In the customary practices of the Javanese Muslim society, there are often certain approaches employed to prevent divorces. This approach is commonly referred to as "tajdidun nikah," which translates to the renewal of marriage. This strategy is typically employed when a household faces numerous challenges or prolonged conflicts, leading to a decline in the harmony between spouses. This research aims to recognize and examine the occurrence of the tajdidun nikah phenomenon within the Rejoagung village community in Ngoro Jombang, in accordance with Islamic law. Through a descriptive qualitative methodology, the study collected data through participatory observations, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and applied an analysis framework based on the model developed by Miles and Huberman. The findings of the study concluded that the practice of tajdidun marriage in Rejoagung village, Ngoro District, Kabupaten Jombang, is a heritage that has been transmitted through generations. It represents an effort by married couples to reinforce their strained marital relationships, which could potentially lead to divorce. From an Islamic legal perspective, this practice is deemed permissible, as it offers numerous advantages, as long as the process adheres to Sharia principles. Couples who have embraced this tradition tend to experience greater harmony, tranquility, and enduring relationships within their households.

Perspective or point of view is a technique or method for drawing objects in the form of objects, rooms (interiors), and environments (exteriors) that are larger in size than humans. This technique was created due to the limited visibility of our eyes in seeing objects. The farther the eye can see, the smaller it appears and will even disappear from view at a certain distance. Conversely, the closer our eyes look, the object will appear bigger. Two things must be used as a benchmark in perspective drawing techniques. Perspective in general means images that are used to communicate objects in the form of objects, spaces, environments that are visible to the human eye on a flat plane. Perspective drawing is an image that technically uses a vanishing point. Perspective drawing itself is a form of 3-dimensional images.

The theory of production describes the relationship between the factors of production and the level of production produced. Production is the result of all economic activities carried out by the company. To run production smoothly, the company needs the fulfillment of appropriate inputs. Without these inputs, the production process cannot run efficiently. Companies try to maximize production by using available inputs. By maximizing this production, the profits also increase. The purpose of this paper is to understand the production system from an Islamic point of view. Production is also the main activity in the company's activities. If there are no production activities, the company cannot function to produce products.

Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 20/PUU-XIV/2016 states a lawsuit if civil procedural law applies to evidence. This is because there are differences in the law of proof with civil and criminal procedural law and considering the validity of evidence as a matter of procedural law also affects the legality of making documents, especially with electronic documents. Based on this description, the researcher makes several notes, especially regarding the certainty of an electronic contract law in Indonesia and the legality of e-contracts as evidence from a civil law point of view. The research results form the basis of legal certainty for electronic contracts in Indonesia based on article 5 of Law No. November 2008 concerning information and electronic transactions stipulated by the Constitutional Court Decision No. 20/PUU-XIV/2016, still based on the legality of electronic contracts used as evidence from a civil law perspective sourced from the decision of the Constitutional Court 20/PUU-XIV/2016 and provisions related to contracts in general are contained in the Civil Code.

The research method used is a qualitative approach and is included in the category of field research. This approach involves data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results of the research show that "seclusion" is a practice in which the bride and groom are required not to leave their homes or travel far for a certain period of time after the wedding, in order to avoid risks. This tradition has been controversial in society, with some considering it irrelevant in the modern era. However, from an Islamic legal perspective, this practice is permissible because it is in line with the principles of Islamic shari'ah.

The existence of political parties plays a strategic role in the development of democracy and the nation is faced with a number of issues that create a negative impression on these organs, some of which include; first, the problem of involvement of political parties in various cases of corruption and money laundering crimes that have an impact on the fall of public image and trust in the organization; second, the problem of pro and contra accountability of political parties involved in cases of corruption and criminal acts of money laundering before the law; and third, the issue of imposing criminal sanctions on political parties as the subject of corporate offenses known in corruption and money laundering. This research belongs to the typology of juridical normative legal research with secondary data types in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The approach taken includes the comparison, conceptual, statutory, and philosophical approaches, and analyzed descriptively qualitatively through literature. The results of the study show that; first, the justification of political parties as corporations in criminal acts of corruption and criminal acts of money laundering can be seen in five basic perspectives, namely philosophical foundation, juridical basis, historical basis, sociological basis, and political foundation of criminal law; second, the ideal concept of political party punishment as a corporation is carried out with a reconceptualization of the subject of corporate delictions in the affirmation of two types of corporations, namely corporations in the form of private and special corporations or in the form of public with different provisions on punishment arrangements. The need for an amendment to some provisions of the Corruption Law and the TPPU Law related to corporations in accommodating the two types of corporations into a forum for the implementation of ideas, of course issuing a law that contains specific provisions regarding special corporate punishment can be the answer to a myriad of issues regarding criminalization
