Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that occurs when the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy joints. The disease can start at any age, but the likelihood of onset is highest in older adults. In Rheumatoid Arthritis the tissue lining the joints becomes thickened resulting in swelling and pain. Elderly is an age that has a greater possibility of having an autoimmune this is based on the statement that the older you are, the greater the chance of having an autoimmune. Early diagnosis and treatment isthe key to successful treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis because joint damage cannot be restored once it occurs. Rhematoid Factor examination is largely used to help diagnose rheumatoid arthritis. Community service activities aim to determine the description of RF levels in the elderly with supply disorders, descriptive research type with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 62 elderly people in the Social Service of NTT Province. The results of RF examination in all elderly samples 6.45% have positive results and 93.55% negative results.

This study discusses the strategy of reading aloud in fostering students' desire to read in Class V SDN 02 Sasak Ranah Pasisie. Because reading is one of the language skills needed in activities or doing routines, especially in learning at school. The purpose of this research is to explain what factors affect students' reading interest in class V SDN 02 Sasak Ranah Pasisie and to explain the application of a screen reading strategy by the teacher in increasing students' reading interest in class V SDN 02 Sasak Ranah Pasisie. The method used in this research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach, where the researcher describes the results of his research precisely and in accordance with the results obtained during the survey. From the survey conducted through interviews, teachers and distributing questionnaires to students, it shows that students' interest in reading is influenced by several factors, such as: (I) external factors such as guidance from parents, media for reading and from educators (2) factors or influences from within such as self-influences. With the strategy of reading aloud the teacher of grade V was effective, the students seemed eager to read and some even took the initiative to read.

Actualizing effective spiritual education for children is a very, very important thing. To achieve this, collaboration between parents and PAK teachers is needed. Children are the next generation. For this reason, every child must receive proper and correct spiritual education. This is so that children's lives can be educated in the truth of God's word and can live according to His commands written in the Bible. However, without the collaboration of parents and PAK teachers, it is certain that the child's spiritual education will not be realized satisfactorily. For this reason, what is needed is for the two educators to collaborate well in realizing effective spiritual education for children. This article uses a qualitative method with a literature research approach. The efforts made aim to contribute ideas to the weakening collaboration of parents and PAK teachers in meeting the spiritual needs of children. The final conclusion in this study is that the collaboration of parents and PAK teachers is needed in realizing effective spiritual education for children.

The purpose of this study was to describe students' learning motivation during face-to-face meetings and to find out the factors that influence the learning styles of students in class IV SDN Cibunigelis. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using reduction, display, and conclusion. Sources of research data include: students and educators. The results showed that the learning motivation of students in face-to-face with characteristics tends to be more able to understand learning by observing the teacher when delivering material, as well as being more enthusiastic and diligent in carrying out assignments, influenced by students who have enthusiasm and good learning readiness. the 3 students had different motivations given by educators, RA students were generally able to observe educators when delivering lessons well, RA were better able to read and write quite well. likes to get attention both verbally and in action and is good at telling stories. RA is able to retell what the educator conveys. Aspects of motivation are given, namely by giving appreciation to students when they are enthusiastic about learning to write and read. YIH students who were initially less focused on paying attention to educators when delivering material, but now they are better at paying attention to educators while teaching after being motivated that studying in the room is a way of learning that makes YIH's spirit pay more attention when educators deliver material. PA students after being introduced to PA learning motivation became better at paying attention to educators while teaching, reading was quite good, but writing was not too neat. PA has also reduced teasing his friends to just chat, changes in PA are more striking in the desire to succeed in learning, namely by being given praise when PA is faced with a problem in learning difficulties but PA never gives up. Factors in the learning styles of students include health conditions, the relationship between students and educators or with their parents, as well as their own environment when studying at home which can affect students studying at school.    

One of the churches that performs services by utilizing the development of information technology is the virtual reality church pastored by DJ Soto. All services are carried out virtually. In its service information, this church offers water baptism sacrament services which are carried out virtually. This research aims to conduct a theological and scientific study of virtual water baptism so that it becomes input for believers and God's church. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the primary data was obtained by means of literature review. The results of the study show that water baptism carried out by the virtual reality church has no biblical basis, so believers and God's church must reject this baptism.

