The adjustment of new students is an individual process in carrying out the process of adjusting to the new activities and environment that they will occupy. In qualitative research, the aim is to explain and analyze the adjustment of new students to activities at the Al Husna Jember Student Islamic Boarding School. Researchers use the phenomenological approach method. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interview methods. The first result of the research is that there are two forms of adjustment of new students to activities at the Al Husna Student Islamic Boarding School, namely a good form of adjustment marked by obeying all the rules and carrying out obligations as students and the last form of adjustment is a wrong adjustment marked by the large number of new students who breaking the rules. The second is the process of adjusting the new students to activities at the Al Husna Jember Student Islamic Boarding School, there are two, namely the adjustment process that begins with a conflict caused by the compulsion of new students to enter the boarding school because their parents told them to. And what follows is an adjustment process without being based on conflict experienced by new students who have had the desire to enter and study religion at Islamic boarding schools from the start.

Research on the analysis of "Values ​​and Functions of Tradision Manten Mubeng Gapura at mosque Wali At-Taqwa Loram Kulon Kudus" was conducted in Loram Kulon Village, Jati District, Kudus Regency, Central Java. The supporting factors are good inter-team cooperation and a disciplined environment. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness about the importance of discipline.

This research is entitled "Inculcation of Character Education in PAI Learning in SMP N 12 Palembang". This study aims to determine the inculcation of character education in PAI learning in schools and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in inculcating character education in PAI learning in schools. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using method triangulation and source trianulation. In this study it was found that pie learning at this school was carried out face-to-face where previously it was done online. So that the findings in this study are PAI teachers find that students' technological abilities are getting better. But sometimes in the learning process sometimes become lazy and not disciplined with time. So that in PAI learning at school, PAI teachers instill four positive values ​​in learning that will have an impact on student character. The four values ​​are honesty, discipline, hard work and wisdom.

To find out the influence of the principal's leadership, work motivation, and other factors, research has been conducted. In this study analyzed various factors that affect teacher performance MTs Al Marwah Pameungpek Bandung. Researcher explored the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance motivation at the Mts Al Marwah School. The sample size consisted of 38 teachers as teaching staff, during the research month of May - June 2023. Our research approach is descriptive qualitative. Our data analysis yielded some interesting results with a fairly good contribution, found a significant and affirmative correlation between the principal's leadership on teacher performance motivation. In addition, this study reports a significant and optimistic correlation between principal leadership and teacher performance motivation. In addition, there is a noteworthy and beneficial relationship between work motivation and teacher performance motivation and effective contribution. This research concludes that the effect of teaching and learning processes on achieving the school's vision through the Principal's Leadership on Teacher Performance Motivation at the Mts Al Marwah School

The study serves three purposes. First, it explains the strategy and the impact the education organization has on the quality of the study at SMAN 103 Jakarta. The study employs a qualitative approach with case study methods, the research data obtained using interviews, observation and documentation. Next, the data analysis technique used in the study is the presentation of data and the deduction deduction. The data that is presented is the result of direct observation of the school where the writer intended. Therefore, it is clear that there is an improvement in the learning at SMAN 103 Jakarta, which will then serve as a benchmark for all parties to play a role in the education organization to improve the quality of learning.

Education in the 21st century shows how the changes that occur in the education system have become digital. It also shows how the presence of globalization has a major influence on education. In this case, leadership is needed in educational organizations that are able to keep up with the times so that they can meet the needs of education in the 21st century. One of them can use sociological leadership as a reference in shaping good leadership characteristics to lead educational organizations in the 21st century. Therefore, the preparation of this journal aims to examine the characteristics of a sociological leader in building education in the 21st century. In this study we used a qualitative approach with the documentation method, namely collecting secondary data obtained from books, articles and journals. The results showed the characteristics of a sociology-minded leader in educational organizations with the characteristics of his social abilities. Helping in building 21st century education through its role shown by paying attention to social welfare, developing skills and integrating technology in learning. The form of implementation can be seen in the leadership of the principal at SMPN 1 Purwakarta, West Java.

Christian religious education has become an integral part of the education system in many countries around the world. However, with the development of digital technology, new challenges arise in providing relevant and effective Christian religious education to the digital generation. This study aims to investigate the contribution of Christian religious education in facing the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Christian religious educators and analysis of related documents. The results of the study show that Christian religious education can make a significant contribution in the digital era by utilizing technology as a learning and communication tool. Christian religious education approaches that are centered on Christian beliefs, values, and teachings remain relevant in the digital era. Technology can be used to access a wider range of Christian religious texts and materials, connect students to the Christian community virtually, and provide platforms for more interactive discussion and reflection. However, this study also identified several challenges in implementing Christian religious education in the digital era, such as the risk of misuse of technology, the tendency to use it passively, and the difficulty in integrating the spiritual dimension in a virtual environment. In order to optimize the contribution of Christian religious education in the digital era, this research recommends adequate training for Christian religious educators in the use of technology, developing relevant and meaningful digital content, and careful monitoring of the use of technology in Christian religious education.

