The use of the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently accompanied by technological developments that are experiencing very rapid changes so that the information obtained is quite easy and very fast to get the desired information. The marketing and sales system is no exception, which is growing and consumer demands are increasingly complex. Digital marketing is one of the marketing or promotional media strategies that currently has a major influence on sales. MSMEs Ecoprint Crafts is a production and buying and selling business of ecoprint crafts in Kepanjenlor, Blitar city. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. From the results of this study it results that by choosing social media as the right promotional media.

Pada  era digital saat ini, perkembangan teknologi seharusnya membantu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun, masih ada masyarakat yang belum menguasai teknologi dan belum mendapatkan manfaat dari kemajuan tersebut. Kemajuan teknologi seharusnya membantu UMKM dalam usahanya. Salah satu platform yang mendukung perkembangan ini adalah Appsheet, yang memungkinkan pengguna membuat aplikasi seluler, tablet, dan web menggunakan sumber data dari Google Drive, Microsoft 365, dan data berbasis cloud lainnya. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu penjualan melalui tampilan katalog penjualan yang menarik, meningkatkan daya beli produk UMKM. Di Kelurahan Gedog, para pelaku UMKM belum memiliki platform khusus untuk mempromosikan usaha mereka kepada masyarakat sekitar. Hal ini menyebabkan daya beli masyarakat terhadap UMKM cukup rendah karena kurangnya informasi mengenai UMKM yang memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Jika masyarakat membeli kebutuhan mereka di UMKM sekitar Kelurahan Gedog yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital melalui aplikasi E-katalog berbasis Appsheet secara efektif, tentu akan meningkatkan ekonomi dan daya beli masyarakat serta membantu pembangunan ekonomi sekitar.

This study aims to investigate the potential of social media in facilitating education about Christian ethics for Generation Z in the digital era. Generation Z is a group that has grown up amid advances in information technology and the widespread spread of social media. This raises new challenges in educating them about Christian ethical values.s This research will use a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data will be collected through in-depth interviews with young generation Z who actively use social media and have a Christian religious background. In addition, an analysis of relevant social media content will also be carried out to understand the use of social media in the context of Christian ethics education. The results of this study are expected to provide better insight into how social media can be used effectively to educate Generation Z about Christian ethics. These findings can be the basis for developing educational strategies that are more adaptive and relevant to the characteristics of the digital-savvy Generation Z. In addition, this research is expected to contribute to overcoming the challenges faced by churches and Christian educational institutions in facing the ever-evolving digital era. By using social media as an educational tool, churches and Christian educational institutions can reach Generation Z more effectively and provide a deeper understanding of Christian ethics.

Kewirausahaan digital merupakan metode kewirausahaan yang menggunakan teknologi dengan memanfaatkan platform berbasis internet. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, seluruh aspek kewirausahaan dapat berkembang menjadi lebih efisien terutama pada aspek pemasaran. Kemudahan akses informasi merupakan salah satu keunggulan dari pemanfaatan teknologi yang dapat menjadi salah satu faktor mengapa pemasaran digital lebih unggul dari pemasaran konvensional. Terutama pada era digital saat ini, pemasaran digital sangat diperlukan demi mempermudah menyebarkan edukasi terkait suatu usaha. Dengan memakai metode penelitian studi kepustakaan, dapat mempermudah penulis dalam memberikan hasil yang akurat berdasarkan literasi dari peneliti terdahulu. Jurnal ini dibuat dengan tujuan agar UMKM di kelurahan tanjungsari terutama UMKM terpilih mendapatkan manfaat dari keberadaan Mahasiswa KKN UPN Veteran Jawa Timur Kelompok 41 dengan memberikan edukasi serta memfasilitasi UMKM  untuk mengembangkan pemasaran yang kurang efektif menjadi pemasaran digital yang dapat menjangkau konsumen secara luas dengan sifatnya yang tidak mengenal tempat dan waktu. Sehingga UMKM dapat mengembangkan usaha nya atau bahkan dapat bermanfaat untuk membantu mengekspansi UMKM kepada pasar yang lebih luas. Di era globalisasi, pembangunan sangat bergantung pada ekonomi sebagai ukuran dalam keberhasilan pemerintah. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan  peran penting dalam pembangunan suatu negara, khususnya pembangunan ekonomi. Dengan adanya kegiatan digital branding ini diharapkan produk mempunyai image atau citra yang baik di mata konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan di pendopo Kelurahan Medokan Semampir dan pendampingan yang dilakukan secara door to d0or. Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Digital Branding disini mahasiswa mengajarkan bagaimana cara mengambil foto produk dan cara membuat copywriting agar menarik perhatian konsumen. Selanjutnya akan dibuatkan katalog produk yang akan memudahkan pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya. Ada Total 8 UMKM Food and Beverage yang mahasiswa dampingi mulai awal hingga akhir.

