Banking has an important role in the development and support of the country's economy, especially after the enactment of Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking. Islamic economics in Indonesia has now begun to be recognized and approved by the public, given the proliferation of Islamic-based banks making people understand the systems in Islamic economics. The establishment of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in 1975 triggered the establishment of Islamic banks around the world including Indonesia. The birth of Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking is a guarantee for the existence and legal protection of Islamic banking after the last decade of its existence which only regulates one of the principles of profit sharing which does not definitively and comprehensively regulate bank activities based on sharia principles. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods using interview, observation and documentation techniques. This type of research uses descriptive analysis. The development of Islamic economic law in the future must increasingly refer to the protection of the benefit of the people by using maqashid sharia as a methodology and perspective. To establish economic law that falls within the scope of muamalah fiqh, a comprehensive mastery of ushul fiqh is absolutely necessary, especially to find and determine the legal illat for ongoing economic practices. Failure to determine the illat leads to failure to master the source of the problem. The current Islamic economics only talks a lot about distribution and consumption, such as the distribution of money and capital claimed to be without usury and halal product certification, and does not appear to talk much about production and all aspects related to it, such as ownership of land, resources, capital and by the private sector and conglomerates, including the fulfillment of labor rights, destruction of nature by production activities, and so on. The determination of the illat and maqashid of sharia in the economic field is also expected to pay more attention to the material conditions in which unequal production relations between community groups have resulted in economic colonization and which are very detrimental to society, especially those who are in a weak position in terms of capital, resources and power.

The criminal justice system in Indonesia is plagued by various types of crimes, including official indifference, abuse of authority by officers, and human rights violations related to people's civil rights.  The rights of suspects, which are fundamental human rights and are ingrained in them, are often ignored in the Indonesian criminal justice system, to the detriment of suspects.  The case that attracted attention was an incident that occurred in 2013 in Cipulir, South Jakarta, where several buskers were accused of committing the crime of murder.  This case surfaced after reports that detained buskers were not given their basic rights during the investigation process, which could be linked to a violation of Miranda Rule principles.  This research aims to find out how the Miranda Rule principles guarantee the rights of suspects in the criminal justice system in Indonesia.  The method used in this research is a normative method, using the concept of a statutory approach.  The purpose of the results of this research is to understand that the Miranda Principle or known as Miranda rights is what happens when someone gives a warning to someone who is in danger.   Namely the right to obtain/contact legal advisors/advocates.  If unable, then given the opportunity to provide legal advice/advocate.  The right to obtain legal assistance has been included in Articles 54, 55 and 114 of the Criminal Procedure Code.   If he is unable to do so, the suspect has the right to be provided with legal advice by the relevant official or through an investigator, as regulated in article 56 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code.   As for Miranda Warning (Right To Remain Silent), it is not regulated explicitly, but its application can be interpreted implicitly in articles 52, 117 and 166 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Tolerance in Islam is an interesting study, this is based on the very difficulty of finding the equivalent of the word Tolerance in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith.  Differences in understanding the meaning of tolerance form the basis of understanding Pluralism. This article is to examine the meaning of tolerance in the hadith as the second source of the Islamic religion, using a social approach.  This article finds that Tolerance in the Hadith is combined with the word tasamuh with the meaning or samahah of this word basically meaning al-jud (Glory). Or sa'at sadr (open-minded) and tasahul (friendly, forgiving).  Islam itself is a religion that makes tolerance the most important part, this attitude is more widely applied in the area of social interaction as shown by the attitude of the Prophet Muhammad. against non-Muslims at the time he was still alive. An attitude of tolerance in religion is respecting other religious beliefs by not being syncretic, namely by equating other religious beliefs with Islamic beliefs themselves, practicing one's own beliefs and worship. The attitude of tolerance also cannot be understood separately from the framework of the Shari'a, because if it happens, it will give rise to misunderstandings of meaning which result in a mixture of what is right and what is false. The teaching of tolerance is something that is inherent in the principles of Islamic teachings as found in faith, Islam and ihsan.

Sovereignty is simply the highest power. One of the principles of sovereignty means managing domestic affairs without interference from other countries, this is because the state has power. However, the issue of who owns the power is still a polemic to this day. This is because if something is said to be sovereign but can still be subject to other powers, then that is not sovereignty. Therefore, the emergence of theories of sovereignty did not coincide but developed according to the times, followed by the emergence of philosophers who were more critical about sovereignty in the state. Among the theories is the theory of state sovereignty, which means that the highest power is held by the state. However, as has been explained, this theory still has advantages and disadvantages, which means that the state can be subject to many things, but the state can also be subject to other things.

Big Data Analytics has gained significant popularity in recent years, with many companies integrating it into their information technology roadmaps to enhance business performance. However, surveys indicate that Big Data Analytics demands substantial resources, including technology, costs, and talent, which often leads to failures in the initial stages of implementation. This study proposes a VGG6 architecture approach, intended to provide a framework for the initial implementation of Big Data Analytics. The study's outcomes include the implementation of the VGG6 architecture for processing images of aromatic plants using Python. Furthermore, this approach enabled the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solution that adheres to general Big Data principles, such as the 3Vs (Volume, Velocity, and Variety), and encompasses key technological components: 1) Data Storage and Analysis, 2) Knowledge Discovery and Computational Complexity, 3) Scalability and Data Visualization, and 4) Information Security.

The digital age has brought significant changes in the protection of intellectual property rights (IPR), making it increasingly crucial to safeguard works and innovations from easy infringement. This research aims to analyze the civil liability for IPR infringers in the digital era, which involves the application of civil law principles such as the elements of fault, presumption of liability, and absolute liability. IPR regulations in Indonesia have evolved since the Dutch colonial period until now, adjusting to digital dynamics through various new laws and regulations. This research uses normative methods supported by empirical methods to analyze in depth the civil liability for perpetrators of intellectual property rights (IPR) infringement in the digital era. This approach allows researchers to evaluate legal principles and applicable regulations, as well as collect primary data from real cases, such as copyright infringement on online platforms. Analysis of empirical data from infringement cases provides tangible evidence of the application of the law and its impact. Thus, normative methods supported by empirical methods provide not only a strong theoretical foundation but also a practical context for more effective policy recommendations in protecting IPR.The case studies show that copyright owners can file a lawsuit and, if proven, perpetrators can be penalized to pay damages as well as court costs. Registration of IPRs provides legal certainty and strong evidence in court. Therefore, preventive legal protection through strict regulation and repressive legal protection through strict sanctions are essential to enforce IPR and prevent further infringement in the digital age. This study concludes that consistent law enforcement and increasing public awareness of the importance of IPR protection are crucial steps in facing the challenges of the digital era.