The purpose of this study: to analyze the time allocation and the theme of the choice of implementation of the P5 independent curriculum and to analyze the principles, benefits, design implementation and management strategy of the P5 independent curriculum at SD Marsudirini Gedangan, Semarang. The method is qualitative with a case study approach, research data uses primary data, data collection techniques by observation, observation, recording observations, and structured interviews, data validity techniques by triangulation of data sources. The findings are that the independent learning curriculum is quite fun and does not make it difficult for teachers and students at SD Marsudirini Gedangan. Uncertainty was felt when the teachers did not know the process for implementing the main harvest in December 2022 and there was no BOS allocation fund to support project implementation. The implication of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation of a fun independent learning curriculum, so that in the 2023/2024 academic year schools are increasingly ready to implement the full learning independent curriculum

This study aims to provide information regarding MSME development strategies in utilizing the digital economy. The method used in this activity is to use a quality approach through outreach, implementation and mentoring. The result of this activity is to help digitize the marketing of MSME Es Coklatone Mamira products. So that this activity can help these MSMEs in expanding market share.

To increase sales, vendors need to understand the effectiveness of marketing communication in promoting their products. One effective way is by utilizing social media platforms. Vendors can use e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok, as well as Instagram to expand their marketing reach. However, an effective marketing strategy needs to be tailored to the characteristics and behavior of each platform's users. In addition, product quality and customer service are also essential to maintain customer loyalty. This study used a qualitative approach to understand the experiences of cireng isi vendors in using social media for marketing. The results showed that social media can increase sales and expand the market reach but requires effective marketing efforts and strategies. Vendors must pay attention to product quality and customer service and understand the user characteristics of each platform to create an effective marketing strategy.

The application can be easily downloaded via PlayStore or similar applications. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is to find out how business competition is between conventional ojek and online ojek business actors. In Indonesia there are several online motorcycle taxi service providers such as Grab, Gojek, and Maxim. The services provided are not only in the form of online motorcycle taxi services, but also in the form of food delivery services (grabfood), online shopping services (grabmart), package delivery (grabexpress) and other services. It is known that there are problems between online motorcycle taxis and conventional motorcycle taxis that have occurred, such as the beating by a conventional motorcycle taxi driver against a Gojek driver in Bojongsoang, Bandung. In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of research because it discussed business competition between business actors. Meanwhile, the nature of the research used is descriptive research. The research approach used by the author in this journal is included in the type of statutory approach and the Case Approach.

The purpose of this study is to examine how crime victims are treated by Indonesia's criminal justice system. This scientific study was written utilizing the normative legal research method, which employs a statutory approach (act approach). The study's findings demonstrate that Indonesia's criminal justice system, which is based on the Criminal Code (KUHAP), places an undue emphasis on offenders and minimal emphasis on victims. The absence of provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code that address the existence of victims of crime is one indication of this. As a result, the crime victim in this instance serves simply as a witness to establish the defendant's guilt in a court of law. In actuality, victims of crimes as much as criminals face the issue of justice and respect for human rights.

Perceived ease of use is an important factor influencing guests' decisions, where an intuitive interface, simple navigation, and a smooth booking process will influence their conclusion to make a booking through social media. In addition, perceived helpfulness is also a key consideration, where relevant information, reviews from previous guests, and useful recommendations on social media can shape positive perceptions and encourage guests to take the next step. Booking intention, as a result of perceived ease of use and usefulness, is also an important variable that influences guest behavior. This research aims to study and identify guests' decisions in booking hotel rooms through social media. One of them is to find out whether social media as a channel for booking hotel rooms is useful, easy to use, and easily accessible to the wider community. the type of research used is a quantitative approach with an explanation (explanatory research). The variables in this study are perceived easy use, perceived usefull, booking intention, and decision to book a hotel room. the population used in this study were UNP Hotel & Convention Center guests. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intelligence and financial literacy on the financial resilience of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Jambangan Culinary Tourism Center, Surabaya. This research was conducted on the type of business, namely in the culinary or trading business sector with a sample size of 30 micro, small and medium enterprises. In this study using a quantitative approach method. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques for hypothesis analysis. The results of the study show that intelligence and financial literacy have a high impact of 57,1% on the financial resilience of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Jambangan Culinary Tourism Center, Surabaya.

Education is a human right that everyone must have, without exception for children with special needs, especially children with autism. Usually the education that autistic children get is only in special schools (SLB), and the costs incurred for this education are not small but are much more expensive than the regular school system. The effect is that many autistic children cannot experience the world of education because of their parents' economic factors. This research summarizes several problems, namely "How is the implementation of educational services for children with autism at SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar? The research methodology used is a qualitative approach and then outlined in the descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by observation and direct interviews regarding the service activities carried out by SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar. Sources of information in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 3 men.

The focus of the study is to examine how the application of the zoning system has become a source of debate and controversy among the public. The research utilizes a literature review as the primary approach, collecting data from studies, scholarly articles, research reports, and official documents pertaining to the implementation of the zoning system in the PPDB. Data analysis will consider differing perspectives and arguments that arise in the context of implementing the zoning system. The findings of this research will illustrate the various controversies surrounding the application of the zoning system in the PPDB. This study aims to provide insights into the impact and controversies that arise from the implementation of the zoning system in the PPDB.

Presidential elections are carried out with activities called elections or general elections. Election activities are carried out once every five years by adhering to the principles of direct, public, free, confidential, honest and fair. But in reality, there are unpleasant activities when election activities are about to take place, one of which is bribery. This study aims to describe election activities in Indonesia as well as bribery activities in them and are related to Islamic views. This study uses a literacy study method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that there are causes, reasons and impacts when someone commits an act of bribery. In the view of Islam, bribery is an activity that is not justified because this activity is an act of consuming wealth incorrectly and vanity. From this case several solutions are needed to reduce bribery in Indonesia.
