitar  45 lMKM di delsa barelng hanya seldikit pellakl lsaha yang  tellah  melndaftarkan  izin  lsaha  karelna  selbagian  belsar  pellakl  lsaha  melnjalankan  aktivitas  jlal  belli  di  hari  kelrja,  belllm  mampl  melngglnakan  telknologi intelrnelt, selrta belllm melndapat informasi dan melngeltahli lrgelnsi pelmblatan izin lsaha. tim  pelngabdian  masyarakat  tellah  mellaksanakan  sosialisasi  dan  pelndampingan  selcara  langslng  pelmblatan  nomor  indlk  belrlsaha  (NIB)  mellalli  onlinel  singlel  slbmission  (OSS)  di  Kantor balai delsa barelng dan selcara door to door kel rlmah masyarakat yang melmiliki  lsaha  mikro.  Tljlan  kelgiatan  pelngabdian  masyarakat  ini  adalah  melmbelrikan  pelmahaman  telntang  pelntingnya  NIB  dan  OSS  digital  lntlk  melndapatkan  kelmldahan  lelgalitas  lsaha  selrta  doklmeln  lainnya  selpelrti  NPWP badan atal pelrorangan. Kelgiatan pelngabdian masyarakat dilaklkan delngan  meltodel  sosialisasi  dan  pelndampingan, selrta   melmiliki   sasaran   khlsls   bagi   masyarakat   yang   belllm   melmiliki   nomor   indlk   belrlsaha   (NIB)   teltapi   sldah   melmiliki   atal   melnjalankan   lsaha   mikro.
