Learning evaluation is important for an educational institution. With the evaluation, it is hoped that new ideas will emerge from the deficiencies that occur in the field. An evaluation that goes well will be able to provide good development to educational institutions. This study aims to find out how learning evaluation planning is related to school development. This study used the method of literature review (library research). The research results concluded that evaluation planning has a very important influence on implementation in the field. Without a structured plan, the purpose of the evaluation will not be achieved effectively or efficiently. Therefore, it should pay attention to what is the basis or planning in conducting an evaluation. That way, it is hoped that later it will be able to answer what are the obstacles, challenges, and obstacles to learning, both from the teacher and the students themselves.

In an effort to increase productivity to ensure smooth production processes, it is necessary to implement an appropriate maintenance system to reduce production machine downtime. The purpose of company maintenance is to keep production machines in good condition so that production operations can run efficiently and effectively. PT Yale Woodpallet Indonesia is a company in Indonesia that produces wooden pallets (wood pallet). This company often experiences problems with damage to machines due to suboptimal machine maintenance because the maintenance system is carried out to repair damaged components with new components resulting in downtime. Among these problems, this study aims to determine maintenance intervals to minimize maintenance costs by using modularity design and age replacement methods. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, it is known that the modularity design and age replacement methods can achieve optimal component replacement intervals for pallet machine components is 30,000 minutes, rotary screening components are 33,200 minutes and hopper components are 33,200 minutes. The total maintenance cost per year is Rp. 2,115,610,959, -. compared to the company's maintenance costs which have a value of Rp. 2,668,692,000, the maintenance system using the modularity design and age replacement method is more efficient by 1.27%.

The company certainly has human resources as managers in organizing, managing and developing a strategic plan for the company's goals. In realizing these goals the most important thing is how the competence and performance of employees in the company. As an effort to improve employee performance, it must be supported by all components and the most important factor is increasing employee competence. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how work competence influences the performance of employees in the company. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that work competence greatly influences employee performance. The effect of competence on performance can be seen from the level of competence which has practical implications in human resource planning. It can be concluded that there is an influence of work competence on employee performance. The performance and effectiveness of employees in carrying out their duties is largely determined by competence. Companies are expected to always improve employee performance through training employees with their respective competency standards. This is because success in a company is influenced by the basic performance of employees obtained from the level of education, abilities and expertise possessed by these employees, so that they can contribute effectively and efficiently to the company.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 encourages everyone to do routines quickly, easily, and efficiently, activity carried out online that only uses gadgets and networks that may be done anywhere. One example of the application of the industrial revolution 4.0 is the emergence of e-commerce which is also accompanied by the emergence of a term called Marketplace. Marketplace is a market where sellers and buyers meet which there are many products and various kinds of stores, only done online and online. Only with gadgets, ordered goods have been received and delivered by shipping services (expeditions). But with this, it does not rule out the possibility that unpleasant things do not happen such as damage or even loss of ordered goods. With this, this study aims to determine the form of legal protection and legal remedies provided to overcome these problems. This research uses normative research methods through principles, legal rules, etc    

Sumber daya air merupakan sumber daya alam yang penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan lingkungan, namun pengelolaannya masih belum efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memaparkan dan menganalisis gap analisa tren penelitian di bidang lingkungan sumber daya air, serta membantu identifikasi kerentanan dan kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan basis data scopus dengan jumlah 92409 artikel dan terekstraksi menjadi 12 artikel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis prisma, kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan bibliometrika menggunakan Vosviewer dan Biblioshiny. Hasil penelitian ini adalah visualisasi dan penjelasan bibliometrika dalam topik lingkungan sumber daya air menurut Co-Authorship, Co-Occurance belum mengalami pembahasan yang relative tetap berdasarakan referensi dan kata kunci dalam penelitian dari berbagai negara belahan dunia ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam penelitian dan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya air yang berkelanjutan secara efektif dan efisien.   Kata kunci: Sumber Daya Air; Lingkungan; Bibliometrik; Biblioshiny;     ABSTRACT   The management of water resources is crucial for the survival of both humans and the environment. However, there is still a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in this area. The purpose of this investigation is to describe and analyze disparity in research trends regarding environmental water resources, while also identifying existing research weaknesses and gaps. A total of 92,409 articles from the Scopus database were analyzed, and 12 articles were selected for this study. The prism analysis method was employed, and bibliometrics were utilized through Vosviewer and Biblioshiny. The findings of this study provide a visualization and bibliometric explanation of the topic of environmental water resources, demonstrating that Co-Authorship and Co-Occurance have not been thoroughly explored based on references and keywords from various countries around the globe.  In Indonesia, there must be a business entity that plays a role in creating an advanced, just and prosperous society, which prioritizes mutual welfare, and a form of business called a cooperative.  One of the cooperative performance indicators that is important to analyze is the remaining results of operations, which can be used as a source of income for the cooperative and its members.  Through this analysis, it is hoped that detailed and comprehensive information can be obtained regarding the performance of cooperatives in the province of East Java, especially in terms of remaining operating results.  This information can be used as a reference for cooperatives and the government in formulating more appropriate strategies and policies in developing cooperatives in the region, as well as encouraging more inclusive and sustainable economic growth.  In the economic structure of this province, there are two types of cooperatives that play an important role, namely sharia cooperatives and conventional cooperatives.  One of the provinces in Indonesia that has a large number of cooperatives is East Java.  Such as consumer cooperatives, savings and loan cooperatives, agricultural cooperatives, farmer cooperatives, fishing cooperatives, credit cooperatives, producer cooperatives, and a large number of other types of cooperatives are among the many types of cooperatives.  In East Java, there are various cooperatives that have succeeded in increasing the welfare of members through good and efficient business management.  Apart from own capital, there is also capital from outside the cooperative which affects the SHU level in East Java Province.

