This research explores the development and evaluation of a specialised English language curriculum for students in the field of multimodal transportation. Through qualitative analysis involving 100 cadets, the study identifies the specific language skills essential for success in this dynamic industry, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Based on these findings, a curriculum is designed to enhance students' proficiency and confidence in using English for various transportation-related tasks. The curriculum incorporates industry-relevant content and interactive instructional methods, such as role-plays and simulations, to provide students with practical skills applicable to real-world transportation scenarios. Pre- and post-curriculum assessments, along with feedback from students and instructors, demonstrate a significant improvement in students' language proficiency and confidence after completing the curriculum. The study also analyses the implications of English Language Teaching (ELT) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) linguistics in designing a curriculum tailored to the needs of multimodal transportation professionals. The research contributes to the advancement of English language education within the transportation sector, offering insights for curriculum development and improvement.

This research evaluates an English for Business textbook written by Mary Ellen Guffey & Carolyn M. Seefer with a content analysis approach. This study focuses on exploring the structure, content, and learning features in textbooks to assess their suitability to learner needs and stated goals. The examination conducted to assess the textbooks in this research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using the Cunningsworth and Miekley checklist as its foundation. The assessment scale encompasses ratings ranging from 'very good' and 'good' to 'moderate' and 'poor'. The analysis revealed the textbook's effectiveness in facilitating learning through its structured layout, engaging examples, and interactive features. Additionally, contextualization in real business scenarios and sections that promote discussion increase its relevance and applicability. This study offers valuable insights for educators, curriculum developers, and policy makers in selecting and developing ESP textbooks tailored to the specific needs of learners in the business field.

Teknokrat University established the 'Girls Go Beyond' training program in response to the obstacles that many teen girls in Indonesia experience, notably in terms of access to education and opportunity. This program seeks to empower young women by providing them with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to successfully navigate their futures. The purpose is to make teenage girls develop a grasp of their innate skills and legal rights, allowing them to make educated life decisions. The program uses a variety of educational technologies, including WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and Google Forms, to deliver information and create interactive learning experiences. Through this campaign, teen girls aged 17-19 from the university's first semester cohort can learn about their rights, make informed decisions, and express themselves freely. This abstract summarizes the training program's aims and the participation of 39 female students, emphasizing the necessity of encouraging young women to reach their full potential.

This study aims to improve extracurricular learning outcomes in class X of Guguak Randah integrated MAS by applying a creative problem-solving learning model. Through interviews with the integrated teacher, Mrs. Syarifah,, it was revealed that the learning process still relies on the lecture method and teacher-centered approach which causes a lack of student interest in learning. To overcome this problem, the researcher is interested in applying a creative problem-solving learning model so that students are more involved and their learning outcomes improve. The research used a quasi-experimental method with a post-test only control group design. In this context, the use of the Creative Problem Solving model on students of class X IPA integrated MAS Guguak Randah showed a significant effect on learning outcomes. The t-test results confirmed a significant difference between the experimental group that applied the creative learning model and the control group. Thus, the application of this model can stimulate student creativity, improve learning interest, and make the learning process more interesting and interactive.

According to WHO (2022) the MMR in the world is 91.46/100,000 live births, the MMR in ASEAN (2022) is 235/100,000 live births (ASEAN secretariat, 2022). In Indonesia, the MMR in 2022 is 230/100,000 live births (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2022). The MMR in Central Java in 2022 was 98.6/100,000 live births (Central Java Health Office, 2022) and the MMR at the Bumiayu health center in 2022 was 2 cases (Bumiayu Health Center, 2020-2022). Objective : To reduce morbidity and mortality rates of mothers and infants in Brebes district, especially the working area of Puskesmas Bumiayu. this research is a qualitative descriptive study, the type of research used in this study is using a comprehensive case study approach. Comprehensive case study research is a method for understanding individuals that is carried out interactively (Notoadmojo, 2019). Research Results : This comprehensive care found a gap in theory and practice in pregnancy and childbirth care. Conclusion: Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs. S aged 43 years with preeclampsia and high risk factors at BPM Mrs. R in the working area of the bumiayu health center from third trimester pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning with the Varney and soap midwifery approach.

