The implications underscore the imperative of comprehending social media's role and influence in shaping modern marketing paradigms, accentuating its pertinence in contemporary business practices. This research is poised to furnish invaluable insights for marketing professionals and academics, empowering them to craft efficacious marketing strategies tailored to the digital era.

Education has experienced rapid development along with the growing technological advances. This can happen because of the learning methods and systems supported by digital technology. This development shows the strong influence of the digital era. In the learning process, especially Christian Religious Education, one must have the ability to choose the right approach and method according to the material and learning objectives. The method used in this research is a qualitative literature/descriptive study. The purpose of this research is to explore various methods and digital technologies that can be used in Christianity learning, as well as evaluating their impact on students' understanding, learning motivation, and active participation in Christianity materials. The results of this discussion explain the learning methods that Christian Religious Education can use in this increasingly sophisticated digital era. The implication is that there is better accessibility in learning. To achieve these implications, it is necessary to transform learning methods to help each student understand and face moral dilemmas that arise in the use of technology in line with Christian teachings on ethics and morality.

This article presents an analysis of the latest trends in communication science in Indonesia, with a focus on the interaction between digital transformation and cultural dynamics. Through a multidimensional approach, we identify how digital technology has changed the communication landscape, influenced people’s communication practices, and triggered changes in communication culture in Indonesia. We also explore the implications of this phenomenon for various aspects of social, political and economic life in Indonesia. Thus, this article provides in-depth insight into how recent developments in communication science represent significant changes in the Indonesian context.

Current information technology developments enable UMKM and creative endeavours to improve their business performance through the LCNC (Low-Code, No-code) Platform, as well as offer great potential for improving productivity and business development processes. The study aims to identify and analyze the impact of Privacy, Rapidity, Cost Reduction, Complexity Reduction, Easy Maintenance, Involment of Business Profile, and Minimalisation of Unstable on the performance of the Low-code No-code B-Pro Business Student application at Ngudi Waluyo University. The influence we want to know is whether it's direct or indirect. This type of research is quantitative, using 113 populations with purposive sampling techniques. The test tools used are statistical analysis methods of multivariate development of regression and path analysis. The results of this study showed that significant influence on the variables Rapidity and Involment of business profile significantly affected the performance of low-code no-code applications.

Business transformation in the digital era requires an innovative marketing approach. One way is by utilizing the potential of the internet and information technology. This research focuses on the important role of landing pages in designing online experiences for consumers. The theoretical basis involves the concept of marketing transformation, landing page optimization, and the importance of brand awareness for waste collection services. The methodology used adopts a qualitative approach with a case study in Karung Sampah. Data is collected through observation and analysis using third parties, namely Google Search Console and Google Analytics. It was found that responsive design, relevant content, and social media integration played an important role in the success of the campaign (brand awareness)

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for the government and public sector to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service to the community. The government needs to adopt concrete steps to improve ASN competency so that they can keep up with developments in information and communication technology (ICT). Implementation of the ASN competency development strategy will enable ASN to use artificial intelligence facilities for analytical purposes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of public services.

The transformation of work in the digital era has had a major impact on the modern job market. Technology has changed the way work is done, with automation, artificial intelligence and digitalization playing a key role. This results in a change in the skills required, with an emphasis on technology understanding, problem solving, and creativity. This research aims to examine the analysis of the impact of technology on the modern job market. The type of research used is using qualitative methods with a library research approach, and descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that there are challenges, including unequal access to technology, which can increase social and economic disparities. Additionally, concerns about data security, privacy and the psychological impact of digital work have also emerged.

