Education plays a very important role in developing the human resource potential of a country. This research examines how Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara reflect on their experiences in facing the newly implemented Merdeka Curriculum. The Independent Curriculum is an educational approach that focuses on student needs, so teachers face additional challenges and responsibilities in implementing it. This research aims to explore the perspectives and experiences of Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara in facing the Independent Curriculum. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with interview techniques with Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara. Data validity testing was carried out using data source triangulation techniques. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum is considered relevant and oriented towards meeting student needs. Teachers have tried a variety of tailored learning strategies, including content, process, and product differentiation. Apart from that, this research also highlights the important role of learning modules and media in the Independent Curriculum, as well as the importance of In House Training (IHT) as an effort to increase teachers' understanding of the newly implemented curriculum. It is hoped that these findings can provide a valuable contribution in the development of educational strategies and provide the necessary support to teachers and other educational institutions that are implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

The establishment of an ADIZ in each country is one step in maintaining the sovereignty of each country. This has been a long debate because there are no regulations outlined in international legal conventions. Until now, ADIZ Indonesia is only limited to the island of Java, so the role of ADIZ has not been effective in protecting air space which is included in the country's sovereignty. This research aims to explain the role of ADIZ as a first step in efforts to maintain state sovereignty from the perspective of international and national law. The normative juridical approach method is an approach based on the main legal material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and statutory regulations. The research results show that Indonesia needs to re-establish ADIZ not only around the island of Java but also covering the entire sovereign territory of the country.

The elderly who are cared for in an elderly care home require spiritual needs to be met, and there are times when the elderly use the resources available either from the family, people who are religious experts either in the hospital or others in the elderly community. Therefore, the fulfillment of the spiritual needs of the elderly must be done so that the elderly on the eve of death can die in a calm and peaceful state. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the fulfillment of spiritual needs in the elderly near death from the perspective of the caregiver at the Kendal elderly Social Service Center (PPSLU). This study uses descriptive survey research design. The sample in this study amounted to 36 respondents. Sampling using total sampling. The results showed that the majority of hospitalists were aged based on a median value of 41 years, male gender as much as 53%, high school education as much as 53%, have long worked >3 years as much as 89% and meet the fulfillment of spiritual needs in the elderly near death as much as 44%. The caregiver is only limited to fulfilling the spiritual needs of meaning, purpose and hope in life but in the spiritual needs of relationship with God; spiritual practice has not been fulfilled. This is because the caregiver's understanding of spiritual needs is only limited to religion or belief.

The method in this research is a qualitative method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach where this writing examines statutory regulations and examines legal concepts contained in the articles contained in legal regulations, especially regarding the role of notaries in determining rights and responsibilities. the heir's responsibility from the perspective of Islamic law. In this case, the Notary has an important role in a will because they ensure its legality, validity and execution in accordance with the law. They help prevent inheritance from becoming available and ensure that the will's wishes are legally fulfilled.

The form of cooperation in muamalah is the leasing activity that is common in society. This transaction is basically permitted in Islam if it fulfills the pillars and conditions because not everyone is able to meet their needs without the help of others. but whether the lease is legal or still violates sharia economic law. Because many people or communities do everything possible to get money without thinking it is legal or not. The purpose of the research is to find out the review of sharia economic law on the practice of leasing rice fields with a rendeman system in the western potok hamlet of Sukowono village, Sukowono sub-district, Jember district. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using primary and secondary data sources and data collection methods with observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used is descriptive analysis, to test the validity of the data and researchers use source triagulation. From the results of this study, the lease agreement with the rice field rendeman system in Sukowono village from the perspective of Islamic economic law is not justified because it violates the pillars of Ijarah, namely Muta'aqidain which can be called mu'jir and musta'jir, namely the person who has the benefit of the Ijarah. This means that there are two actors renting rice fields based on Islamic law, there is no second party (third tenant / musta'jir shani) in the pillars of ijarah.    

The main problem in this research is to examine the issue of the concept of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation Using a Beneficial Approach, regarding the view of Islamic Law regarding Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, benefits of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation for workers and the existence of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation from a Sharia Economic Law perspective. The type of research used in this research is library research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this research are that the review of Islamic law in Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation is a form of preserving the soul (hifzh al-nafs) in the principles of maqashid sharia as a means of maintaining their economic rights to survive. As for the benefits of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation that can be felt at this time, namely: creating jobs, encouraging investment, an easier and faster licensing system, and simplified investment requirements. The value of Sharia Economic Law is viewed from Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, providing sharia economic growth, especially in the sharia financial industry in Indonesia such as Sharia Banks, Non-Bank Sharia Financial Industry, Sharia Cooperatives and Sharia Capital Markets, in the future there will be great opportunities in running their business.