The failure of the digital marketing campaign at PT Lentera Alam Nusantara is the author's background for researching the best solutions before designing a digital marketing strategy. This research journal aims to measure and prove how important customer classification is as a basis for designing digital marketing strategies in the hope of minimizing campaign failures. The research was conducted descriptively using a qualitative approach to gather information and provide a detailed description of the phenomenon. The research findings prove that there is a significant positive influence on the results of strategy implementation after customer classification. Thus it can be interpreted that the author's hypothesis about the importance of customer classification before designing a digital marketing strategy at PT Lentera Alam Nusantara can be proven by the results of the research.

The village is the smallest institution in the government system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The people, especially the system of people's government, plays an important role in development, because people's government can be a determining factor for the success or failure of the central government in strengthening and prospering its people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of planning, using, administering, and reporting the Budget and Income and Expenditures (APBDes) in Nambangan Village, Grabag District, Purworejo Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data obtained through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the planning, use, administration, and reporting processes are in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 (PERMENDAGRI Number 20 of 2018) concerning APBDes Management. Suggestions that can be given are that the Nambangan Village Government should continue to improve access to information regarding the realization of APBDes fund allocations by making improvements and updating the content of the Nambangan Village website. This is important because it is unfortunate that the web page is currently not up to date in presenting relevant information.

This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of directors in a company through a legal approach. In this context, the responsibility of directors refers to the legal obligations attached to directors in carrying out their duties and functions in a company. This study uses the literature analysis method to collect data from various legal sources, such as laws, court decisions, and related literature. The results of the research show that the responsibility of directors in a company has a strong legal basis. The directors have an obligation to act in good faith, carry out the functions of managing the company, and protect the interests of the company and its shareholders. They must make rational decisions, based on careful consideration and adequate information. However, there are several issues that need to be considered regarding the responsibilities of directors in the company. One of them is the potential problem of law violations by the directors, whether intentional or unintentional. In this regard, there needs to be an effective oversight and accountability mechanism in place to ensure that directors are held accountable for their actions.

CV XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing with production in the form of stacking chairs. This company has a production capacity of 200 units of stacking chairs every day. The company has 3 types of bunk chairs, namely CH-100 KR, CH-200 KR, and CH-200 PC. Customer demand at this company tends to be fluctuating (up and down) which results in the company experiencing difficulties in determining the optimal raw material inventory to meet customer needs. The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is an appropriate method for scheduling inventory. The result of this scheduling model is in the form of a master production schedule (JIP) which is used to determine the demand for chair products for the next 6 months. The results of data processing obtained requests for stacking chairs in the next 6 months for the type CH-100 KR 10.724 unit, CH-200 KR of 10.998 unit, and CH-200 PC of 9.687 unit. The demand is then calculated using the MRP approach with LFL and EOQ. An effective material requirements planning method with the lowest cost is to use the Lot For Lot (LFL) method which gives the lowest cost results IDR 7,475,617,611.

This study aims to determine the implementation process of strategic management in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, Siliwangi University. The sample taken was 35 student representatives consisting of Management, Accounting, Economics, and Digital Business majors. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations and distributing questionnaires distributed using Google Form. The data collected is then processed by analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of strategic management plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. The provision of facilities that support the administration and learning process, satisfying services, active participation of teaching staff and students, effective performance evaluation and control, and collaboration of all components are key factors in the implementation of strategic management.

