The high interest of the Indonesian people in retail supermarkets makes competition for retail supermarkets increasingly high, so that appropriate and effective marketing strategies are needed. This research examines the effectiveness of marketing strategy implementation in an effort to increase consumer shopping interest at the Salafiyah Sukorejo Banyuputih Situbondo supermarket. This research is a field study using descriptive qualitative research methods, namely the reporting is described and conveyed in words. The data sources used use primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses triangulation. The results of the research show that the marketing strategies carried out at Salafiyah supermarkets are very effective, although not all marketing strategy theories are implemented by Salafiyah supermarkets, but Salafiyah supermarkets' income increases from year to year due to implementing several marketing strategies that they implement in combination with several existing marketing strategy theories. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced in implementing marketing strategies include the lack of quantity of human resources and the lack of knowledge of human resources regarding retail supermarket marketing strategies.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) development strategies, namely through training and mentoring will help MSMEs manage their business more effectively, increasing market access through e-commerce platforms,effective marketing strategies, and collaboration with distributors and retailers will help MSMEs to expand market share and increase sales, as well as collaboration between MSMEs and empowerment of local business networks. Increasing market access through e-commerce platforms,effective marketing strategies, and collaboration with distributors are important strategies for MSMEs in expanding product reach and increasing sales, such as online marketplaces, so that MSMEs can reach consumers in various locations without being limited by geographic boundaries, use of media social, creative product promotion, and selecting the right market segment and collaborating with distributors and retailers.

Sari Mulya Supermarket is one of the supermarkets that provides various kinds of basic household needs and a place to shop that can shop wholesale and retail. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study with a sample of 60 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using the Google form. The results of this study are that work stress has no partial and negative effect on employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is -1.676 < t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.099 > 0, 05. Leadership style partially and positively influences employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is 5.081 > t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 . Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) are significant and positive on Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 13.733 > F table 4.010. Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Job Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) through Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 23.375 > F table 4.010.

Coconut is a plantation crop that contributes quite a lot to the Indonesian economy. The largest supply of coconuts in the city of Bengkulu comes from Seluma and North Bengkulu. This study aims to analyze the supply chain management of coconuts in Bengkulu City. It begins with the initial exploration stage of the coconut supply chain. The primary and secondary data obtained were analyzed by descriptive tabulation and simple statistics, added value analysis used was added marketing value. The results showed that the primary members of the coconut supply chain in Bengkulu City were inter-regional traders, wholesalers, retailers, household consumers and home industries. The supply chain flow pattern in Bengkulu City is 3 patterns. Added value analysis conducted by retailers can provide greater added value of Rp. 1000 compared to other supply chain members with a percentage of 100%. Meanwhile, wholesalers and inter-regional traders, after deducting labor, namely Dewa market of Rp. 996.30 with a percentage of 89.97%, Sunday market of Rp. 766.67 with a percentage of 65.71%, Panorama market is Rp. 956.90 with an added value percentage of 82.22%, Seluma of Rp. 764.71 with a percentage of 776.47% and North Bengkulu of Rp. 700 with a percentage of 87.5%.

Bintan Regency has abundant marine and fishery potential because most of it’s territory is the ocean. Micro enterprises with the type of marine fisheries are in third place after culinary and retail in this district. However, there are still some problems in developing marine and fisheries potential based micro enterprises in Binan Regency, including the lack of digital marketing implementation for micro business actors. This study aims to find out how DKUPP is strategy is in developing marine and fisheries potential based micro enterprises in Bintan Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results (1) On the indicators of creating a good business climate, DKUPP Bintan Regency has implemented several practices or programs in order to develop micro enterprises, especially those based on marine and fisheries potential in Bintan Regency. (2) In producing integrated information, DKUPP Bintan Regency disseminated all information to micro enterpreneurs in Bintan Regency through Whatsapp Gropus, Instagram social media, radio broadcast and writing to the sub district. (3) In the establishment of a consultation center, DKUPP Bintan Regency has and Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT) but can’t run optimally because human resources are still inadequate and the PLUT building is still far from the reach of micro enterpreneurs in Bintan Regency. (4) In creating a join marketing system, DKUPP Bintan Regency has carried out several methods, including by holding bazaars, promoting micro business products via Whatsapp and implementing a new policy plans related to e-catalogue and reinforcement. (5) On the indicators of creating research and development institutions, Bintan Regency does not yet have a research center specifically designated for business actors in Bintan Regency. The conclusion of the research is that the strategy implemented by DKUPP Bintan Regency has not run optimally because there are still several obstacles in the development process.

Consumer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the basic expectations of consumers. Many factors influence consumer satisfaction, including Retailing Mix and Service Quality. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Retailing Mix on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency, to determine whether there is an effect of Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency and to determine whether there is an effect of Retailing Mix and Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency. The population in this study were consumers of Bolly Sila, Bima Regency, who had shopped at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. The sample was determined by accidental sampling technique with 60 respondents. The data collection method used was a questionnaire (questionnaire), observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, T test, f test, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient using the SPSS 20 program. Based on the results of data processing with the T test method, and F test, it is known that the Retailing Mix and Service Quality variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumerr Satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. Partially, the results of this study indicate that the Retailing Mix variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. Meanwhile, Service Quality has no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency.