Economic digitalization has changed the business landscape drastically by playing a central role in the transformation of accounting information systems (AIS). This study explores the impact of digitalization on AIS, analyzes emerging challenges and opportunities, and understands the implications for efficiency, transparency and innovation in business operations. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study provides an in-depth analysis of how companies can face these changes successfully. The objectives of this study include: (1) To find out the transformation of macroeconomic consumption in the digitalization era. (2) To find out the opportunities for macroeconomic consumption in the digitalization era. (3) To find out the challenges of macroeconomic consumption in the digitalization era. This type of research uses field research. The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection analysis uses interview analysis, literature study, and literature study. The results of interviews with Sharia Economics students of UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan regarding the transformation of macroeconomic consumption in the digitalization era show a significant impact on economic growth, income distribution, and industrial structure. In addition to pointing out the great opportunities in the digital era, such as increased operational efficiency and market access, it also discusses the challenges faced, such as inequality of internet access and the possibility of job loss. Discussions also addressed positive impacts, such as innovation and economic growth, as well as negative impacts, such as the digital divide and income distribution. To ensure a fair and sustainable impact of digitization in the long run, the importance of balanced regulation, consumer protection, and data security was emphasized.

As technology advances, companies are adopting digital solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their internal audit processes. This transformation not only includes the use of new tools and technologies, but also changes the paradigm and methodology of internal audit work. Digital technology provides greater capabilities in collecting, analyzing and understanding data in real-time. Internal audit can leverage advanced analytics technology, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing to identify risks, detect anomalies, and provide deeper insights into a company's finances. With the adoption of digital technology, internal audit transformation can increase audit accuracy and thoroughness, reduce the risk of human error, and enable fraud identification more effectively. In addition, technology also facilitates the implementation of more proactive and adaptive risk-based audit practices, allowing internal audit to focus on the most critical areas and provide significant added value. However, this transformation also brings new challenges, including the need to develop new skills among auditors, manage information security risks, and ensure compliance with regulations related to data privacy and security. This article details effective implementation strategies, as well as providing views on how organizations can optimize the potential of digital technology to improve the quality of financial reporting treatment. Thus, this article aims to provide in-depth insight into the role of digital technology in the transformation of internal audit and its impact on the treatment of financial statements, identify the associated benefits and challenges, and provide guidance for companies wishing to adopt such technology effectively.

The study investigates the effects of digital transformation on business electronics on the efficiency of sharia bank operations in Indonesia. Shariah banks in Indonesia are seeking to improve their operational efficiency through investments in digital transformation in the light of rapid technological change. Surveys, interviews, and data analysis from the leading sharia bank in Indonesia are used to conduct research. Studies show that implementing digital transformation into the sharia bank's business electronics system has helped improve operational efficiency, including reducing operating costs, providing better service to customers, and improving accessibility. This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that changes in digitalization, sausage gaps and transformation significantly affect the effectiveness of existing companies in South Jakarta. In the digital era, which has been applied in several organizations, it brings new changes to increase the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance. This shows that digitalization provides an important point for transformation of company effectiveness. The implication of this research is the importance of companies paying attention to changes in digital-based work systems to reconsider the digital divide in some companies that allow disruption of balance to employee performance, therefore it is necessary to conduct research related to changes in digitalization, digital divide, and transformation of company effectiveness.

Globalization has had a transformational impact on social life in various segments. Open territories between countries by information and communication technology. This has implications for the dimensions of life, especially the existence and projection of Islamic education. Islamic education faces multidimensional and complex challenges such as technology, ideology, social, cultural, economic and political. Other challenges are professionalism, integrity, solidarity and vision. The aim of this research is to analyze Islamic religious education from a social perspective and its challenges today. This research uses a qualitative approach by means of library research, namely collecting research sources from books, journals, proceedings, which are then analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results of the research show that the solution to education today and in the future is to increase human resources, including the ability to produce people who can contribute to national development, the ability to produce people who can appreciate, enjoy and maintain the results of development, and the ability to give birth to a humanizing process. and humanity is continuously moving towards a nation that is just and wise and virtuous. Islamic education provides an effective and efficient solution in organizing the social life system amidst multidimensional globalization.

The aim of holding this PKM activity is to diversify bitter melon fruit into chips for the women of KWT Medulu, Bendewuta Village, Wongeduku District. The selected participants were 10 people who had bitter melon gardens in their yard. The activity stages were lecture and practice. PKM activities were carried out well, participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in PKM activities. Monitoring results showed that the amount of increase in participants' knowledge and skills increased from 100%, from 10 participants who answered that they did not know before the training activity in making bitter melon chips, it increased to 100% or 10 participants answered that they knew and were able after the training. This shows that training activities can be said to be successful because there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the training participants.

