Marketing in a company is a function that determines the company's success in making a profit. One activity that has an important role in marketing is the distribution of goods and services. Apart from that, determining prices is also important in increasing sales. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of distribution and price on increasing sales. This type of research is qualitative using a literature review method whose sources are obtained from the latest journals in the last 5 years. The results of this research are that distribution can increase product sales. Distribution plays an important role in determining the sales volume that a company can achieve. Price can influence increased sales. If the company is correct in determining the price of its product, it will have an impact on increasing sales of the product.  

Bureaucratic reform is one of the government's efforts to realize good governance and carry out reforms and fundamental changes in the governance system, especially from the institutional (organizational) aspects, management and human resources apparatus. Bureaucratic reform is the basis for changes in the life of the nation and state. Through bureaucratic reform, the provision of an efficient and effective government management system can be carried out. Public service is a reflection of the bureaucratic condition of a region, because public service is directly related to the real needs of the community and the government's role is to provide the needs of the public service itself. The protection of women and children from acts of violence is part of the public services provided by the government for women and children victims of violence. Violence against women and children is one of the issues that is of concern to the government. There is a trend of increasing cases of violence against women and children. The increase in incidents of violence has provided a solid basis for the government and stakeholders to accelerate progress on reducing violence against women and children.Protection of women and children as part of public services carried out by the government in the implementation of bureaucratic reform is carried out according to applicable regulations, to optimize the function of services for protecting women and children, it is necessary to optimize the role of service implementers, implementing human resources who have competence, collaboration of all relevant stakeholders, preparing tools which will serve as a guideline and carry out monitoring and evaluation functions.

This research aims to determine the role of teaching assistance in the fourth generation campus teaching program in increasing student learning motivation, especially for seventh grade students in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. Teaching assistance is one part of the Teaching Campus program of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities. This activity aims to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary and middle schools in various villages/cities, one of which is at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere which is in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching process, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration. Apart from that, students have a responsibility to improve students' morals and increase students' learning motivation and interest in learning while at school. The results of this research show that the role of teaching assistance plays a very important role in maintaining and growing students' learning motivation, especially in seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. The results of this program are expected to be able to foster social sensitivity in students to hone their thinking skills. work together with teachers and students across fields of science to solve the problems they face.

Because like it or not, the development of science and the application of technology is experiencing an increasingly rapid increase, especially in every work environment such as business practitioners.Computer/information technology is the technology that is most widely used in various agencies, both government and private. The rapid development of technology over time means that human work can generally be completed quickly. Technology is a tool that is often used in human activities. The role of technology today makes information processing easier because processing is necessary so that the resulting information can be useful for its users. Competition in the business world requires developers to find a pattern that can increase sales and marketing of goods, one of which is by utilizing transaction data. The availability of abundant data, the need for information to support decision making to create business solutions, and infrastructure support in the field of information technology are the reasons for the birth of data mining technology. Problems that occur at UD. Martua is lacking in reviewing the products being sold, what products consumers need and less effective data storage. With data mining, it is intended to provide real solutions to UD. Martua can find out which items are selling well and which items are not selling well, then can compare sales from year to year to become an effective medium for developing sales at UD.Martua. In grouping sales data, the fields used are item name, quantity purchased, quantity sold for 1 week, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 grouping data samples was the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 10 best-selling items, cluster 2 (C2) with 10 non-selling items. With data mining using the K-Means algorithm, losses for UD.Martua..speeding up decision making to restock goods that are selling well so that consumers who want to buy don't have to wait long. Providing information from sales data to find out what causes profits or losses at UD.Martua. Providing convenience for UD.Martua in determining which products are selling and which are not selling so that there is no accumulation of goods that are not selling and resulting in losses for UD.Martua.

