This study aims to determine the effect of variables of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance in the General Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia, both per and simultaneously. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, the study was conducted on 50 respondents, a sample of all employees of the General Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPD) RI. Using the Likert scale, respondents' answers were processed by multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test and test . The results showed that some work disciplines had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to find out the explanation related to the implementation of work for a certain time and what obstacles occur in the implementation of work agreements for a certain time at Hungrypedia Gorontalo. The type of research conducted in this research is to use normative research methods. The process of implementing a specific time work agreement at Hungrypedia Gorontalo involves explaining the contents of the agreement to workers and workers who have understood and agreed to it. The current obstacle at Hungrypedia Gorontalo is a work schedule problem.

Hal ini seperti yang terjadi di daerah Pandaan, Jawa Timur. Karena banyaknya pabrik yang memproduksi barang-barang yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat khususnya air minum dalam kemasan maka permintaan akan jasa transportasi juga semakin tinggi. Jadi kapasitas transportasi harus disediakan secara seimbang dengan permintaan, agar mampu melayani pengembangan kegiatan di sektor lain.

This research aims to examine the effects of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in PT Fimaha Serang. The study utilized a multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the relationships between the independent variables (compensation, work discipline, and motivation) and the dependent variable (employee productivity). Data was collected from 50 employees working in the production department, and a structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The findings indicated that work discipline had a significant and positive impact on employee productivity, while compensation and motivation showed positive effects, but their contributions were weaker and did not reach statistical significance at the 0.05 level. This study highlights the importance of work discipline in enhancing employee productivity and suggests that further investigation is needed to understand the roles of compensation and motivation in improving employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for PT Fimaha Serang in optimizing factors that can boost employee productivity, particularly by emphasizing the importance of maintaining and improving work discipline. Further analysis and consideration are recommended when formulating compensation and motivation policies to enhance overall employee productivity.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee motivation at the Mayga Sidinding Department Store. This type of data collection uses a quantitative approach in the form of a survey and gives questionnaires directly to respondents. The population used is all employees who work at the Mayga Department Store, and sampling with the saturation technique is 48 people. Data is processed through the application of Statistical Product and Service (SPSS) version 26 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The test results state that individually or partially rewards have a significant effect on employee motivation with a p value of 0.012 <0.05 and a tcount of 2.627 > a ttable of 1.679. Punishment independently or partially has a significant effect on employee motivation, by looking at the probability value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 3.916> ttable 1.679. This means that punishment has more influence on employee motivation. The result of the next test is that reward and punishment simultaneously affect the work motivation of employees at the Mayga Si Date Department Store.

The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The population that is the focus of the research is 122 employees who have worked permanently in the Warship Division of PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero). Observation data collection techniques, questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that work training (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

This study aims to analyze and describe the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program implemented by PDKB PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Semarang. The program is an effort to create a healthy and safe work environment, so as to reduce the number of work accidents or negligence which result in demotivation and work productivity deficiencies.This research is descriptive qualitative research. By taking respondents from several sources who are considered worthy of being research sources. The results of the research are that the program for implementing work safety and occupational health (K3) is carried out optimally so as to minimize the occurrence of occupational hazard risks including the availability of health clinics, medical examinations, K3 training and the use of Personal Protective Equipment. This OSH program still addresses some of the obstacles encountered which may affect the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health, namely they are still being discovered, so there is a need for a more intense understanding in applying the training program.

PT Wahana Kasih Mulia is a PT engaged in the manufacture of baby equipment. In the production process, which uses a lot of machines and heavy equipment such as cutting machines, pressing machines, and sewing machines, there are potentials and hazards that can cause accidents to operators/employees. This research was conducted by measuring failure in every activity in PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia, measurements were made on every machine in the factory area. Data processing is done by calculating the failure rate, failure effect, incident rate, then determining the detection rate and calculating the RPN value to determine which priority should be taken using the Job Safety Analysis method. Research results There are work accidents at PT. Every year two million female teachers fall victim to work-related injuries due to fatigue. A National Safety Council study of 2,010 US female teachers found that burnout was responsible for about 13% of workplace accidents. The aim of this study was to look at the relationship between length of work and working age with physical fatigue in female workers who work as elementary school teachers. The study used a cross-sectional approach that collected data on private elementary school teachers in the City of Penyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra. The results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between length of work and workload with work fatigue in female workers. So it takes time to rest and stretch on the sidelines of work to avoid excessive physical fatigue.

