This article delves deep into the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in assisting human resources professionals in the recruitment and selection process. AI is a result of the emergence of machine learning, which can mimic human thought patterns and working mechanisms. AI, or artificial intelligence, has been applied in various fields, including quality control in manufacturing, the entertainment industry, autonomous vehicles, and is increasingly making inroads into the realm of recruitment. With the support of algorithms, AI plays a vital role in helping HR professionals filter applicant portfolios, fundamentally transforming the traditional recruitment process. Through a comprehensive analysis drawing from various literature sources, this article seeks to uncover the wide-ranging changes and profound impacts brought by AI into the world of recruitment. The conclusion drawn from this exploration is that AI has the potential to expedite the acquisition of high-quality applicants more efficiently and cost-effectively while also reducing subjectivity in human assessments. However, this transformation is not without concerns about ethics and data security, which require careful consideration.

Smart City has become an important goal in urban development throughout the world, including in Tanjungpinang City. The government has a crucial role in realizing this Smart City vision. This research aims to understand the role of the government in achieving transformation towards a Smart City in Tanjungpinang City, as well as its impact on public services and the quality of life of the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and document analysis as data collection methods. The research results show that the Tanjungpinang City government has played an important role in realizing a Smart City through various initiatives, such as the use of information technology, more efficient public services, better data management, and development of supporting infrastructure. The impact of this government effort is to increase accessibility, security and quality of life for the community. However, there are still several challenges that need to be overcome, including the public's lack of understanding about Smart Cities, the sustainability of Smart City projects, and the protection of personal data. Therefore, the government needs to continue to act as a facilitator, service provider and regulator to ensure that the transformation towards a Smart City in Tanjungpinang City runs well. This research provides insight into the government's role in realizing a Smart City in Tanjungpinang City, as well as the challenges that must be faced. The results of this research can be a reference for the government and other stakeholders in efforts to achieve the goal of a more sustainable and inclusive Smart City.

This research was conducted to determine the Financial Performance of Temanggung Regional Revenue and Expenditure for the 2020-2022 Fiscal Year. Analysis of the Budget Realization Report using the independence ratio, effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio can determine the Financial Performance of Income and Expenditures. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, specifically using the Temanggung Regional Budget Realization Report (LRA) for 2020-2022. The results of this research show that the Financial Performance of Temanggung Regional Income and Expenditures in 2020 to 2022 is not yet independent because seen from the independence ratio it still shows regional dependence on government assistance. In 2020 and 2021 it can be said to be effective and quite efficient. Meanwhile, in 2022, the Financial Performance of Temanggung Regional Revenue and Expenditures experienced a decline in performance, resulting in less effective performance and quite efficient spending. From the results of the research carried out, it is hoped that the Temanggung regional government will be able to carry out evaluations by paying attention to the level of independence, efficiency and effectiveness ratios in order to advance the future.

The Nutrition Care Center (NCC) is a teaching factory (TEFA) at the Jember State Polytechnic (Polije) which provides assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems, comprehensive nutritional assessments, diagnostic services, nutritional counseling, and customized diet plans for clients. Health services, including nutrition, require accurate medical records that include patient identification, examination, treatment, interventions, and other relevant information. However, NCC faces challenges, namely that the medical recording system is still manual paper-based. Medical record numbers do not comply with numbering regulations, age is still used instead of date of birth, the nutritional assessment section is not yet standardized and disease code classification does not yet exist. This manual system is susceptible to damage, loss, and requires dedicated storage time and space. Since it was inaugurated in November 2021, the number of NCC visits has continued to increase both from internal clients and external clients of Polije with initiations with several educational institutions, offices and elderly groups. The use of EMR which is made easier with QR Codes and the application of Whatsapp Bot is the main alternative to build or improve the management of assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems according to client needs. Socialization of assistance in implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with QR Code and WhatsApp Bot at NCC aims to make things easier for experts. nutrition to access the client's examination history, allergy history and previous therapy in one view and make it easier for clients to access medical record numbers without a card. This initiative is in line with the Department of Health Research Masterplan 2022 and the development of TEFA services. NCC recognized the need for a more efficient system and proposed implementing EMR with QR Codes and WhatsApp Bots to optimize patient care. This socialization was carried out at the Jember State Polytechnic NCC with the presence of participants from nutritionists, students, the community and administrators from NCC. This socialization obtained results in the form of increasing public understanding of nutritional care, especially in relation to the existence of NCC as a teaching factory at the Jember State Polytechnic, the use of EMR via QR codes and WhatsApp Bot as a solution implemented by NCC in optimizing patient care and increasing the empowerment of partners in using it. and implementation of EMR with QR codes and WhatsApp Bot in patient nutrition care at NCC.

