The development of digital technology requires villages to transform not only their governance but also their public awareness of digital opportunities and risks. However, the process of digital transformation cannot be separated from the local socio-cultural context. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to strengthen local wisdom-based transformational leadership as a strategy for dealing with digital dynamics in Pesanggrahan Village, Kutorejo District, Mojokerto Regency. The implementation methods included a situation analysis, program socialization, digital literacy seminars, discussions on Pancasila values, and mentoring for village officials, community leaders, religious leaders, and Karang Taruna youth. The activity results showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital literacy, media ethics, and the relevance of local values, such as cooperation, deliberation, and tolerance, in supporting the village's digital transformation. The community also showed enthusiasm for participating in the development of digital content and technology-based services. This PKM concluded that effective digital transformation requires adaptive, character-based leadership rooted in local cultural values. Collaboration between universities, village governments, and communities is an essential prerequisite for promoting inclusive and sustainable social change.

This community service activity aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Muaro Saiyo Farmers Group through the integration of entrepreneurial independence and sustainable irrigation management. The main issues faced by the group are the weakness of the organizational structure, low entrepreneurial skills, and poorly coordinated irrigation management. The implementation methods include field surveys, socialization, thematic training (institutional management, post-harvest processing, and sustainable irrigation), mentoring, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests to measure changes in knowledge. The results of the activity show a significant increase in participants' knowledge, which improved from 25.9% in the "good" category before the training to 88.9% after the training. In addition, the group formed administrative documents, value-added rice products, and a trained irrigation management team. The purpose of this service is to increase the understanding of students at the Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School in Purwokerto regarding civic politics, which is currently experiencing a rather acute erosion, even tho civic politics is an important aspect of nationhood; it guaranties the right to life, the right to equal treatment and recognition before the law, the right to think, the right to express opinions, and the right to assemble. In this case, the method used is socialization based on a participatory approach thru lectures, discussions, and statements of attitude. The results of this service activity show that after the presentation of material on the history of santri and the rights of citizens, enthusiasm arose among the santri of Pondok Santri Darul Falah Purwokerto regarding the inherent rights and obligations of all citizens. Students can actualize civic politics by integrating religious sciences, such as by contextualizing environmental jurisprudence in response to the massive environmental damage occurring thanks to state policies. This service activity encourages the role of santri in the state, which was initially only stigmatized as being limited to the realm of seeking religious knowledge and preaching.

The cement packaging waste (paper sack) and leftover cardboard are types of waste generated from daily work activities at PT X. These wastes were found to be piled up without any proper utilization, thus posing a potential breeding ground for disease vectors and potentially polluting the workplace environment. The socialization activity conducted aimed to provide education and innovation in sanitation technology engineering by utilizing mirror frame products with economic value, applying the 3R principles of reducing, reusing, and recycling. The method was implemented through a socialization activity using a one-on-one approach. An evaluation of increased understanding was conducted using pre- and post-tests consisting of 10 questions. Based on the normality test results, a p-value of 0.600 and 0.124 was obtained, which exceeded the alpha value, indicating that the data followed a normal distribution and could proceed with parametric testing using the Paired Sample T-Test. The p-value or sig obtained was 0.006, which is below the alpha value (0.05), so it can be concluded that h alpha is greater than h0. This means that h alpha is accepted and h0 is rejected, indicating that there is a difference between the pre-test and post-test results.

Adolescence represents a transitional phase characterized by complex biological, psychological, and social changes, during which insufficient understanding of reproductive health can lead to risky behaviors such as premarital sexual activity, unintended pregnancy, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The purpose of the activity titled “Reproductive Health Knowledge Socialization among Adolescents at SMAN 37 Central Maluku in 2025” was to enhance adolescents’ knowledge and awareness regarding reproductive health. This community service program employed a cross-sectional design and involved 54 students from grades X to XII, selected purposively. Data were collected through online pre-tests and post-tests using Google Forms, and the results were analyzed with Microsoft Excel to evaluate changes in participants’ knowledge levels. The findings revealed a notable increase in the average knowledge score from 76% to 89.8%, with the most significant improvements observed in aspects related to reproductive hygiene and understanding of STI risks. The activity proved effective in improving adolescents’ reproductive health literacy and strengthening their awareness of responsible reproductive behavior. Therefore, face-to-face interactive socialization serves as a strategic approach to reinforce healthy understanding and behavior among adolescents in archipelagic regions. Moreover, it can be adopted as a model for developing sustainable health education programs in schools across Eastern Indonesia.

Generation Z is recognized as a group that is adaptive to technological developments; however, they still face serious challenges in terms of financial management. Based on the National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2022, the level of financial literacy in South Kalimantan is still far below the national average, at only 42.88% compared to 49.68%. This low level of financial literacy often triggers consumptive behavior and lack of responsibility in financial decision-making. This community service activity aims to enhance comprehensive understanding of financial literacy, build skills in financial management and recording, and foster interest in safe investment through education digitalization. The implementation method includes material delivery through socialization, followed by discussion and question-and-answer sessions, as well as evaluation using Pre-Test and Post-Test instruments. The results of the activity demonstrate an increase in understanding, as reflected by the increase in the average scores from 75,33 in the Pre-Test to 100 in the Post-Test, indicating a 24,67% improvement. Thus, this activity not only enhanced understanding but also fostered awareness of the importance of wise financial management in the face of digital economic challenges.
