Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja keuangan pemerintah Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat sudah ekonomis, efisiensi dan efektivitas bedasarkan konsep volue for money. Sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif  yang bersumber dari kator desa pemerintahan Sungai Bengkal Barat Kecamatan Tebo Ilir Kabupaten Tebo. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan microsoft excel dan rumus value for money. Hasil dalam penelitian yang di lakukan maka diperoleh kesimpulan (1) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi ekonomi ditahun 2018, 2019 dan 2021 berada pada kategori ekonomis, sedangkan tahun 2020 dikategori kan tidak ekonomis, (2) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi efesiensi tahun 2018, 2019 dan 2020 berada pada kategori efisiensi, sedangkan tahun 2020 dikategorikan tidak efesiensi, (3) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi efektivitas ditahun 2019 dan 2020 berada pada kategori efektif, sedangkan ditahun 2018 dan 2021 di kategorikan tidak efektif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan Bank BRI syariah tahun 2016-2020 melalui CR, DAR, ROA dan TATO. Sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sample jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kulitatif yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan melalui situs resmi Bank BRI Syariah dan IDX. Data yang digunakan adalah data Time Series tahun 2016-2020. Dianalisi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Exel dan rumus dalam setiap rasio dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan Bank BRI Syariah diukur melalui analisis Current Ratio, Debt Asset Ratio, Retrun On Asset, dan  Total Asset Trun Over dalam menilai kinerja keuangan Bank BRI Syariah peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur melalui Retrun On Asset, Total Asset Trun Over memiliki kinerja yang tidak baik, namun tidak dengan Current Ratio dan Debt To Asset Rasio  yang memiliki kinerja keuangan yang baik, karena dapat dilihat dari kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur melalui Retrun On Asset Ratio, Total Asset Trun Over dimana perusahaan memiliki total aktiva yang cukup besar namun belum mampu memanfaatkannya untuk menghasilkan laba yang besar, sedangkan Current Ratio memiliki aktiva lancar yang cukup besar dan mampu dalam memanfaatkannya untuk menghasilkan nilai yang baik dan Debt To Asset Rasio memiliki nilai Debt To Asset Rasio yang kecil sehingga perusahaan bisa dapat mengembalikan pinjaman juga semakin kecil.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Finance (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with data collection techniques, documentation studies and library research. The number of samples used as many as 12 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 10 software and Microsoft Excel 365. The results of this research indicate that the CAR has an insignificant positive effect on Profitability, NPF has a significant negative effect on Profitability, FDR has an insignificant negative effect on Profitability, and (BOPO) has a significant negative effect on profitability.

Food and agricultural products are perishable, so they have the potential to experience losses, both in quality and quantity during the post-harvest process and processing due to physiological changes in the form of physical, chemical and microbiological. As an effort to reduce losses during post-harvest and physiological changes, it is necessary to apply appropriate technology (appropriate technology). The application of ozone technology in the handling of fruits, vegetables and fishery products has good prospects because it is felt to be safe and effective. Ozone (O3) has the main function, namely as an oxidizer and disinfectant or a combination of these two functions. The high oxidation potential of ozone can be used to kill bacteria (sterilization process), remove color (decolorization process), remove odors (deodorization process), and decompose organic compounds (degradation process). The treatment of ozonized water in the storage of food products and agricultural products does not damage their nutritional content, because the ozone content itself will be lost by evaporation. If ozone is exposed to sunlight it will break down into oxygen compounds again. Utilization of ozone technology is widely used to reduce contamination and extend the shelf life of fresh fruit, vegetables and fishery products. This paper examines and synthesizes several research results related to the use of ozone for fruits, vegetables and other agricultural commodities during the postharvest process and handling of agricultural products.

Media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial adalah pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi dan disajikan dalam bentuk video. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan video tutorial tentunya akan memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran dan guru juga akan mudah dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. Namun  karena Kurangnya kompetensi pendidik maupun peserta didik dalam pengembangan dan penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran sehingga menjadi permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu bentuk media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan agar pembelajaran menarik dan tidak membosankan adalah dengan  memanfaatkan teknologi dimana menggunakan teknologi untuk membuat video pembelajaran yang lebih menarik perhatian siswa untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengunaan media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial terhadap hasil belajar siswa. hasil belajar bimbingan TIK pokok bahasan microsoft word. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance students’ understanding and skills in public service while supporting local economic empowerment through the implementation of a campus bazaar based on local wisdom. The program was conducted at the Lancang Kuning Dumai College of Administrative Sciences and involved lecturers, students, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as well as the general public. A participatory and practical approach was employed, allowing students to actively engage in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of the bazaar activities. The results indicate that students gained hands-on experience in delivering professional public services, managing business activities, and promoting products rooted in local wisdom. Meanwhile, local MSMEs benefited from increased sales and expanded marketing networks. This program strengthens the synergy between higher education institutions and the community in fostering inclusive and sustainable local economic development.

