The problem of recidivist narcotics is a significant complex issue in Indonesia, including in Batam Class IIA Prison. This phenomenon raises concerns because of its negative impact on society and social stability. This study aims to analyze the juridical factors that encourage recidivism of narcotics crimes and identify obstacles in the implementation of rehabilitation programs in Batam Class IIA Prison. The research methods used are normative juridical and empirical sociology. The normative juridical method is used to analyze various laws and regulations that are the legal basis for handling recidivism, such as Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. Meanwhile, empirical sociological methods are used to collect data through interviews and direct observations in the field to understand the implementation of rehabilitation programs and social factors that contribute to recidivism. The results of the study show that weaknesses in the criminal justice system, lack of post-release support, social stigma, and an unsupportive social environment are the main factors that encourage recidivists. A justice system that focuses more on punishment than rehabilitation leads to a lack of effective rehabilitation programs. Minimal post-liberation support, such as difficulty finding work and housing, also contributes to high rates of recidivism. Social stigma and discrimination exacerbate the condition of ex-convicts, hindering them from reintegrating into society. An unstable social environment, especially one with easy access to narcotics, is also a driving factor for recidivism. Based on these findings, this study provides several suggestions, including increasing the number and quality of professionals in the field of rehabilitation, adjusting skills training programs to be relevant to the needs of the job market, and closer cooperation between law enforcement agencies, the government, and the community in supporting the reintegration of former prisoners. It is hoped that these suggestions can help reduce recidivism rates and increase the effectiveness of the penitentiary system in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to obtain a complete picture and evaluate the process of implementing the coaching program for PPLP athletes in Riau Islands Province. This research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources, and data collection methods in the form of documentation, interviews, and observations. The theory used by researchers in evaluation uses Masson & Gibbon's theory in Hayat (2018) which includes indicators: The process has run optimally, seen from the role of the management in implementing the coaching program that has been well coordinated. For formative indicators, it is less than optimal as seen from the fulfillment of athletes' facility needs which are not fully met. For summative indicators, it runs less optimally seen from the results of athletes' achievements that have not been consistent at the national level. The conclusion of this research is that the PPLP program has been running quite well in Riau Islands Province, it's just not optimal seen from additional professionals such as sports specialists, infrastructure and the results of athletes' achievements at the National level. Suggestions for improvement are that the administrators involved in the PPLP program must be able to increase their contribution, especially in terms of meeting the needs of athletes

The construction sector is currently undergoing significant changes as a result of the adoption of digitaltechnologies. The utilisation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) has garnered considerable interest in recentyears from scholars and industry experts. The sector has seen major changes as a result of its rising success. Giventhese changes, the traditional knowledge and skills possessed by project specialists or managers seem insufficientin properly supervising the new information component of construction project management. As projects advance, the inclusion of new roles such as BIM managers, BIM coordinators, BIM modellers, and information managers isbecoming crucial to meet the demand for enhanced capabilities. Multiple studies have analysed these novel rolesfrom a theoretical perspective, but have not investigated their correlation with conventional roles in projectmanagement, nor have they explored how project managers and BIM specialists position themselves in relation tothe overall processes outlined in the BIM implementation guides. This case study illustrates that the duties of BIMspecialists varied among various fields and go beyond solely technical assignments. Moreover, the informationsub-process predominantly focuses on BIM managers, leading to the establishment of two distinct sources ofleadership within a project: BIM managers and project managers. According to the poll, professionals believe thatthe BIM collaboration methods described in the BIM implementation plan and project documents are too general. Moreover, there is always a difference between specified methods and the ones actually used in the project.