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

In the archive management system in a company, it is necessary to renew the archive management so that the records can be managed properly. The problem in this study is that the archive management system at the PT INSURIN Balikpapan Certification section can still be said to be less than optimal, due to the lack of knowledge about archive management and also a lack of awareness of the importance of archives. This study aims to develop a digital archive management system that can facilitate the search for archival data that is safe, fast, accurate, and more efficient. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach using descriptive data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and use of seven other stages in the preparation of the system, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, the analysis stage, the feedback stage, the repair stage, and the validation stage. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the preparation of the application program that has been compiled can be used in archival management activities at the PT INSURIN Certification section to replace the previous system because it is considered effective but still requires the addition of other menus, especially in terms of archive search. It still needs development with the addition of other menus considering the many tools offered in the Microsoft Access application so that the system becomes more innovative, as well as renewal of archival equipment in the form of a roller-type scanner so that the process of scanning reports can be more practical and effective.

The purpose of this article aims to analyze technological developments in the industrial sector. SCADA requires a communication protocol. To increase efficiency in the industrial world, the SCADA system has been widely used in various industrial fields, such as manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, telecommunications and transportation. Control over the arrangement of an electric power distribution network can be effective and efficient and will be equipped with a SCADA system. Control of the electric power network based on the SCADA system is really necessary considering that the growth of electric power is very high and adds to the increasing complexity of the electric power network system. The SCADA system ((Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) itself is a system created for data retrieval, storage, analysis and also for controlling a plant/system that has been used remotely.                                                                        

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016, a hospital is an individual health service facility that provides inpatient and outpatient care, therefore quality services that must be fulfilled by hospitals. In order to maximize the service to the patient, the operational system must be made more efficient and efficient. The study uses a review literature study approach using several sources selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria that the researchers have established that an efficient operating system can provide optimal service to the patient. This will give a positive response to patient satisfaction.    

The labor period causes physiological, physical, and psychological changes in the patient that can affect the quality of life, such as vaginal delivery or caesarean section, skin contact, breastfeeding, and the psychological state after childbirth. Treatment by health facilities must include the level of safety, effectiveness, timeliness, organization, feasibility, and approach to patients from the external side that will affect the patient. Health services must be efficient; on the other hand, poor or unqualified health services will decrease the quality of life of postpartum patients. This review contains information on how postpartum patient satisfaction affects the quality of life in the delivery room.

The quality of Light Rail Transit (LRT) services in Pegangsaan Dua - Velodrome is the result of efforts by the Jakarta Provincial Government and LRT Jakarta to improve public transportation services in Jakarta. The development of LRT Jakarta began with the increasing demand from the community for safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation access. In the process of developing LRT, a service quality analysis is carried out to determine the extent to which LRT can meet the needs of the community and measure user satisfaction levels. This analysis is carried out using various methods such as user satisfaction surveys, direct observation, and analysis of LRT usage data. From the results of this analysis, it is expected that solutions can be found to improve the quality of LRT services so that they can meet the increasing needs and satisfaction of users.

Community service is the implementation of science experience directly in the community. In general, animal husbandry in Sunju Village is directed at realizing advanced, efficient and resilient animal husbandry conditions. Efforts to increase livestock business opportunities, especially the broiler poultry business, require comprehensive regional policy support that can encourage increased productivity, product quality and market competitiveness. This service aims to increase the speed of the process of increasing the ability of human resources in accordance with the growth rate of development and can provide an understanding to laying hens about marketing channels from the farmer level to the final consumer and can also independently analyze the condition of the marketing channel in each channel in Sunju Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency. The method used in this service is a survey to the intended location, interviews and socialization to farmers. The results of the service changed the information data in Sunju Village focusing on product marketing in the marketing channel. The importance of the results of this service is that we are more about the various kinds of marketing channels that exist.