This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership based on Islamic values on the effectiveness of communication management in an organization. The research method used was a survey of employees from several organizations in Indonesia. The research results show that leadership based on Islamic values has a significant influence on the effectiveness of organizational communication management. Leaders who integrate Islamic principles in their leadership are able to create an inclusive work environment, increase trust, and facilitate the effective flow of information. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of Islamic values in strengthening the relationship between leadership and communication management in an organizational context.

Technology has become an important factor in various aspects of human life, one of which is in the world of business and organizations. The development of technological tools can facilitate collaboration between teams to be more efficient, thus impacting the formation of an organization's culture and relationships between employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the technological revolution on organizational cultural conditions and the formation of social dynamics between employees in the work environment. Research conducted using the type of writing literature studies or literature review studies that focus on comparing data from several journals or sources through a series of analysis and summarization activities. The research method applied is a qualitative method by containing sources from several previous research journals and e-books published on digital platforms. The results show that the influence of the technological revolution in the formation of organizational culture and interaction between employees can realize team collaboration efficiently and create correlations in a wider scope. However, dependence on technology can lead to social isolation and unnecessary conflict. There needs to be an understanding for every individual and company about the advantages and disadvantages that can result from access to technology. In addition, strategies need to be created to achieve harmony in an increasingly productive work environment.

Primary and secondary data form the basis of qualitative research. Primary data for this research was obtained through documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from books, previous research and related articles.. From the results of this research, it can be seen that PT Anugrah Alam Karunia Abadi has not implemented digital archive management. However, the company is already discussing making a transition to digital archive management. In a comparison between the two methods, manual archives and digital archives, digital archive management increases the ease and speed of the sending, sharing and searching process. This also allows agencies to save physical storage space while providing more efficient access to users. Thus, this research shows that digital archive management can be beneficial for companies, such as improving operational efficiency and resource management. In the case of PT Anugrah Alam Karunia Abadi, implementing digital archive management can be a solution to increase the effectiveness of business processes and information management, and as a result, the company is expected to be able to take appropriate actions to implement digital archive management.

This research explores the use of Text Mining Methods as an innovative approach to extract important information from research report text. With a strong conceptual foundation from the literature review, this research details the key concepts of Text Mining, such as tokenization techniques, sentiment analysis, and entity extraction. The steps of applying Text Mining Methods to research reports are explained in depth, with a focus on using such techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of information extraction. Through the evaluation of the method's performance, the research demonstrates a significant improvement in analysis speed and information extraction accuracy compared to conventional methods. The research conclusions provide a holistic picture of the potential of Text Mining Methods in improving the effectiveness of the research report text analysis process. The implications of this research stimulate thoughts on the applicability of this technology in various disciplines that rely on research reports as a primary source of information. Thus, this research makes a positive contribution to the understanding and development of text analysis techniques to support more efficient decision making.

This research aims to analyze the importance of the Business Identification Number (NIB) as the basis for the legality of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padelengan Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods and a case study approach. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews with MSME owners in Padelengan Village, as well as through documentation studies related to regulations and policies regarding the provision of NIB to MSMEs. The research results show that NIB has a very important role in providing legality and legal protection for MSMEs in Padelengan Village. By having an NIB, MSMEs can gain easier access to various facilities and assistance from the government, and can run their business more safely and securely. However, this research also found several obstacles in providing NIB to MSMEs in Padelengan Village, including a lack of understanding and awareness of MSME owners about the importance of having an NIB, as well as a lack of access and information regarding NIB processing procedures. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that the village government and related agencies carry out outreach and assistance to MSME owners to increase understanding and awareness of the importance of having an NIB. Apart from that, it is also necessary to improve access and information related to NIB processing procedures so that the process can run more effectively and efficiently. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving legality and legal protection for MSMEs in Padelengan Village, as well as being a reference for further research related to the role of NIB in supporting the development of MSMEs in rural areas.

The brain-based learning method is very interesting because optimizing brain work can be started in a simple way. This is research that uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The process of data analysis is done through reduction, display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study state that the Brain-Based Learning Method with cybernetic learning theory is an innovative alternative in Civics subjects, so that learning is more efficient and fun. This learning method can be carried out in simple ways, such as paying attention to brain nutrition in students, paying attention to brain relaxation such as stretching or relaxing and listening to music, paying attention to plants and class aromas that can improve brain performance, paying attention to recess, and playing games in class.