This article explores the critical role of communication and collaboration technologies, especially Microsoft Lync (now known as Microsoft Teams), in the context of a constantly changing business environment.  This study aims to analyze how Microsoft Lync influences the transformation of business communication and its impact on today’s digital work environment.  The introduction of Microsoft Lync, its evolution to Microsoft Teams, and its critical role in supporting modern business communications are discussed in detail.  This study uses qualitative research methods by analyzing various sources such as scientific journals, books, and indexed trusted websites.  This approach helps in understanding the transformation of communication and collaboration with Microsoft Lync as an intermediary tool.  This article covers the benefits of Microsoft Lync, best practices for using it, and negative impacts to be aware of.  The features of Microsoft Lync, how to use them, and their key role in enhancing communication and collaboration in business environments are emphasized.  This article also provides insight into the history of Microsoft Lync’s evolution to Microsoft Teams, and the challenges that may arise in using it.  By highlighting its important role, this research conveys a better understanding of how technologies such as Microsoft Lync have changed the way communication and collaboration work in the business world.

This research aims to analyze the Transformation of Teacher Roles in the Digital Era. The method in this research is a qualitative research method with a narrative approach. Interview data was transcribed and reviewed using thematic content analysis. This study reports three important data themes which include teachers' adaptability to the digital era, challenges faced by teachers in learning in the digital era, opportunities faced by teachers in learning in the digital era and teachers' strategies in facing learning in the digital era. In this way, researchers investigate how teachers can overcome these challenges and take advantage of these opportunities to improve the quality of education in the digital era. By combining innovative approaches to teaching and investment in teacher professional development, the transformation of the teacher's role in the digital era can be a vehicle for creating more effective and inclusive learning experiences.

This article analyzes the impact of digital transformation on HR, with a focus on paradigm shifts, digital skills development, and the use of technology in decision making. The pre-digital era emphasized administration, while the digital era demands attention to employees' digital skills. Developing digital skills is important, considering these skills are key in the modern world of work. A competency-based approach is a more suitable method for dealing with technological change. HR management has a major role in facilitating organizational adaptation and success in the ever-evolving digital era. The World Economic Forum (2020) said skills such as understanding technology, data analysis, and proficiency in using digital devices have become important in today's world of work. In facing the digital era, organizations are faced with new challenges and opportunities. Changing the HR management paradigm from administrative to strategic requires adaptive and innovative leadership. Digital skills development is the foundation for productivity and competitiveness. Therefore, employee training and development must be the main focus. A competency-based approach allows a more precise identification of the required skills requirements. In addition, the use of technology and data analysis enables more accurate and objective decision making.

. Digital transformation has emerged as the primary driver in modernizing public services, altering the way governments interact with citizens. A key component of this transformation is the implementation of electronic archiving, enabling more efficient and structured information management. This research aims to examine the vital role of electronic archiving in strengthening digital transformation in public services, with a specific focus on the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach, with a case study analysis of the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office as the main focal point. Data was gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The research findings indicate that electronic archiving has significantly contributed to accelerating information access and enhancing the efficiency of public service processes within this institution. These findings offer recommendations for enhancing the implementation of electronic archiving in the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office, while also contributing to a deeper understanding of the pivotal role of electronic archiving in the era of digital transformation in public services.

This article aims to describe the dual face of digital transformation. On the one hand, the communication and information technology revolution which has now reached the digitalization stage makes it very easy for humans to communicate and carry out their work. However, on the other hand, this progress also brings problems to humanity. By applying critical analytical studies, this research finds that the problems caused by the technological revolution are not only related to negative impacts as a consequence of the limitations and misuse of the technology, but are also related to more systemic impacts. Digital transformation has been inevitably connected to the capitalist system and the way how market works, which in practice makes the majority of humanity mere objects of exploitation and alienation. Recognizing this serious problem, this research also recommends that the ongoing technological revolution be addressed more critically and wisely.
