This study aims to analyze the effect of budget planning, human resource competence, procurement of goods/services and organizational commitment on budget absorption. The approach uses a quantitative approach with the type of data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from primary data. The sample in this study were 99 employees who work at UNNES. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS version 3.3.9. The results showed that budget planning, human resource competence, procurement of goods/services and organizational commitment had a positive effect on budget absorption

Innovation is an idea, practice, item, event, or method that is felt or observed as something new for someone to create innovation in improving the quality of education in madrasas and developing a wide reach. This innovation can be developed through the creativity of female students to instill a spirit in every child. The aim of this research is to find out how innovative the Madrasah Head is in telling about student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in reading student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this research are that the madrasa head's innovation in developing student creativity at MI Al Hudy has gone quite well, as evidenced by the increase in students who are interested and interested in the field of crafts and the proof of their works, as well as supporting factors in developing student creativity in MI Al Hudy provides support from the madrasa head, professional teachers, support from student parents, regular training, a supportive environment and adequate madrasa facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are families who do not fully have the same vision and mission in developing student creativity, the negative influence of social media or technology, limited time.

Character Education of students in an educational institution today is often neglected because of the impact of technology and lack of supervision by parents and teachers. One of the successes in improving the character education of students is determined by the existence of standardized teachers who have competence through the teacher standardization process. This is what underlies the conduct of research at MI Tawakkal Denpasar Bali which has students whose learning achievement is quite good. The research objectives in this thesis were to determine the implementation of the teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal, to find out the teacher standardization program in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students, and to find out the obstacles faced and solutions made in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study reveal that: The teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal is running well because it is guided by the rules set by foundations and institutions, the Teacher Standardization Program produces quality teachers according to teacher competency standards, so as to improve student learning and character education, and factors. the obstacle is the family that does not fully play a role in implementing character education at home, the negative influence of social media, and the negative environment.

MI Al-Muhajirin is one of the schools in the Denpasar area that is implementing an online learning process. which underlies the author to conduct research. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the Strategy of the Head of MI Al-Muhajirin during the Covid-19 Pandemic, 2) the Learning Process through Online at MI Al-Muhajirin Denpasar during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, 3) The Strategy of the Head of Madrasah in Streamlining the Learning Process Online at MI Al-Muhajirin Denpasar during the Covid-19 Pandemic This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively, namely starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study reveal that: (1) The strategy of the madrasah principal has facilitated the basic needs of teachers such as preparing special quotas for teachers, preparing supporting media such as cameras, tripods, special rooms for making instructional videos. (2) The online learning process at MI Al-Muhajirin can be seen from the increase in student grades. (3) The strategy of the head of madrasah in an effort to facilitate online learning has been implemented, namely by preparing special cellphones and special classrooms.

The purpose of this study is to determine the export marketing strategy of three-color cracker SMEs in entering the global market. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the export marketing strategies that can be used for three-color crackers in entering the global market are as follows: a. Knowing the target market to be achieved, b. considering the scale of the business that you want to target, such as financing and consumer interest who will buy three-color crackers, c. know and observe the regulations of the destination country, d. form partnerships as needed.

Anemia during pregnancy is still a global problem. The government synergizes with health workers to reduce the prevalence of anemia, one of which is by administering iron supplements. However, this alternative has not been able to reduce the incidence of anemia in Indonesia. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine strategies to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Qualitative research with a single holistic case study approach. Research informants were heads of puskesmas, midwives, nutritionists, ATLM, doctors, and anemic pregnant women. Data collection for 1 month. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. The data collection instruments were interview guides, study documentation, observations, logbooks and field notes. The results of this study, there are 4 themes namely: 1) increasing the competence of human resources; 2) providing more comprehensive health education and simpler word choices; 3) Educational media innovation by utilizing online platforms; and 4) husband and family support. Therefore, increasing human resources can be through training and technical guidance on the management of anemia during pregnancy and anemia hematology examination, utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Whatsapp. increased blood especially drinks that can block the absorption of iron. Also, husbands encourage and remind pregnant women to regularly consume iron tablets every day.

