The aim of this research is to find out divorce due to domestic violence: A feminist approach Matthew 19.9. In marriage, you definitely hope for a happy family full of love. Every family definitely wants their family to be safe, comfortable and always happy. However, we cannot deny that having a family is not only about happiness, but in the family it can also bring conflict due to misunderstandings or incompatibility with each other. This research aims to determine the influence of Shopping lifestyle and Fashion Involvement on the Impulse Buying Behavior of the People of Bima City. In this research, the type of associative research is used, namely research that is to find out the relationship between two or more variables and in this research the researcher wants to know the relationship between the variables shopping lifestyle (X1), fashion involvement (X2), and the variable impulse buying behavior (Y). The population used in the research was all the people of Bima City who had worn the unknown number of the Umama brand hijab (unknown population) and used a purposive sampling technique. The sampling in this research was 100 respondents. The research instrument uses a Likert scale using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis (R), determination coefficient analysis (R2), t test and f test. The research results show that 1) There is a significant influence of shopping lifestyle on the impulse buying behavior of the people of Bima City. 2) There is no significant influence of fashion involvement on the impulse buying behavior of the people of Bima City. 3) Shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement together have a significant influence on the impulse buying behavior of the people of Bima City.

Changes in profit obtained a significant value of T of 0.000 less than 0.05, meaning that changes in profits partially affect the financial performance of PT. XYZ. The development of technology and information has brought all students into the world generation of digital literacy, media technology or digital literacy is developing rapidly, many people are able to create new applications, technological devices that aim to provide convenience for humans. Excessive use of digital can cause problems, especially for students who are still in education, misusing technology can reduce the quality of student learning. The effort that we can do to overcome this problem is by reviving students' thinking concepts in improving the quality of learning by using digital learning media. The purpose of this research is to find out to what extent students are able to utilize technology, what efforts can help students who are addicted to technology. This research was conducted at the Anugerah Tanjungpinang Social Service Foundation Middle School using the face-to-face method from preparation to implementation. The results of this study are that each student is able to receive new insights in using technology to learn responsibly and wants to be a smart student in using technology so that students at the Anugerah Tanjungpinang Social Service Foundation Middle School said that "it turns out that learning to use technology is so much fun and can make it easier for students to access learning resources quickly, students also get new things for example such as using devices such as Microsoft Word, Excel and so on. This is one form of success for the PkM team where students can understand and receive knowledge about the responsible use of technology.

PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesian state-owned company that operates in the fields of information technology, communications and telecommunications networks. This company has several important divisions or segments in carrying out business strategies, one of which is the government segment. The government segment cannot do hard selling like other segments. This is because the government segment is included in B2B sales and cannot expand the market easily. Apart from that, because government segment customers are government agencies, the government's budget is also limited because it is regulated in the APBN. Regarding the problems and challenges faced by government services, the author wants to analyze the government segment's business strategy in increasing sales with customers and limited government budgets. The final internship assignment was prepared by the author using qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with account managers and supervisors. The results of interviews and observations of the government segment have strategies in conducting B2B sales, namely carrying out acquisitions or scaling, conducting account manager soft skills training, building and maintaining customer loyalty, conducting outreach related to the success of work programs that have been implemented by other regions, conducting outreach and offering programs work, holding a service business request (SBR) program, carrying out business processes with direct selling and personal selling, having an account manager's role as a consultant, building and maintaining customer trust, and registering various Telkom products in the E-Catalog.

The background of this research is the lack of competency possessed by teachers at RA Nurul Huda Jabon Mojoanyar so that the Head of RA wants to strive for teacher competency skills in carrying out their duties as an educator. In addition to the problem of competence in this institution, it is also difficult to find teachers that fit the needs of this school. The head of the RA can only use the teaching staff as they are, not in accordance with their certificates. This study uses a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. To get the data source obtained from three sources, namely;1) informants ; 2) events/activities; 3) documentation. While data collection in this study used three techniques; 1) observation; 2) interview; 3) documentation. The results of this study are a description of the leadership of the Head of RA Nurul Huda jabon Mojoanyar Mojokerto which found several things including: the head of RA seeks the competence of each teacher to become a professional teacher, the Head of RA has a democratic leadership style, the head of RA builds exemplary attitudes for staff and his subordinates in the madrasa, and the head of the madrasa reflects a firm leadership style.      

This study aims to find out how to analyze the behavior of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing products, how to analyze the decision process of non-Muslim customers, and how cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Jelutung Jambi. The method of this research is using descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Kotler & Ketler that consumer behavior is the science of how individuals, groups and organizations choose, buy and use and obtain goods, services, ideas or experiences to satisfy their wants and needs. . According to Kotlert's theory, consumer behavior is divided into four types, namely cultural, social, personality and psychological factors. In the customer decision process is divided into five steps, namely decision making, namely, recognition of needs, information search, evaluation of alternatives, buying decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. The results of the study explain that the behavior analysis of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi, there were three informants, namely the first informant who worked as a teacher because he was interested because of the salary slip through the bank, and chose gold installment financing because the bank could insure the gold installments, low interest rates, and cheap rates compared to pawn shops. The second informant is taking home installments because the interest rates are low compared to other banks and if you are late paying the installments you are not subject to a fine/sanction of 0.5% to 1% of the amount of the installments that the customer has to pay. The third informant is working as a teacher as well and taking education expenses for their children because the process is fast and the interest rate is low at 3.3%, while at commercial banks it is 8.93%. The fourth informant took gold installments because of the low interest rates. The fifth informant took motorbike installments because the interest rate was lower than leasing, which was 8%. From the several informants above, it can be concluded that cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi.

