This study aims to determine the information system service certificate for Jalatrang Village, Ciamis Regency using data collection techniques through field research, namely observation and in-depth interviews with 8 informants who were selectedqualitatively descriptively. The results show that the service information system for village certificates in ciamis district provides positive things to the village. This research was contuted by a library study, namely the collection of data and information through books and other reading sources that are relevant to the problem to be studied. Field research is data obtained by observation. The purpose of this final project is a web-Based Village Certificate Service Information System in Jalatrang Village” aims to design a database that accommodates all information about Jalatrang Village so that this information can be provided and presented more effective in terms of time and energy utilization.

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

The digital ecosystem is a source of information technology that is interrelated and can be used as a unified whole. So, this system is likely to be used by various parties such as consumers, suppliers, data providers. Trading partners, and many more. This digital ecosystem formed by PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna connects distributors, retail aggregators and companies as facilitators. The application used to run this digital ecosystem is named AYO MITRA SRC, then with this application, distributors or so-called Partners will provide ordering services through the Ayo SRC application, this provides convenience and increases effectiveness in transactions, which does not need to exist queuing to select and count goods resulting in an increase in service quality and partner capacity, one of which is in terms of neater and more structured sales records.

Transaction management at Hijab Nafisa used to be done manually, causing errors in record keeping and periodic inventory checks, resulting in inefficient service. The author designed an information system using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. This paper described the analysis and design of a store management information system (point of sales) that has successfully facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. After that, a system test was carried out and compared with the old method of manual and ineffective information transaction processes, resulting in a proposed system that facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. Additionally, there was also ease in data reporting that could be printed out for easy reading.

Queue printers and outpatient registration are systems used in hospitals to help speed up the patient registration process and provide a better patient experience. This system uses information technology to automate the registration process, reduce waiting times and prevent crowding in the registration area. After receiving the queue number, the patient then waits for a call to get an examination or service. The system can be programmed to provide information about expected waiting times, enabling patients to make more effective use of their time. The outpatient registration system uses information technology to help patients speed up the registration process, reduce waiting times, and optimize the use of resources, such as doctors' space and time. This system can also help improve the patient experience by providing convenience and comfort in the registration process. Overall, the use of queuing presses and outpatient registration systems can help improve efficiency and patient experience in a hospital, as well as optimize resource use.

Purpose of Outreach Socialization Development of Website-Based Prototype Company Profile Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The purpose of implementing PkM activities is to design and develop a website-based prototype company profile for Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. Results of the Company Profile Website for UMKM Pottery Pager Jurang - Melikan Pay -Wedi Klaten, Outcome of implementing the Website which is expected to help provide solutions to problems encountered during the process carried out by UMKM manually.

The trust of the congregation in the mosque management is greatly influenced by the quality of a transparent and accountable management system. Manual recording systems that are still widely used are often less effective in providing accurate, fast, and easily accessible data, especially related to cash flow information and mosque activity programs. This condition can cause unclear information that has an impact on the low active participation of pilgrims. This research offers a solution in the form of building a website-based mosque administration system that is adaptive and easy to use. System development is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, feature design, application implementation, and functional testing. The system built provides several main services, including managing worship schedules, recording income and expenditure in a structured manner, and reporting mosque activities in detail and real-time. Through the web platform, financial information and activity programs can be accessed more openly, thereby increasing transparency and accountability in mosque management. The results of the development show that this system is able to simplify the administrative process, speed up the presentation of information, and support the supervision of funds by pilgrims and administrators. Thus, a website-based administration system can be an effective solution to increase the trust of worshippers and encourage more active participation in mosque activities.

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.

SDS (Private Elementary School) Duri Indah Jakarta is one of the educational institutions which until now has not been computerized. Both in terms of payment and in terms of financial activities. Inputting and other activities are still done manually and recorded in a book as processing of student data. Data storage that is being carried out at this time is also still archived in a ledger, causing teachers and principals to have to record one by one the names of their students as a whole who have paid so that this can result in erroneous information regarding student payment and savings data and makes it difficult for teachers to find and provide the necessary data. Based on this, a web-based SPP and Savings payment system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the prototyping method which starts from the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage, in the future it is hoped that the system created will make it easier for schools to control tuition payments and student savings.

The mail management system is a much-needed development in the current era of information technology development, especially in an agency. However, at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency, the management of correspondence which can manage incoming mail and outgoing mail numbers is still done manually, namely by recording it in a large book because it collects data every year.The problem that occurs is the difficulty in finding recorded data, which must be searched manually in a book with the risk that the book will be damaged due to search activity. Furthermore, when making outgoing letter numbers, there is also a problem when you need a letter number on a date that has already passed.This research was carried out by using the extreme programming method which is a derivative of the Agile method which uses an object-oriented approach. The stages involved in the extreme programming method are Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The results of this study are Information System for Management of Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail Numbers Web-Based at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency.

