Innovation in robotics and the Internet of Things is a technological trend that continues to be developed, including in transportation innovations, such as a car. What is developed in this research is the development of the application of robots and the Internet of Things (IoT) in a mini car prototype design which can be remotely controlled as well. This prototype design uses the engineering design process method which integrates all supporting devices in the form of NodeMCU with ESP8266 base as a control center that allows communication between various sensors and actuators with the internet, TT Motor Gear as an actuator and L298n as an output translator. This mini smart car is controlled using Blynk as an internet-connected controller and for remote control of car movement using a smartphone. The results of this study are the average remote control capability has a car movement delay of 0.87 seconds and 100% of cars move in all directions. The better the internet connection, the more stable the movement of the car to be driven remotely. 

The rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) have raised significant ethical concerns across various sectors, necessitating the need for robust ethical frameworks to guide their development and implementation. This study explores the intersection of AI ethics and Islamic law, focusing on how Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah, the higher objectives of Islamic law, can be applied to AI governance. By examining key Islamic principles such as justice, transparency, privacy, and human dignity, the study investigates how these values can provide a moral compass for addressing AI-related ethical challenges, such as algorithmic bias, privacy violations, and the erosion of human autonomy. The Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah framework offers a proactive and vision-oriented approach, prioritizing societal well-being while ensuring the alignment of AI technologies with Islamic moral standards. Unlike traditional Islamic legal responses, which are often reactive and case-specific, the Maqāṣid approach promotes the anticipatory evaluation of technologies, emphasizing the need for a balance between technological innovation and ethical responsibility. The paper also discusses potential solutions to bridge the gaps between global AI ethics frameworks and Islamic ethical standards, including interdisciplinary collaboration and the development of hybrid regulatory models. Additionally, it highlights the need for continuous updates to Islamic legal frameworks to address emerging technological issues, ensuring that AI systems are ethically sound, Shariah-compliant, and beneficial to society. This study aims to contribute to the growing discourse on the ethical implications of AI from an Islamic perspective, offering insights into how Islamic law can play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI governance.

Various factors, including changes in commodity prices, domestic production, trade policies, and geopolitical considerations, can impact the value of oil and gas imports and exports. In addition to technological innovation, economic fluctuations can also be influenced by changes in global demand, domestic production, and trade policies. The value of oil and gas imports and exports may experience fluctuations over time and between nations. The Perdag No. 21 of 2019 and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2001 pertaining to oil and natural gas govern export and import regulations, respectively. These documents provide a clear framework for the management of oil and natural gas resources in Indonesia and aim to harmonize regulations in the oil and gas sector. Natural gas, in addition to enhancing industry oversight and transparency, should be subject to scrutiny, as economic development can be influenced by export and import revenues. The government can subsequently manipulate this information to curb inflation, thereby contributing to the preservation of the nation's economic stability.

This research focuses on banking strategies in facing the new era in Indonesia, taking into account the rapid market and technological changes. This transformation is triggered by the development of financial technology (fintech) and the digital revolution, which aims to expand financial inclusion by providing easier and more flexible access for people.  To remain competitive, banks need to continue to innovate and improve services to meet higher customer expectations.  This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to gain an in-depth understanding of banking strategies in the face of market and technological changes in Indonesia. Secondary data was collected from relevant scientific articles, journals and books, then analyzed descriptively and interpretatively. This analysis aims to identify common patterns, trends, and important findings related to product and service innovation strategies, as well as risk and compliance management in the banking industry in Indonesia. The results show that human resource capacity building, digital infrastructure investment, financial education and literacy, effective risk management, collaboration with regulators, adoption of the latest technology, and development of innovative products and services are crucial steps for banks in Indonesia to face dynamic market challenges. The implementation of these suggestions will help banks in Indonesia to be better prepared for change and provide the best services for customers.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digital transformation in sharia auditing to build the future of the auditor profession with the latest technology. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the discussion show that digital transformation must ensure that the technology adopted continues to comply with sharia principles, both in product development and in carrying out transactions. Public awareness and understanding of technological innovation needs to be increased through digital literacy and education programs so that they can respond well to this transformation. There is a need for a clear and adaptive regulatory framework to support digital transformation and ensure that innovation remains in line with sharia values ​​and Islamic financial regulatory policies. In facing these changes, involving the community in the technology development process and listening to their needs is a must