Berkah Bersama (BB) adalah sebuah Perusahaan inti kemitraan yang bergerak di bidang peternakan ayam broiler yang didirikan pada tanggal 26 November 2020 atas dasar keinginan bersama untuk mengembangkan potensi daerah sendiri dan dimiliki bersama oleh orang-orang daerah sendiri serta menjadi tuan rumah sendiri untuk mengembangkan usaha peternakan yang lebih maju dan unggul sesuai dengan potensi daerah Tanah Laut yang menjadi basis ayam broiler terbesar di wilayah Kal-SelTeng dan lebih mendekatkan hubungan dengan masyarakat melalui pendekatan dan pendampingan usaha peternakan yang berkelanjutan. Pendataan logistik yang dilakukan oleh admin pada perusahaan berkah bersama masih bersifat sederhana dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dari permasalahan tersebut akan membangun Sistem Informasi Berkah Bersama Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Divisi Logistik Perusahaan Berkah Bersama). Sistem informasi ini dibangun menggunakan model Incremental karena prosedure yang digunakan pada model ini dilakukan secara berurutan, sehingga dapat membantu dalam pembuatan sistem dan user yang akan menggunakan sistem.

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in how businesses are conducted, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. E-commerce has become a key tool for MSMEs to expand their market reach and improve operational efficiency. This seminar discusses the importance of leveraging e-commerce for MSME development in Indonesia, highlighting the potential of digital platforms like social media to enhance market reach and business efficiency. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and inadequate infrastructure remain major barriers to adopting this technology, particularly in rural areas. The seminar results indicate that synergy between the government, private sector, and society is needed to overcome these challenges and support MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for sustainable growth.

MSMEs need to provide opportunities for local entrepreneurs and utilize local resources to help stimulate economic activity and increase the competitiveness of a region as a whole. Based on the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to hold training on the use of digital marketing tools and socialize the processing of business permits for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Pagak Village, Banjarnegara Regency as a solution. In the socialization process, an MSME association was also formed whose members were active in the business world in Pagak Village. All presenters have tried to provide all the knowledge about the digital marketing and bookkeeping process for MSMEs and various interesting things regarding business licensing, so it is hoped that the entrepreneurial knowledge provided can be directly applied by the MSME community, especially in Pagak Village.

Background: Children are the greatest family asset, where in their growth and development stages children need proper nutrition, stimulation, and parenting so that they are in their golden age or golden age (0-5 years). Based on the National Household Health Survey (SKRT), there are 75 million children under five who have difficulty controlling BAK and defecating (bedwetting) until preschool age. Toilet training is best done from an early age to instill good habits in children. This study aims to determine the level of maternal knowledge about toilet training for toddlers at the Kepaon Denpasar Praja Praja hostel. Methods: This study uses descriptive research methods. The research was carried out in the Denpasar Kepaon Raksaka Praja Dormitory, with a total sample of 44 mothers. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaire sheets. The data were processed using the Excel Microsof computer program and SPSS. Results: The results of the research of 44 respondents, namely the level of knowledge of mothers about toilet training for toddlers, all of them had a sufficient level of knowledge as much as 32 (72.7%), as many as 6 respondents (13.6%) had a good level of knowledge, and as many as 6 respondents (13.6%) have a low level of knowledge. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the level of mother's knowledge about toilet training for toddlers in the Denpasar Kepaon Praja Raksaka hostel is in the sufficient category.

Sustainable economic growth is one of the national development goals in Indonesia. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in promoting sustainable economic growth; however, UMKM need to adapt to the developments in digital technology to compete and thrive in the market. The digitalpreneur community consists of UMKM practitioners who leverage digital technology to expand their businesses. This community can provide various benefits to its members, such as access to information and knowledge, business networks, and support for business development. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data is gathered through in-depth interviews with informants. Based on the research findings, it is observed that the digitalpreneur community can contribute to sustainable economic growth in several ways, namely: 1) Enhancing the capacity and competitiveness of UMKM. 2) Improving market access. 3) Facilitating collaboration among UMKM.

