This community service aims to determine the effect of discounts on consumer satisfaction in MSMEs abyan cosmetics and accessories. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that can expand employment, provide broad economic services to the community, play a role in the process of equitable distribution and increase community income, and increase economic growth, This important role has encouraged Padang City to continue to strive to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in facing the community. The purpose of this study was to determine discount education on consumer satisfaction at MSMEs Abyan Cosmetics and Accessories. The compilation of this article was carried out by observation and interviews to collect data. The results of this study show that Abyan MSMEs can increase competitiveness.

The results of observations and interviews conducted showed that there were problems in Class VIII of SMP Yoannes XXIII Semarang, namely inappropriate methods and media, and the lack of student independence in learning. The main objective of this study was to examine the effectiveness of module-assisted STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) learning in improving student learning outcomes in class VIII A, SMP Yoannes XXIII Semarang. This study used a quantitative experimental method with a pre-experimental type. From the data analysis, it was concluded that 1) there was an increase in student learning outcomes from a pre-test score of 51.35 to 84.42 in terms of student post-test data, 2). The application of the method is considered effective as seen from the N-Gain data in the experimental class of 70.2, 3) The regression test shows that student independence affects learning outcomes by 83.3%. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Student Team Achievement Division method assisted by the TTS module has proven to be successful in increasing student learning outcomes. Suggestions are that teachers are able to improve student learning outcomes using varied, appropriate methods and media and are able to follow student development according to the times.

The low learning outcomes of students of Catholic religious education subjects SD Aloysius Semarang due to the method applied by teachers who have not used a fun method at the time of religious learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the character of responsibility by using the method of Teng-assisted worksheets can improve student completion, knowing the differences in learning achievement, to determine the character of the responsibility of the method of Teng-assisted worksheets influence terhdap learning achievement. This study uses a quantitative experimental approach True Experimental Design method with pretest-posttest control group design and sample selection by random sampling. Data analysis used regression test, independent t test, one sample t test, and N-Gain with a significant level of 5%. Data collection techniques using observation sheets with indicators: 1) doing homework regularly, 2) expressing opinions, 3) completing tasks on Schedule, 4) doing group assignments together, tests, and documentation. The results of this study showed that learning the TENG method assisted by worksheets increased the number of completed students with an empirical average of 81.25. The empirical mean of experimental class is 81.25 and control is 58.21. Through the results of the N-Gain score, the experimental class got 70.74% (quite effective), while the control got 23.18% (ineffective). The effect of responsibility on learning achievement from R square is 82.5%. It can be proven that the LKS-assisted Teng method is able to increase completed students to 25 students.

The background of this research is because there are problems that have been identified as follows. Teaching staff cannot create new innovations in learning. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on increasing the creativity of educators through competence development based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022, Ciamis Regency. The method used is descriptive and verification research methods. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022 in Ciamis Regency, meaning that if the training is carried out continuously, the creativity of educators will increase. Increasing competence has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022 in Ciamis Regency, meaning that if competency improvement is carried out continuously, the creativity of educators will increase. Training has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators through increasing competency based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the training is carried out with an increase in competence, then the creativity of the teaching staff will also increase.

The method used is descriptive quantitative. the results of research on Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if the organizational culture increases, the employee's performance also increases. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if job satisfaction increases, employee performance also increases. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the leadership style increases, the employee's performance also increases. Organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Health, Accident and Work Safety on Work Motivation at PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama Klaten. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama Klaten. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents, the sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Regression Test which consists of the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the simultaneous study (Test F) show that there is a significant influence between Health, Accidents and Work Safety on Work Motivation. Partially (t test) Health and work accidents have no significant effect on work motivation, while work safety has a significant effect on work motivation.

Nowadays, midwifery and medical work adopted many concepts, descriptions, and terminologies in English. As the demand of the curriculum in midwifery major, English took the magnificence role in facilitating students, preparation for professional requirements, trainings, and research. That was why English became the crucial part for midwifery students to research and practice their English in the real working field. The purpose of the research was to know that this research was expected to confirm and clarify the exposure and practice of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) through English oral presentation language testing gave the better solution to enhance the speaking skill of midwifery students at Medika Suherman University. The research applied the quantitative analysist that covered descriptive analysis statistic and the t – test. In order to achieve the objective of the research which was used the pre-test and the post-test as the tool to measure the speaking skill ability. The population of the research was 50 students midwife of the second semester at Medika Suherman University, Cikarang Bekasi. The sample of the population was 30 students midwife wahich was selected by purposive random technique. There were four meetings of learning and researching process during the experiment. Before the experiment was conducted, the students were given a pre-test. At the end of the experiment, the students did the post-test. The result of the research proved that the post-test scores were better that the pre-test score. The research concluded that the output of the paired test sample with the Sig. (2-tailed) score was 0.000 < 0.05. It stated that the H0 was rejected, and Ha was accepted. Moreover, it showed that there was an effect of the English oral presentation toward midwifery students’ speaking skill at Medika Suherman University. According to the result, after the exposure and practice of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) through the English oral presentation language testing, in fact, it was the one of the effective approaches to improve the students midwife speaking skill ability and enthusiasm in learning English at Medika Suherman University.    