This study examines the position of notes used in transactions at Shoes and Care along with the forms of breach of contract that often occur in Shoes and Care based on a review of the law of the agreement. The research also analyzes appropriate dispute resolution alternatives to be applied with a review of Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. This type of research is a field study to obtain primary data along with a literature study to obtain secondary data analyzed with interactive analysis techniques. The result of this research is the position of the memorandum in the agreement made by the consumer with Shoes and Care as a draft agreement containing several clauses agreed between the consumer and Shoes and Care orally. Often the engagement/achievements in the agreement are not fulfilled which is referred to as a state of breach of contract. The forms of breach of contract that occur can be in the form of achievements that are not carried out, achievements are not carried out in accordance with the agreed time, and achievements are not carried out properly. Breach of contract that occur can then be resolved through negotiation as an alternative to effective and efficient dispute resolution.

This research aims to find out and analyze the implementation of fulfilling the requirements for polygamy in order to obtain permission from the Surakarta Religious Court. Apart from that, it is also to find out and analyze forms of protection for wives' rights in cases of applications for polygamy permits. This research is empirical legal research with a qualitative approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The techniques used in collecting legal materials in this research were interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this legal research is a qualitative data analysis technique with an interactive analysis model. Based on this research, the results obtained show that the implementation of polygamy requirements is in accordance with Article 4 paragraph (2) and Article 5 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, PP Number 9 of 1975 concerning Implementation of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). If the alternative and cumulative requirements are met, accompanied by perfect evidence, the panel of judges will grant the Petitioner's request for a polygamy permit. The form of protection of the wife's rights in the case of a polygamy permit application at the Surakarta Religious Court is that first, the polygamy permit application case is contentious by placing the wife as the respondent, so the wife has the right and opportunity to respond and submit answers, duplicates and conclusions in front of the court regarding the permit application. polygamy proposed by the husband. This study analyzes the textbook "Basic English for Tourism" based on Tomlinson's criteria and Littlejohn's Three Levels of Analysis. The findings show that the textbook fulfills several important criteria for effective language learning, such as providing relevant and practical materials, improving language confidence and fluency, and incorporating various learning methods. The book offers a variety of activities, including dialogs, text analysis, writing tasks and grammar lessons, which suit different learning styles and encourage interactive and communicative language use. Although the absence of pictures may be considered a limitation, the content and overall approach of this textbook make a significant contribution in improving English language skills for students in the tourism industry. Therefore, this study provides valuable insights for practitioners and policy makers in the field of English language education, emphasizing the importance of selecting textbooks that match the practical needs and learning objectives of the students.

The marketing skills program covers the important topics of Digital Business. This program can be a great choice for individuals who want to build a successful career in today's industrial world, whether working for someone else, starting their own business, or pursuing further education that matches their interests. In addition, the course equips graduates with the necessary skills to pursue careers in various digital fields such as digital entrepreneurship, content writing, social media management, digital marketing, merchan, online customer service and purchasing. This will create an interactive and challenging learning environment that motivates students to participate actively and provides space for creativity, independence according to their talents, interests and psychology. Creating an online store can be done using various applications such as Blogs, e-commerce platforms or special websites built with google sites. As part of community service activities, students at SMK Wisata Indonesia Jakarta will receive comprehensive training in creating an online store using Google Sites. Google Sites is a service provided by Google that allows users to create websites without the need for coding skills or advanced web design. Google Sites is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to a wide variety of users. In conclusion, it is worth considering that creating an online store with Google Sites as a form of community service can foster entrepreneurial attitudes and improve digital business skills. Although the participants may require further development, especially in website development, it is important to note that this is just one aspect of building a successful website.