In this program, students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching process, assist with technology adaptation, and assist school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of students in adapting technology at SDI Bistio, especially in using the Zoom and Google Meet learning applications. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. Data analysis includes (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this program is an increase in the knowledge of SDI Bistio teachers and students in terms of using the Zoom and Google Meet applications. This activity is limited to training students so long-term follow-up activities are needed to support technology adaptation at SDI Bistio.

Meat Village is one of the tourist villages in Tampahan District, Toba Regency. Tourism development is an effort to develop or promote tourist attractions to attract tourists and make tourist attractions more attractive in terms of location and object. The number of informants in this research was 7 (seven) people. This research is a qualitative type of research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The approach taken is a descriptive approach, based on natural and cultural resources, community groups and village government. The research results show that there are; (a) natural and cultural resources, showing that the village's potential can support the arrival of visitors, (b) community groups to increase community creativity in developing and preserving cultural traditions in Meat Village, (c) the village government which play an important role in efforts to develop the village so that it can attract the attention of tourists if it fulfills the seven charms of tourism, (d) the role of the community who participates in carrying out village activities so that the village remains clean, safe and cool so that anyone who comes to visit can enjoy the tourist attractions is in Meat.

In broadcast programs, an announcer plays the role of controlling discussions that discuss various important topics in an interesting way so that the public gets the right information. The aim of this research is to determine the content of the podcast tv show program on tvMu and the role of the announcer in the podcast tv show program. tvMu created a program called Podcast tv Show, hosted by Fini Auliani. The podcast tv show program is an inspirational show for Muslims, especially Muhammadiyah members, but packaged in a more relaxed and creative way. The content broadcast is content that inspires the public from the sources presented. This research uses a qualitative method to explain the role of broadcasters of TV show podcast programs on tvMu. This research uses Boyd's theory that a broadcaster must have credibility, authority, clarity and clarity of voice volume, a strong personality, high professionalism, communicativeness and excellent appearance. The results of this research are that the TV show podcast program has experienced an increase in broadcast quality, such as innovation in developing broadcast themes. If previously it only discussed issues related to Muhammadiyah, now it has developed into discussing various economic, social, political and cultural issues. This has an impact on increasing the number of viewers or viewers on YouTube social media.

This research was conducted because the role of the coach still does not have a good and regular training program, so the purpose of this research is to improve basic passing technique skills for futsal extracurricular participants at the Islamic High School in Malang City by using the drill method. This research method uses Sports Action Research. This research is the same as Classroom Action Research which uses the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This study uses 2 cycles with 4 meetings in each cycle. The subjects of this study were 20 male participants in the futsal extracurricular activities at SMA Islam Malang City. From the results of the study showed an increase in basic passing technique skills in cycle 1 and cycle 2. In the initial observation it showed that the overall completeness of the participants was 49.28%, then it increased at the end of cycle 1 by 64,28% and increased again in cycle 2 of the final meeting by 88, 39%. With this, increased results were obtained from basic passing technical skills using the drill method for futsal extracurricular participants at Malang City Islamic High School. It can be concluded that the application of the drill method can improve basic passing technique skills for futsal extracurricular participants at Islamic High School in Malang City.

The role of learning methods is very important during the teaching and learning process. The success of learners' learning depends largely on the methods used by the teacher. Successful learning can be seen with the objectives of the learning contained in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) that has been formulated. In addition, learning methods and strategies play a role in activating students during the learning process, this is important so that students are not easily bored and understand the subject matter easily and are able to apply it in everyday life. The purpose of this service is to increase student activeness in discussing problems in learning they face. Learning results show that the method used is very effective as evidenced by the enthusiasm of students in participating in learning activities so that it can increase student enthusiasm for learning, especially in PAI subjects.  

