The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Price Earning Ratio and Price to Book Value as a basis for making stock investment decisions in coal sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The population in this study are coal sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique and eight company samples were obtained. Data collection techniques use documentation. Data analysis techniques use PER and PBV. The results of this research show that based on intrinsic value calculations using PER and compared with closing price, company shares that are undervalued include ADRO, BSSR, BYAN, GEMS, ITMG, MBAP, MYOH, and PTBA where the investment decision that can be taken is to buy shares or holding shares if already owned. Based on the intrinsic value calculation using PBV and compared with the closing price, company shares that are undervalued include ADRO, BYAN, GEMS, ITMG, MBAP, MYOH, and PTBA where the investment decision that can be taken is to buy shares or hold shares if they have owned, and one company, namely BSSR, is in an overvalued condition where the investment decision that can be taken is to sell shares.

The level of achievement obtained is how the Sangau Village Community can utilize biopores to overcome flooding problems by utilizing organic waste/waste

The purpose of this activity is so that the environment of Batu Bersurat Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency can become a clean and uncontaminated environment from cow dung. Cow dung can be processed into compost. Compost is an organic fertilizer made from animal waste that has undergone a fermentation process. The advantage of this compost is that it is environmentally friendly, can increase the income of farmers, and can increase soil fertility by repairing physical damage to the soil due to excessive use of inorganic (chemical) fertilizers. Batu Bersurat Village is an area with potential in agriculture, plantation and animal husbandry. The existence of cattle owned by the community has the potential to be used as compost which can be used for agriculture as well as for the fertility of plantation crops. However, the lack of knowledge of residents about the methods and benefits of making compost from cow manure causes cow manure to be thrown away, therefore people still use chemical fertilizers as a medium for the fertility of their plants. Therefore, a practice was held to make use of compost from cow manure in Batu Bersurat Village, District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar Regency.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, manfaat, dan kualitas layanan mahasiswa akuntansi terhadap minat untuk menggunakan paylater. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang populasinya merupakan mahasiswa akuntansi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. Cara pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk google form. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini adalah banyak mahasiswa akutansi yang senang berbelanja online menggunakan sistem pembayaran Paylater yang notabene mereka paham dengan sistem utang dalam keuangan dan telah dibuktikan pada 110 responden. Yang kemudian jawaban dari responden akan diolah dan berhasil mendapatkan hasil akhir bahwa literasi keuangan, manfaat, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi menggunakan paylater.

This study aims to examine the influence the application of regional financial system, the quality of human resources, and the application of internal control system to the quality of local government financial reports. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. The theory used in this study is the stewardship theory. The sampling method in this tudy was the purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is the staff/employees BPPKAD Gresik were 46 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 Program. The result of this study indicate that the influence the application of regional financial system has a significant influence and the quality of local government financial reportsand  the quality of human resources, application of internal control system partially does not have a significant influence on the quality of local government financial reports.

An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. The process of recording cash receipts and disbursements is an important part of financial management of an entity, be it a business, organization or individual. This process helps ensure that money received and disbursed is recorded correctly, so that it can be used to control finances, prepare financial reports, and fulfill tax obligations. The aim of this research is to create an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at UD. Berkat Berkawan by creating a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application program. This research method uses a study method with an approach used to understand and analyze how an accounting information system operates in a business or organizational context. The results of this research can be used to facilitate UD. PT. xxx is a company that operates in the business of processing wood in the form of logs into layers that are ready to be marketed. The purpose of this research is to determine employee Take Home Pay after receiving incidental income in the form of overtime pay and bonuses. The sampling technique in this research used the Non-Probability Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using interviews and documentation methods.The research results show that determining bonuses using the TOPSIS method is different from before the TOPSIS method was used. With this, the Take Home Pay that employees receive before implementing TOPSIS is very different from after implementing the TOPSIS method.

Diabetes Mellitus, DM, refers to chronic metabolic problems indicated by hyperglycemia condition. This matter influences complications on the feet. Foot care education is a diabetic education to treat the feet excellently and correctly by providing audiovisual media. This research analyzed the influence of foot care education taught by audiovisual media toward the improvement of DM knowledge of DM patients. This quasi-experimental research used a control group design. The sampling technique was incidental sampling with 60 respondents. The Wilcoxon test result obtained a p-value of 0.0001 lower than 0.05. The result indicated the influence of foot care education with audiovisual media on the DM knowledge improvement of the patients. The researchers expect future researchers to apply foot care education with audiovisual media to prevent diabetic foot cases.

The Inaportnet system is an internet-based single service information system with the aim of integrating standard port information systems in ship services from all relevant agencies or stakeholders in the port environment. The purpose of this portal development is to accelerate port clearance. The research was conducted at PT. The Indonesian National Shipping (PELNI) Makassar Branch for 1 month from November 2021 to December 2021. The source of the data obtained is qualitative data, namely the data presented in the form of related information and the quality of the object under study. Results Based on the research, the use of the Inaportnet system at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Makassar Branch Inaportnet system The process of submitting a ship service application using the Inaportnet system is very easy to use, and the Inaportnet system also encourages the submission of ship service applications. Constraints and alternative solutions in using the Inaportnet Maintenance system, to overcome this problem the submission of ship services is changed to a manual system so that the service submission process continues. HR, to overcome this problem, you must carefully check the ship's documents before the ship arrives at the port. Comparison before and before the application of the Inaportnet system in submitting ship services, before the application of the Inaportnet system agents still visited the relevant agencies (manual system), after the implementation of the Inaportnet system all made the system online.

