Introduction: third-trimester pregnant women at the Karangdoro Health Center in Semarang experience anxiety in facing labour. Stress due to anxiety about facing labour impacts the length of the labour process and the welfare of the fetus. Providing CIE can increase mothers' knowledge and reduce the appearance of psychosocial factors such as ignorance and lack of attention from health workers, which have a negative impact, so that pregnant women are better prepared and anxiety in facing childbirth can be minimized. Objective: to determine the effectiveness of CIE preparation for delivery to reduce anxiety in third-trimester pregnant women facing labour. Method: This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental type of research and a one-group pretest-post-test design. Population: all third-trimester pregnant women at the Karangdoro Health Center Semarangfrom June to July 2023 with 62 respondents. Sample: The sampling technique used accidental sampling and obtained a total sample of 54 respondents. Results: The results of the study were that Communication Information Educational (CIE) for childbirth preparation was effective in reducing anxiety in third-trimester pregnant women facing labour with a value of 0.00 (<0.005), where every single delivery of CIE for childbirth preparation can make third-trimester pregnant women potentially 6,280 times more likely to experience a decrease in the level of anxiety in facing childbirth (Z = 6,280). Of the 54 respondents, 52 (96.3%) experienced a decrease in their level of anxiety, there were no (0%) respondents who experienced an increase in their level of anxiety, and there were 2 (3.7%) respondents with a constant level of anxiety.

The 2013 curriculum places more emphasis on character education, especially at the basic level, which will become the foundation for the next level. This research is descriptive quantitative research which aims to describe or create an objective picture of a situation, starting from data collection and answering the research questions that have been asked. Descriptive quantitative research also aims to obtain broader and deeper information by summarizing various conditions, situations, phenomena, or various variables and circumstances that occurred during the research by presenting what actually happened. The research results show that the obstacles in implementing the 2013 Curriculum come from the government, institutions, teachers and students. This seems to be appropriate that there are several factors that influence implementing the curriculum, namely: support from agencies and school principals, support from fellow teachers, support from students and parents, and support from within the teacher are the main elements. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various forms of parental involvement in supporting early childhood education, while identifying the facilitating and hindering factors for the success of parental involvement programs. Findings from this study illustrate the prevailing perception among parents that still places teachers as the primary determinants of a child's success, despite the significant role parents play as the primary educators for young children. Awareness of this challenge prompted the researcher to delve into more detailed and in-depth investigations. The research results delineate diverse forms of parental involvement, encompassing the supervision of children's study time, financial contributions through donations of toys and books, participation in school meetings, involvement in social service activities, and the repair of play equipment at school. Despite the existence of organized excursions, not all schools can conduct them due to significant cost constraints.Supporting and inhibiting factors in parental involvement encompass economic aspects, time constraints, the level of parental trust in teachers, and the lack of parental involvement programs initiated by schools. These findings offer valuable insights for enhancing parental participation in early childhood education by addressing and optimizing these factors, ultimately creating a more inclusive and empowered educational environment. Keywords: forms of parental involvement; early childhood education.

Early marriage can have negative impacts on reproductive health and the lives of those involved. This study in South Bangka Regency aimed to analyze the relationship between geographic and socio-cultural factors and early marriage. Using a cross-sectional design and Chi-Square statistical test with a 95% confidence level (ρ ≤0.05), the study found that geographic factors did not significantly relate to early marriage (p=0.102). However, logistic regression analysis indicated that female adolescents living in coastal areas had a 1.49 times higher risk of early marriage compared to those living on the mainland. Socio-cultural factors, particularly education, showed a significant relationship (p=0.016), with lower education levels correlating with a higher likelihood of early marriage. Conversely, ethnicity did not show a significant relationship (p=0.147). Although cultural factors were not statistically significant, traditions and cultural norms still influence marriage decisions. Therefore, enhancing education, increasing awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage, and community interventions are crucial. Health professionals are advised to improve education and counseling on reproductive health and the effects of early marriage, adopt a proactive approach in communities, especially in coastal and isolated areas, and collaborate with schools and community organizations. Regular training and effective monitoring systems are also necessary to ensure the success of early marriage prevention programs

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.