Pemasaran produk melalui sosial media dan e-commerce menjadi salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar di zaman digital ini. Faktanya, di era teknologi yang semakin canggih ini membuka kesempatan besar bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk bisa memasarkan produknya hingga ke luar kota, hingga ke luar negeri. Namun, ada banyak UMKM yang belum mengerti bagaimana cara menggunakan sosial media dan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan mereka. Hal ini terjadi pada beberapa UMKM yang berada di RW XI Semolowaru Indah II, dimana mereka memiliki produk yang berkualitas namun tidak mengerti bagaimana cara yang modern untuk memasarkan produk-produk tersebut. Dengan melihat kasus ini, maka penulis mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing untuk para UMKM di RW XW Semolowaru Indah II. Metode ini dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu : 1) Pelatihan digital marketing dengan mendatangkan narasumber. 2) Pendampingan door to door digital marketing. Hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM sudah memiliki instagram pribadi, dan juga beberapa mau untuk mendaftar ke e-commerce, dan mereka juga sudah mengerti tentang bagaimana untuk memasarkan produk melalui sosial media tersebut.

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the development and progress of MSMEs is very important. One of the efforts to increase the development of MSMEs is through promotional strategies by creating attractive and innovative marketing content. In addition, MSME players must also be able to utilize social media as an effective and efficient promotion and sales media. Both of these are good strategies, especially in the current digitalization era. However, after conducting a field survey, it was found that MSME players in the Keputih village area did not understand how to create content and utilize social media properly. Therefore, the group 74 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted training with the theme "Content Development and Social Media Management" as a solution to this problem. This research was conducted using survey and interview methods with a qualitative approach. This training was held on May 20, 2023 at the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market with the target of MSME players in the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market (PWHK) and MSMEs in the Keputih area but outside PWHK. This training produces output in the form of material and hones soft skills skills regarding the creation of interesting and innovative marketing content and how to manage social media to increase sales of MSME products in the Keputih Village area.

In the evolving era of digital marketing, the quality of product photos plays a vital role in attracting customers and boosting sales. This study aims to explore the influence of using a studio photo box as part of the digital marketing strategy for SMEs in Semolowaru Village. A studio photo box is a simple tool made from easily accessible materials and is affordable, enabling SMEs to produce high-quality product photos. The findings of this study demonstrate that the utilization of a studio photo box can enhance the product's appeal on digital marketing platforms, attract potential customers, and differentiate the product from competitors. By using a studio photo box, SMEs in Semolowaru Village can generate attractive and professional product photos, which can contribute to building a strong brand image and increasing conversion rates. The awareness among SMEs in Semolowaru Village regarding the importance of quality product photos in digital marketing has facilitated the adoption of studio photo boxes. With the right steps, such as selecting a suitable studio, ensuring proper lighting, careful product arrangement, accurate editing, and leveraging photos in online promotions, SMEs can fully harness the potential of studio photo boxes to achieve success in digital product marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengelaborasi terhadap upaya optimalisasi santri pondok pesantren dalam mewujudkan kemampuan interpreneur yang berbasis teknologi. Santri pondok pesantren dalam memiliki kemampuan ekonomi digital sangat rendah, hal itulah menyebabkan stigma negatif terhadap santri yang dianggap kolot masih terjadi hingga saat ini. Development in the current era of globalization is highly dependent on the economic sector. The role of communities in economic development lies in the advancement of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs can also absorb labor, thereby improving the welfare of the community. Medokan Semampir Subdistrict has an active MSMEs activity.but MSMEs in Medokan Semampir Subdistrict also face challenges in managing their businesses, especially regarding technological mastery and the lack of product branding implementation. In response to these issues, an intervention was implemented through educational sessions, training programs, and mentoring sessions focused on Digital Branding, specifically encompassing copywriting and product photography

Potensi UMKM yang ada di kelurahan Rembang, kota Blitar sangatlah besar dan beragam. Berdasarkan beragam potensi yang ada, ketahanan dan pengembangan usaha menjadi salah satu hal yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk kegiatan pengabdian. Mempertahankan usaha berdasarkan aspek keuangan menjadi salah satu permasalahan UMKM, dengan para pelaku yang susah untuk mengelola asset keuangan, menentukan harga produk, yang kemungkinan mengalami kerugian. Begitupun juga dengan pengembangan usaha dengan pemasaran yang belum menggunakan digital sedangkan pada era yang telah disrupsi menggunakan media sosial. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan sosialisasi pemasaran digital dan pembukuan keuangan terhadap pelaku UMKM serta warga. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah para warga serta pelaku UMKM dapat melakukan pengembangan usaha serta mengurangi kemungkinan kerugian.

Additionally, PT. Narasumber Teknologi Indonesia serves as a platform for the younger generation to develop their potential as agents of business digitization through the final project of the program activities. This involves providing training and mentoring to local MSMEs as an effort to digitize their businesses and help solve the problems that hinder or constrain the development of local MSMEs. This research provides insights for local business practitioners to implement digitization in their businesses in order to achieve sustainable growth and success for MSMEs in the ever-evolving digital era. The implementation of training and mentoring for local MSMEs is expected to help them Go Digital, improving efficiency and productivity, enhancing product quality and services, and increasing market access for local MSMEs.

