This study aims to describe the strategy of a kindergarten principal in improving the quality of education, from a leadership perspective, the role of the principal towards teachers and the management of the principal in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education in Sentang, Kisaran Timur District, Asahan District.The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. There were three subjects in this study, namely one school principal and two teaching teachers in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Quran Education. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the strategy of a school principal is seen from three aspects, namely: 1) Principal leadership, the head of the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education, becomes a leader by learning to understand and learning to act professionally by dedicating oneself and being loyal to the school. 2) The role of the principal towards teachers in improving quality, the principal refers to improving good communication with teachers, students and school members. Meet the needs of teachers, both in fulfilling teaching and learning facilities and infrastructure. 3) Management of the principal of the school, carrying out the preparation, implementation of a program of school activities that have been designed to achieve school program goals in accordance with the school's vision, mission and goals that have been set.

The role of Standard Operating Procedures in ensuring the smooth execution of tasks is a significant focus for many hotels. This research aims to investigate the implementation of standard operating procedures in the breakfast service provided by waiters/waitresses in the buffet service at Four Star By Trans Hotel Renon. Data collection methods employed in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The gathered data is subsequently analyzed using a Qualitative Descriptive approach. The findings of this research provide insights into the effectiveness and consistency of implementing SOPs in breakfast services. The findings from this study can make a valuable contribution to Four Star By Trans Hotel Renon in ensuring that their SOPs are executed effectively and in accordance with standards.

A lawsuit is a civil claim regarding rights involving a dispute with another person. A lawsuit whose formulation does not meet the requirements or has formal defects so that the subject matter of the case is not examined results in the lawsuit not being accepted (niet ontvankalijeke verklaad). As in the Medan District Court decision Number 79/Pdt.G/2023/PN Mdn, it was stated that the lawsuit could not be accepted. This case study research aims to find out mistakes that might be made in filing a civil lawsuit and understand why the lawsuit was rejected in case Number 79/Pdt.G/2023/PN Mdn. This research was conducted using a normative juridical problem approach. Using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials with library data collection techniques which are then analyzed using qualitative techniques. The results of this research show that a lawsuit filed in court must meet the formal requirements as regulated in article 118 HIR or article 142 RBG. In the decision in case Number 79/Pdt.G/2023/PN Mdn with the claim for breach of contract it was declared inadmissible because the plaintiff's claim was vague and unclear (obscuur libel). Vagueness and lack of clarity in the plaintiff's claim, which in the main case concerns breach of contract. and the plaintiff in the main case of breach of contract, whether in the posita or petitum of the plaintiff's lawsuit, does not specify any obligations that the defendant has not carried out to the plaintiff, including the number and date of the invoice for which the defendant has not yet fulfilled and paid the plaintiff, punishing the Plaintiff in the Convention/Defendant in the Reconvention to pay court costs which to date amount to Rp. 1,291,500.00 (one million two hundred ninety-one thousand five hundred rupiah).

Many aspects of life are regulated in the Koran, which is the main source of Islamic teachings, including aspects related to wills. In the Qur'an, the word will is often found with different meanings and connotations other than just a message before death. This difference is caused by the use of different will words in the context of the problem. A will is a voluntary gift made by someone to another person, which is made after the death of the giver (testator). Because wills have the nature of worship (human relationship with God), they are also a legal act, a means of getting closer to Allah (taqorrub ilallah) which is often done by many people, especially those who have sufficient wealth. In practice, a will is usually made by someone orally or in writing. This is done so that other people know that this is his will. This research aims to examine the meaning of a will, the reasons for making a will, the wisdom of making a will, the law of wills, the types of wills, the pillars of wills, and the amount of assets that can be bequeathed. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of library research. Researchers obtain data from books, journals, articles and others related to the theme or title being discussed.    

Abstract; This research aims to find out about the risk of danger from ship collisions and to find out the factors that influence the risk of KM ship collisions. True Fleet at PT. Greetings Pacific Indonesia Lines. The type of research in this research is Normative Juridical research. The research approaches in this research are the statutory approach and the case approach. Sources of legal materials in this research are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data collection in this research used library research. Analysis will also be carried out using qualitative methods. The research results show that risk identification mapping of hazards that occur in activities on Armada Sejati ships can be carried out using the HAZOP or hazard method and the results show that the most dominant hazards are risks identified from several hazard sources such as ship accidents, painting, welding, mooring/unmooring, to loading and unloading goods. The occurrence of ship collision accidents can be caused by several factors, namely technical factors related to monitoring the ship's seaworthiness, natural factors related to weather and currents, human factors related to the human resources of the crew and also the company, as well as other factors.