Old age is one of the risk factors that affect hypertension because the higher the age, the higher the risk of getting hypertension, this is caused by natural changes in the body that affect blood vessels, hormones, heart. by using non-pharmacological treatment, namely the administration of cucumber infused water and acupressure therapy at the point of LI 4 (Hegu) can reduce blood pressure for people with hypertension.  Purpose : This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cucumber infused water and acupressure therapy at the point of LI 4 (hegu) on reducing hypertension in the elderly. Methods: The population in this study was the elderly affected by hypertension with a total of 240 patients. In this study, the sample number was 30 respondents with each intervention group of 15 respondents. The type of this study is quantitative research that uses a two-group pretest-postest experimental model and is analyzed using statistical tests. Results: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the Wilcoxon test data there is an effectiveness between the administration of cucumber infused water and acupressure therapy at the LI4 (Hegu) point against reducing hypertension. With the results of v – palue 0.003 for the results of cucumber infused water against reducing hypertension and p-value 0.002 for the results of giving acupressure therapy at the LI4 point (Hegu) against reducing hypertension. In this study, there was a significant influence before and after intervention and blood pressure measurement was given in the working area of the Karangtengah Health Center. Conclusion : the effectiveness of cucumber infused water intervention and acupressure therapy at the LI4 (Hegu) point for the elderly affected by hypertension in the working area of the Karangtengah Health Center.

The covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is part of the 2019 coronavirus disease (covid 19) pandemic that is currently taking place throughout the world. During the Covid 19 pandemic there was a system change at Pattimura Ambon Airport, especially in the AOCC unit, namely a change in online system services. The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the impact that the covid pandemic has had on performance at the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) unit. 2) To see the positive and negative values ​​due to the impact of the covid pandemic on the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. The instruments used were the researchers themselves supported by the results of interviews, observations and documentation with supporting documents from the AOCC and the air transport unit at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. To answer the formulation of the research problem, the researcher conducted 3 stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the Covid pandemic has had a huge impact on airport services because this pandemic has required the government to issue regulations that greatly impact AOCC service activities because it results in changes to the work system so that it also has an impact on the performance of AOCC service officers. This is also related to the solution set by the Airport Operational Control Center Unit, namely changing their work system in providing services to passengers. Previously, Customer Service Staff provided services to passengers directly, so during the pandemic this was changed through a monitor screen. Not only that, the Airport Operational Control Center Unit also changed the working hour limit which was originally until 08.00 Wit. during the pandemic, the limit of working hours for AOCC was only until 04.00 Wit. coupled with the change of staff every day alternately.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur yang berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kota Surakarta. Sebanyak 65 pekerja berpartisipasi dalam survei ini. Untuk mengumpulkan informasi untuk penelitian ini, kuesioner dikembangkan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan di sini. Beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan komunikasi merupakan faktor independen, dengan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Menurut temuan, output karyawan secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja dan komunikasi mereka, tetapi tidak oleh kondisi kerja mereka.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance, and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The method in this study is a survey research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents who were obtained using saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test, R² test. The results showed that the independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), work motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.565, which means that the variables of work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), and work motivation (X3) are simultaneously able to explain the employee performance variable (Y) of 56.5%. The remaining 43.5% of employee performance (Y) is explained by other variables not included in this study.

