Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

This is deemed necessary in making a strategic information system, in order to provide superiority in business competition. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.

Assessment of employee performance is expected to know precisely the success in completing work. Employee performance appraisal is also useful for companies in providing feedback to employees and can be used as a basis for agencies to evaluate employee performance. Most government services currently utilize information technology as an information service to the public and the agency's internal services. In institutions, it is necessary to increase and develop the capabilities, knowledge and skills of its human resources, so that it is expected to be able to produce apparatuses that have competitive competencies. Therefore, the authors designed and built an employee performance appraisal system which was implemented using Electre and Web-based and Android methods. It is expected to be able to assist agencies in evaluating employee performance so that they can remain consistent in carrying out their duties as Civil Servants (PNS) within the scope of services to the community. This research uses the R&D method. researchers only use up to step 6. Based on the results of trials of 10 respondents who have assessed the decision making system using the electre method, that the application of employee performance appraisal using aggregate ranking can help provide information on the level of employee performance based on predetermined criteria. Respondents agree that this system is more efficient in assessing employee performance with an average of the old system = 43.50% while the new system is = 84.50%.

Multimedia learning software development requires design methods, development tools, examination models and proficiency in Information Technology systems. It is necessary to formulate a Holistic Method which considers all related aspects in order to guide the quality of good design in designing Multimedia Learning. Implementing the findings of the Holistic Method formulation to build multimedia learning with good design quality. This study formulates the stages of multimedia development which include: Creative Brief, Design, Material Preparation, Compiling, Testing, Distribution. The multimedia software development process will be guided by 15 guiding elements which are grouped into 5 elements, include : content, appearance, utility aspect, user caracter, and didactic. These guiding elements are used to produce good quality learning multimedia designs. The methodology is called Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM).