Abstract. For legal guarantees and legal certainty, the principles of justice, feasibility and propriety must be put forward and technically contributed to the accuracy of mapping to resolve the complexity of problems related to natural resources, in this case coastal areas and small islands and considering the chaotic regional problems, the president and the government to overcome this created a One Map Policy with a Map Accuracy Level of 1:50,000 Scale. This article tries to analyze how this one map policy is an instrument in ensuring legal certainty in the management of coastal areas and small islands. This type of research is normative juridical research. This legal research is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data alone. Secondary materials to be researched include statutory regulations and various judge's decisions that are relevant to this research. Normative legal research in this research will also include: Research on legal principles; research on legal synchronization; as well as legal history research. This research uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. In this article, it was found that there are still several problems in this case related to spatial planning which are still overlapping and sectoral in nature and policies related to detailed maps.

The application of the zoning system to the acceptance of new students gives rise to various perceptions in society. Likewise, what happened in the Kebonsari Village community was that the implementation of the zoning system caused them to have negative and positive perceptions. The purpose of this research is to see the condition of Kebonsari Village regarding zoned school registration with the widespread transfer of Family Cards. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. By using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The research was conducted in Kebonsari Village. The conclusion from the research results shows that in Kebonsari Village where the Family Card was moved due to minimal schooling, only in Kebonsari Village, there are several residents who are not or are not in that domicile. They only include a Family Card with a Surabaya address but they are outside the city of Surabaya for various reasons. This case was discovered by the author while carrying out the Kalimasada program by surveying the residences of residents in the sub-district. This could cause them to be suspected of not knowing their residency and being blocked from being registered in the Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) because the data is blocked because these residents do not actually live in that area.

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a condition that causes pain, tingling and weakness in the hand due to compression of the median nerve in the wrist. Treatment of CTS is based on two main approaches, namely steroid injection therapy and endoscopic surgical decompression therapy. Steroid injection therapy provides greater temporary pain relief, but the benefits are not permanent. At the same time, surgical decompression treatment with endoscopy is a definitive treatment that is more effective in the long term and has a lower therapeutic failure rate than steroid injection treatment. This literature research explores various scientific studies and related literature that have been conducted in recent decades to understand the effectiveness and relative superiority of these two treatment methods. This review covers clinical aspects, such as the rate of pain recovery, recovery of hand function, as well as the impact on the patient's quality of life. The results of this literature review indicate that both treatment methods have their respective advantages and disadvantages. Steroid injection therapy can provide rapid and minimally invasive symptom relief, while endoscopic surgical decompression therapy tends to provide more lasting and complete improvement. Factors such as symptom severity, patient preference, and medical recommendations may influence the choice between these two methods.

Corporate social responsibility is increasingly  implemented in line with companies' growing awareness of ethics and transparency in  their business operations, so they believe that social responsibility can be a true form of corporate responsibility. Stakeholders must be communicated not only about the implementation of social responsibility activities, but  also about social responsibility programs. because in addition to  being a form of transparency, it also makes the program social and creates mutual understanding with all stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to see the role and impact of PT CSR. PELINDO in improving the well-being of the surrounding community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research results show that the communication role implemented by PT. Pelindo 1 was effective enough to approach the community. The impact of their CSR program is also enough to help the community  improve its economy, but the program they provide is not sustainable or community-based, so it cannot be felt by all the communities around the company. In addition to that, it realizes social responsibility by carrying out relief activities such as meeting the basic needs of the society, mass circumcisions, cataract treatment and compensation of orphans.

Introduction: The incidence of stunting in North Sumatra Province reached 25.8% and is the 17th province with the incidence of stunting in Indonesia. Stunting in Medan City is spread across 63 urban villages and 20 sub-districts with the area that has the highest stunting rate is Medan Belawan Sub-district. Purpose: This research was conducted to assess the relationship between nutritional status, birth length and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in Medan Belawan District in 2023. Method: This research uses an observational study research design with a cross sectional design approach. carried out in the work area of ​​the Medan Belawan District Health Center. The sample was children aged 24-59 months who were recorded at the Medan Belawan District Health Center in 2023 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria during the research period with a total sample of 44 people. Results: A total of 5 children (29.4%) with good nutrition experienced stunting, 11 children (68.8%) with poor nutrition experienced stunting and 11 children (100.0%) with poor nutrition experienced stunting with a p-value of 0.001. A total of 4 children (33.3%) with normal birth length experienced stunting and 22 children (59.4%) with short birth length experienced stunting with a p-value of 0.002. As many as 10 children (45.5%) who received exclusive breast milk experienced stunting and as many as 17 children (77.3%) who did not receive exclusive breast milk experienced stunting with a p-value of 0.030, which means p-value < 0.005. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nutritional status, birth length and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in Medan Belawan District in 2023.

This research aims to determine the role of students as Puspaga facilitators in an effort to bring public services closer to the RW Hall, Perak Barat Subdistrict, Surabaya. Puspaga services are a means of learning and counseling for parents in Surabaya to improve their ability to overcome problems related to violence against children, delinquency among children and other problems that exist in the family environment. So Puspaga services are provided at the Perak Barat Village RW Hall, which is one of the innovations of the Surabaya City Government to bring public services closer to the community. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. Data in this research data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and taking documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out show that Puspaga Facilitators have been able to provide closer services to the community by providing Puspaga Balai RW services in Perak Barat Subdistrict which include counseling services, socialization and parenting classes.