This study aims to investigate the effect of work culture and working conditions on employee productivity at Arin Bakery. The sample of this study consisted of 30 employees from the total population. The sampling method used was saturated sample sampling technique, in which all members of the population were part of the research sample. Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The questionnaire included questions related to work culture, working conditions, and work productivity. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between work culture on employee productivity at Arin Bakery partially. This can be seen from the t-value (2.852) which is greater than the t-table (1.699) with a significance level of 0.008 which is smaller than 0.05, and a regression coefficient of 0.508. Furthermore, the results also show that there is a positive and significant influence between working conditions on employee productivity at Arin Bakery partially. It can be seen from the t-value (2.109) which is greater than the t-table (1.699) with a significance level of 0.000 which is also smaller than 0.05, as well as a regression coefficient value of 0.529. In addition, this study also shows that simultaneously, work culture and working conditions together have a significant influence on employee productivity at Arin Bakery. This can be seen from the results of the F test (74.176) which is greater than the F-table (8.169) with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi Pada Usaha Rempeyek Ilham Kota Jambi).   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  penerapan etika bisnis Islam sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam menurut Faisal Badroen serta yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan usaha adalah modal, pendapatan, volume penjualan, output produksi dan tenaga kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Rempeyek Ilham telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan baik dalam menjalankan usahanya dan berdampak positif terhadap keberhasilan usahanya. Kendala dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada usaha Rempeyek Ilham kota Jambi adalah menepati janji yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya tenaga kerja dibidang produksi menyebabkan keterlambatan pada pengiriman produk kepada konsumen dan kurang teliti dalam memberikan produk kepada konsumen. Solusi dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada usaha Rempeyek Ilham kota Jambi adalah merekrut tenaga kerja khususnya dibidang produksi agar hasil produksi dapat memenuhi permintaan dari konsumen dan lebih cermat dan teliti pada saat memberikan produk kepada konsumen.

Leadership in LPPBMN is currently being implemented in implementing units under the unit coordinator, so that the decision-making process requires more time. This leadership ineffectiveness has an impact on employees, including saturation in work effectiveness, which causes a decrease in the level of morale. Besides that, an uncomfortable work environment has an impact on decreased morale, resulting in low work performance. This study aims to determine 1) The influence of leadership on Employee morale, 2) The influence of the work environment on Employee morale, and 3) The influence of leadership and work environment on the morale of LPPBMN Kemenhub Employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that leadership affects employee morale, the work environment influences employee morale, and leadership and work environment affect employee morale of LPPBMN Kemenhub. This means that the better the leadership and work environment, the morale will also increase, and vice versa.

The background of this research is that the performance of employees of the Ciamis Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Office is still not optimal. This is thought to be caused by not optimal work attitudes and implementation of organizational learning. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) The effect of work attitude on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency; 20 The effect of organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency; 3) The influence of work attitudes and organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. In this study used a survey method with a quantitative data approach. The population in this study were ASN employees at the Ciamis Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Office, totaling 35, so the authors took samples using a saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study were 35 people. Analysis was carried out on the data collected both from the results of observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The stages of data analysis begin with validity, reliability and verification/quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of work attitude on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that the better the work attitude at the Ciamis Regency One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service, the employee's performance will increase; 2) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that the better the organizational learning at the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of Ciamis Regency, the employee's performance will increase; 3) There is a positive and significant effect of work attitude and organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that the better the work attitude and organizational learning at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency, the employee's performance will increase.

Pada hakikatnya, manusia juga dihadapkan dengan beragam resiko kecelakaan, mulai dari kecelakaan transportasi udara hingga angkutan, ditambah lagi kecelakaan kerja, kebakaran, hingga kematian. Asuransi merupakan sesuatu yang sudah tidak asing lagi bagi masyarakat Indonesia, di mana sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia sudah melakukan perjanjian dengan perusahaan asuransi, baik perusahaan asuransi milik negara maupun milik swasta nasional. Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan asuransi sangat dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana perusahaan membuat nasabah untuk memutuskan memilih perusahaannya dengan memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah yang hendaknya diarahkan kepada pelayanan yang berkesinambungan. Keputusan nasabah dalam memilih, meliputi faktor produk, kualitas pelayanan dan besaran premi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh produk, besaran premi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih asuransi Jasa Raharja Putera Cabang Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, besaran premi, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih asuransi Jasa Raharja Putera Cabang Jambi. Berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini variabel-variabel tersebut valid dan reliabel.

This study has the main objective, namely to find out how the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at the Primkoppabri branch of Brebes. This research uses quantitative research with the SPSS 22 analysis tool. The population used in this research is Primkoppabri employees, totaling 74 employees. The sample in this study uses a saturated sample where all the number of employees is used in the sample. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results of the t test show that the job training variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a t count > t table (2.618 > 1.993) and a sig value of 0.011 <0.05. The variable of work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a t count > t table (6.428 > 1.993) and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05. Then through the F test it is known that the variables of job training and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance with F count > F table (84.066 > 2.50). Adjuster R square of 70.4% indicates that job training and work motivation variables affect employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.
