Since the introduction of ChatGPT as artificial intelligence and its massive development over the years, it has had a huge impact on various aspects of life, and it is increasingly visible in the presence of increasingly advanced features, functions, and appearances. Its use in the field of education has not escaped the advancement of artificial intelligence. For some teachers and students, the term artificial intelligence is still very new, as is its use in the teaching and learning process. Currently, Indonesia's use of artificial intelligence faces numerous unavoidable obstacles and challenges. However, in global education, it is becoming increasingly common to use artificial intelligence in the teaching and learning process. The introduction of artificial intelligence to junior high school students is considered very appropriate because students' psychology at this level is more developed, and the learning load begins to increase compared to the elementary level. Math subjects for most students are still a scourge. In this community service, artificial intelligence is introduced to students of the exchange program class at SMP Insan Rabbany, which is related to mathematics learning, so that it can help in student learning. The results of the community service evaluation showed high student enthusiasm regarding the use of artificial intelligence, both to aid learning and for other purposes.

Digital transformation in the public transportation sector is part of the national development priority agenda aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the implementation of cashless payment-based digital transformation in public transportation policy on the Suroboyo Bus in Surabaya, analyze service quality based on SERVQUAL dimensions, identify supporting and inhibiting factors for implementation, and evaluate the success and shortcomings of the policy. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Supporting factors for implementation include government commitment, the availability of regulations (Perwali No. 22 of 2023)., adequate infrastructure, and support from digital payment service providers. Inhibiting factors include limited digital literacy, internet network disruptions, limited economic access, and lack of socialization. The success of the policy is reflected in increased operational efficiency, financial transparency, and a rise in the number of users from 1.2 million (2019). to 3.5 million (2025). Shortcomings of the policy include the digital gap for vulnerable groups, dependence on internet networks, and a decrease in participation in the plastic waste payment program from 25% (2023). to 12% (2025).

Patient safety in surgical procedures is a critical element that must be addressed by medical professionals, including anesthesiologists. The World Health Organization's (WHO) Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) is designed to enhance patient safety during surgery, but its implementation still encounters several challenges, such as insufficient training and limited resources. This study aims to improve anesthesiologists’ understanding and compliance with the SSC through the use of educational video media. The research methods involved socialization, video-based training, hands-on practice, and evaluation with a participatory approach. The participants were anesthesiologists who received a structured training session using videos that explained the SSC steps and emphasized its importance. Pre- and post-training assessments were conducted to measure changes in understanding and compliance. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in both the anesthesiologists’ understanding and compliance with the SSC after the training. The average understanding score increased from 60.5 to 85.3, while compliance rose from 55.2 to 88.7. These findings indicate that educational videos are an effective tool for enhancing anesthesia service quality and increasing medical personnel’s access to training. The study emphasizes the importance of technology-based education to overcome barriers related to limited resources and training opportunities. Based on these results, the study recommends the implementation of similar video-based educational methods in training programs for other medical personnel, aiming to improve patient safety across various healthcare settings.