This study aims to describe the formation of student character through scout activities at Mts Almahfudz Sapuran Wonosobo. This research was conducted using field research using a qualitative descriptive approach, namely a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of statements and the results of interviews, observations, and documentation obtained directly from the field or research area. The results of this study were found in the formation of the character of class VII and VIII students who used the honor code learning model, which is a measure or standard of behavior for members of the Scout movement. In scouting learning a student is trained to become someone who has a leadership spirit and is based on the formation of self-character. As a member of Scouting, the values of a code of ethics and code of honor must be understood and understood by all members of the Scout Movement, they are expected to take an oath of scouting (scout promise) and be willing to carry out scout law (scout law). The words on the promise or the guiding oath or the law of guiding tri satya and keeping the dasa dharma. Thus the authors can conclude that there is influence in scout education in the formation of the character of class VII and VIII students at Mts Almahfudz Sapuran Wonosobo.

Aviation Security officers play an important role in carrying out inspections to maintain the security and safety of prospective passengers. This study aims to determine the application of inspection procedures in the new adaptation era and to analyze the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers in the new normal adaptation era at Lede Kalumbang Airport. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation collected from relevant informants when the writer went into the field. The results of this study indicate that the inspection procedure in the new normal adaptation era is the same as the previous examination but there are additional checks or rules such as passengers must wear masks, maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter and examine health documents for passengers who will travel. And the performance of Aviation Security personnel at Lede Kalumbang Airport is in accordance with the SOP set at Lede Kalumbang Airport.

Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers when operating must maximize existing facilities so that there are additional facilities that are lacking in the AMC unit. This study aims to find out what types of work facilities must be available to assist the operation of iApron Movement Control officers at Abdulrachmani Salehi Malang Airport and to determine the availability of the number of facilities that must be available to assist the operation of Aproni Movement Control officers at Abdulrachmani Saleh Airport Malang. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with data collection techniques using qualitative observation, structured interviews, and documentation while quantitative uses the AMC unit facility data form, and observations, which were collected from relevant informants when the writer went to the field. The results of this study indicate that the types of facilities that must be available in the operation of Apron Movement Control officers are Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), personal protective equipment in the form of safety vests, raincoats, hats, safety shoes, booth shoes, ear muffs & ear plugs, goggles anti uv where these facilities must be available in the AMC unit. These facilities are very important to assist officers. Facilities that are not available, such as safety shoes, booth shoes, ear muffs & ear plugs, anti-UV goggles that are not available and an insufficient number of ear muffs and ear plugs, this was responded to by the Chairman of AMC.

The poem "Patience" by Chairil Anwar became one of the literary works that inspired many people. This poem describes one's patience and sincerity in facing life's trials. This paper aims to provide an appreciation analysis of the poem "Patience" by Chairil Anwar. This analysis is carried out by paying attention to the structure, language, and meaning contained in the poem. In this analysis, the writer finds that the structure of the poem "Patience" consists of four stanzas with each stanza consisting of four lines. In each of his verses, Chairil Anwar emphasizes the message of patience and sincerity in facing life's trials. The language used by Chairil Anwar in this poem is very effective in conveying philosophical messages about patience and sincerity. Chairil Anwar uses simple language but full of deep meaning. The meaning contained in the poem "Patience" is about one's patience and sincerity in facing life's trials. Chairil Anwar described that patience and sincerity are two very important things in life. Even though life is full of trials and tribulations, with patience and sincerity, humans are able to face all of that with steadfastness. It can be concluded that the poem "Patience" by Chairil Anwar is a very valuable literary work. This poem is able to describe philosophical messages about patience and sincerity in simple yet meaningful language. Through this poem, Chairil Anwar inspires readers to always be patient and stay strong in facing all of life's trials.

This research aims to explore the implementation of e-learning strategies for enhancing second language acquisition in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah through a library research approach. The study investigates the key e-learning strategies employed in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and explores their differences from traditional classroom approaches. It exploress the effectiveness of e-learning in enhancing second language acquisition for students, considering factors such as age, gender, and language proficiency level. Additionally, the role of interactive multimedia tools in supporting second language acquisition and its engagement with students in the learning process is explored. The extent to which e-learning platforms in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah offer personalized learning experiences tailored to individual students' needs and learning styles, and its impact on second language acquisition outcomes are studied. Finally, the challenges faced by teachers in implementing e-learning strategies for second language acquisition and the measures taken to address these challenges effectively are discussed. This research provides valuable insights into the use of e-learning strategies to enhance second language acquisition in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, offering practical implications for educators and policymakers in the field of language education.  