The role of communication is very important for social life, because basically communication is a basic human activity and is a dynamic transactional process that influences behavior. According to communication experts, there are many forms of communication such as interpersonal communication, intrapersonal communication, organizational communication, and others. Based on temporary observations in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency, there are several children with disabilities. These disabled children experience mental retardation, growth and development and speech disabilities, hearing impairments, and physical disabilities, so they are quite slow, making communication less slow, compared to normal children in general. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. Their attitudes and behavior are not as cheerful as children in general and they also have difficulty communicating and interacting with other people. From this problem, researchers are interested in researching "Communication Patterns of Mothers and Children with Disabilities in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency." The results of this research are that the communication patterns of mothers and children with disabilities in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency are quite good, although a little passive. in carrying out this communication pattern. Because communication must be done with body language, be patient, speak with a loud voice and slow intonation and speak by repeating words. Apart from that, when a child with a disability is angry if the child's wishes are not followed, the mother must speak patiently because the mother must try to understand what the child means and learn about what the child with a disability wants.

Apart from that, Indonesian students are also expected to have the competence to become democratic citizens and become superior and productive human beings in the 21st century. Indonesian students are expected to be able to participate in sustainable global development and be resilient in facing various challenges. The Pancasila student profile has various competencies which are formulated into six key dimensions. The six are interrelated and strengthen each other so that efforts to realize a complete Pancasila student profile require the development of all these dimensions simultaneously. by students, but rather increase appreciation and practice in everyday life. Islamic religious education is a benchmark for how Islam and its people have played their role in various social, political and cultural aspects. Therefore, by following developments in the modern era, Islamic religious education throughout Indonesia must increasingly develop and be distributed in all areas of life in today's world. The position of Pancasila Education and Islamic Religious Education is very important, namely that it is related to Islamic sciences which are the foundation in life that need to be known and understood properly.

In a company, organizational culture and interpersonal communication between employees often have great significance in work commitments because commitments are related to acceptance, health, and maintenance. With this phenomenon, research wants to know how significant the relationship with commitment is through organizational culture and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. This research was conducted on employees of Es. Clo is a clothing start-up in Bandung, Indonesia. The population in this study was 15 people; considering the small population, the researchers took all employees as samples. Through quantitative research methods and the positivism paradigm, researchers tested multiple regression analysis to see the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication's effectiveness on employee work commitment. Based on the study's results, it was shown that there was a positive and simultaneous influence of the two variables on influencing work commitment. This was shown from the ANOVA table test, which showed a positive influence between organizational culture and interpersonal communication with Es. Clo's employee commitment. The organizational culture of the Es. Employees have understood Clo company in terms of rules, norms, dominant values ​​, and organizational climate.

Students' motivation to learn can be seen if the student tries to make an effort diligently to achieve what he wants. A student who has good motivation will get good results too. Learning motivation is like a machine, if there is a driving force then the machine will operate according to what the operator wants. Likewise with motivation, if there is a driving force then there is an effort within a person to carry out certain activities to achieve a goal. However, motivation is not always shared by everyone. In his book, Soemanto defines motivation as a change in energy within a person which is characterized by effective encouragement and reactions in achieving a certain goal.   What is meant by learning motivation is an urge that arises within students to act or carry out an activity or business because of a goal, need or desire that must be satisfied. Looking at some of the explanations above, the author sees that the lack of student motivation in learning is a significant problem because remembering the objectives of learning and the efforts made by the teacher do not bring the results as expected. Thus learning is considered less successful. In this research, the type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). The research location is Elpida Noelbaki Elementary School, which is located at Jalan Sahabat no. 01, Oehau Hamlet, Noelbaki Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The subject of this research is a religious education subject teacher for grade 2 elementary school students. The methods used in the research are interviews and observation. The teacher's treatment at the initial stage of learning has an impact on the growth of students' learning motivation. This is characterized by enthusiasm in following lessons. As many as 88.8% of students showed an enthusiastic attitude in participating in lessons. The teacher's treatment at the initial and final stages of learning has an impact on increasing student learning motivation. This is characterized by enthusiasm in following lessons. As many as 100% of students showed an enthusiastic attitude in participating in the lesson. Based on the implementation of the first to third cycles, it is known that the application of teacher social competencies such as teacher interaction, social skills, sympathetic attitudes and the teacher's adaptability towards students in following lessons will increase student motivation in learning. Students look enthusiastic and enthusiastic in receiving lessons in class.