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disorder that often occurs with age. This joint disorder can cause various kinds of problems that can interfere with daily activities, such as walking, going up and down stairs, sitting to standing position, prayer activities, standing too long, and so on. Community service activities are carried out by conducting counseling activities related to knee osteoarthritis. The purpose of the outreach activities carried out in the Prolanis community consisting of the elderly or elderly is to increase knowledge and understanding of the role of physiotherapy, especially regarding the management of physiotherapy related to the treatment of osteoarthritis through exercises that can be done independently at home. Physiotherapy management in osteoarthritis can be done using hamstring stretch exercises and quadriceps setting exercises.

The aim of this research is to determine whether the Role Playing learning model can increase interest in learning about Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Lae Parira for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The population is all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Lae Parira Dairi Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 171 people and a sample of 43 people was determined, namely 25% of the total population using probability sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Role Playing learning model on interest in learning Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Lae Parira for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test a positive relationship obtained rxy value = 0.576 > rtable(a=0.05,n=43) = 0.301. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.513 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=41)= 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="10.65"+0.85X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 33.2%. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This research is related to the analysis of motivation and rewards on employee work performance at PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Kelapa Dua Tangerang. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of employee performance through the provision of motivation and rewards, because the role of employees in generating performance is very influential for the development of the company, proper work motivation and reward will increase the sense of responsibility of employees towards the company, work enthusiasm, and can complete tasks within the time specified by the company. This type of research uses quantitative research with non-statistical methods. The technique used for data collection in this study used a total sampling technique with an interview instrument distributed to respondents. The results of this study indicate that motivation and reward have a positive impact on improving the quality of employee work, companies need human resources to maintain the stability of the company by maintaining and developing employee performance.

This research is to determine the application of accounting information systems and information technology to CV case study sales. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa. This research uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing several employees at CV. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Accounting Information System at CV. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa has started to improve and meets standards, however routine control and supervision is very necessary so that things do not happen that could be detrimental to the company. And Application of Information Technology in CV. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa has a very important role in bringing out the best potential from employees and also has an important role in the company achieving its goals and being able to increase sales potential optimally.

Technology in the financial sector plays a crucial role in human life, as evidenced by the widespread use of electronic money. The advent of cashless payments, such as QRIS, can enhance financial management for businesses and contribute to their success. This research aims to compare the income of MSMEs before and after implementing QRIS in their operations. The sample size used in this study consists of 35 MSMEs at To’Pao Art Market, selected through saturation sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using the Paired t-Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference in MSMEs' income before and after the adoption of QRIS. This is supported by the Paired t-Test, which yielded a significance value (α) of less than 0.05 (0.007 < 0.05). The average income before using QRIS was 20.77, whereas after implementing QRIS, there was an increase in the average income to 21.60. Based on the results of the paired t-test, it can be concluded that the use of QRIS has a positive impact on MSMEs' income."

Investment is a benchmark for whether a country can be said to have a good or low level of economic growth. The rate of investment affects the level of state welfare because investment encourages the state to create production to fulfill state affairs and the nation's welfare. Investment policy also has a positive role in reducing poverty and unemployment, because economic growth depends on high savings and investment. If savings and investment are low then the economic growth of society and the country will also be low. To achieve the goal of realizing the vision and mission or objectives of the One Stop Integrated Investment and Services Agency (DPMPTSP) itself, an appropriate promotional strategic work plan is needed to be considered by the regional government, so that investment in North Sumatra increases. Various activities have not had a significant impact in increasing investment, the increase in promotional activities carried out is not in line with the increase in investment value. The research technique used in this research can be a subjective expressive qualitative strategy, in the form of specific information in terms of words that match the characteristics subjective approach. Qualitative is collecting important and additional information through perception, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the North Sumatra Provincial Government has implemented an investment strategy, improved the quality and skills of the community through training, and carried out comprehensive investment promotion activities (such as holding seminars and investment forum meetings) at home and abroad. Corruption can be defined as bad habitual behavior and is a common phenomenon in society. This concern arises because the perpetrators of corruption exist in both government and private organizations and may also involve leaders of organizations who are role models for the younger generation. One of the efforts to reduce the increase in corruption cases is to focus on the legal aspect. However, there have not been many preventive efforts through education that have the potential to eradicate the "culture of corruption". Anti-corruption education is a preventive effort to increase self-awareness and integrity in the face of corrupt practices. The purpose of this study is to determine whether anti-corruption education can develop students' sensitivity and awareness of corruption issues. The research method is to combine collective self-reflective action research with student-centered learning, conducted in small groups, and realized through critical reflective actions of group members as individuals, and measure the learning outcomes. The participants in this study amounted to 25 students in one class. The results obtained show that students are able to identify corrupt practices based on individual and collective experiences. Documented student corruption includes cheating, tardiness and fraud. Participants were also able to identify the impact of corrupt practices on individuals and (groups). Participants realized that corruption can create a "domino effect" of corrupt behavior over time. At the reflection stage, participants revealed the existence of integrity values in the form of honesty, responsibility, consistency of attitudes and behavior, and religious values that are believed to prevent corrupt practices. Activities carried out in the form of socialization as a form of change in the management of student organizations that are clean and anti-corruption.