Hospitals are service businesses that provide intangible products such as services and involve human resources (HR) to run them. HR management is important in driving the hospital business. This article aims to find out the importance of HR management in the hospital business and its related factors, thereby creating performance improvements related to the demands of effective and efficient organizational goals. The method used is to search for previous articles with a total of 17 articles and a span of 10 years (2013-2023). The results show that good human resource management influences the desire for organizational goals by increasing performance.    

In the marketing concept, one way to achieve company goals is to know what are the needs and desires of consumers or target markets and how to provide the satisfaction expected by consumers / buyers effectively and efficiently. So that companies that apply marketing concepts need to pay attention to consumer behavior and factors that influence buyer decisions. This literature review aims to find out what factors influence the decision making made by consumers in buying a product. Based on the formulation of the article, results and discussions reviewed and discussed in this article, it can be concluded that there are many factors that influence consumer decisions to buy including product prices, product quality both from the product itself and its services, product promotion, location, social status and family.

This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with the facilities provided by Transjakarta to make it more effective and efficient. This research can also be used as a recommendation for the Transjakarta Party for future policies to improve the quality of Transjakarta Transportation. There is a method used in this study using a qualitative descriptive method which is divided into 2 types, namely Primary Data taken based on online surveys via GoogleForm and Secondary Data from additional information obtained from various books, journals or articles. After analyzing the opinions of the respondents, it can be concluded that the quality of the facilities provided by Transjakarta is quite good, but there are still several shelters with inadequate conditions, such as waiting areas. Therefore, the Provider must try to improve the quality of Transjakarta facilities, fully and evenly. So that users feel more secure and comfortable when using the Transjakarta mode of transportation.  

Tabular-based clinical risk prediction models are extensively applied in medical decision support systems; however, two major challenges often reduce their reliability: predictions that contradict basic clinical logic and poorly calibrated probability outputs that weaken threshold-based decision making. This study investigates explainable binary risk prediction using the processed Cleveland subset of the UCI Heart Disease dataset as a public clinical benchmark. A lightweight and CPU-efficient pipeline is proposed by employing an XGBoost classifier integrated with monotonic constraints on clinically relevant features, followed by probability calibration through post-hoc methods, including Platt scaling, temperature scaling, and isotonic regression on a separate validation set. Model performance is assessed in terms of discrimination capability using AUROC, AUPRC, F1-score, sensitivity, and specificity, while probability reliability is evaluated using ECE and Brier score metrics. A monotonicity audit is also conducted through counterfactual feature sweeps to measure violation rates. In addition, the model is applied for risk stratification into low-, medium-, and high-risk categories with corresponding event-rate reporting. The findings demonstrate that isotonic regression improves probability reliability without degrading discrimination performance. Furthermore, the monotonicity audit reveals no observed violations for constrained features. Overall, the integration of monotonic constraints and probability calibration produces more decision-ready risk estimates for threshold-based clinical decision support while maintaining transparency through SHAP-based analysis.

The purpose of this paper is to find out how "Container Handling and Arrangement at PT. Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Pelindo Belawan. The purpose of this study is to explore various aspects of Container Handling and Arrangement at PT. Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Pelindo Belawan in the context of the modern logistics industry. This study will discuss the latest methods and technologies used in container management, as well as their impact on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Container handling and arrangement are important components in international trade, so they require careful planning and implementation. By investing in new equipment, implementing automation technology, developing efficient logistics systems, and providing training and development programs, ports can improve efficiency and effectiveness in container handling and arrangement. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through field research, direct interviews with the company and secondary data obtained from books and journals in the library (library research) or other reading sources related to the subject matter taken.

Students in the digital era expect more learning using technology. This requires teachers to modify learning by applying technology in it. This study tries to apply the ASSURE learning model with the integration of Wordwall Games media which can be accessed on each student's device in class. The uses of Wordwall Games media match with the ASSURE model because it links technology. Wordwall Games is a game specially designed for learning. This game can improve motivation in students' learning, so that learning in the technological era become more effective and efficient. This research based on classroom action research on discussion text material using the ASSURE model using Wordwall media in class IX at SMP Negeri 9 Semarang which is targeted in 2 learning cycles. The results showed that there was an students enhancement motivation in 2 learning cycles of learning as evidenced by increased of student learning outcomes. This proves that the ASSURE model and Wordwall media are fit to be applied in Indonesian learning, especially in discussion text.
