The whole series of prayer movements are arranged in a tauqifi manner taught and practiced by the Prophet SAW. There is no information found in the Prophetic traditions that explain the differences in prayer movements between men and women. In the practice that developed in the community, there was an understanding that there were differences in ruku' and prostration movements for women. Where it is understood that for women to close their hands to their limbs, the distinction appears as a transformation of understanding of the hadith which then becomes a religious practice in the community which is conveyed and taught until it is accepted by the community as a form of teaching. This will then be studied in the form of its transformation from the hadith text into practice in the community. This discussion will be examined with a literature study approach that refers to works in the field of hadith to trace the understanding that emerged in each period.  The hadith literature shows that there is a narration in the Musnad of Abu Hanifah that appeared at the beginning of the second century, which hints at a different way of praying for women by closing their limbs. This narration was not popular in the mu'tamad hadith books that appeared until the end of the third century A.H. Based on this. In the fourth century, another understanding emerged based on a narration that explains bowing and prostration in a way that is specific to women. The narration was found in Sunan Kubra al-Bayhaqy, where al-Bayhaqy was a follower of the Shafi'iyyah school of thought.  This understanding developed in the books of fiqh shafi'iyyah which were widely used in pesantren and became the understanding and practice of the majority of people who followed the Shafi'i school of thought.

The pre-mass catechesis is a continuation of the apostolic tradition practiced by the Apostles. Pre-mass catechesis today has a wider understanding than ever before. This is not limited to brief teachings about the Catholic faith but also seeks to prepare Catholics spiritually, intellectually, and personally so that Catholics can attend mass more meaningfully and actively participate. The author uses data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Some of the important roles of pre-mass cateteche are preparing people, deepening understanding of faith, building a strong and effective Christian community. In carrying out pre-mass catechesis does not take a long time, usually 5 to 10 minutes. Pre-Mass catechesis is a form of religious teaching that aims to prepare Catholics spiritually so that they can celebrate the Eucharist with deep understanding, active involvement, and passion. Pre-Mass catechesis is not only the delivery of information, but also the formation of the hearts of Catholics to receive Jesus Christ in the celebration of the Eucharist.

The island of Bali is a paradise for culture, every activity in Bali will never escape its cultural touch. Not only marriage, birth, but until death. Almost all Indonesian people and even foreign countries must have known and are familiar with every ritual that is owned by the people who live on the island of Bali. An example is the cremation ritual. Ngaben is one of the Balinese Hindu traditions to carry out death ceremonies. According to Tattwa, a person is considered dead if his atma has been separated from the five maha bhuta, this is mentioned in vrasphati tattwa (Swastika: 2008). The Ngaben ritual is carried out with a long series of activities and invites many people. In addition, this ritual also requires a relatively large range of costs. Because this death ritual is different from death rituals with other tribes, where most of the death rituals in various tribes in Indonesia are only carried out by directly burying the body. However, cremation is done by burning the corpse.

Constitutional amendments in Muslim-majority countries, including Indonesia, often face political challenges, constitutional conflicts, and harmonisation between sharia principles and democratic values and civil liberties. This process reflects the complex socio-political dynamics of achieving a balance between tradition and modernity. This research aims to understand these challenges from an Islamic perspective, identify factors that influenced the amendment process, and explore the integration of Islamic principles with democratic values within a reformist constitutional framework. Using a qualitative approach and analysing relevant documents and literature studies, as well as conducting interviews with legal, political and religious experts, this research highlights the political tensions and conflicts related to human rights, governance structures, minority rights and religion. Despite challenges, there are opportunities to mediate sharia principles with democracy through constructive dialogue and compromise. The research also offers strategies to support constitutional reforms that take into account public welfare and democratic principles. Keywords:Constitution, Contextualization, Islam.