The main problem in this research is whether there is an effect of using interactive PowerPoint learning media on fourth grade students' interest in learning in social studies subjects at SD Inpres Parang, Ulu Ere District, Bantaeng Regency. Meanwhile, the aim of the research carried out was to determine the effect of using interactive power point learning media on fourth grade students' interest in learning in social studies subjects at SD Inpres Paranga District. Ulu Ere District. Bantaeng. This type of research is pre-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research was fourth grade students at SD Inpres Paranga, Ulu Ere District, Bantaeng Regency. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the use of interactive power point media on the learning interest of fourth grade students at SD Paranga Presidential Instruction, District. Ulu Ere Bantaeng Regency. The design used in this experimental research is one group pretest-posttest design. This can be seen from the comparison between the pre-test and post-test scores. The average pre-test score obtained was 55.47. The average score was in the 55-64 interval which was included in the medium category. However. The average posttest value obtained was 81.94 which was in the 65-84 interval, which means it was in the high category. The research results were obtained by researchers using at distribution table with a significance level of a = 0.05 and d. b = N-1 =17-1=16 then we get t0.05 = 1.024. After obtaining t Count = 10.45 and t Table = 1.024, we get t Count > t Table or 10.45 > 1.024 so it can be concluded that the use of Interactive Power Point Media has an effect on the learning interest of class IV students at SD Inpres Paranga District. Ulu Ure District. Bantaeng. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant difference in the influence of the use of interactive power point media on interest in learning social studies among fourth grade students at SD Inpres Paranga District. The development of critical thinking skills in Islamic education is becoming increasingly important in this modern era, where students are expected to be able to analyze, evaluate and create new knowledge. This article explores pedagogical approaches that can be applied to improve critical thinking skills in Islamic education classrooms as well as teachers' perspectives regarding their implementation. Through literature studies and interviews with educators, this research identified a variety of strategies, including problem-based discussions, text analysis, and use of technology. The findings show that developing an interactive and participatory learning environment can help students develop better critical thinking skills. This article emphasizes the importance of training for teachers to support the implementation of these strategies in the context of Islamic education.

Young entrepreneurship has become a trend among students with the development of technology and social media today. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and enthusiasm of students in the city of Pematangsiantar so they understand the concept of entrepreneurship and its management strategies. Activity theme: The Role of the Young Generation in Developing a Creative, Independent and Competitive Entrepreneurial Spirit. This activity was attended by 200 students and displayed the results of group product trials. Participants came from invitations from several universities in Pematangsiantar City. The activity was held in collaboration with Murni Teguh PSDKU Pematangsiantar University, the Kelompok Tani Nelayan Andalan (KTNA), Pematangsiantar Tax Office. The results of the activity showed that 90% were satisfied with the material presented and there was an interactive discussion that provided solutions to problems faced by students so far through the distributed Google form

Community health centers (Puskesmas) play a strategic role as primary health care facilities in improving public health status. However, Puskesmas Bumi Ayu still faces several challenges, including limited human resources, inadequate facilities, and suboptimal community participation in supporting health services. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the quality of community health services through a community organizing approach that actively involves health workers and service users. The methods employed include health education, interactive discussions, and participatory monitoring and evaluation conducted at Puskesmas Bumi Ayu, Dumai Selatan District. The results indicate an improvement in the understanding of health workers and the community regarding patient-oriented service quality, optimization of available resources, and strengthened collaboration among the health center, local government, and the community. Furthermore, the program fostered collective awareness, positive behavioral changes, and the emergence of local change agents supporting community-based health services. Overall, this PKM contributes to the development of more responsive, inclusive, and sustainable primary health care services in the working area of Puskesmas Bumi Ayu

Health services are one of the fundamental needs of society and play a crucial role in determining quality of life and social welfare. However, limited access to routine health check-ups and low public awareness of the importance of early disease detection remain significant challenges in many areas, including Bumi Ayu Village. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to establish a partnership between STIA Lancang Kuning, local health centers, and the community to improve health services through basic health examinations. The program was implemented using health education sessions, interactive discussions, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The health examinations included blood glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, and uric acid checks. The results indicate an improvement in community knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of routine health examinations as a preventive measure against disease. Active community participation throughout the program reflects positive acceptance of the established partnership model. This activity demonstrates that collaboration between higher education institutions, health professionals, and the community can serve as an effective strategy to enhance the quality of local health services.

Family plays a strategic role as a source of aspiration for its members in shaping human resource quality and sustainable social development. However, various challenges remain, including limited understanding of the importance of emotional support, harmonious communication, and educational roles within the family. This community service activity aims to enhance public awareness and understanding of the family’s role as a source of aspiration for family members in Rimba Sekampung Village, Dumai City. A participatory approach was employed through socialization activities, interactive presentations, group discussions, and the development of informational media. The results indicate an improvement in community awareness and understanding of the importance of harmonious families, reflected in initial changes in attitudes and behaviors, increased support for family members’ education, and the emergence of community leaders and youth as local change agents. This activity also fostered collective awareness of the family’s role in human resource development, contributing to the potential for sustainable social transformation.