Good financial management has a central role in business, involving managing funds effectively and efficiently to maximize profits and company value by managing financial risks. Profitability ratios, especially Return on Equity (ROA), are the main indicators in measuring a company's ability to generate profits. Optimizing operational costs is a key strategy in increasing profitability. This research focuses on PT MSAL, an oil palm plantation company that is trying to increase profitability through optimizing operational costs. A quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis was used as the research method. Secondary data in the form of financial reports for the last three years (2020-2022) as research objects. The results of the analysis between operational costs and company profitability prove that there is a positive and significant influence. The partial hypothesis test shows that operational costs have a statistically significant impact on profitability. Simple linear regression analysis produces a regression line equation, and the coefficient of determination shows that operational costs have a contribution of 99.4% to the company's profitability. Operational costs have an important role in determining PT MSAL's level of profitability. Optimizing operational costs can improve a company's financial performance. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to evaluate, develop efficient business strategies, and regularly monitor the relationship between operational costs and profitability.

The use of deep learning models has become a major focus in optimizing the efficiency of machine learning applications. This research discusses various deep learning models that can be applied to improve efficiency in the context of machine learning applications. These models are designed to handle the complexity of machine learning tasks with a high level of accuracy while still considering aspects of computational efficiency. This article involves an in-depth look at several deep learning models that have proven effective in various application domains. Discussion includes the use of convolutional neural network (CNNs) models for image processing, recurrent neural networks (RNNs) for sequential data, and transformer-based models for natural language processing tasks. In addition, deep learning model tuning and optimization strategies, such as pruning and quantization, are also discussed to improve the efficient use of computing resources. This research identifies challenges and opportunities in integrating these deep learning models into machine learning applications with maximum efficiency. By considering the need for accuracy and limited computational resources, this research provides a holistic view of the approaches that can be applied to deal with complexity in diverse machine learning scenarios. Regular and effective maintenance at Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) at Syamsudin Noor Airport in Banjarmasin is very important to maintain the performance and reliability of the system. However, the maintenance process is often still carried out manually or using less efficient methods. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based ARFF maintenance application that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance process. From the results of research on the development of the Web-based Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin Airport Maintenance Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (Arff) application, conclusions can be drawn in the form of making it easier for officers/admins to search and present actual information. Makes it easier to create monthly or annual reports that include all reports that can be done efficiently. 

This service aims to introduce a hydroponic vegetable cultivation system using the wick method in Sungai Pagar Village. The environment in Sungai Pagar Village is characterized by sandy soil due to the accumulation of peat soil, so plant cultivation activities are still limited. In this context the wick method is adopted as a relevant solution. Training activities were carried out through several stages, including field surveys, delivery of materials, sowing seeds, making AB mix nutrition, making a hydroponic wick system from used plastic bottles, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' knowledge about hydroponic cultivation and their abilities in caring for hydroponic plants. Each training participant succeeded in making a hydroponic wick system using used plastic bottles and was given a hydroponic cultivation package to continue cultivation at home. In order to improve food security and the community's economy, this training made a positive contribution by introducing an environmentally friendly and hydroponic vegetable cultivation system. efficient. In conclusion, this training was successful in introducing and training the public in hydroponic vegetable cultivation using the wick method.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk during the 2020-2022 period in terms of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study uses financial ratios. The results of the study show that the financial ratios of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk during the period studied show unfavorable performance. The liquidity ratio shows that the company has not maximized its short-term obligations. The solvency ratio shows that the company has the ability to fulfill its long-term obligations. The activity ratio indicates that the company has not been able to utilize and manage its assets to increase sales. Profitability ratios based on ROA and ROE analysis in unfavorable conditions indicate that the company has not maximized in generating satisfactory profits and has not been efficient in the use of capital and returns on net income on capital invested by the company owner. But the NPM analysis shows that the company is able to generate good profits.

Public street lighting, also known as street lighting, refers to the outdoor lighting systems used to illuminate public roads. An effective street lighting system plays a crucial role in enhancing safety and security for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists by providing improved visibility of the road and surrounding terrain during nighttime hours.  The primary focus in street lighting planning is on economic factors. An analysis of light sources has highlighted the economic advantages of utilizing light emitting diodes for public street lighting. This choice proves to be more efficient when implemented in a sustainable manner. The installation of public street lighting can be the optimal solution to address the issue of inadequate lighting in the village of Pedurenan Gunung Sindur Bogor, ensuring enhanced comfort and security during nighttime activities. The lighting installation process commences with a thorough examination of the site, followed by diligently arranging and design of the electrical installations for the lighting system. Finally, the planned design was carried out and implemented. The implementation of public street lighting is a collaborative effort between college students and youth residents in the village. The outcome of this community service initiative is the implementation of public street lighting installations that offer optimal illumination, ensuring the convenience and safety for all people accessing the roads.