This includes the duties of AVSEC in ensuring flight security and safety, As an International Airport that has a large number of passengers, Supadio Pontianak International Airport needs to maintain passenger comfort in terms of security and service. This study aims to determine the effect of workload on the discipline of Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport and to determine how much influence workload has on the discipline of Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport. This research was conducted on Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport, while the research time was for 30 days from October 1 - October 31, this study used a quantitative approach method, with Aviation Security officers as Research Subjects, the population in this study amounted to 81 and used a sample of 81 respondents, the data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires through google form, before the research was carried out, the instrument was first tested with a validity test and reliability test involving 81 avsec personnel at supadio pontianak international airport. The results of this study indicate a positive influence on workload (X) on discipline (Y) on Avsec personnel at the international airport supadio pontianak, Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the R square value is 0, 180 or equal to 18%, meaning that the workload variable (X) affects the discipline variable (Y) by 18%, while the remaining 100% - 18% = 82% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables that are not studied.   Keywords: The Effect of Workload on the Discipline of Aviation Security Officers.

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

This research tries to analyze the opportunities and challenges of Indonesian as a world language based on the perspective of the younger generation in the era of globalization. The aim is to provide deep insight into how Indonesian can maintain its relevance in the era of globalization. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of filling out a questionnaire consisting of 6 questions. The results of the research from 56 informants show that the young generation of Indonesia has a crucial role in maintaining and advancing Indonesian as a world language. Technology and social media are considered as effective tools in popularizing this language at the global level.

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Promotion on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka (2) The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka This research uses an approach with Quantitative methods, Data collection in this study using Observation, Literature Study and Questionnaire Distribution. The population of this research is customers and prospective customers who are in Kolaka Regency. While the sample of this study amounted to 98 people. Testing this research instrument using the Validity Test and Reliability Test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Promotion variable on Saving Interest, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 6,100 with a P-Value of 0.000 and the Service Quality variable also has a positive and significant effect on Brand loyalty, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 2,042 with a P-Value of 0.021.

This research was motivated by mosque youth in Jorong Taratak Baru, Salmpat district, Solok district, that teenagers whose behavior did not reflect themselves as mosque youth. For this reason, researchers tried to examine the Impact of Youth Mosque Activities on Teenagers' Religious Behavior. This type of research is field research (field research) using a quantitative approach that is correlational. Enlti conducted research at the Jorong Taratak Baru Tauhid Mosque, Kenagarian Salimpa, Solok Regency. In collecting data the researcher used a questionnaire. Meanwhile, to analyze it, the researcher conducted a prerequisite test, namely the normality test and correlation test using the product moment correlation formula. After the research was carried out, it could be concluded that there was a positive impact on youth mosque activities on the religious behavior of mosque youth in Jorong Taratak Baru Kenagarian Salimpat, Solok Regency. This can be seen from the results of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 <0.05. So it can be said that there is a relationship between the activities of youth in the mosque and the religious behavior of adolescents which has a positive impact on the religious behavior of adolescents.

Methodologically, a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches is employed to gather data on the financial habits of the Thai Muslim population and the performance of Islamic financial institutions. Interviews, surveys, and financial data analysis are utilized to gain insights into the preferences, challenges, and opportunities faced by both the Muslim community and Islamic financial institutions. The findings of this study contribute to the understanding of how Islamic finance is adapted and practiced in a non-Muslim majority country. It also explores the potential impact of Islamic financial institutions on economic development and financial inclusion for the Thai Muslim population. The research not only adds to the academic discourse on Islamic finance but also provides practical insights for policymakers and financial institutions looking to enhance financial services for diverse communities within a pluralistic society.

Poverty is a phenomenon that is discussed almost throughout the country and is a situation where there is an inability to meet basic needs such as clothing, food, shelter, as well as education and health. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance policy as one of the poverty alleviation programs in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The results showed that the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program for Low-Income Communities designed by the government in the hope of reducing poverty and overcoming housing backlogs, but the BSPS Program for MBR carried out in Indonesia was only able to overcome poverty but was unable to overcome housing backlogs.

Background - In 2017 employee performance did not reach the target due to lack of work experience, motivation and a work environment that was less supportive of employee performance, however in the following year the realization of employee performance began to increase due to the influence of work experience, the form of motivation provided by the company to employees and the work environment. focused and more conducive. So that from 2018 to 2021 there will be an increase in employee performance due to the influence of work experience, motivation and a good work environment. Objective - This study aims to test the Effect of Work Experience, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT Asuka Engineering Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research is quantitative research. The number of samples used in this research was 50 respondents. The analysis technique for testing hypotheses uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Findings - In this research there is a positive and significant influence between Work Experience (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). Research implications - Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The positive meaning is that the more work experience an employee has, the better the employee's performance. From the results of the t test which shows that the sig value of 0.009 <0.05 is said to be significant, which means that work experience can be a factor and can improve the performance of PT employees.