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive business units that stand alone, which are carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors. The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which is the largest part of the national economy, is an indicator of the level of community participation in various sectors of economic activity. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of business capital, labor, and use of e-commerce variables on Culinary MSME income in Denpasar City. This study used the accidental proportional sampling method with a sample of 99 MSME actors in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data processing and simultaneous testing show that capital, labor, and the use of e-commerce have a significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The results of data processing also show that the variables of business capital and labor partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs in Denpasar City. MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City who use e-commerce earn higher incomes compared to those who do not use e-commerce.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic stock understanding and financial behavior on the intention to purchase Islamic stocks at PT FAC Sekuritas. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and the data analysis method used is the coefficient of determination test. The sample in this study was 94 samples of FEBI students at UIN STS Jambi class of 2019-2021, by distributing Likert scale questionnaires. The results of the study show that understanding of Islamic stocks (X1) has a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase Islamic stocks (Y). This is evidenced by the value of Tcount 4.379 > Ttable 1.661 and a Sig value of 0.001 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Financial Behavior (X2) shows that there is a significant positive influence on the intention to purchase Islamic stocks (Y). This is evidenced by the tcount value of the minimum capital variable of 3.480 > 1.661 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Understanding of sharia stocks and financial behavior together have a significant effect on the intention to buy sharia stocks. It is known that the significance values ​​for (X1) and (X2) simultaneously affect (Y) of 0.000 <0.005 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (34.631 > 3.10). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that the higher the level of understanding of Islamic stocks and the better financial behavior, the higher the interest of students in purchasing Islamic stocks at PT FAC Sekuritas.

PT Mitra Fajar Selaras Surabaya is a company engaged in the trading of medical equipment, particularly in the field of bone and nerve surgery. Inventory of goods is a valuable asset for a trading company. Internal control of merchandise inventory is crucial for supervision and security purposes to prevent fraudulent activities that can result in company losses. This research aims to analyze whether the internal control of merchandise inventory at PT Mitra Fajar Selaras Surabaya is effective and efficient according to the COSO ERM Integrated Framework. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, and the data collection methods used include observation, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation. The results of this research show that the internal control of merchandise inventory implemented by PT Mitra Fajar Selaras Surabaya is quite effective and efficient. However, there are still findings regarding several aspects that do not fully comply with the components of the COSO ERM Integrated Framework.

This study aims to determine the effect of information systems on public awareness of paying taxpayers at the Blang Bladeh Samsat Office. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive type of research by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this study was the tax payers in the city of Blang Bladeh. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The results of this study indicate that the information system has a positive and significant effect on public awareness of paying taxpayers at the SAMSAT blang bladeh office.

Therefore, it is very important to apply justice and kindness in managing human resources. The list of books and articles in this review does not provide a comprehensive picture. Although these restrictions are sufficiently mitigated by the selection of different authors and publications, the results may be improved by a more thorough study. In many types of conflict, including war, religion has been shown to be a motivating factor in demonstrating human commitment and devotion. Knowing how religion functions in business can help develop the potential of HRM. A brief review of Islam's place in business, particularly in HRM, has the potential to have a significant impact.  

This research is a development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model which consists of: 1.) Analysis; 2.) Design; 3.) Development; 4.) Implementation; and 5.) Evaluation. Data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires and tests. The results of the interviews were analyzed descriptively qualitatively, while questionnaires and tests were analyzed quantitatively. Validation was carried out by questionnaire instrument experts, material experts, media experts and practitioner experts by class IV educators. The results of the analysis show that cartoon film learning media is included in the "very feasible" category to be used as a learning medium in class IV SDN 9 Sampurtoba. Based on Validation: 1.) Questionnaire Instrument Expert with an average percentage of 90%; 2.) Learning material experts get an average percentage of 95%; 3.) Learning media experts with an average percentage of 95%; 4.) Expert Practitioner with an average percentage of 93%. And continued with the distribution of Pre-Test and Post-Test questions to class IV with a lot of 15 students, obtained an average Pre-Test score of 42 increased with an average post-test result of 80. From the data acquisition it can be concluded that the developed cartoon film learning media is effective in improving learning outcomes.

Information technology is growing rapidly from year to year. In the field of education, learning processes based on information technology are no longer unavoidable. Online learning is a scheme called e-learning that has the effect of transforming traditional education into a digital system. In this study, the data collection method used was interviews, observation and documentation to obtain information or data related to the research focus. The design of this application system uses an approach with the waterfall method which consists of the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing/verification, and maintenance stages, with a web-based programming language including HTML for display design, PHP for creating dynamic websites and SQL as a data storage container. . The results of this research are that this e-learning application can optimize students' understanding of learning, images, animation, audio and video and the teaching and learning process continues when students or teachers are unable to attend..    

Digital marketing is a marketing concept that is widely used in this modern era. Many manufacturers choose to use digital marketing in their marketing process because marketing goods through digital media saves energy and costs. In the process of digital marketing or digital marketing, a high creative process is needed because digital marketing requires producers to make content as attractive as possible for consumers to see and be interested in the products offered. In this case we examine how useful the application of digital marketing is in the marketing process of Bamboo MSMEs located in the Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The descriptive method is used to describe the efforts of UMKM Bambu "Arunika Art" in developing their marketing with digital marketing. Meanwhile, a qualitative approach is used to explain the process of implementing digital marketing in line with the development of its business. The mentoring work program carried out for bamboo MSMEs is to utilize digital marketing, carry out digital content creation. Through a strong brand identity and an effective digital marketing strategy, bamboo MSMEs in the Kepanjen Kidul Village can experience significant empowerment.

This study aims to provide an overview and empirical evidence of the impact of Cross Training and Psychological Contracts on Psychological Welfare and Employee Performance. The population and sample in this study only consisted of contract workers. Bankaltimtara Samarinda branch which has a total of 72 people. The analytical method applied is PLS (Partial Least Squares) analysis, which is a powerful method for conducting analysis because it is not based on many conjectures. The advantages of PLS ​​are that the sample size does not have to be large, the data used does not need to all have a multivariate normal distribution, and PLS can not only be used in fire theory, but can also describe the influence of latent variables. The results of the study show that cross training can have a significant impact on employee performance at Bank Altimtara which is supported by indicators that have high loading factor values.
