GDA (Blood sugar), or monosaccharide, is the body's main metabolic that produces energy in the form of ATP (Adenosia triphosphate). Exercise gives it enough energy to produce glucose into ATP (Adenosia triphosphate). This study used the elderly group as the research target. The purpose of this study is to identify how to reduce GDA (blood sugar) levels in the elderly in the Surabaya area and to educate elderly people to pay more attention to their blood sugar so that they can avoid blood sugar disease. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection and processing technique applied during the research was the deep interview technique. The research sample was taken from a total of 30 elderly people who were interviewed about blood sugar levels. It is known that the behavior of respondents in the knowledge of GDA (blood sugar) can be classified at a fairly good level. The results showed that out of 30 elderly people (100%) showed an increase in knowledge after the delivery of material which initially 10% increased to 90%. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of sugar level education with its application is in accordance with the objectives. This study aims to identify and describe the relationship between the Problem-Based Learning learning model and students' critical thinking skills at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is a relationship between the problem-based learning model and critical thinking skills about gender equality in class X students at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya; how big is the relationship between problem-based learning models and critical thinking skills about gender equality in students of SMAN 4 Palangka Raya; and what is the perception of students of SMAN 4 Palangka Raya on the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model in improving critical thinking skills about gender equality. The research approach uses a quantitative approach to this type of correlational research. Respondents to this study were 18 class X class Catholic students at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya, conducted from 9 to 23 June 2023. Data was collected through a questionnaire divided into two parts in form, namely problem-based learning and critical thinking skills about gender equality, with very good (4), good (3), pretty good (2), and not good (1) alternative answers. Data analysis techniques use Product Moment correlation in data collection to determine the relationship between two interval symptoms, such as values. The results of calculations on the research hypothesis that rxy (0.605) > table (0.497) from a significant level of 5% conclude that there is a relationship between the Problem-Based Learning model and critical thinking skills about gender equality in class X students at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. This result shows that the Problem-Based Learning learning model is one factor that influences and plays a role in improving students' critical thinking skills about gender equality. So, it can be expected that this research will be useful for school principals and Catholic Religious Education teachers so that they continue to support and be able to use learning models that can create a comfortable and creative classroom atmosphere.

The main objective of this research is to study learning media Fingerglass human breathing simulator. Utilization of simulation models designed to resemble the human respiratory system serves as an invaluable educational tool. The aim is to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of scientific concepts, particularly in the field of natural sciences, with the ultimate goal of practical application in everyday life. By using this simulator it is hoped that students will be involved to be actively involved in the learning process, fostering a high interest in understanding the subject matter. This research took place at UPT SDN 17 Gresik for Grade 5 students. The model used is a simulator of the human respiratory system following the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This model is based on the scientific approach to ADDIE development theory outlined by Robert Maribe Branch. The validation process for two levels of material expert validators I and II resulted in a validation level of 85% indicating that the material was included in the valid category. Likewise, the results of the validator material expert validator II show a validation level of 100% which is also included in the valid category. This implies that the contents of the learning media are relevant to the subject matter of the fifth grade Human Respiratory System in elementary school. Thus it can be concluded that the quality of the Fiberglass Learning Media Human Breathing Simulator meets valid criteria in terms of the material it contains. In addition, the student's response obtained a value of 87% indicating that the Human Breathing Simulator Fiberglass Learning Media was very suitable for use in the learning process

The Pancasila student profile is designed to answer one big question, namely students with what kind of profile (competency) the Indonesian education system wants to produce. In this context, the Pancasila Student Profile has a competency formulation that complements the focus on achieving Graduate Competency Standards at each level of educational unit in terms of cultivating character in accordance with Pancasila values. The Pancasila student profile competency pays attention to internal factors related to the identity, ideology and ideals of the Indonesian nation, as well as external factors related to the life context and challenges of the Indonesian nation in the 21st century which is facing the industrial revolution 4.0. Apart from that, Indonesian students are also expected to have the competence to become democratic citizens and become superior and productive human beings in the 21st century. Indonesian students are expected to be able to participate in sustainable global development and be resilient in facing various challenges. The Pancasila student profile has various competencies which are formulated into six key dimensions. The six are interrelated and strengthen each other so that efforts to realize a complete Pancasila student profile require the development of all these dimensions simultaneously. by students, but rather increase appreciation and practice in everyday life. Islamic religious education is a benchmark for how Islam and its people have played their role in various social, political and cultural aspects. Therefore, by following developments in the modern era, Islamic religious education throughout Indonesia must increasingly develop and be distributed in all areas of life in today's world. The position of Pancasila Education and Islamic Religious Education is very important, namely that it is related to Islamic sciences which are the foundation in life that need to be known and understood properly.