Referring to the modern lifestyle, to carry out a wedding, there are many needs that must be prepared, so it takes a lot of time and costs quite a lot. Many vendors provide party needs, but do not provide all needs in one area. So that the bride and groom need more time, energy and money to go to different places to meet all the needs of the party, the interior design of this Wedding House adopts a concept with the title "Personal White". This concept is based on the western cultural wedding concept which predominantly uses shades of white, where white symbolizes the purity of marriage. The character that appears in the interior design of this wedding house is elegant, graceful, clean, orderly and simple. With a combination of American style and character that emerges from each retail area, visitors can feel a different impression from other existing wedding services. This wedding house design includes retail areas such as consultation area, photography area, lighting area, bridal, salon, and accessories area.

Kegiatan penyuluhan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi branding produk kopi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan loyalitas konsumen dalam rangka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Puspo, Pasuruan bertujuan untuk membentu Kelompok Tani Hutan Rukun Maju Sejahtera dalam mengetasi permasalahan kurangnya branding produk kopi robusta dan arabika. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan strategi branding sangat layak diterapkan terhadap produk-produk pertanian Strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk membranding produk kopi robusta dan arabika yaitu producer branding, no branding, geographical branding, dan retail branding.

The specific objective of this research is to learn to run a business, find out the factors that influence the development of UD Barokah's business, and make creations and innovations in developing business and market opportunities.

This study aims to analyze the detection of compliance audits of inventory accounting information systems at retail stores through internal control. An inventory accounting information system is a critical element of retail store operations, and adherence to proper procedures is critical to maintaining the integrity and reliability of inventory data. The research method used is a literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review related to compliance audit detection. This research also includes a case study to illustrate the application of internal control in the detection of compliance audits in inventory accounting information systems. By implementing proper internal controls, retail stores can minimize the risk of fraud, errors, and losses associated with inventory. This research also shows the need for increased awareness and understanding regarding audit compliance detection among auditors and accounting professionals involved in the retail industry.

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the use of demand deposits in the trading business. This discussion aims to analyze the effect of the application of digital technology on the use of demand deposits in the retail industry. Several retail companies are still facing challenges related to technological infrastructure and the availability of reliable internet access. In order to optimize the use of demand deposits in the trading business with the adoption of digital technology, retail companies need to involve employees in training and developing technology skills. Attention to data protection and customer privacy is also required and the development of strategies to promote consumer acceptance of digital payment methods.

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Artinya adalah peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan apa yang benar terjadi dan apa adanya baik berupa kata-kata, grafik, maupun gambar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif penulis juga menggambarkan fenomena yang ada. Sat Nusapersada Tbk (PTSN) didirikan tanggal 01 Juni 1990 dan memulai kegiatan usaha komersialnya pada bulan Desember 1990. Kegiatan utama Sat Nusapersada Tbk adalah bergerak dalam bidang usaha industri perakitan alat-alat elektronik. Deficit funding for the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) is an important challenge for the government in maintaining fiscal stability and supporting development policies. In order to find an effective funding alternative, the issuance of state bonds has become an option. This study aims to analyze the position of issuing state bonds as an alternative to funding the state budget deficit. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting data from various related sources. The analysis was carried out through a literature review, data from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, and regulations regarding the issuance of Government Bonds. The results of the study show that the issuance of state bonds has several benefits as an alternative to financing the state budget deficit, namely diversifying government funding sources, reducing dependence on tax revenues and other income, providing flexibility in the schedule of interest and principal payments, in accordance with the government's financial capacity, attracting investor participation. institutional and retail, increasing financial market liquidity. APBN Deficit Funding is dominated by State Bonds, which of course the issuance of state bonds as an instrument for funding the APBN deficit makes fiscal space narrow. When the space for fiscal movement becomes limited, it means that the government faces limitations in collecting revenue or in managing government spending.

Indonesia has enormous potential in developing Islamic finance because Indonesia has the largest number of Muslims in the world and high economic growth. The issuance of State Sharia Securities (sukuk) has become the main financing instrument. The presence of sukuk further strengthens the government's ability to finance the budget deficit. The government has many choices in determining the combination of its financing instruments. The government can keep debt costs to a minimum. This study aims to determine 1) the development of sukuk in Indonesia and 2) the role of sukuk in Indonesia's economic growth. This research uses qualitative methods and library research approach. Researchers use secondary data, namely data sourced from existing literature or references. The results of this study are 1) The Indonesian government has issued Retail Sukuk (SR), namely SR 001 - SR 013. The issuance of State Sukuk from year to year continues to increase, in accordance with developments and strategies applied in the APBN. 2) The role of State Sukuk has a very positive impact, such as financing project development, encouraging development of the Islamic financial market, creating branch marks in the Islamic financial market, developing alternative investment instruments, and utilizing public funds.

This research is a qualitative research and primary data sources using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the implementation uses four management aspects, namely marketing aspects, production aspects, human resource management aspects and financial aspects.

The progress of modern market are rapidly and unstoppable, if it is allowed to continue, traditional markets which are forum for middle and lower economic actors, one of which is small traders, street vendors, etc. will be sidelined and displaced.

Unilever Indonesia decided to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and implement a fully operational SAP system to facilitate the company in the process of business integration to support the company's growth targets in the following years.
