The puerperium is a period that will be passed by the mother after the delivery period, which starts after the birth of the baby and placenta, namely after the end of stage IV in labor and ends up to 6 weeks (42 days) which is marked by the cessation of bleeding. The puerperium is a period that is very vulnerable to infection for postpartum mothers if the treatment is not appropriate. Breast preparation for breastfeeding begins during pregnancy, which is characterized by the breasts becoming larger along with the increase in the number and size of the alveoli glands as a result of increasing levels of the hormone estrogen. This occurs until a baby has been breastfed for a few days when actual milk production begins. In the first few days the breasts secrete colostrum which is very important for the baby's health. Breasts produce breast milk starting when the baby begins to suckle on the nipple and the resulting physical stimulation causes impulses in the nerve endings which are then sent to the hypothalamus in the brain which in turn tells the pituitary gland in the brain to produce the hormones oxytocin and prolactin (Anik, 2016). This study aims to analyze the relationship between oxytocin massage and breast milk production in postpartum mothers at Ibu Kartini Hospital, West Kisaran, Asahan Regency in 2023. This research is correlational with a cross sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is data analysis used in research to determine the relationship or influence of variables. independent (independent) with a dependent (dependent) variable using Chi Square analysis with a significant p-value (0.05) (Hardani, 2020) Based on the research results. Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it was obtained with a p value of 0.001 that the breast milk output of postpartum mothers before oxytocin massage was mostly not enough breast milk. Postpartum mothers' breast milk output after massage is mostly breast milk This means that there is an influence of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers at Ibu Kartini Hospital, West Kisaran, Asahan Regency in 2023

Babies have three needs that must be met by parents, namely physical-biological needs which are useful for brain growth, sensory systems and motor skills. Interpersonal and intrapersonal emotional intelligence through the need for affection, as well as the need for stimulus or stimulation to improve the working mechanisms of the sensory and motor systems. The most important thing in a child's growth and development is stimulation (Maharani, 2017). This study aims to analyze the effect of baby massage on weight gain in babies aged 3-6 months at the Uluan Community Health Center, Toba Regency in 2023. In this research, researchers used a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design to compare the results of health program interventions. in a similar control, but not necessarily the same group (Zulkarnain, 2018) Statistical test using Microsoft Excel and Paired Test to test differences in dependent data (dependent samples). The error rate or significance level (a) used is 0.05 with a confidence interval (CI) of 95% (Hardani, 2020). Based on the research results. Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it was obtained that Based on the results of statistical tests using the paired t test, t = 6.610. Because t count (6.610) > t table (2.0345), HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of baby massage on increasing postpartum mothers regarding breast care with smooth breast milk production in Jatimulyo Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023

Breast milk is the main need for newborn babies, and it is important to give it exclusively for up to six months or more. Not all mothers, after giving birth, can breastfeed their babies because the breastfeeding process is always associated with symptoms of postnatal anxiety and depression. For mothers with anxiety and depression, it can cause a decrease in self-efficacy when breastfeeding, resulting in an early cessation of breastfeeding. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of anxiety and depression on the self-efficacy of breastfeeding mothers during the postpartum period. The research method is a literature review by collecting and reviewing 7 research journals via Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. The results obtained show that there is an influence between anxiety and depression on the self-efficacy of breastfeeding mothers during the postpartum period.