This study is based on the fact that in Rambipuji District, Jember, there are many early marriages and poor-quality marriages, so intervention from religious figures and counselors is needed. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of religious figures and counselors and how effective they are in realizing harmonious families and reducing the number of early marriages in the area. This study was conducted qualitatively, with interviews and thorough observations of religious figures, counselors, and newly married couples. The results of the study indicate that religious figures and counselors have an important role in providing effective education and counseling. However, there are still problems in implementing the program consistently. The results indicate that religious figures and counselors need increased capacity and support so that they can do their jobs better. To obtain larger data, quantitative research should be used, and specific approaches should be studied for different cultural contexts.

Not only communication between individuals in daily life, but also between individuals in organization. It is very crucial to create good and targeted communication between individuals within it, to create harmony and to avoid misunderstanding. All people and organizations live in relation to their environment. To improve the quality of this relationship, good communication is needed. Improving the quality of this communication is the field of activity of public relations. Every organization from initial to final activities will go through various integrated activities so as to achieve the best results. The glue of all these activities is the field of Public Relations activities.  In the society, also in organizations, we need to know about Public Relations. Because in organization, what is very important to pay attention to is how individuals in the organizations create and develop good ways of communicating with each other. So that all organizational works can be carried out well and produce the best results. Apart from being a good goal for the organization itself, knowledge of Public Relations can also be useful for individual Dharma Wanita members to continue to improve their own quality and empower themselves even more, so that they can continue to carry out activities with other individuals in public. This increase in capability correlates with an increase in the quality of human resources, in this case Dharma Wanita members.

In the era of rapid technological and information system developments that encourage people, both groups and individuals, both government and private institutions to utilize technological developments have a very important role in the progress of human life. Rapid technological developments One of the advantages of computers in processing data can increase effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency in carrying out work in current technology makes it easier to manage inventory. Cash sales transactions are said to have been carried out if the company has received payment from the customer and will then be handed over by the company to the customer of the Cat Jaya Gemilang Semarang shop, a company engaged in the field of building paint trading in Semarang. Currently, the system that is running is still manual, namely the administration section records incoming and outgoing goods, all recorded in the book for sales are also recorded manually. With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. This is in line with the service objectives that have been carried out to advance MSMEs in Beciro Hamlet. For example, in one of the MSMEs in Jumputrejo Village, namely Mother Vivi's chilli products. Based on the survey results, two service methods were found that can be applied to increase sales of Bunda Vivi's chilli products, namely direct interviews and literature studies related to the writing of this service journal. By applying these methods, the KKN 04 Group of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, East Java, was able to help improve the quality of sales by making logo stickers and creating a marketplace account on one of the e-commerce platforms, Shopee. Through this service, we managed to make a significant contribution by increasing the sales of Mother Vivi's sambel products by 100%.
