The COVID-19 pandemic caused volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA), and has created an unprecedented change for all organizations to either evolved or seized to exist. The dynamism due to COVID-19 has forced the HRM function to look forward to organizational agility to adapt and stay in business. The approach to make a linkage between COVID-19, organizational agility, and sustainable HRM is theoretically argued based on a resource-based theory. By conceptualizing the work of Dyer & Shafer (2014) and Nijssen & Paauwe (2012) five dimensions are identified to measure organizational agility, which includes fluid organizational design, flexible core business strategy, distributive information, fast organizational learning, and highly adaptable infrastructure and workplace design. However, further research is needed to confirm the dimensions proposed and to expand them into indicators that can specifically measure organizational agility as a variable.

The healthcare industry is increasingly relying on medical textiles, particularly single-use items such as surgical gowns, masks, and drapes, to maintain hygiene and prevent infections. However, the widespread use of these single-use textiles raises significant environmental and health concerns. These items are primarily made from non-biodegradable materials, contributing to large volumes of waste and environmental pollution. The production and disposal of single-use textiles also generate carbon emissions, further exacerbating climate change. In response to these challenges, reusable medical textiles have emerged as a more sustainable alternative. Reusable textiles offer several environmental benefits, including reduced resource consumption, lower carbon emissions, and decreased waste generation. Additionally, reusable textiles can improve occupational health by reducing healthcare workers' exposure to harmful chemicals and irritants found in single-use textiles. This study compares the environmental impact and occupational health risks associated with reusable and single-use medical textiles, focusing on factors such as carbon footprint, waste generation, and chemical exposure. Life-cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies were employed to quantify the environmental impacts, while workplace exposure measurements assessed the health risks to healthcare workers. The results indicate that reusable textiles significantly reduce carbon emissions and waste compared to single-use textiles. Furthermore, reusable textiles were associated with lower levels of chemical exposure for healthcare workers. The study concludes with recommendations for healthcare systems to adopt reusable textiles to reduce environmental and health risks, while also suggesting areas for future research on sustainable textile innovations and the integration of reusable systems in healthcare facilities.

Handling of dental disease problems requires that it be handled quickly and correctly, but not all teams of dental experts can carry out treatment quickly due to the lack of a team of dental experts who are in the workplace or hospital 24 hours a day.  Apart from that, the public also has very little knowledge of information about dental disease, so that to treat dental disease, people have to consult a dentist. To classify images of dental disease, feature extraction is needed. Feature extraction is taking characteristics of an object that can describe the image. One example of image feature extraction used is Red, Green, Blue (RGB). This feature extraction is often used to identify or classify an image. Dental image data that will be used in the classification process are tooth abrasion, anterior crosbite, cavities and gingivitis. K-Nears Neigbor is the simplest data mining algorithm.  The aim of this algorithm is to find the results of the closest distance classification for each object.  In determining the distance, the data is initially divided into two parts, namely training data and testing data. After receiving the training data and testing data, the distance from each testing data (Equilidence Distance) to the training data is calculated. The K-Nearest Neighbors method can be applied to classify dental disease based on images of types of dental disease using Matlab software. As a result of the image data training process, 40 image data were input, training results obtained were 100%.

Sexual harassment is a serious issue affecting individual well-being and societal integrity. Although Indonesia has implemented various policies to protect victims of sexual harassment, their effectiveness in safeguarding victims and enforcing the law remains a primary concern, as challenges in implementation often hinder the achievement of effective protection goals. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of sexual harassment protection policies in Indonesia, analyze the challenges faced in implementation, and provide recommendations for improvement. The research employs a normative legal method with a document analysis approach. Data were collected through literature review, analysis of legislation, policy documents, and relevant case studies. Qualitative analysis was conducted to assess the successes and weaknesses of the protection policies. The study shows that, despite an adequate legal framework, the effectiveness of sexual harassment protection policies in Indonesia is limited by several factors. Major challenges include inconsistent law enforcement, lack of socialization and education, social stigma preventing victims from reporting, and resource limitations. Case studies indicate that many sexual harassment cases are not taken seriously, whether in the workplace, educational institutions, or domestic contexts. Sexual harassment protection policies in Indonesia require significant improvements in socialization, law enforcement training, and resource enhancement. Reforms in reporting procedures and law enforcement are also needed to increase the effectiveness of protection and ensure justice for victims. Better collaboration between the government, non-governmental organizations, and the community is necessary to create a more comprehensive and responsive protection system.

Since welding workshops are an unofficial industry, there is still a lack of effective implementation of occupational safety and health regulations in this field. Welders often experience eye hazards such as sparks, foreign objects, infrared and UV radiation. The purpose of this study is to describe how well welding workshop workers in Medan Tembung District comply with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of data analysis for the Alpha Cronbach questionnaire trial in this study showed that the data met the requirements with a score of 0.928. Up to 55 welding workshop employees from all welding workshops in Medan Tembung District, Medan City participated in the total sampling of this study. After the descriptive analysis, the data is displayed as a frequency distribution.  According to the results of the study, of the 55 welding workshop employees who participated in the survey, 50.9% had a low level of knowledge. The majority of respondents (80%) have a negative attitude towards the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and more than half (58.2%) do not use PPE in the workplace. The results of the data analysis show that the majority of employees ignore the need to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in the workplace because they do not know it or have a negative attitude towards it. Thus, this study suggests that welding businesses need to provide complete personal protective equipment, and also educate on the importance of using PPE and the Government also needs to increase supervision for small and medium enterprises, especially in welding workshops related to occupational health and safety.

This research delves into strategies aimed at enhancing occupational safety and health practices within pilotage operations at Semayang Port, operated by PT. Pelindo Balikpapan. Given the inherently high-risk nature of port activities, particularly pilotage, ensuring the safety and well-being of workers is paramount. This research is motivated by the imperative to curtail workplace incidents and bolster operational efficiency through the implementation of robust strategies. A SWOT analysis was employed to comprehensively assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats inherent in the port's existing occupational safety and health system. The findings of this analysis revealed that a 'Turn Around' strategy, situated in Quadrant II of the SWOT matrix, presents the most viable course of action. This strategy effectively leverages external opportunities to mitigate internal weaknesses, thereby optimizing the overall safety and health posture. By adopting the 'Turn Around' strategy, PT. Pelindo Balikpapan is poised to elevate the standards of occupational safety and health within its pilotage operations at Semayang Port. Consequently, this is expected to lead to a reduction in accidents and a commensurate improvement in overall operational performance.