Obtaining high-quality, diverse, accurate datasets for sentiment analysis has always been a significant challenge. Traditional approaches include annotators, which may introduce bias to datasets and are also time-consuming and expensive. These types of datasets may also not represent the variety needed to train robust and generalizable sentiment analysis models. This study introduces a novel combination of techniques to approach the problem with a novel solution. The proposed system, SentiGEN includes the use of a transformer, T5, fine-tuned and optimized using an evolutionary algorithm to generate high-quality, diverse, accurate data for sentiment analysis. The generated data is validated using XLNet to ensure high sentiment accuracy. This combination of technologies has proven successful based on the results derived from evaluating multiple models. From complex transformers such as BERT to more straightforward approaches like KNN, those trained using synthetic data demonstrated superior performance compared to their counterparts trained on real data. This enhancement in predictive accuracy was observed when evaluated on benchmark datasets such as SST-2 and Yelp. SentiGEN can generate high-quality, diverse, accurate, realistic data for sentiment analysis and successfully increased the performance of models trained on synthetic data compared to the same model trained on real data.

In the evolving landscape of agricultural technology, recognizing rice diseases through computational models is a critical challenge, predominantly addressed through Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). However, the localized feature extraction of CNNs often falls short in complex scenarios, necessitating a shift towards models capable of global contextual understanding. Enter the Vision Transformer (ViT), a paradigm-shifting deep learning model that leverages a self-attention mechanism to transcend the limitations of CNNs by capturing image features in a comprehensive global context. This research embarks on an ambitious journey to refine and adapt the ViT Base(B) transfer learning model for the nuanced task of rice disease recognition. Through meticulous reconfiguration, layer augmentation, and hyperparameter tuning, the study tests the model's prowess across both balanced and imbalanced datasets, revealing its remarkable ability to outperform traditional CNN models, including VGG, MobileNet, and EfficientNet. The proposed ViT model not only achieved superior recall (0.9792), precision (0.9815), specificity (0.9938), f1-score (0.9791), and accuracy (0.9792) on challenging datasets but also established a new benchmark in rice disease recognition, underscoring its potential as a transformative tool in the agricultural domain. This work not only showcases the ViT model's superior performance and stability across diverse tasks and datasets but also illuminates its potential to revolutionize rice disease recognition, setting the stage for future explorations in agricultural AI applications.

In the literature study related to evaluating the efficiency and profitability of Islamic insurance through financial statement analysis, previous studies highlighted various methods and approaches used to measure the performance of Islamic insurance companies. Financial statement analysis is the main focus in identifying factors that affect the operational efficiency and profitability of Islamic insurance companies. Some studies have used traditional financial ratios such as solvency, liquidity, and profitability ratios to evaluate the performance of Islamic insurance. However, due to the unique characteristics of Islamic insurance, studies have also proposed the development of specific metrics that take into account sharia principles, such as sharia compliance ratios and fairness ratios. In addition, non-financial approaches such as technical efficiency and allocative efficiency analysis have also been used to evaluate the operational efficiency of Islamic insurance. This research shows that factors such as scale of operations, business diversification, and managerial efficiency can contribute to the efficiency performance and profitability of Islamic insurance companies. Although there have been many studies conducted in this domain, there is still a need for more in-depth follow-up research to better understand the factors that influence the efficiency and profitability of Islamic insurance. With a better understanding of the performance of Islamic insurance companies, regulators and practitioners can develop more effective strategies to improve the stability and growth of this industry.

Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, followed by descriptive narrative presentation and analysis of the data. Every ritual in Tealaga Jernih Village has a purpose and purpose, and each Javanese community understands it differently. A ritual or action cannot exist without a purpose. The reason a ritual is performed is because it is considered important, useful and beneficial. From an Islamic point of view, a tradition or culture basically has meaning and benefits for the community itself, so that there is no conflict in its implementation. The tradition of one Suro carried out by the people of Telaga Jernih does not conflict with Islamic Aqidah and sharia at all, because in every tradition of implementation there are Islamic values and teachings such as prayer, gratitude, socialization and friendship.