Cash management is an important aspect of the financial management of a company or financial entity. Effective cash management can ensure the continuity of company operations, avoid financial problems, and help achieve set financial goals. This research aims to design a cash management information system at the downstream Kusan sub-district office. This research uses research and development methods for accounting information systems. The results of this research found that the accounting information system created at the downstream Kusan sub-district office can assist in producing reports of cash receipts and disbursements effectively and efficiently by cash management accounting.      

This study aims to determine the effect of love of money (X1), Machiavellian (X2), tax rates (X3), understanding of taxation (X4) and self-assessment system (X5) on tax evasion (Y) and tax sanctions (Z) as moderating variable, for individual taxpayers who are active and registered at the Kediri Primary Tax Office in 2023. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with moderating variables (MRA). The sampling technique uses random sampling and determines the number of samples of 100 WPOP obtained from the calculation of the Slovin Formula. The results of the study show that love of money, Machiavellianism, tax rates, understanding of taxation and the self-assessment system have a positive and significant effect on tax evasion. The test results of the variable moderation of tax sanctions are able to weaken the Machiavellian influence, tax rates and understanding of taxation on tax evasion actions, while the role of moderation of tax sanctions in the influence of love of money and self assessment systems on tax evasion actions is able to strengthen.    

This research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Scarlett Whitening Products among Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The sample used was 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear analysis tests, hypothesis tests, determinant coefficient tests. The results of this research show that the Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The variable that most dominantly influences purchasing decisions is the Celebrity Endorser variable and the one that has the least influence is the Brand Image variable. The dependent variable for purchasing decisions can be explained by the Celebrity Endorser variable and the remaining Brand Image is explained by other variables that were not examined in this research.

This program aims to provide special attention to early childhood and empower them through education, healthcare, social support, and parental empowerment. The program has a positive impact on improving the quality of life for children, developing skills, and promoting social values. Furthermore, it also builds strong relationships between children and the adults involved. The importance of empowering early childhood communities not only affects the present but also the future of children and society as a whole. Children are considered valuable assets to society and the nation, and ensuring they receive proper attention and support is a collective responsibility. The success of this program serves as an example for similar initiatives elsewhere and inspires further efforts in empowering early childhood.

Hospitals are an integral part of social and media organizations whose function is to provide comprehensive health services to the community, both curative and rehabilitative, where hospital services reach family and environmental services. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of the Medan Indonesian Workers' Imelda Hospital. The research design used in this study was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all patients who were treated from November 2022 to February 2023 in the Inpatient Room of the Imelda Indonesian Workers Hospital in Medan, totaling 167 people. The number of samples to be examined by the entire population is 62 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The statistical test used is the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test showed that there was an influence of 8 variables, namely technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and convenience, which had a p-value <α 0.05, meaning technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort affect patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Medan Indonesian Workers Imelda Hospital, and the multivariate test with the results of multiple logistic regression tests shows that the variable of technical competence is the most dominant with an odds ratio (OR) of 45,348 meaning 4 times affect patient satisfaction. The conclusion was that the dominant technical competency variable had the most influence on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Imelda Indonesian Workers Medan Hospital. It is recommended for the hospital to make policies in order to improve technical competence in the treatment room so as to produce optimal patient satisfaction..

PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is a type C hospital that is currently developing offering health services with target service coverage in Sukoharjo Regency. Currently, the marketing team at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is starting to pioneer the development of marketing efforts which are expected to increase patient visits. High competition between hospitals is one of the factors that patient visits at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital tend to fluctuate. The marketing team's lack of knowledge regarding marketing strategies and the large number of job desks for each marketing member result in less than optimal marketing efforts. Nurses must correctly identify patients as people who will be given certain services or treatment, this must be done by adapting the service or treatment to each patient. This identification process requires at least two ways of identification, such as name, identification number, date of birth, barcoded bracelet or others. The aim of this research is to analyze the behavior of nurses in wearing patient identification bracelets in the children's inpatient installation at RSUD. Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai. This research uses qualitative research (In-depth interviews). From this research, the sample consisted of 6 (six) people, namely 1 key informant and 5 main informants. The results of the research are that not all nurses know about the Fixed Procedure (PROTAP) for using patient identification bracelets in the class III children's inpatient room at Dr. RSUD. R.M. Djoelham Binjai is good, not all nurses' attitude in carrying out the Permanent Procedure (PROTAP) for wearing patient identification bracelets in the class III children's inpatient room at RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai is not yet good, not all of the nurses' actions were correct in carrying out the Permanent Procedure (PROTAP) for wearing patient identification bracelets in the class III children's inpatient room at Dr. R.M. Joelham Binjai, Suggestions are expected for hospital management to avoid things that are undesirable for babies to also wear identity bracelets, not just mothers. Protap disseminates affirmations and hospital policies that include rewards and punishments for nurses so that there are no mistakes in identity. And continues to provide socialization, education and understanding of the importance of nurse behavior when installing patient identification bracelets in pediatric inpatient rooms.