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition make MSME actors must have a good marketing strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Ledys Cake SMEs in facing competition in the digital era. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach through structured interviews with business actors. The results of the study show that MSMEs provide added value and differentiation to the products and services provided, while in terms of price, they apply competitive prices. The application of technology is more widely used in culinary businesses through websites and social media to establish good relationships and communicate with consumers. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy carried out by MSMEs is that there is a 4P (Product, Promotion, Price, Place) mix. Product strategy in the form of innovation, promotion strategy in the form of price discounts, price strategy for every purchase of cake will get a bonus, and place strategy in the form of flexibility in sending cake orders, so as to maintain and improve the quality of the taste of the cake. Although there are financial constraints and product raw materials, we can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by managing finances and using raw materials efficiently. Then, MSME solutions by maintaining cash flow, product innovation, maximizing social media and delivery services

The Covid-19 pandemic and the hospital class transition caused a decrease in the number of outpatient visitors at the Pandan Arang Hospital, Boyolali, except for the Gastroentero Hepatology (GEH) clinic. This study aims to determine the service quality by management to create patient satisfaction and loyalty, especially at the GEH clinic. In this study, the factors of service quality, customer experience, and customer perceived value that link trust and customer satisfaction to customers loyalty to find out motivate consumers or patients in the selection of hospitals. The methodology in this research is a mixed-method approach to Sequential Exploratory design, starting with interviews with the management and consultant doctors of GEH, followed by distributing questionnaires to GEH clinic patients with a total of 307 respondents at different and sequential times. The results of the study are Pandan Arang Hospital prepared infrastructure and competent human resources according to type B hospital qualifications. During the pandemic era, Pandan Arang Hospital provided outpatient services according to the recommendations of WHO and the Ministry of Health with a separate service flow between Covid-19 and Non-Covid-19 patients. The results of quantitative research found a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer experience, customer perceived value on trust; a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer perceived value, and trust in customer satisfaction; the positive and significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine how the influence of Good Corporate Governance with indicators of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on the financial performance of LQ45 companies for the 2017-2021 period. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data sources. Statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on financial performance (ROA), while the independent board of commissioners and audit committees have a significant negative effect on financial performance (ROA). Companies must balance share ownership between management and institutions so that there is no majority or minority party, all are responsible for making policies so that both can increase the value of the company.

This study aims to explain the influence simultaneously (together) or partially between the influence of social media marketing Instagram, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey research methods to obtain primary data. The research variables are Social Media Marketing Instagram (X1), Brand Image (X2) and Product Quality (X3) as influencing variables and Purchase Decision variable (Y) as affected variables. The population in this study are consumers of MS Glow Panakukkang users in Makassar City. The number of samples in this study were 100 consumer respondents of MS Glow Panakukkang by taking the entire population and serving as samples. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis which was previously carried out with Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption Tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) then tested the hypothesis through T test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that partially, Instagram social media marketing does not have a positive effect, while brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Panakukkang. Meanwhile, simultaneously the results of this study also show that social media marketing, brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Panakukkang products.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of product knowledge, perceived benefit, and perceived ease of use on QRIS adoption intention for MSMEs in Semarang City during the Covid-19 pandemic. An associative quantitative approach was applied in this study. Population of this research are merchants in Semarang City’s traditional market. Empirical data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents and analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 based on the SEM-PLS method. The results of this study confirm that product knowledge, perceived benefit, and perceived ease of use have a significant impact on the intention to adopt QRIS. The findings encourage the government to continue to accelerate the formation of a cashless society and increase public awareness of the benefit of digital payments in preventing the spread of the virus, especially the use of QRIS.

Social Security employment is one of the government's programs to protect Indonesian workers because this is the mandate of Article 28H paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, after which the government established Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System and Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency. The regulations mentioned are an active form of the state to protect its people, one of which is from the labor sector. The authors took a study based on some of these rules by taking the title of the analysis of social security participation in employment for micro and small businesses. The formulation of this research problem is 1) what employment social security programs have been followed by job providers in micro and small businesses 2) What factors are the obstacles for job providers in micro and small businesses in participating in the employment social security program. This research is exploratory with a qualitative approach with research objects in small and small businesses, the use of data using primary and secondary data sources. The large number of participants who do not know and participate in BPJS Employment is an obstacle to the lack of participation of BPJS Employment.

Reaching souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong, Andeng Village in conjunction with reaching out to souls in GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation is very much needed by pastors who are serious and sincere in their ministry. The ministry of a pastor to reach the soul is a very important act today. The purpose of reaching out to souls is to save lost souls to live like Christ. In order for the pastor to be more enthusiastic in reaching lost souls, prayers and fasting are required to be carried out by the pastor, the church assembly, and all members of the Nek Kompong GPKdI, Andeng village and in the GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a data processing approach of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that some members of the GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala congregations already had an awareness of fellowship with God in places of worship and other spiritual fellowship carried out in the congregation. The conclusion is that pastors must be loyal in reaching out to souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation continuously and even ministry to reach souls must also be carried out by pastors/congregations in all interdenominational churches, both in Indonesia and elsewhere world.