This research focuses on the transformation of risk control and monitoring policies conducted by Bank Indonesia over the past five years (2018-2023). It uses qualitative analysis methods to examine the evolution of Bank Indonesia's policies through publications of financial institutions such as Bank Indonesia, OJK, and BPK. This study shows that policy impact evaluation plays an important role in identifying areas of improvement and new solutions to enhance policy effectiveness. Bank Indonesia adjusts strategies responsively and proactively to keep up with financial market dynamics and technological developments, and integrates the principles of international standards in banking supervision and risk management. Synchronizing policies with international standards is a top priority for maintaining the credibility of global markets. In facing the challenges of global economic change, technological innovation, and dynamic regulations, Bank Indonesia is committed to conducting in-depth reviews and policy adjustments to face the future. The evolving approach allows Bank Indonesia to strengthen its role in maintaining financial system stability and promoting sustainable economic growth. This research provides insights into Bank Indonesia's successes and challenges in transforming its risk control and monitoring policies.

In today's modern era, humans have a life with all activities that can never be separated from technological developments. One of the technological developments that is currently popular in Indonesia is Financial Technology. Financial Technology (FINTECH) is the latest innovation in the financial service system which is touched by modern technology which can make it easier for Small and Medium Enterprises).to run their businesses with the help of Fintech. The aim of this research is to determine the application of Fintech to Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of implementing Fintech in Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua. This research uses a qualitative research method, which is a research method carried out by means of in-depth interviews in the field, using a phenomenological approach. The data source in this research is primary data obtained directly from Small and Medium Enterprises actors in Sabu Raijua, while secondary data is in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The research results show that the application of Financial Technology (Fintech) in Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua is experiencing positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, and transaction security are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles, namely weak internet connections, elderly Small and Medium Enterprises players find it difficult to understand how to use Financial Technology.

: The research results dissemination program is one of the technology transfer activities to the community, which is in line with one of the visions of the University of Lampung, namely planning, implementing, controlling and evaluating research and community service to improve the quality of education and community welfare. Drying pineapple fruit is a technique for processing fruit into fruit chips using a frying process that is carried out using low pressure, almost the same as a vacuum. The output targets of this research results dissemination program are (1) improving skills in processing agricultural fruit, (2) increasing the productivity of agricultural products (3) building effective partnerships and collaboration between universities and community groups, (4) developing collaborative empowerment pattern through assistance in the transfer of skills, capital and wider marketing access. The methods used in empowerment are based on business feasibility, product availability, product economic value, availability of managing human resources, technology, financial aspects and social impacts.

Currently the world is facing changes in the industrial world which can be called the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which has a major impact on industrial life, especially in the form of rapid technological developments. The rapid development of technology has given birth to a new concept of "creative industry" which utilizes human creativity and thinking abilities. Intellectual property rights play a very important role in the creative industry, and the state recognizes the efforts and perseverance of creators/inventors in producing new innovations and minimizing the occurrence of intellectual property rights. Therefore, intellectual property must be protected legally. Violation of rights. However, in reality there are several challenges and difficulties in implementing laws related to intellectual property rights in Indonesia. This journal uses normative research methods based on legal regulations and literature studies, and considers aspects of theoretical, structural and legal explanations. The main problem that occurs in Indonesia is the low level of public awareness and education regarding intellectual property, and this problem can give rise to other problems. Intellectual property protection in Indonesia not only provides peace of mind and legal certainty for creators/inventors, but also has a psychological impact that motivates creators/inventors to continue to innovate. Indonesia will be a country that has great potential to implement Industry 4.0 because of its large workforce. The digital information era not only brings progress to industry, but can also pose challenges to labor laws. The aim of this research is to analyze labor problems due to the absence of regulations that are appropriate to the situation in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era.