Streptococcus mutans naturally occurs in the human oral cavity, is a microorganism that plays an important role in the initiation of dental caries. One of the efforts to prevent dental caries is the use of natural ingredients that contain antibacterial substances that can interfere with the growth or kill bacteria. Nutmeg is a natural ingredient that has antibacterial properties. Bioactive compounds in nutmeg seeds have antibacterial properties. This research aimed to determine the formulation and concentration of nutmeg seed extract which has antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans. The type of research used is a laboratory experiment with a post test only group design. The treatment group used purified extract of nutmeg seeds with concentrations of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 7.5%, 5.0%, 2.5%, 1.25%, the positive control group used mouthwash I, T and L. The test was carried out three repetitions at each concentration, then the inhibition zone was measured using the well diffusion method. Antibacterial activity testing was carried out using the well method, the data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk test, the Levene test, the one way annova test and the PST hock test. Obtained the average inhibition of nutmeg seeds against Streptococcus mutans at a concentration of 25% (18.33 mm). 20% concentration (17.16 mm), 15% concentration (16.16 mm), 10% concentration (14.66 mm), 7.5% concentration (13.33 mm), 5% concentration (6.66 mm ), the concentration of 2.5% (2.6 mm) and the smallest concentration of 1.25% had no inhibition (0 mm), while in the control group I (4 mm), T (3 mm) and L (2 mm). The higher the concentration of purified extract of nutmeg seeds, the higher the antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans. further research on the concentration of nutmeg seed extract preparations was carried out in vivo tests on experimental animals in order to obtain purified extract preparations of nutmeg seeds that are safe and can be an alternative choice in maintaining oral health.

Ikan asin merupakan produk pangan yang diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Ikan asin memiliki cita rasa yang khas dan tahan lama. Namun, ikan segar juga memiliki sifat yang mudah rusak atau cepat mengalami proses pembusukan karena memiliki kadar air yang tinggi dan kandungan nutrisi ikan yang cocok untuk pertumbuhan bakteri. Secara umum kerusakan ikan secara mikrobiologi disebabkan oleh adanya cemaran mikroba pembusuk seperti Acromobacter, Pseudomonas, Micrococcus, dan Bacillus. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis cemaran mikroba yang terdapat pada ikan asin adalah metode Total Plate Count (TPC). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi total mikroba pada ikan asin belanak di pasar Tumburuni Kabupaten Fakfak dan untuk menganalisis cemaran mikroba pada ikan asin belanak di pasar Tumburuni Kabupaten Fakfak. Hasil analisis data total plate count jumlah mikroba pada ikan asin di pasar Tumburuni Kabupaten Fakfak secara berturut-turut yaitu 2,9 x 103 cfu/ml pada faktor pengenceran 10-1, sedangkan pada pengenceran 10-2 hingga pengenceran 10-4 tidak dilakukan perhitungan jumlah mikroba karena jumlah koloni yang tumbuh tidak mencapai syarat yang di tentukan. Derajat keasaman (pH) yang diperoleh pada pengenceran 10-1 hingga pengenceran 10-4 adalah 5 ± 0,00, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ikan asin di pasar Tumburuni Kabupaten Fakfak layak komsumsi sebab angka lempeng total (ALT) atau total plate count tidak melewati batas minimum Standar Nasional Indonesia.

Abstract: Wamena is one of the areas with the potential to develop a wide variety of food crops and plantations in large and medium quantities because it is supported by its natural conditions. Wamena, especially throughout Jayawijaya Regency and even other Regencies in the Central Highlands of Papua, are known for their organic farming. In order to support and maintain the productivity of organic farming systems, as an academic activist in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to conduct training on making organic fertilizer through the use of banana weevils known as Local Microorganism Fertilizer (MoL). This training was based on observations of farmer groups in the Wesaput district, where all farmers in the farmer groups had never used organic liquid fertilizers or inorganic fertilizers as additional nutrients to increase the growth and production of their agricultural products. Therefore we try to provide understanding and approaches to farmer groups through community service on how to make Local Microorganism Liquid Fertilizer in order to increase the yields of local farmers in the Wesaput District, especially the village of Kama. As a result of this activity, we saw that the farmer group community in Wesaput gave a good response so they asked for similar activities to be carried out again so that the farmer group community was more independent in making and using liquid organic fertilizer using the natural resources around them.