In this case, Toko Maju Jaya is used as a place of research, because in this place the system that is carried out is still manual and has not been managed properly, so errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock items. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

With an effective and efficient information system, it is hoped that the quality of hospital services can be improved.

This service is carried out at junior high/equivalent level schools in Lhokseumawe City. Based on the results of initial observations through interviews, it was found that virtual practicum activities are still rarely carried out in a number of schools in Lhokseumawe City. To provide a learning space outside the classroom, virtual practicum is a learning solution when students need knowledge outside of learning hours. This service is carried out in depth towards a situation or condition in a systematic way starting from making observations, collecting data, analyzing information and reporting results. The results of the dedication were obtained through a closed questionnaire which was used to find out things that support the implementation of virtual practicum. From the results of the questionnaire, it was found that the implementation of learning through virtual practicum books was very effective, this can be seen from the final practicum report, students obtained a score of 100%, which means students understand the use virtual books and able to make the final practicum report perfectly

Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

Sistem informasi akademik diperlukan untuk mengelola seluruh kegiatan akademik diantaranya mengelola kartu rencana studi, mengelola kartu hasil studi, mengelola data dosen dan tenaga kependidikan, mengelola data mahasiswa, mengelola kelas, mengelola pertemuan dan presensi. Memiliki sistem informasi akademik akan mengurangi resiko keamanan data serta mendukung kemandirian pengelolaan teknologi informasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode penghimpunan data menggunakan metode tanya jawab (interview) dan pengamatan lapangan. Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency dan Service adalah metode PIECES yang akan digunakan dalam menganalisa sistem. Unified Modelling Language (UML) adalah metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. System engineering, Requirement analysis, Design, Coding, Testing dan Maintenance adalah metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang peneliti gunakan. Sistem informasi akademik dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan institusi saat ini tetapi seiring perkembangan peraturan dan kebutuhan institusi maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja secara periodik.

The limitations of recording inventory of goods at Perumda BPR Bank Cirebon are still manual. This causes a relatively long inventory reporting time and the possibility of data errors. For this reason, an inventory web application can help manage inventory inventory at Perumda Bank Cirebon. Designing a web-based inventory information system is the purpose of this research at Perumda BPR Bank Cirebon. The method used includes going through the stages of analysis, design, execution, interviews, and observation. By using the PHP programming language and MySql database, this information system was created. The finding of this study is an inventory management information system that can facilitate agencies and companies in recording company inventories and minimizing the possibility of data errors

Usaha kecil di bidang kuliner kini banyak bermunculan sebagai tren usaha alternatif menghadapi kemajuan jaman. Setiap lokasi memiliki perbedaan potensi yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penjualan produk kulinernya. Dibutuhkan strategi untuk mengetahui potensi lokasi usaha agar usaha dapat berjalan dengan baik. Salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan teknologi Geographic Information System (sistem informasi geografis). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberi kemudahan dengan melihat potensi lokasi membuat usaha kecil di wilayah Kelurahan Salatiga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif pada bidang sistem informasi yang meliputi beberapa tahapan, antara lain pengumpulan data, reduksi data, analisa data, dan pengujian. Program ini berintegrasi dengan sistem informasi geografis yang dapat diakses dengan mudah secara umum melalui perangkat komputer. Hasil uji program ini menunjukkan hasil yang baik yang ditunjukkan dengan tingkat keberhasilan melalui pengujian dengan nilai rata-rata 85% (di atas 50%). Ini menunjukkan program yang dibuat telah berhasil.

Academic information systems are veritably important for schools, especially for academy and students. Still, the perpetration of the academy information system has not yet reached all educational institutions, for illustration at Bina Taruna Medan Middle School. Therefore, the author make an Android-based school information application, so students can view information about academy biographies, school facilities, school galleries, teacher names, subject schedules, and student grades through the application without having to go to academy. Therefore, in this study the authors used the Rest API (Application Programming Interface) method. The Rest API method is a software that allows developers to integrate and allow two different applications to connect to each other simultaneously. With the Android-based school application at Bina Taruna Medan Middle School, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to get school information that is more accurate, effective and efficient, as well as make it easier for the school to collect information about student academic development. So from the results of black box testing, the results show that the system built can work well according to its function.