The dynamics of contemporary development are correlated with integrated technological progress innovations in human activity, both in aspects of education, business, communication, and so on. The communication strategy is the choice of Instagram owner @Farizas_kyas as a marketing promotion for Muslim fashion products towards teenagers. Because, today's teenagers have followed trends as a reflection of modernity while remaining within the corridors of sharia principles. This research aims to examine and describe the communication strategy for promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers by the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas. The research method uses a description method with a qualitative approach. The research subject is Farizas Kyas, while the research objects are material objects and formal objects. The data source was obtained from the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas through product posts and stories. Data collection was carried out through virtual observation, interviews and documentation. The research results confirm that the communication strategy for the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas in promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers is done by creating attractive visual content, using hashtags, educational and informative content, live Instagram, and being consistent in posting content. By using an Instagram account, the account owner gets more benefits through the effectiveness of the product marketing strategy used.

This study investigates sustainable Islamic business models through a qualitative case study of green-tech startups in Central Java, Indonesia. Using semi-structured interviews with founders, managers, and employees, complemented by secondary data from business reports and sustainability disclosures, the research examines how Islamic ethical principles, including stewardship (khalifah), social welfare (maslahah), and justice (adl), are integrated into operational practices and sustainability strategies. The purposive selection of 3–5 startups enables an in-depth exploration of organizational decision-making, innovation adoption, and environmental and social performance. Thematic analysis identifies recurring patterns in ethical integration, technological innovation, and sustainability outcomes. Findings reveal that Islamic startups effectively embed ethical values into operations, fostering environmental accountability through renewable energy initiatives, waste reduction, and resource optimization, while enhancing community engagement and equitable service delivery. Technological innovations such as IoT, AI, and blockchain further support sustainability performance, enabling startups to monitor and optimize environmental outcomes without compromising financial viability. Comparative analysis demonstrates that Islamic startups outperform non-Islamic counterparts in key sustainability metrics, including carbon reduction and social impact, highlighting the competitive advantage of ethics-driven entrepreneurship. Overall, the study confirms that Islamic ethical frameworks foster both environmental accountability and technological innovation, providing a practical model for sustainable development in emerging economies. These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs seeking to align ethical, social, and environmental objectives with business strategy.

Technological developments provide convenience in various fields, including marketing and finance. Currently, marketing can be carried out digitally by utilizing internet technology. The presence of online loans, which is a type of peer-to-peer lending financial technology (fintech), is the result of advances in financial technology. PT. Fidac Innovation Technology is a company operating in the fintech sector and has the Dumi product which provides online loans specifically for State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The purpose of this research is to determine digital marketing techniques in increasing sales of fintech peer-to-peer lending on Dumi products by using 5 (five) digital marketing techniques, namely: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), online advertising, email marketing, mobile applications, and social media marketing. Qualitative descriptive is used as a research method by collecting data through interviews with PT employees. Fidac Technology Innovation IT Design Division which carries out digital marketing, observation and documentation. The research results show that the digital marketing techniques implemented by PT. Fidac Technological Innovation by utilizing SEO, online advertising, social media marketing and mobile applications is already running well. However, Dumi's digital product marketing technique in the form of email marketing has not been implemented due to limited resources.

Technological developments have made the mobility of people's activities more practical in meeting their financial needs. Only using a smartphone and internet network, customers can carry out banking transactions anywhere and anytime. This research discusses the development of economic digitalization in the banking sector, namely Mobile Banking technology innovation at BCA Bank. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of service satisfaction using BCA Mobile Banking (BCA Mobile). The research method used by researchers is qualitative and descriptive analysis techniques, as well as a data collection system using questionnaires. The data obtained was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires in the Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program which used BCA Mobile and a sample of 110 respondents was obtained. The results of the research show that BCA Mobile is very helpful in carrying out banking activities and the existing services have a significant influence on user satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program

Quoted from Bisnis.com, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said that the oil and gas industry contributes investment of US$ 10 billion per year. This paper discusses the impact of technological innovation in the oil and gas industry on productivity and economic welfare. The literature review will outline recent developments in oil and gas technology. The data and methodology used cover a specific time period to understand the relationship between technological innovation and economic development. The results of this analysis provide an in-depth understanding of the contribution of technological innovation to economic growth and societal well-being, providing valuable insights for future policy making

