Chronic disease problems in the community are often found, namely Diabetes Mellitus (DM) and blood pressure. The low level of participant compliance in Prolanis activities is caused by many factors, one of the factors that can influence it is the interaction or communication factor between health workers and Prolanis participants. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation of health worker communication to participant compliance in participating in Prolanis activities at the Mojolangu Public Health Center, Malang City. The design of this study was quantitative correlational with a Cross sectional approach and observational analytical methods. Changes in the health insurance system in Indonesia continue to evolve, one of which is implementing the Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS) policy as a replacement for the BPJS Health class system based on Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 59 of 2024. This policy is designed to unify healthcare classes to reduce disparities in healthcare access and quality in Indonesia. However, its implementation is faced with key challenges, including hospital infrastructure readiness, limited human resources, and criticism from various parties, including patients and healthcare providers. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to review various policy documents, relevant literature, and legal and social perspectives related to policy implementation. The results show that although KRIS has the potential to reduce disparities in access to health services, its implementation requires more attention to the readiness of health facilities, strengthening management systems, and budget adjustments to support optimal operations. Furthermore, this policy requires the active involvement of the community and health workers in the evaluation and decision-making process so that the policy is more responsive to the real needs in the field. The theoretical approaches used, such as public policy theory and progressive law, highlight the importance of cooperation between the government, healthcare providers, and communities to ensure effective and equitable implementation of KRIS. This research suggests improving hospital infrastructure, continuous training for health workers, and strengthening a transparent monitoring system to ensure the success of this policy. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to the formulation of health policies that are more inclusive and sustainable and can serve as a reference in efforts to realize a more equitable and fair health service system for all Indonesians.

Anemia in pregnant women is a health problem that is often faced in Indonesia. Anemia requires special attention because it can have a significant impact on maternal and neonatal health. Based on data for May 2024 at the Bumisari Village posyandu, there were 67 pregnant women and 46.2% of them had anemia. An effort to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia is by giving them dates which contain high levels of iron. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of giving dates to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia in Bumisari Natar Village in 2024. Quantitative research type, pre-experimental research method with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The population is all 67 pregnant women recorded in May 2024 with a sample of 31 respondents. 7 dates were given per day for 7 consecutive days. Data collection used observation sheets, univariate and bivariate data analysis (t-test). Based on the research results, it is known that the average hemoglobin level of pregnant women with anemia before consuming dates is 9,652 gr/dl, while the average hemoglobin level of pregnant women with anemia after consuming dates is 11,545 gr/dl. There was an effect of giving dates to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia in Bumisari Natar Village in 2024 (p-value 0.001) with a difference in increase in hemoglobin levels of 1,893 gr/dl. Advice for health workers, especially midwives, is to advise pregnant women to consume dates as a companion to Fe tablets because they can increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women.

Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) is one of the indicators used in Indonesia to assess the risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women and adult women. Chronic lack of energy for a long time causes the immune system to decrease so that the body is susceptible to infectious diseases, the decreased ability to concentrate which occurs is related to a decrease in iron stores. Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) measurement aims to analyze the relationship between Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) and the incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in students at the Faculty of Public Health, Halu Oleo University. The method used is data analysis, involving measuring LILA and collecting data regarding nutritional status and factors that have the potential to influence KEK. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between LILA size and the incidence of CED. Of the 50 respondents studied, 52% experienced CED with a LILA size of less than 23.5 cm, which indicates the existence of serious nutritional problems among this population. It is hoped that this research will provide useful information for universities and health workers in efforts to prevent and treat nutritional problems among students.

The time of the study was May to June at the Negri Lama Health Center in 2022. The time of the study was May to June at the Negri Lama Health Center in 2022. The results of the bivariate analysis test using Mann Whitney showed a P-Value of 0.022 (P <0.05) so Ho was rejected, which means that there is a significant effect of giving dates on increasing hemoglobin in pregnant women in the second trimester. Pregnant women, especially pregnant women who experience anemia, are expected to routinely consume iron tablets and dates because if consumed properly, dates have many benefits, especially for pregnant women and dates do not have side effects on the fetus or mother so that they can meet the nutritional needs required by the body and can maximize iron absorption.

Stress and burnout among healthcare workers represent a global crisis with significant implications for psychological and physical health, job performance, and interpersonal skills. These conditions are linked to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, substance use, poor quality of life, digestive disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Burnout is characterized by emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, often caused by chronic workplace stress. Factors such as demographics, fatigue, and resilience influence its development and severity. Traditional stress management interventions, such as counselling and leave, often prove insufficient in addressing these challenges. Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) provide innovative tools for stress and burnout management, including mobile applications offering mindfulness, meditation, and self-care resources. AI systems like IBM Watson and Google DeepMind are being tested to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in stress management. Additionally, Stress Inoculation Training (SIT), involving methods such as meditation, yoga, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and biofeedback, has been recognized as a proactive approach to mitigating stress. This review explores the factors contributing to stress and burnout in healthcare workers and evaluates interventions aimed at improving well-being and productivity, emphasizing the potential of AI and SIT in preventing and managing these conditions.

In Indonesia, traditional medicine has a legal position that is recognized and protected by state law in the provisions of article 50 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health. It is also stated in the new Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning health article 192 paragraph (1). Although traditional medicine is recognized and regulated by national law, traditional medicine practitioners can also engage in malpractice acts. Currently, people have a lot of problems with traditional medicine, which is too prone to mishandling patients' diseases because of its methods that have not been clinically tested. The increasing number of cases of fracture infection caused by fracture shamans every year is one example of inappropriate handling that occurs in the Kemak Tribe in Kampung Sadi, Belu Regency. This research is a socio-legal research supported by an empirical approach that uses primary data and secondary data collected using interview and observation techniques and processed and dialysed using Editing, Coding, Verification, and Interpretation techniques. The results of this study show that (1) Negligence in traditional medicine is a serious problem that has a wide impact on individuals and society. (2) In traditional medicine, the prevention and control of negligence requires a comprehensive approach through education, regulation, and cooperation between the government, practitioners, and conventional health workers.