Kartika Jala Krida (KJK) in 2023 is one of the practical training courses for AAL Cadets Level III Corps, Seamanship, Engineering, Electronics, and Supply. The KJK was implemented based on AAL Governor's Decree Number: 83/VII/2023 dated 17 July 2023 concerning the AAL Cadet Education Implementation Program for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, and Instructions for implementing AAL Cadet Practical Training. KJK's shipping activities use the KRI Bima Suci with shipping routes from Indonesia – France – Netherlands – England – Norway – Scotland – Norway and Germany. Departing Sunday 11 June 2023 from AAL and returning to AAL Wednesday 16 August 2023. The KJK 2023 practical training aims to provide knowledge and skills as initial preparation to become an Indonesian Navy officer and form the character of a marine soldier. Apart from that, this exercise is a manifestation of the Indonesian Navy's diplomatic role in showing that the Indonesian nation is a maritime nation with a maritime perspective to the international world. This research focuses on analyzing the short story "The Man Who Suffers When He is Praise" by Ahmad Tohari with an objective and mimetic approach, and using qualitative descriptive methods. The data source used is the short story "The Man Who Suffers When He is Praise" by Ahmad Tohari which was analyzed carefully and critically. Through an objective approach, this research aims to identify intrinsic elements such as theme, point of view, plot, setting, characters, characterization, language style and message in short stories. Meanwhile, a mimetic approach is used to find social elements in short stories that can be connected to the reality of everyday life. It is hoped that this research can encourage a deeper understanding of Ahmad Tohari's literary works and broaden readers' perspectives on the meaning of this short story in a social context. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a more comprehensive insight into the quality of literature and the social message conveyed through the short story "The Man Who Suffers when He is Praise."

In a transaction, especially electronic goods cannot be separated from the possibility of defects or damage to goods, thus causing electronic goods manufacturers to provide guarantees (warranties) to consumers. Law Number 8 Article 27 Letter (e) of 1999 discusses consumer protection, which one of the articles is the period for demanding damaged goods is 4 years or in accordance with the contract, not exceeding the maximum period. This study aims to describe the period of return of electronic goods warranty system from the perspective of shafi'I school of thought and the period of return of electronic goods warranty system according to consumer protection law number 8 article 27 letter (e) of 1999. The research method used is a qualitative method through data techniques in the form of, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique uses the content analysis method. The results of the study concluded that: Imam Shafi'i Mazhab argues that the state of khiyar is not more than three days, it is a relief (rukshah).  In transactions, especially electronic products, manufacturers use a warranty system that is in accordance with Law No. 8 Article 27 letter (e). The period to sue for defective goods is 4 years or according to the contract, not exceeding the maximum period.

the types of buying and selling transactions and their implementation continue to change and certain types have become a habit of society and are very difficult to avoid without knowing the law. One type of buying and selling transaction that is often practiced is buying and selling sengon wood using a delayed logging system. In this transaction, it appears that one of the parties suffered a loss due to the delay in logging, but this was carried out voluntarily. In this case, the researcher examines the practice of these transactions from the perspective of Islamic law in order to provide legal certainty.

This study aims to analyze and describe students' perspectives on E-learning and the difficulties faced by students during online learning. Researcher use qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews by distributing questionnaires. From the results of an analysis of students' perspectives on online learning during the Covid-19 period, it was found that students felt that online learning made them quite bored and reduced interaction between teachers and students. Online learning also makes students less understanding of the material provided, so that it has an impact on the level of student focus. The difficulties faced by students in e-learning-based online learning are network access that is not power full, internet quota and facilities such as mobile phones do not yet exist. Based on the explanation above, the researcher concluded that students' perspectives on e-learning can reduce student learning levels and the ability to understand learning.

