Transportation includes several things in relation to moving from one place to another such as road infrastructure, modes of transportation, to the management of its management. The existence of the terminal cannot be separated from the transportation component, especially the public transportation system. The existence of terminals is often accused of being the cause of congestion, this is due to incomplete planning for land use patterns, road network patterns, population distribution patterns, movement needs, operational systems and service levels that lead to a low level of terminal effectiveness. This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the department of transportation, infrastructure, and employee performance on the effectiveness of the Magersari type C terminal in Magelang City. Data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 75 respondents, namely public transport drivers at the Magersari type C terminal. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows:Y = 2,048 + 0,314X1 + 0,198X2 + 0,258X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a partial positive effect on the role of the transportation agency on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 3.195 > ttable 1.99346), infrastructure to the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.598 > ttable 1.99346) and employee performance on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.882 > ttable 1.99346). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) = 0.538 which means that the variables of the role of the transportation service (X1), infrastructure (X2), and employee performance (X3) have an effect of 53.8% on the effectiveness of the terminal (Y ) and 46.2% (100% - 53.8%) influenced by variables outside this study.

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

Digital economic transactions have emerged as a result of Indonesia's technological and financial information advancements. In order to optimize tax revenue, the Indonesian government adapt and respond to the growing prevalence of digital transactions, especially e-commerce. The primary obstacles include finding a clear definition for digital economic enterprises, enacting legislation governing digital transactions that are compliant with international standards, and allocating resources in a way that optimizes the advantages of digital economic transactions. By creating electronic platforms like DJP-online, the Indonesian government hopes to improve the ease and openness of the tax filing procedure. In an effort to maximize tax revenue in the digital age, tax advisors play a crucial role, and society must change to embrace technology. To ensure a smooth and successful rollout of the digital tax system, the Indonesian government must constantly update rules, enhance public education efforts, and improve online services. This community engagement activity discussed the material through online webinars, providing an accessible platform for all participants to gain insights into the digital taxation landscape and aiding the government in socializing regulations in the field of digital taxation

Human life, cannot be separated from the environment around the house where you live. Both the natural environment and the social environment. We breathe requires air from the environment. Eating, drinking, keeping healthy, everything involves the environment. From the environment, humans can take advantage of parts of the environment such as animals, plants, water, air, sunlight, salt, wood, mining products and so on for their daily needs. But it is not only humans who live like that. Other living things such as animals and microbial animals and plants can also live because of their environment. A healthy environment in the form of shady plants and trees can be a source of oxygen and become a shelter for residents. Apart from being a shelter for residents, it is also a place for residents to chat and play with children. Hypertension is nicknamed the silent killer because it is a disease without symptoms. This refers to a condition where blood pressure increases beyond normal limits, namely systolic pressure ≥140 mmHg and diastolic pressure <90 mmHg. Educational activities and detection of hypertension symptoms were carried out because the incidence rate was still high in the Maccini Sawah Health Center Working Area. This service is carried out with the target of people aged ≥ 40 years so that they can maintain a healthy lifestyle and have the knowledge, attitudes and skills to implement the principles of healthy living for every community. The aim of this service is to increase public awareness, understanding of prevention, lifestyle changes and increased participation in health decisions. The method for implementing this community service is education and blood pressure checks carried out simultaneously. There were 23 people who took part in this activity. The activity ran smoothly and well where the people who had been invited to take part in the education and detection of hypertension symptoms had followed it to completion with a total of 20 families participating. There are still many people who do not have their health checked at the health center. The community health center needs to carry out a door to door visit program to increase the coverage of the P2M program and reduce morbidity due to non-communicable diseases, especially hypertension.