The method used is by way of training. The result obtained from this activity is to increase the ability and competence regarding new insights in running their business through simple bookkeeping that is easy to apply.

In this final project the author discusses the problem entitled "Design of Smoke Detector and Room Temperature of SAP ERP Server at PT Apac Inti Corpora". This design aims to support the improvement of the security system in the server room with smoke and temperature detectors and microcontroller-based automatic countermeasures. Against the background of problems with sensors and countermeasures systems in the server room and lack of insight into sensor installation. This tool uses a gas sensor MQ-2 as a smoke detector, a DHT-11 sensor as a temperature detector, Arduino as a microcontroller that controls I/O, buzzer and LED as an alarm, a fan as a temperature controller, and an LCD to display conditions in the room. The output of the MQ-2 and DHT-11 sensors will be processed in a programmed microcontroller so that it can display conditions on the LCD. This tool will turn on the alarm and fan if smoke and high temperature are detected at the specified conditions.

Stroke is the number one cause of disability and the second cause of death in the world. Blood flow that is not smooth in stroke patients causes hemodynamic disorders including changes in the value of oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2) which can interfere with the function of internal organs including the heart due to lack of oxygen intake. So we need a system to monitor the oxygen saturation value which can be used as an early indicator in recognizing stroke patients. This system uses detection of two sensors to measure oxygen saturation in the blood, a microcontroller to process data, a monitor to display data, a buzzer as a warning of the lower limit of measurement and a micro sd card module to store measurement data that has been running. Parameters displayed include the date of measurement, patient ID, SpO2-1, SpO2-2, last SpO2-1 and last SpO2-2. This system will measure and display the SpO2 value of both right and left arms simultaneously. Stroke patients who experience muscle weakness in one hand may experience different values with a hand that does not experience muscle weakness. This study aims to develop an SpO2 monitoring system that will be used to detect stroke patients with non-invasive methods. The results show that the system has been developed and can be used to measure the patient's SpO2 from both hands simultaneously with a measurement error rate of ±2% for each sensor from standard medical equipment.

The alcohol that is commonly found in liquor is ethyl alcohol or it is also called ethanol, but it is usually referred to as alcohol alone. Drinks with an alcohol content of 40% can lose consciousness, leading to accidents for alcohol-affected drivers. To detect alcohol in the body using an alcohol tester. Researchers tried to make a measuring instrument for alcohol levels in the body using several components such as Arduino nano, MQ 3 sensor, OLED, charger module, battery, resistor, push button, and buzzer. The design of a portable alcohol level detector through breath can work well, namely the results of the reading of alcohol levels in the body by the MQ-3 sensor through the breath and displayed on the Oled Display in units of% BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration), in the sample comparison of the alcohol level reading between Final project tool with a comparison tool alcohol tester obtained the percentage difference in an average of 0.01% BAC. Water is very important for all aspects of life on earth, agriculture is one of the fields that really need large amounts of water because of the use of water in the process of plant photosynthesis. Water that has good quality is if the water is not excessively polluted by harmful chemicals or minerals. One indicator that water is polluted is a change in temperature and pH (acidity) of the water. Temperatures that are too hot in the water will interfere with the growth of plants and other microorganisms. While the normal pH of water has a pH that ranges from 6.5 to 7.5. The quality of water and soil is very important in agriculture. The level of acidity (pH) and soil temperature are one of the things that affect plant fertility. Therefore, the quality of water and soil on agricultural land is one of the important things that needs special attention in its management. One solution so that water and soil quality can be monitored and managed efficiently is to utilize a Wireless Sensor Network based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The use of the ESP8266 Module as a WIFI module, is widely used by Internet of Things-based applications because the price is cheap so it reduces a lot of costs and has a fairly good speed of 80 MHz. This study aims to develop the concept of a Wireless Sensor Network by utilizing the ESP8266 module to monitor pH values using a pH Meter Analog Kit sensor and temperature from agricultural land using a DS18B20 Waterproof sensor and can be monitored at any time using a smartphone.