This community service activity aims to evaluate the implementation of teacher professional development policies in the digital era from a public administration perspective. The activity was conducted through socialization and mentoring sessions for teachers at SDN 2 Bukit Batu on March 7, 2024. A descriptive and participatory approach was employed, using interactive presentations, case studies, and the distribution of informational materials. The results indicate that some teachers still experience difficulties in understanding teacher professional development policies, particularly in relation to the use of digital technology in administration and learning processes. However, the socialization activities improved teachers' understanding of policy objectives, professional development strategies, and the importance of digital adaptation in supporting professional performance. The activity also fostered educational collaboration and generated innovative ideas for improving administration. Overall, this community service program contributes to strengthening human resource capacity at the school level and supports the effective implementation of public policies in the education sector.

Online marketing training for the community of Tomplakan Village, Tuntang Subdistrict, Semarang Regency in the hope of increasing competence, knowledge in online marketing can foster the entrepreneurial spirit of the Tomplakan Tuntang Village community. The participants were very enthusiastic and interactive in practicing product photos, how to market products to social media using copywriting techniques. The activity was conducted offline at the multipurpose building of Tomplakan Village Hall, Tuntang Sub-district, Semarang Regency.  The targets in this training consisted of PKK elements, community leaders, ginger farmers and teenagers totaling 40 people. It is hoped that from the training practices and assistance of community service activities that the community will have the ability in the field of online marketing according to current technological developments.

OZ Radio Jakarta has a weekly program called UNPOP (Unpopular Opinion). The presence of the UNPOP program in the last few months has been able to attract the attention of the public as well as making OZ Radio Jakarta in the top 3 favorite radio stations in Jakarta after Prambors and Mustang FM. Because in this program the broadcaster has a unique way of conveying information. The broadcaster presented his program in a more relaxed manner, seemed familiar, but was able to control his listeners. Therefore, this research aims to determine the role of broadcasters in implementing broadcast techniques and determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for broadcasters in implementing broadcast techniques on the UNPOP OZ Radio Jakarta program in attracting the interest of listeners. In this research, researchers used Broadcaster Role Theory and Broadcast Engineering Theory. This research includes qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers were through in-depth interviews, documentation and direct observation at OZ Radio Jakarta. The results of this research show that the roles used by the broadcasters of the UNPOP OZ Radio Jakarta program include five aspects, namely the role of involving listeners (interactive), the role of speaking rather than speaking, the role of maximizing body expression, the role of a radio showcase and the role of a good listener. This research also found that the selection of broadcast techniques in the UNPOP OZ Radio Jakarta program predominantly uses Ad Libitum broadcast techniques, however there are several situations that require broadcasters to use script reading broadcast techniques such as doing Ad Libs or important information that cannot be improvised.

Implementation of Community Activities (PkM) is a program carried out by FKIP students at HKBP Nommensen University, Medan. Program for implementing Wordwall-based interactive learning media to improve literacy skills at SMKS Bersama Berastagi. In the learning process, supporting media is needed to help implement the interactive teaching and learning process in the classroom. The media chosen is adapted to the situation and conditions existing in the school, therefore it is deemed appropriate to use Wordwall media to help facilitate the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Interactive learning is inviting students to involve thinking, seeing, hearing and skills at the same time, one of which is while writing. Wordwall is an alternative choice from various types of interactive learning media that can make the learning process fun and not boring for students and teachers. This application aims to be a fun learning resource, media and assessment tool for students. So the results of using wordwall-based interactive learning media increase literacy skills. In this way, students' literacy skills at Berastagi Private Vocational School can increase and by using wordwall learning media it can be made more interesting and varied. Then students' enthusiasm for learning will increase and it won't be boring.

This research paper explores the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in English Language Teaching (ELT) within the context of Bangladesh. The study delves into the various problems and challenges that educators face while incorporating ICT tools into ELT practices. It examines factors such as limited access to technology, inadequate digital literacy among teachers and students, and infrastructural constraints. The paper also highlights the potential benefits and prospects of utilizing ICT in ELT, including enhanced engagement, interactive learning opportunities, and exposure to authentic language resources. Drawing on qualitative data, the research aims to provide insights into the current status of ICT integration in ELT, shedding light on both barriers and opportunities. This analysis offers recommendations for addressing challenges and maximizing the benefits of ICT integration, thereby contributing to the improvement of English language education in Bangladesh's educational landscape.