The tools used in this research are interviews used as a data collection technique if the researcher wants to conduct preliminary studies to find problems that must be investigated or want to know things from respondents who are more in-depth and in a slightly small number of respondents. And observation is the most basic way to obtain information about social phenomena through the process of observation. Direct observation regarding the work environment and production processes from raw materials to finished product processes. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Researchers will analyze the data in the form of costs in the production activities of PT. Seed Alam Sampoerna regarding the cost of production. Collecting Data, Identifying Company Standard Costs, Separating these costs based on cost behavior, namely variable costs incurred in the production process, Analysis of raw material costs, Analysis of labor costs, Analysis of factory overhead costs, Calculating the cost of production using the calculation according to researcher. After the company determines the standard cost of production costs, the company can carry out its production activities in accordance with its production goals. The standard cost set is a guideline or measure for each production cost that will be incurred. Research results To increase the effectiveness of production cost control, companies must implement a standard cost system which is used as a guideline for production costs.      

This study aims to identify and analyze the causes and legal consequences of falsifying a health certificate or a Rapid Test Covid-19 letter. This research is included in descriptive empirical research with data collection carried out through document studies and interviews, and is supported by primary legal materials in the form of applicable regulations and related to forgery of rapid test letters, secondary materials of law books and also legal journals related to forgery of letters rapid test. The data collected through research was analyzed qualitatively by arranging existing sentences so that they were easy to understand. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause rapid test letter falsification are economic factors, time factors, factors of someone who wants to pass to travel outside the region, factors of intention and opportunity. The application of sanctions for perpetrators of crimes in the form of document forgery is generally regulated in the Criminal Code in Article 263 paragraph (1), so that criminal sanctions for perpetrators of forgery of rapid test letters are punishable by a maximum penalty of 6 (six) years in prison.

Digital financial services in Indonesia, one of which is Flip which provides interbank transfer services for free and also free of charge. This study wants to know and measure the level of acceptance and understanding in using a Flip e-wallet service through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is determined by the perception of ease of use through usage attitude as a mediation variable. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which uses PLS (Partial Least Square) Software. The characteristics of respondents used in data processing are Surakarta people with age criteria of 19-44 years and frequency of use of Flip <1 month in 2023.The results obtained from the data processing above explain that the perceived ease of use has no effect on the behavioral intention to use. Attitude towards using are able to mediate the influence between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention to use Flip e-wallet service.

This research focuses on "The Role of Leadership in Motivating and Improving the Performance of Employees of PT Sambu Island, Kuala Enok Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency". The objectives of this study are 1). To find out the role of leadership in motivating and improving the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. 2). To find out the obstacles faced by leadership in motivating the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. This type of research when viewed from the research plan can be classified into qualitative research. Based on the results of my research in chapter IV, it can be concluded, 1. That the leader or leader at PT.Pulau Sambu always strives so that in his leadership he can make employees always enthusiastic in carrying out the assigned tasks, the performance of employees at PT.Pulau Sambu has not yet reached the expected target because there are still employees who cannot complete their work according to the given target. 2. The obstacles faced by the leader or leader when motivating employees are that each employee has a different type or character. In overcoming the problem of motivating the leader or leader must further improve personal relationships with employees. By understanding the character and personality of employees, it will make it easier for the leader or leader to provide motivation.

REKA KARYA: In this era of globalization, Indonesia is not immune to its influence, which can potentially erode traditional cultural values and replace them with Western culture. To address this concern, the Pengabdian Masyarakat program aims to help Sundanese language teachers by developing a Sundanese script learning app. By doing so, it is hoped that students will become more interested in learning about the Sundanese script. The app will include a program flow design, display design, quiz/game design, and database design. Additionally, it will feature a quiz menu in the form of a game to help users practice their Sundanese script skills. The goal is to create a user-friendly and engaging app that is accessible to everyone who wants to learn the Sundanese script.

Science is something very important in human life, Islam is very concerned about science, even at the beginning of the first verse that comes down is a verse about education, Islam is a perfect religion based on the Qur'an and hadith. Science is the key to the happiness of the world and the hereafter, if man wants to gain God's pleasure then man must worship to carry out His commandments and stay away from His prohibitions it must also use knowledge. The current development of information technology issued by both individuals and business entities through social and electronic media when it has been sent and read by many people can affect the emotions, feelings, thoughts and even the actions of a person or group. It is very unfortunate if the information conveyed is inaccurate information, moreover the information is false information (hoax) with very provocative titles leading readers and recipients to negative opinions. Negative opinions, slander, hate speech that are received and attack parties or make people afraid, threatened and can harm the party being reported so that they can damage reputation and cause material losses (Aan erlansari, 2020). Many people use the internet as a daily necessity in finding information on social media, especially children who are still in their teenage phase. On the other hand, the spread of HOAX on social media has resulted in hate speech and negative elements in people's social life. In this case the government formed the Anti-Hoax Momentgas, but to counter HOAX the government is not strong enough to work alone, so in this service the author wants to make socialization to prevent HOAX information on people's social life, (SMAN 3 Tidore Kepulauan).