In this era, technology is developing very rapidly in various sectors ranging from industry, health, education, retail, and various other sectors. The development of technology is linear with human needs that must be met quickly, easily, and practically. A sector that can fulfill human needs is the trade sector. Currently, the trade sector is one of the sectors that is highly developed along with the trend of online shopping. Although online shopping is currently very popular, it does not mean that offline shopping is necessarily abandoned. Conventional payment systems usually require customers to queue at the cashier to make payments after choosing grocery items. Therefore, there is a need for technological innovation that can overcome this. The solution to overcome these problems is by planning to create a Smart Shopping Scanner machine by considering lean project management. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the application of the Lean Project Management method to the Smart Shopping Scanner project planning at PT ABC has resulted in significant improvements. Reduction of project completion time by 33.33%, reduction of component inventory value by 40%, and improvement of team communication by 66.67% show the effectiveness of this method in overcoming waste and increasing efficiency.

Education is carried out through efforts to determine all the natural strengths that children have, both as humans and as members of society, to achieve the highest safety and happiness. In line with this, the educational process should also be focused on the process of developing all human potential so that we can become ourselves with superior abilities and personalities so that we can create adequate resources. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method. Qualitative research is research that looks at the perspective of social reality, namely by seeing the world as it is, therefore a qualitative researcher must be someone with an open mind. Basically, qualitative research has two objectives, namely: first, describing and revealing and second, describing and explaining. According to Ma'Tuf in M.Hatis, a gadget is a small technological electronic device or item that has a special function, but is often associated as an innovation or new item. A gadget among the public is no longer foreign, in this advanced era it is very sophisticated because the gadgets that are made are small and have many benefits and there are positive and negative sides to the use of gadgets. The use of gadgets in young children aged 5-6 years is indeed the use of gadgets It has a big influence on children because nowadays children are more concerned with playing with gadgets than studying and some of these children's families give their children a personal gadget.

This research aims to investigate how technological innovation influences economic transformation at the regional level, with a specific focus on the role of entrepreneurship in the economic development process. The findings indicate that the adoption of technological innovations, combined with a strong entrepreneurial presence, has a positive impact on enhancing regional economic competitiveness, expanding employment opportunities, and significantly driving sustainable economic growth. This underscores the importance of collaboration between technological innovation and the role of entrepreneurship in designing effective strategies for local economic development.

The education industry must keep up-to-date media and instructional strategies in line with information technology advancements in order to effectively implement learning technologies. Given that the current generation's learning preferences differ from those of past generations, it is critical to monitor the advancement of learning technologies. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the definition, advantages, and effects of learning technology on Islamic education. The process of gathering data involves reading and investigating books, journals, and other informational materials about learning technology, particularly as it relates to Islamic education. According to the data gathered, learning technology in Islamic education is a set of activities that are done in order to facilitate effective and efficient Islamic education learning. These activities include design, development, utilization, management, and assessment.

This research investigates the impact of training and development on employee performance in the digital era. The initial focus was on the positive effects of training, which has been shown to improve employee performance through improving technological skills, facilitating adaptation to technological change, and stimulating creativity and innovation. On the other hand, the important role of employee development in the digital era is also manifested by continuing to improve skills, empowering personal and professional aspects, and increasing employee engagement and satisfaction. Finally, the integration of training and development creates synergies between skills, addresses skills gaps, and drives increased productivity and innovation. The results of this research provide insight into the urgency of investing in development and training as the main strategy for capturing worker energy amidst the dynamics of the ever-growing digital era.  

One of the technological developments in the economic sector that has had a big influence is Fintech, which is an innovation in the field of technology in terms of transactions for giving and receiving loans, without having to meet face to face, or what is better known as online loans. The legal provisions governing conventional agreements are the same as the legal provisions governing online agreements. Due to the negative impact of illegal online loans, it is necessary for the Community Service Team (PkM) of the Faculty of Law, University of Semarang (USM) to hold outreach and counseling with the theme "Increasing Understanding of the Trimulyo Genuk Semarang Community Regarding the Legal Aspects of Online Loan Agreements". This activity uses 5 (five) methods, namely, pre-test, counseling, question and answer, post-test and evaluation methods. The results of this activity showed an increase in public understanding by 69.2%.