In writing this essay, the author formulates a problem in the form of how to implement the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan District, Medan City? How do franchisors fulfill their rights and obligations in developing the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan District, Medan City? How do you fulfill the rights and obligations of the Dimsum 1000 franchise business from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective in Medan District, Medan City? In this research the author uses empirical legal research. The results of the research explain that the implementation of the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan District, Medan City, goes through a business cooperation agreement procedure first. Then all the equipment for selling is provided by Dimsum 1000. However, in the marketing strategy Dimsum 1000 is considered old-fashioned and out of date. Fulfillment of the franchisor's rights and obligations in developing the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan City District. Medan City does not fulfill the franchisee's rights in the form of guidance in the form of training, management operational guidance, marketing, research and development for franchisees on an ongoing basis. Fulfillment the rights and obligations of the Dimsum 1000 franchise business from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective in Medan City District, Medan City, did not happen at all. Dimsum 1000 franchise practices viewed from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective are not in accordance with the fulfillment of the concept of rights applied in Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's own view. This can be seen from not providing guidance in the form of training, operational management guidance, marketing, research and development to franchisees on an ongoing basis, which violates the rights of the franchisees themselves.

Children in the perspective of the Catholic faith in general are the future of the Church. Because, children are part of grace, faith, hope, and love. The social personality in question is the development of character and mentality that supports children to get to know each other. This requires self-transformation as a benchmark for understanding children's social mobility. This research was conducted at SDK Mardiwiyata 2. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection adopted research methods in the form of literature studies or reviewing articles or journals, Church documents, and books available according to the theme. Etymologically, the character comes from the Greek charessein which means to carve. From the perspective of the Catholic faith, the Church views the understanding of the concept of character education from 2 (two) points of view, namely: Faith education based on the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) and faith education based on the book of canon law (KHK). The findings from this study are that children who are Catholics are dominated by non-Catholic children so through social life it appears that the character of Catholic children is less desirable, so intensive coaching is needed to shape the child's character. The conclusion this of study is the implementation of children's character in the light of the Catholic faith to improve children's character and mental development. The conclusion of this research is evident from the results of various other studies that have been done before.

The journal 'The Dynamics of Conflict and Adaptation of Mobile Traders in Modern Society: A Dahrendorf Conflict Sociological Perspective' explores the complex interactions between mobile traders and modern society using the sociological framework of conflict proposed by Ralf Dahrendorf. This research details how mobile merchants, as social groups vulnerable to conflict with existing social authorities and structures, seek to adapt in a modern society filled with diverse social, economic, and cultural changes. With a focus on the dynamics of conflicts that arise along their journey, this journal also analyzes the adaptation strategies used by mobile traders in answering the challenges faced in this modern era. Through Dahrendorf's approach, this journal provides an in-depth insight into social change and conflict that occurs in contemporary society, by focusing on the role and experience of mobile traders as social agents who interact in the complexity of conflict and adaptation structures.  

Students are individuals who are usually referred to as productive teenagers, because apart from playing their role as a student, they also play a productive role on campus. Where today's teenagers often play roles in the real world, especially when they play role plays in the virtual world. It is not enough for productive teenagers to only play roles on campus, they need experience outside campus. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, by understanding the phenomenon of productive students in the Sociology Study Program at the University of Jember. This research takes the perspective of dramaturgical theory put forward by Erving Goffman. Some students play roles in carrying out their activities in the real world and the virtual world. In this research, the conclusion was drawn that each student played a role play on the front stage and back stage.

This research aims to examine and analyze the legal protection given to investors in buying and selling shares in the capital market from an Islamic perspective. The research methodology used is descriptive analysis, which involves comprehensive data collection regarding the characteristics of a particular situation or symptom that contributes to strengthening the theory of Islamic capital markets. In this case, the author uses a document or literature study as a legal material collection technique, by reviewing the literature related to the research topic. This approach aims to obtain secondary data from sources such as the Quran, hadith, MUI fatwa, and relevant laws and regulations, especially Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Markets. The findings of this study reveal that the legal protection of investors in buying and selling activities in the capital market in an Islamic perspective is based on the principles of transparency and openness, the existence of a Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), sharia audits, dispute resolution mechanisms, and the prohibition of ribawi practices or usury-based transactions.

This research aims to indetify the influence of age (X1), education (X2), skills (X3) on labor absorption in the city of medan according to an Islamic perspective. The type of research carried out is quantitative, the data source is primary. The methode used to collect data was by distributing questionnaire statements to the people of Medan city using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents aged 15-64 years, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Then the data obtained was processed using SPSS. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument testing, classical assumption testing. The results of this research state that the t test shows that age has a significant effect on labor absorption, skills have a significant effect on labor absorption.