Background: Corona virus disease 2019 is a disease caused by infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which generally attacks the respiratory system in humans, Corona Virus disease can cause different symptoms, be it mild, moderate to severe symptoms. The level of symptoms in Corona Virus disease patients is influenced by various factors, both internal and external, and one of the influencing factors is the presence of comorbidities or comorbidities. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of symptoms in Corona Virus disease patients with comorbidities at Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City Method The research design used is descriptive analytic through a cross-sectional approach. The total population in this study was 129 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling.. Results: In this study, the results showed that of 129 Corona virus disease patients, most of them had comorbid cardiovascular disorders (hypertensive heart disease) and of all patients who had comorbidities, most of the respondents (48.1%) experienced severe symptoms. Conclusion: From this study it can be concluded that patients who have comorbid cardiovascular disease are more likely to experience severe symptoms when exposed to the corona virus.

Background: Anxiety is one of the psychological factors that affect hypertension. Intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear regarding everyday situations. The Purpose This study aims to determine the effect of Murottal Al-Qur'an on reducing anxiety in the elderly with hypertension at Paguyaman Pantai Health Center. Methods: This study was carried out for two weeks using a quasi-experimental method with a two group pre-posttest design approach, namely the measurement was carried out by giving initial observations before being given an intervention, after that an intervention was given, then a posttest or final observation was carried out. There are 20 samples who suffer from anxiety where 10 people in the intervention group murottal Al-Qur'an and 10 people in the control group without murottal Al-Qur'an. The instrument used was the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS/SRAS) questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis. Bivariate analysis using Lambda Test Statistical Test. Results: The results showed that there were differences in the level of pre and post anxiety in the intervention group given Murottal Al-Qur'an, with a p-value of 0.001 or p?0.05, meaning there was a significant difference. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of murottal Al-Qur'an on reducing anxiety in the elderly with hypertension at the Paguyaman Beach Community Health Center.

Background: Walking exercise is an exercise for hypertension patients which is useful for stabilizing the blood pressure of patients’ hypertension. Objective: walking exercise is expected to reduce the risk of complications due to increased blood pressure in patients’ hypertension. Methods: This research is a case study research with a family nursing care approach. The study was conducted by two hypertension patients who were given educational intervention and observation of walking exercises to stabilize blood pressure. Results: The study showed that there was a decrease in blood pressure in patients’ hypertension after a walking exercise intervention. In patient I, the blood pressure before the intervention was 160/90 mmHg, and after the intervention became 140 mmHg, while in patient II, the blood pressure before the intervention was 160/100 mmHg and after the intervention was 140/90 mmHg. Conclusion: Walking exercise can stabilize blood pressure and is safe to do in patients, so walking exercise is recommended for hypertension sufferers. The research recommendation is that walking exercise can be applied to patients’ hypertension so that blood pressure becomes stable.   Keyword: Hypertension, walking exercise, blood presure

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of Village Fund management in Maregam Village during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is to copy the village budget realization report file. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a secondary data analysis approach with nonparametric test equipment using the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of village financial management based on an average effectiveness ratio of 98.33% was included in the "Effective". Meanwhile, the efficiency level based on the average efficiency ratio is 88.19%, which is included in the "Enough Efficient" category.

This study aims to examine and explain the migration journey of the Prophet in the SKI book. This research uses library research methods or library research with a historical approach. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the meaning of hijrah was not merely an attempt to escape from trials and ridicule, but in addition to that meaning, hijrah was also intended as a stepping stone to establish a new society in a safe country, it also had the meaning of affirming the position of Muhammad and his followers. , with the previous era After the Prophet migrated to Medina, Islam developed rapidly. The Prophet made many agreements with non-Muslim groups such as the Prophet's agreement with the Jews of Medina and the agreement with the Quraysh infidels known as the Hudaibiyyah agreement. Religious moderation is one of the programs prioritized by the government to build a harmonious religious life within the framework of national and state life. Religious moderation based on the definition given by the ministry of religion through his book which he compiled entitled religious moderation means confidence in the essence of the teachings of the religion he adheres to, while continuing to share the truth as far as religious interpretation is concerned. The values ​​of religious moderation education that are internalized in SKI books at the elementary school level are the values ​​of tolerance, caring for others, mutual affection for others, and being an honest and respectful person to parents and teachers. The type of research used is library research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative approach is research that is used to examine the condition of natural objects. Library research (library research) is a study carried out by collecting information and data needed through various types of materials or materials in the library including; reference books, similar research results, articles, notes, and journals that are relevant to the research problem.

This study examines the implications of legal policies on the social structure of village communities in rural areas of Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, this research analyzes how the implementation of various legal policies affects social dynamics, power relation patterns, and local institutions in rural areas. The results show that legal policies, especially those related to decentralization, agrarian reform, and recognition of indigenous communities, have resulted in significant changes in rural social structures. However, their impact varies depending on local context and community capacity in responding to changes. This study identifies transformations in local leadership, restructuring of access to resources, and shifts in traditional value systems. These findings highlight the importance of a more contextual and participatory approach in the formulation and implementation of legal policies in rural areas.