The goal of this study was to determine whether environmental performance and environmental disclosure have an impact on the return on assets of the food and beverage industry. The three parameters we took into consideration for this study were return on assets (ROA), environmental performance (EP), and environmental disclosure (ED). The food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019–2021 make up the study's population. Five samples of businesses are chosen using the intentional sampling approach and certain criteria and attributes. Using the hypothesis t test and the hypothesis F test to test hypotheses Analyze data using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The findings of the hypothesis t test indicated that the relevance of the ROA is not significantly impacted by environmental performance. According to the results of the hypothesis t test, the relevance score of (0.92) ˃  0.05 for the ROA is not substantially impacted by environmental performance. However, environmental disclosure significantly affects ROA, with a significance value of  (0.002) ˂ 0.05. The results of the hypothesis F test revealed that environmental performance and environmental disclosure have a significant impact on ROA, with a significance value of (0.92) ˃ 0.05.

Difficulty reading in the lower grades of elementary school is a common problem faced by a number of students. The process of learning to read at this early stage is an important foundation for their future literacy development. Some factors that can affect reading difficulties include intelligence, physical health, sensory abilities, interests, family environment, motivation. In dealing with reading difficulties in the lower grades of elementary school, a holistic and diverse approach is needed. Teachers need to use learning methods that integrate vocabulary understanding, and student interests. In addition, involving parents in providing support and creating an environment that supports reading at home is also important. With the right approach and collaborative effort, students can overcome their reading difficulties and improve their literacy skills. This study aims to understand in depth the factors that cause reading difficulties in the lower grades of elementary school. This article uses a literature study to collect data which is carried out using literary literacy. Methods of data collection using various theoretical references in the field of reading difficulties in low grades related to research. The data sources in this study are in the form of books, journals, research report articles, and internet sites.  

This legal research is Legal Protection for shareholders who experience loss of share ownership. The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for shareholders in terms of related laws. This legal research is taken from a normative juridical approach which is a research by examining all laws and regulations related to the problem. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. This study aims to examine the implementation of the partnership agreement between the Indonesian Pos Agent and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) as well as the legal protection provided to PT. Pos Indonesia if there is a default from the postal agent. The research method used is an empirical legal method with a Fact, Sociological and Legislative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the partnership cooperation agreement between Pos Indonesia agents and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) faces several problems, both in the operational and non-operational sections. One of the problems outside of operations is an error in the weight of the scales made by the postal agent which causes losses. In this case, PT. Pos Indonesia is given preventive and repressive legal protection. Preventive legal protection is carried out to prevent negligence, while repressive legal protection is carried out through reprimands, sanctions and compensation until the termination of the agreement permanently.

Company CV. AM Nanda Putra is located in Sidoarjo and operates in the scaffolding industry. Currently the company is experiencing losses due to a lack of optimization in planning the amount and time of ordering raw materials, which results in shortages and excess material inventory. To overcome this problem, the company uses the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) method in optimizing raw material planning. In terms of the lot sizing approach, the company applies the LFL and EOQ methods. The forecasting methods used are Moving Average (MA), Weight Moving Average (WMA), and Exponential Smoothing (ES). The smallest MAD results were obtained using the Exponential Smoothing (ES) method for all scaffolding products. The forecasting results are obtained to determine the MPS (Master Production Schedule) for the next 10 months. After the determination of  MPS, the results of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) were obtained, namely the supply of raw materials for MF 170 AM scaffolding of 35402 units or 17700 sets, MF 170 K1 scaffolding of 28906 units or 14453 sets, MF 190 AM scaffolding of 16250 units or 8125 sets, and MF 190 K1 scaffolding of 7656 units or 3828 sets. From the results of calculating the cost of raw material requirements using the Lot for Lot (LFL) method and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, it can be seen that the total cost of planning the smallest raw material inventory with an amount of Rp. 12,975,818,022.