Digitizing Islamic boarding schools in Era Society 5.0 is an opportunity as well as a challenge for all Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, apart from branding for their Islamic boarding schools, digitizing Islamic boarding schools also aims to inform the public that education is important. One of them is education at Islamic boarding schools as one of the printers of superior generations, especially in the fields of religion, self-reliance, manners, and social life. This study aims to describe the importance of digitizing education at the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic Boarding School in the Era of Society 5.0. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach using descriptive analytic methods and included in field research. In Era Society 5.0, digital-based Islamic boarding school education is urgently needed, especially at the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic Boarding School, which is still in the process of digital literacy. As for some of the efforts that have been made by the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic Boarding School in digitizing, among others, by not conducting digital literacy training for students through graphic design courses so that students have IT competencies needed by the world of work and society, providing a computer laboratory with internet access for finding sources and references. religious and general knowledge that is difficult to access directly, and the use of websites and social media as a means of branding, dissemination of pesantren information dissemination, as well as pesantren administrative needs. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic boarding school are more in the unavailability of a special team of operators who are technically in charge both in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating related to the pesantren's website and social media. In addition, the maintenance of digital systems and devices that are used for digitalization is not yet optimal.

Efforts to strengthen tarbiyah and teacher training in Islamic educational institutions must make maximum efforts so that digital technology tools do not lull and deprive students of the right to get full control of teachers. This is the main mission of Islamic educational institutions so that the development of intelligent ethical humans can be reached by Islamic educational institutions. The three strategies that researchers offer in an effort to strengthen the conception of tarbiyah and teacher training in him and apply it to teacher professional performance activities are: (1) Understand and realize the achievement of tarbiyah and teacher goals; (2) Understand and apply the types of education and teaching; (3) Development of teacher soft skills so that they can become role models for students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontekstualisasi asbabun nuzul dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan dan dinamika era digital. Asbabun nuzul, yang merujuk pada latar belakang historis turunnya ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, memiliki peran signifikan dalam memperkuat pemahaman konteks teks dan aplikasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di era digital, keberadaan teknologi informasi menawarkan berbagai kemudahan dalam mengakses sumber-sumber Islam, namun di sisi lain juga menghadirkan tantangan, seperti informasi yang terfragmentasi dan potensi misinterpretasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam pada guru PAI di beberapa sekolah menengah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi asbabun nuzul dalam pembelajaran PAI mampu memperkaya pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an yang relevan dengan tantangan modern, seperti etika bermedia sosial, pengelolaan konflik, dan penguatan moderasi beragama. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi digital guru, kurikulum yang belum sepenuhnya adaptif, serta pengaruh media sosial yang sering kali mendistorsi narasi Islam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang lebih kontekstual dan berbasis digital, pelatihan guru terkait literasi digital Islam, serta kolaborasi dengan platform teknologi untuk menghadirkan konten asbabun nuzul yang autentik dan menarik. Dengan langkah ini, asbabun nuzul dapat menjadi media efektif dalam membangun pemahaman agama yang relevan dan kontributif di era digital.

This community service activity aims to overcome the problems of UMKM in Wonokerto village, Bandar sub-district. The main problems faced by UMKM players are packaging, lack of business permits, and digital marketing of products. This is the background for community service activities carried out by a team of accounting lecturers at the Institute of Technology and Science Nahdlatul Ulama Pekalongan. The theme of this service is the UMKM Empowerment Workshop in Wonokerto Village in the 5.0 Era Using Digital Marketing Strategies. The aim of this community service is to educate UMKM players about the concept of making attractive packaging, how to obtain business permits and how to market products digitally. The methods used in community service activities are field observation, preparing activity plans, creating activity materials, implementing activities as well as monitoring and evaluation. This service can open the minds of UMKM in Wonokerto village, Bandar sub-district, so that they can develop themselves through digital marketing training which can later improve economic prosperity in the future.

Digitalization in human resource management in the education sector is a strategic step to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of teacher performance. This study aims to determine the HR management strategy by integrating digital to improve the performance of the HR in it, namely teacher. This research was conducted through a literature study by reviewing various relevant sources, such as articles, books, research reports and other references related to HR management in education, teacher performance and digitalization in education. A qualitative approach is used to examine and understand varius strategies that have been proposed by previous researchers. The results of study indicate that the digitalization strategy in HR management can be carried out by carrying out careful planning for the implementation of digitalization into HR management, implementing a digital HR management information system and training educators so that they have sufficient skills and understanding in utilizing digital technology. This research contributes to broadening the understanding of human resource management strategies to improve teacher performance amidst the development of digitalization in educational institutions. These findings can be used as a reference by policy makers and education practitioners in developing strategies to improve the quality ef education in the digital era.
